This bag enables me to carry everything I need for work for an overnight stay. Laptop, equipment, change of clothes and toiletries.
It looks ready for rough treatment and it comes with a locker. loads of pouches and big enough to suite a 17” laptop, a DSLR camera plus a 230mm lenses, a drone and a few more usefull tools that I usually take with me.
Absolutely as described and brilliant for business travel.
It can hold so much
I carry a lot of kit about with me.
Laptops, phones, cameras & lots of cables.
Plenty of space & pockets.
The whole item is well constructed & the external usb port you can link a power pack of
Your choice & charge your phone.
One of the best & good value.
This bag has been very helpful with my job, as I work in London and I’m on the train a lot, I can fit everything I need to take, comfortable to wear, very supportive. USB plug in is very handy and used a lot. Can’t fault this product.
This is great roomy bag with many compartments and perfect for laptop protection.
It’s not quite as waterproof as you might think in a heavy downpour and the the only other thing is I feel I need to be a bit broader in the shoulders for it to fit better – not sure what size of person (rugby players?) this was designed for.
I just got the bag a couple of days ago and didn’t use it enough yet, so I might update this review in future, but so far seems good. There are actually 2 things that I didn’t notice when I ordered the bag that bother me a little bit. First one is the charging – I was under the impression that you could put your power bank in the inside pocket and somehow connect it with the outside plug, but this is not the case – that side pocket on the top where the plug is has the cable in it where you can connect your power bank, but it has to fit into that pocket (mine doesn’t). The other thing is the top handle that they only covered with the fabric in the middle, and you can see the actual handle through a plastic on both sides of the handle – when I noticed, I thought it’s a production mistake or something similar, but then I checked and noticed this is actually the design – now, personally I don’t like that, but that’s obviously subjective. Other than these 2 things, everything else seems fine. I got a separate protective rain cover for it as well – now, I know it says it’s “waterproof” but I have a similar bag that came with the rain cover and I’m just used to it, also I live in the UK so The bag I have for work is somewhat smaller, though I don’t know if I will end up using this one for work, as I’m planning to use it mostly for travel (and I don’t pack light)… The bag I’ve used so far lasted me good few years and this one seem to at least match that quality, big hopes
Bought this to go work and I impressed with the amount of compartments to put things. Can’t say much about durability because I have recently bought it.
One thing that could be a bit better is front zipper where you put wallet, personal documents and pens. Zipper could be a bit bigger allowing you to store things easier. Other than that, It suits me perfectly.
This bag is absolutely brilliant.
I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’d always had “swissgear” laptop bags before
This is a “krosser” which looks practically same, with the cable strength top handle
And it has more compartments than soft Mick, it’s the TARDIS of laptop bags and I just cannot compliment it enough 😉
This bag was bought as a present. It was a great gift.
I completed lots of research for a good bag to take to America for 2 weeks of daily use. The bag was very comfortable even when being filled. The multitude of pockets was perfect for what i was looking for to separate all my items.
The main pocket was large enough for all i needed and carried litres of water daily.
Not a negative but so people are aware. Due to the metal reinforced hand strap this did set off security alarms at theme park entrances. This for me was no issue and security check of my bag was never a problem.
So many security also commented on the bag how they thought it was very nice.
So overall i have had a good experience and look forward to using this for many of years.
Usurpassed quality that I have never seen at this price point . Wonderful organization of pockets. Too bad that amazon were selling it at a far higher price than other websites so bought from elsewhere.
Left it a year to submit this review as so many work rucksacks have not survived the test of time. This is a much appreciated exception. Used almost every day. So many pockets and space. Well-designed and no signs of exterior deterioration or interior fraying despite the amount of buffeting and packing. All zips functioning perfectly and overall superb value for money.
I was looking for a good quality backpack. This seemed quite expensive but I understand why, the materials used are robust and it is so well made. Lots of compartments and pockets to enable organisation. I am more than pleased with this produc
Great from the first use! Looks compact and durable. Only used it for couple of days, but feels great!
The only thing missing is the key holder that they have in a different model, and not in this one. Or they missed putting it in this one.
