I bought the extra large size. It’s the best mat I’ve used. For whatever reason, my first one split down the middle which I didn’t understand because I always roll it up for storage. It comes FOLDED in a box which might explain the split. Who know how long it was in the box? Other than that, it’s my pastry mat of choice.

I have been using for the past 2 years. I had been using an old Tupperware model that wouldn’t lay flat and slides all over. So I decided since I was baking more would replace and give this silicone mat a try. Why didn’t I do it sooner! Easy to clean, lays flat stays in place, the lines and marking are easy to read and I didn’t realize what a nice feature. Highly recommend

I never had luck with pastry sheets because they just moved around the counter. This is heavy weight and stays in place. I keep it folded and in the original box after use and it unfolds flat. Markings for sizing are great. I’ve never put it in the dishwasher cause it is so easy to clean. Highly recommend.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI use this when I make pizza dough. It sticks to the surface of the counter and doesn’t move; and doesn’t stick to the dough!
I could not find even a tiny speck of dough on the mat after using. I damp wiped it off and dried it. No need for the dishwasher!
    Could not be more pleased!
I bought one for each of my daughters, too.

I received this mat today. It was folded, but layed completely flat. It is very large and kept my counter top clean. My issue is that the printing on the mat is too blurry to read. I am going to return this and order another. I hope that the issue is just with this one mat.

Update: the issue is with my black countertops. I placed a white dishcloth under the mat and the problem was solved.

    Very blurry print. UPDATE

After using the Tupperware pastry mat since the 1970’s I have finally advanced to the present. I unfold it, lay it on the counter and then roll out the pastry. No putting weights on the corners or wetting the counter to help it stay in one place. I can put this on my oven bottom to catch drips and it’s so easy to clean. Should have found this years ago.

For everything you’re likely to buy this mat for it works well and as we expected.

There are conversions and the like printed on the perimeter, we happened to notice that one states there are 2 quarts in a gallon. We all should know that it’s really 4 quarts in a gallon. The Amazon picture isn’t high enough resolution to tell for sure, but this may have been fixed in the picture.

I wonder if it was a test? ;^)

Dough doesn’t stick to this, and the non-skid surface is helpful even when using wax paper to roll out pie crusts. Wish it were easier to clean though, since it’s very floppy. Still was a good purchase, however.

This lies flat on my counter and doesn’t slide around when I roll out dough. I love the fact that it not only has round measurements for pie crusts and tarts, but also inches (squares). It makes things so much easier to roll out rectangles.

I have baked so many pies and pastries this summer because of this pastry mat! It is the perfect size and has grids and pie sizes marked, which makes it easy when I am rolling out dough. I love that it is silicone and so easy to clean. It is flexible, so after it is dry, I just roll it up to store it out of the way. My wife loves this mat. Works like a dream. Has all the measurements and cleans up easily. She’s rolls it up and stores it in the hanger with her rolling pin. The rubbery, grippy feel will stick to practically any counter top. I definitely recommend getting the large mat (this one). Whether you’re making pies or biscuits, this is the mat to get. Washes off so easy. You definitely won’t go wrong purchasing this mat. I may buy go ahead and buy her another one just to have. A very high quality item that you will not go wrong with this one

I use this the first day I got it. The extra large size is perfect. It’s large enough to roll out the dough and still not make a mess all over. It helps a dough from not sticking. The best feature for me is that the grid lines go completely across in both directions so I can easily see the shape that I need to roll out the dough to and also to cut pieces of dough in uniform sections.

I was just a bit skeptical when I bought this mat as ones I had in the past would slide around when in use. NOT THIS ONE! I love to use it because it is heavy enough to stay put when kneading dough and rolling out pie crust. It wipes clean really easy! I love the info that is printed on it! I would certainly suggest buying this if you are looking for a great baking mat. (I have not used in oven yet and do not plan to do so). Happy cooking!

It does not work well with my brown sugar oatmeal bread nor my molasses honey wheat bread it sticks badly without some flour. But it is very useful otherwise, not crazy about the color but only choice for this size. Purple was too small for my needs. At least it matches my rolling pin.

Used this mat for rolling out puff pastry and cutting it into shapes. Easy work! The mat did not slide around the counter but it did release the pastry easily. Cleans quickly then rolls up to store. I can’t believe I spent all those years flouring counters. This is an infinitely better way.