Very comfortable to wear, I have used it a couple of times now for travelling with 3 laptops and it does the job for what I need and I can also fit clothes in! Lots of space!
This is a very well made product with plenty of room for a Computer and attachments leaving lots of space for other things. Unfortunately as the person I was ordering for is slight, it was too big for her. She ended up buying something more compact. Anyone looking for a pack to carry other things beside their Computer, I think it would be well worth looking at this.
I had been looking for a new rucksack for a forthcoming holiday as my old one had seen too much service. My new one has plenty of pockets of various sizes so hopefully I can organize myself and know exactly what is where. All of the zips can be locked using a padlock which will be great for money and passport etc. The back straps are adjustable and it fits comfortably on my back. All in all, a great purchase.
What a fantastic design. Really comfortable, very durable and lots of space. You can literally put the kitchen sink in it. Only criticism is you have to make sure that rear compartment is fully zipped up or having weight in the front unzips main compartment. Laptop etc will always stay safe though. Just embarrassing when you do it in a meeting. Highly recommended. Vastly superior to my samsonite bag which cost 3 times as much.
4 of my colleagues have now bought them as well.
Everything is reinforced and is really well thought out. Loads of pockets loads of padding and secret pocket is great for keys passport or other travel docs.
So glad I bought this, and the wife loves her version as well.
Extremely sturdy and well-made backpack. Very comfy to throw over one or both shoulders. Apart from the quality, the thing that really impressed me was the sheer amount of storage. I can easily pack in my iPad Pro, iPad Air, 13″ Huawei Matebook, 14″ Mackbook Pro, all the chargers, PC headset, Bose QC35s in their case, notepads, 3 USB hubs, and countless other bits and pieces. AND still have room to spare! Highly recommended
I purchased this as a replacement for a work bag and I was sceptical as to whether or not I could fit everything in it I needed to. I was not disappointed as it has loads of different compartments with good quality zips, straps are holding up at the moment and doesn’t appear to be coming undone anywhere.
There are many cheaper rack sacks however, this appealed due to the many design features required for work. There is lots of storage, quality zips. It’s well though out. I carry a computer, food, glasses and other work related items and the many pockets allows them to be stored separately. The making of the rucksack appears to be of good quality, the handle is a metal wire covered in a plastic sheath covered in padded material so it should last many uses. Time will tell
I bought this bag as a cheap go between but it has been so flawless I’ve kept it on.
I use a laptop bag for work to lug a laptop, 20 odd cables, lunch box, various hand tools, tons of paperwork and whatever other oddities I need for the day. All getting bashed around a building site so bags are a consumable for me.
I had a Dell bag but the stitching gave on the shoulders so I had to replace. I bought this bag until a Swiss Gear bag I wanted was back in stock as one of the lads I work with picked up the last one.
I carry more daily than he does but this bag is still SOLID, whilst his has ripped in several places and needs renewing – shocking when you look at the price difference.
For anyone needing a rugged bag to carry tonnes around I’d highly recommend this, I’ve even talked a few of the lads at work into this when their bags have given up!
My last bag was 79 and started to fall apart not long after purchase.
This one feels solid, it’s size is deceiving, you can fit loads in This bag. Highly recommended. If any complaint to many zips…
Great bag, has many compartments and has good padding. Quality is fantastic, bag feels very durable. Looks smart and price is very reasonable. Can’t find any negatives with the backpack after using for 3 months
I love many things about this bag and overall I am very happy with my purchase. However the one thing that is very annoying is that when the bag is sat on the floor, the back compartment opens out sometimes when I don’t want it to. It’s caused me to wallop my laptop a few times. If buying again, I’d go for the version without the TSA luggage compartmentfor this reason. I’m thinking of putting safety pins in the zips to prevent this in future. It would also be nicer to having kissing zips which are more secure when locking and a hip strap as it gets quite heavy when full do it is large capacity. I love the sunglasses pouch at the top and the carry gable is very comfy.
Pros
-Spacious. Suitable for commuting and enough clothes for a long weekends
-Well constructed and thoughtful design
-Easy to carry and straps well padded
Cons
-Sometimes difficult to find items due to the size and number of pockets.
-Remembering to zip up all pockets when in a hurry