I used this yesterday for the first time, it was exactly what I wanted. It was delightful to roll out my dough without the mat sliding all around on my counter. I love making bread and this mat is a life saver. I used to do my kneading on the counter which I have to constantly clean. The dough also tends to stick more on the counter. As long as your table/countertop is perfectly clean and dry, the mat sticks and stays flat without issue. I’ve used it several times now – it came quite in handy to measure out and cut lattice work for a pie. You can place a sheet of parchment paper over it and still be able to see the lines, and gently cut your dough with a pastry roller.
After it’s clean and dry I just fold it back up and put it in it’s original box. Takes up no space at all!

The silicone map is extra large, as excepted, and slip proof. It has the bonus of many measurements printed around the perimeter of the central circles. In the upper right corner are liquid cup, pint, quart and gallon measurements. In error, it has 2 quarts=1 gallon. Hope I remember. I tried to use a permanent marker over the mistake but the surface is too slick. It certainly will not interfere with my baking. May be Quality Control will catch it eventually!

It’s nice and big and covers a good section of my kitchen counter when I’m baking. I usually roll out my dough on parchment and this mat keeps the parchment from sliding around and helps keep my counter or table clean. I love it compared to my old non silicone mat that is thin and doesn’t lie flat and slides around on counter plus it curls at the ends and I must weigh it down with a glass at either end. A friend had the larger mat & highly recommended it. I only have counter space for this smaller one but it’s fantastic! I used to have a laminated pie mat I kept in a box. I had to tape it down to the counter top In order to keep it in place and I dreaded making pie crust because my mat was so awful. This rolls up the same as my last one (so it doesn’t take up any more space), but it unrolls and lays perfectly flat every time- no tape needed! Plus, it has a special backing that keeps it in place all on its own. Super easy to clean & has measurements for reference. Love it! I use it to roll out pizza crusts and pie crusts cause it’s so easy to pull out & clean.

I’ve used this mat several times for pie crust and rolls. It is super easy to roll out dough to the appropriate dimension without dough sticking…it requires much less flour that rolling out on a conventional counter. Cleanup is pretty straightforward, but requires a little more elbow grease to clean than a conventional counter top. My only complaint is the storage. The box is just barely big enough to hold the mat, and it is super tedious to fold it to the appropriate exact dimension to put it back in the box.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI had to replace my Greenrain mat as I sliced it a few times when cutting rolls. There were a few things I did not like about it that mat. First, it was pretty thin, so cutting through it was no big surprise. It was also a bit “floppy” when trying to clean it in the sink. Primarily, I also didn’t like its measurements – one side Imperial and one metric with no gridlines on the mat. Frankly, pick one measurement system or the other… if you have to have both then you aren’t confident in your choice. Its like wearing a red shoe on one foot and a blue on the other because you couldn’t figure out which one you liked better – pick ONE! I choose to be an Imperialist when it comes to measurements. Metric is OK for autos (even then, some idiot manufacturers (actually, engineers who don’t even work on their own cars) like to use both on the same vehicle – red shoe / blue shoe people), but my recipes are all imperial system based. But I digress and Amazon lets me. Bezos started out selling books, so he likes to read… probably reads everything and listens in on Alexa conversations while doing so. Hi, Jeff! I though your first wife was much nicer…

The lack of gridlines was the real problem… what is the use of starting at 1 when that is in a corner of the mat… you usually work dough in the middle so having a start and end grid line is important when shaping squares or rectangles to desired sizes. If you don’t know what I mean, then you haven’t done a lot of dough forming.

This new mat by Kitzini is very thick (and I plan to not use my ultra sharp knives on it)… pastry cutters should not be a problem. And, more importantly, it has grid lines and round shapes for pie dough / scones in inches! Its very well made and the silicone amply covers the fiberglass edges. Its rated to 450 F, but I have other silicone baking mats so this isn’t really needed, but nice when placing a hot pie pan on the mat knowing it won’t burn through. Cleaning it is easy as its firm enough that it doesn’t flop around in the sink. It is rated dishwasher safe, but I like to clean my mats and most other cooking utensils by hand so they will last my (and probably my great grandkids) lifetimes.

Enjoy! (apologies to Chef John, the best chef on YouTube despite what Gordon and Martha may think.)

This product is amazing! I got the xl size and am overly impressed with its weight and nonstick qualities. It came folded in a box and I was afraid it would have wrinkles, but wow, it immediately became flat, so now I can fold it to store, and it’s flat as soon as I set it on counter. It grips the counter (quartz counter) and does not budge while using. Super easy to clean too!

I’m so glad I got out of measuring tape and looked at how big the mats would be before I purchased mine. I am a pizza maven. The best pizza I ever are was called a “Hot Pie,” and my dad would give me a buck and send me down South Broadway four blocks. I was only 9 years old, and it was the best thing I had ever tasted. Mom would only eat one slice, so Dad and I had to finish the rest. I am 80 now, and have never been able to find a “pizza” to match the memory. So now I make my own. But what a mess: flour and corn meal all over the counter, the floor and the oven. No more! The dough rolls out with a minimum of flour to the exact size marked on the mat, slides neatly onto the peel and into the oven. And it all tastes like 1948. Then just slice, fold and enjoy!

Has inch and cm markings. Circle size ranges from 6″ to 14″ increasing in 1/2 inch increments. Has a chart with measurement equivalents tbsp, cups, oz., unfortunately no metric. Has candy thermometer temperature and for stages of cooking sugar.
I was looking for a large mat with grid for the entire surface as guide for cutting strips and planning designs. This was the only one in a larger size that I could find. I also like the thickness of the mat. Do not slip on quartz counter surface or stainless steel.

This does exactly what it says it’ll do. I can’t say I’ve used it in any scenario that requires heat. When cleaning it (since it is large) I find washing it by hand or in the top rack of the dishwasher to work. Then, while it’s still wet, I just roll it up, stand it upright, and let dry out on my countertop dish rack.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI ordered the largest one so we could place it on out kitchen table as my wife is in a wheelchair so we had the table and chairs lowered so that she was better able to get a fix on things she was trying to bake but could not see. Not only was she able to,roll her dough out and use her stand mixer and see inside but things stayed put when she placed things on it she only has the ability to use one arm. This mat has made it a lot easier for her to use despite her disability. So not only do she like it ,so do I because using it I don’t have to clean the floor as much now when she bakes. It keeps things from rolling off the table and in easy reach for her.

The company is a UK company although I do not know where the mat is made. That being said, it is the best mat I have seen and used. A couple of times I forgot to put flour on it but not to worry the dough didn’t stick. Heavy but flexible enough to rinse it in the sink. It is oblong which makes it fit my counters better. The markings are a good color I can see, not raised, intricate enough to be detailed without being busy. I may be getting another for the motor home.

I purchased this mat to use to cover my countertop when making sourdough bread. I had been using two Silpats placed together to cover the surface I used, but it a less than spectacular solution. I kept running into the space between the two mats and the dough kept getting stuck. Enter this mat! It is wonderful. It’s nice and thick – and large enough to cover the area I need. It’s got conversion information and pie crust rolling guidelines printed on it. And best of all – for the high hydration sourdough breads that I make – the dough doesn’t stick. I only need to use a very little bit of flour to dust the mat – which is perfect. Try this mat – you will not regret it!

Perfect for rolling out dough. It was a little wider than my tiny oven though so if I had to trim it. I don’t recommend using it in lieu of a baking sheet because it is flexible and difficult to remove hot things from the oven. if you could put it on top of a baking sheet that is ideal

I use it as a base when rolling out sourdough, or making pasta. It’s nice and I just leave it down on my table because I use it so much. It’s easy to clean and durable though difficult to fit in my sink because of it’s size. No points off for that, you can buy smaller ones if that’s an issue. I wanted something massive for my big ol’ loaves of sourdough and this baby delivered! Grab yourself a bench scraper while you’re at it.

My husband bought a Kitzini 26″ x 16″ pastry mat for me. I just used it to make biscuits. Nothing to dislike about this mat. It surpasses anything I’ve ever used in my 55 years of cooking and baking. The biscuits all but made themselves! No need for a damp tea towel underneath to avoid slipping, no need for extra flour to avoid sticking. This mat is easy to use, easy clean, and easy to store. I love my Kitzini mat and highly…HIGHLY…recommend it!

Arrived folded as many said but no problem rolling up. No creases. Surface is very slick. Still getting used to removing cut dough from this sheet. Very large. It’s so big I can roll dough onto parchment paper for tarts if I have to. Easy to clean up as it’s a little stiffer than silpat. Too big for my dish rack. I hang from pot rack with clips.

This appears to be well made, but you cannot read any of the grids or charts unless it is on a solid white surface. I ordered 2 because I bake so often and luckily only opened one so that I can rerun it. So, if you’re ordering this for just a solid mat, it good, but, if you are looking forward to the grids and carts, this is not for you unless you have solid white counters.

So I bought the extra large…I recommend actually checking the space you need because it is huge! Hangs off the counter and doesn’t fit in my oven…however, that’s all my fault and not an issue with the product itself. It’s huge! Great to work with, cleans up nicely, and a great buffer between my bread and the counter-it never moves. Very happy with this, I mostly wanted it for counter work and it does great. Can’t speak to how it is in the oven, but I am happy with it for my counter!

I ordered this mat to make clean up easier. The mat is amazing! In the past I have just used the granite counter top and then dealt with scrubbing off dough. Now I simply roll out my mat, make my mess, an then wash it in the sink. It provides a great stable surface for dealing with dough and the measurements are handy too. I haven’t subjected it to heat yet, but so far it is a win!

It is one of my favorite things in the kitchen. I got the large one its just big enough for me to prepare anything baking related on it! No flour everywhere! It literally washes away debris with my kitchen faucet. I just used chocolate and the drips peeled right off So easy! I have a small kitchen and I hated having to clean my dining table twice. First preparing and second to get the flour off the table which often times was like glue. My kitchen counters were the same! Now i just lift and move it to my sinks swooosh! Iv not tested the heat temp on it but i have put a warm pot on it with no issues. It wont comfortably fit in my small oven but it wasnt why i bought it..

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersReally easy to use and really makes it easy to clean up. Love how the dough doesn’t stick, and love how it’s oversized. BUT the center of the mat was already starting to crack when I got it due to the way it’s packaged (it’s folded up inside a narrow box, so the corner were the folds cross is pinched). It hasn’t cracked all the through and the crack was on the back side of the mat, so I decided to keep it, since I can’t be sure that the replacement wouldn’t be worst off.
Wish the manufacturer would package this rolled up instead. I store it rolled up to not worsen the tear.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI previously bought a different mat that lasted me a year because it was too thin and got cuts as I had to use it for cutting pie crust, cutting cookies, and general use. I purposely looked for a new one that would be thick enough and durable to last me a longer amount of time. This certainly does the trick and I have yet to have any functional problems with it. It is larger than my baking sheet so I haven’t used it in the oven but it does clean well in the dishwasher and by hand. I think this is an excellent, well-rounded baking mat that is durable and has the helpful outlining/grid lines for precision in baking

I have wanted a pastry mat for a long time. I looked in stores, but couldn’t find one. So I went to my trusty Amazon and was greeted with a plethora of choices. I chose this one because of the generous size, the pie crust sizes, how handy! and for the easy clean up. Gone are the years of sprinkling flour on the counter top and making a mess, plus the dough managing to stick anyway. Now it is so easy to roll out the dough and easy to clean up. Why didn’t I do this a long time ago? Duh.

The grid and circular markers are perfect for those working with any type of dough. It stays in place (does not slip) and keeps the kitchen counter clean (almost) while working. And it is big enough to fit almost any dough size. This is the reason we bought it and we are delighted. I am not sure on whether we are going to use this in the oven, because it is way too big for my oven (I would say for any home kitchen oven), and again, it was not the reason we bough it (we have several regular sized Sil pads for that) . Easy to use, folds great. We are happy with our purchase.

I like this mat. It has great measurements for rolling dough. It is large enough to roll most anything and place work items and keeps my counter clean. I like the non-slip material so it doesn’t move as you roll or knead. I have not used it to cook and probably will not. I use parchment for that. Washing is easy though a little bulky, but worth the effort. I got one for myself and one for my daughter. She likes it , too.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI recently purchased this pastry mat & I absolutely love it! I make yeast rolls most every Sunday for my family & have also made several pies since making this purchase. The mat rolls out flat & stays flat for easy use. Clean up is a breeze, & it rolls up for easy storage. I’ve ordered more of these for Christmas gifts for my granddaughters!

**Update! As stated above, I loved this pastry mat & used it for a few weeks before finding a small tear where it had been folded for shipping in a thin box. But after juset a few weeks of use, I find a small tear along the fold line made where it was folded for shipping! Since the first use, I have always rolled it up for storage. My suggestion is that the company should NOT fold them but package them rolled up in a small box similar to a tin foil box! Sorry Kitzini!! I think your packaging just ruined your otherwise wonderful product!

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersI had a VERY OLD Tupperware plastic roll up baking mat that was cracked, stiff and impossible to use OR clean. I had been putting off replacing it because I hadn’t baked in years, therefore had no reason to use it, until recently when my experimentation for BAKING kicked in. SO, out came the OLD rolled up mat and renewed my NEED for a REPLACEMENT, as in ASAP!! I read through the various reviews, ordered this one, and discovered a DREAM. I could BAKE AGAIN, without FIGHTING the mat surface, HURRAH!! This is SO FLEXIBLE, easy to clean up, roll up, put away and large enough to actually cover my work surface. It also has measurements, etc., on it, so you don’t have to guess about conversions of measurements. It stays put on the surface and the dough never sticks to it. Yes, I do use flour on the surface, but I used that on my Tupperware. Never helped. The flexibility and the use of silicone on this one and the ease of use is a baker’s DREAM. Now every time I’m ready to bake, it’s the first thing I pull out!

This is that product you never knew you really needed it but got it anyway; and now wouldn’t do without it. I got this on a whim since I have other silicone baking mats and figured why not try it. It was on sale. I figured it should help ensure a clean environment to roll out dough. Tried it with super sticky biscuit dough and it was great! I could use a dough scraper on it without and issue. Easy clean up. I like that I can put it in the dishwasher as well. It is big so that is a challenge but doable. The measuring lines are the most helpful. Many don’t come with them but this one does so easy to roll out a rectangle and measure at the same time. Easy to measure out equal portions of stuff too. Printing on conversion chart really can’t be read so not as helpful. It’s best to just look it up on your phone or use a separate conversion chart. Overall great. I would recommend it.

This is a wonderful tool. I love the way it lays so flat and doesn’t even try to curl. It’s a beautiful texture so the dough rolls out smoothly and lifts easily. It’s very easy to clean, I just leave it in place and wash it like it’s part of the countertop. Cleans and rolls up perfectly. I wish I’d had one of these forever! My daughter in law was here and commented on how nice this mat was, so I sent her one too. The ONLY thing, is I wish I’d found some little ties to keep it closed, didn’t want to use rubber bands so I settled for a clothespin on each end. When you take it out to use again, it lays flat immediately. Just a wonderful kitchen helper.!!

This mat was bought as my go to mat for my sourdough bread baking when I am moving on from the first rise in the bowl to the second rise in the loaf pan… As I scrape the dough ball onto the mat, It sticks to my tile counter top but my bread scraper glides over it with no catching or tearing. The circles denoting size are useful as I can then cut the dough ball into two equal size balls which then are put into my loaf pans…or just leave the dough ball on the mat and bake it as necessary. Its a very versatile product, well recommended.

Golden Review Award: 152 From Our UsersI don’t usually write reviews unless the product is so impressive that I want others to know about it too (or if the product is a huge fail and I want buyers to be warned). With that being said, I am completely impressed by this product! Wow explains it in a nutshell!

I absolutely love this product and highly recommend it for all pastry bakers and anyone else that needs a workspace mat that won’t move around while you’re working! This mat is so easy to use and to clean, PLUS it easily folds up to be stored away using barely any space. It stays firmly in place while rolling out dough and the easy-to-read measuring guide printed on it makes it a breeze to roll out the perfect size dough every single time. Cleanup is a snap because you simply fold it up to keep your flour or other mess contained inside the mat then gently shake it off into the trash. Washing it just as easy and comes clean quickly by simply wiping it with a dishrag or soft sponge.

As I stated before, I am so impressed by this mat and its high-quality that I am buying this for each one of my daughters (and future daughters-in-love) as Christmas gifts this year! But not only is this mat fantastic for pastry bakers but it could also be used as a craft mat for both children and adults. The mat never slips, as some I’ve used in the past, but holds firmly in place making it great for protecting your table with little crafters. And with its large size, it would be perfect for finger-painting without the paints getting onto your table. I’m so impressed with this product that I’m getting a second one for myself to use in all my crafting projects! You can’t go wrong with this product! Absolutely amazing and durable!!! Five stars just isn’t enough! If I could give it more stars, I would!

    EDITED TO ADD A WARNING!:

After 3 months of consistently using this mat, I was highly disappointed on Friday night to see that it has begun to tear along the crease in the middle of the mat. When the mat was shipped to me, it was folded into this neat, little square, which I loved. After each use and cleaning it, I would fold it back up and place it back on the top shelf of the under cabinet where I store my hand mixer, rolling pins, etc., but I always made sure that it was nowhere near anything sharp or that nothing was laid on top of it. And because it was so lightweight and compact it could be easily placed on its side.

My first mistake was not looking at others pictures and reading through the lower rated reviews, which I usually do. My second mistake was folding the mat up after each use, just like it was shipped to me, because I loved how convenient it was to store it like that. What I should have done was ROLLED the mat up and stored it that way instead because then I feel the chance of it ripping would have been less.

Because of this tear, I have lowered my rating to 4 stars. However, this mat is still amazing in my eyes and I will more than likely end up ordering a new one in the very near future. I’m truly disappointed that the tear has developed and hope the manufacturer will find a way to make it even stronger so as to lower the chance of this happening to others. Just be aware of this design flaw, please.

I had something similar years ago and it was stiff and kept sliding off my table. This mat stays on the table, is pliable, rolls up easily and I just love it. I don’t bake much as I avoid sugar and sweets but I do love to make Gluten Free Pot Pies…. that is a challenge working with gluten free dough. This mat made my life so easy. I made huge pot pies for Easter dinner and will continue to make them !!! You won’t regret buying this.

This is a new love of mine for the kitchen. The size is absolutely amazing and covers such a large space that makes it so easy to work on. It is a no skid mat so it makes it so easy to roll my dough and the sizing takes the guess work out of making things to a certain size.

I easily wash this mat as well as fold it up to put it in a kitchen drawer. My daughter who often bakes and does things in the kitchen was also very impressed with this mat. We fo have a smaller one but she said “there is no use for that one anymore” and that is the truth..

I can not say how much I love this product and it will now be my go to house warming gift for anyone that bakes.

I bought this mat for my daughter because she loves to bake and she is obsessed with learning to do things from scratch. This mat is huge, and the guidelines on it are so helpful in rolling out pastry. It rolls up to store in my pantry, but I do find it’s best to wrap a rubber band around it for it to hold. I haven’t put it in the dishwasher but it’s a fast hand-wash, quick to dry and put away. Best of all—no scrubbing the counters or wasting wax paper to avoid caked up flour on the counters. She loves it, and so do I.

Actually I was a little disappointed when I received this item. I expected the mat to be thicker than it was. I am not a cook nor had any desire to use the mat in the kitchen. I wanted the mat for my shop’s bench top to the catch glue dripping when I was joining different wood projects. This mat is perfect for my job intended!! The dried glue is easily cleaned up and protects my work bench. I am not disappointing in the least now that I have used it. Maybe other wood workers will find this mat a tool to add to their shop as well. …Frank

This pie mat is very flexible and feels heavy duty in comparison to other baking sheets. I say this because you can actually bake on this mat as well as prepare food on it. It takes all the guesswork out of making my pie crust the right size for my pie pan (see photo 1), clean up is a breeze, and it rolls up easily for storage. The single problem I’ve had with it is that the first time I used it, as I tried to lift my pie crust from the mat, about halfway through it stuck a bit and once it started to stick it wanted to keep sticking which tore my crust up some (see photos 2 & 3). I finally used a butter knife to loosen it as I lifted it the rest of the way off the mat and it worked great (see photo 4). The next time I used it, I started from the beginning loosening the crust with the knife as I lifted it and it worked perfectly. Most important, it’s so very easy to clean up. No more messy counter.

I was SO happy to get this mat! It’s BIG!
Our trial run was make your own pizza night.
We could roll out the dough balls to the sizes we wanted, which was really neat. Solid Red circles mark 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14″ sizes. Dotted black circles mark 7, 9, 11, and 13″ sizes
The dough came off the Mat easily, since we floured it well.

We also tested a baking sheet straight from the oven (350F) to the mat. It resisted the heat well, and was warm, but not hot to the touch when I lifted the hot baking sheet.

Cleaning was very easy. I peeled the mat from the table, shook the residual flour off, and wiped it down with a wet cloth.

Previously, we would roll out our dough on a cutting board and place a silicone hot pad underneath to stop it from sliding. We don’t have to do that again! The mat adhered to both our Formica countertop, and our concrete table top.
I could not test the mat in the oven since it’s way too big.

I love it, and would definitely recommend it.

Great size, heat resistant, and non-slip!
