The IPL Hair Removal for Women with 500000 Flashes Laser Hair Remover Device is well built, high-quality device that does the job well. It comes with a razor and black shades to protect the eyes during flashes. My wife was initially reluctant of using it as she never used a laser removal device before.
There are many positives to the device and a few negative points.
Positives include:
1. Well-designed and built device – looks and feels like a premium product.
2. LIght weight – handy and comfortable and easy to use
3. Comes with extras in a well-packaged protective box
Negatives:
1. Short power cord
2. Non-replaceable bulb – if it goes the whole device will be useless
Overall, it is a nice device with an initial period of reluctance to use, it has produced results – Although it is difficult to compare with any other device the results achieved from this device are good there is no damage observed to the skins and reduces the hair growth over time and multiple uses.
I am pleasantly surprised with how well this works!
I’ve seen other models a lot more expensive so wasn’t sure this would work,
But so far so good!
Comes with good instructions,
Easy to use,
Can’t wait to keep using
I was a little skeptical but I’ve been using this for a while now and my hair is very patchy now where some hair is now no longer regrowing. I’ve also noticed that the hair that is growing back is finer/softer, and I’m getting less ingrowers. It’s really easy and simple to use, and so far so good for my legs and bikini area 🙂
This machines is really effective and wonderful levels of results which requires time to achieve. The results are slow but certain and once desired results are chieved it can be sed continuosly for other areas and other poeple
The “IPL Hair Removal Gun” from Veme is a corded Intense Pulsed Light device for providing permanent hair removal to specific areas.
In the box you get the IPL gun, it’s power cord and adapter, a pair of protective glasses, a razer, and an instruction manual.
The included instruction manual provides details of how to use the device, with the usual bucketload of caveats. The English is a tad broken in the manual, however, it’s pretty obvious how to use the device. To be honest, this Amazon listing pretty much tells you all you need to know about its operation.
M y daughter (bless her) has been using the IPL on my back, to permanently get rid of all those pesky back hairs I’ve been getting ever since I turned 30. Obviously, the back is a relatively large area to cover, so it does take roughly 10 minutes for her to go over my entire back.
One minor annoyance with the device is with the super short power lead. It’d like 1.2m long, which sounds adequate but in reality isn’t very long at all. With me lying on my bed so my daughter can zap my back, we had to get an extension lead for the plug socket (that’s located right next to my bed) to be able to reach.
The IPL device provided you with half-a-million (500k) of flashes. That’s more than enough for most people. In fact, there’s even a digital counter on the unit which counts down how many flashes you have left (starting at 500,000).
In use the IPL device is very simple to use. It only works when held flat against the skin, so the bright flash works directly on the required area. I felt a slight warmth with the flash but that’s about it. No discomfort or anything.
You do need to use this regularly and over a good few months to receive the results you’re after. So for the first month you’re using it every-other-day, then month two you’re 2-3 times a week, then month three you’re as and when required.
After a couple of weeks I could tell it was beginning to work. My back hair was coming back at a far slower rate and with a finer look to it. I’ll obviously keep going to hopefully finally have the patches of back hair gone for good.
It’s been 2 months since my wife started her treatment with this IPL, I can confirm that her skin is totally hair-free after the 8 week period, as advertised.
For the first month, she used the device twice a week, then on the second month she only used it once a week. This process is pain-free and the device is easy to use.
This IPL has 5 adjustable energy levels, a manual flash for smaller areas (good for armpits), and an auto-flash for larger areas (arms and legs).
This IPL is no less than any branded hair removal device. It works just fine. I had used a really expensive IPL in the past. And there is no way I can tell any difference in the results. The trick is just consistency. This is superb device in budget and does a great job.
I have achieved good results with this product and I noticed hair growth has been reduced. The product is described to have a usage for many years to come, which is a great advantage and a good investment. A good product overall, with one problem – the cable is too short, I had to get an extension socket. Would have prefered it cordless. Good value for money!
This arrives boxed with clear instructions sheet, the machine itself seems well made and is comfortable to hold and use.My daughter has tested this and she has been use for 1mth twice a week.My daughter has olive skin and dark hair so is use this on facial hair above lip and near ears and also on leg hairs. This does not give instant results but after month of using her facial hairs are much sparser and she is pleased with results and hopes with continued use will remove, her legs are taking longer to see results but again hair is sparser and seems thinner and softer. This is simple to use and does seem to be working but it’s not instant and do need to use every several times a week and not a quick process if doing large areas such as legs.I would prefer longer power cord as it’s quite short but overall she is happy with results so fa
Excellent product, comes with sunglasses for eye safety from the laser light, there is also a razor and a charging adapter, comes with levels of sensitivity. I used it for a month now and it is very effective I have not had hair growth in the last 1 week, normally I tend to grow out quick. Would definitely recommend.
A month is a short time to see the result, it’s the same thing with different brands.
It may take 8-9 months to see the full result.
It’s nice to have a successful use on the body and face in the same tool.
Beautifully designed.
Easy to use.
It takes around 8 weeks to see results with this laser hair removal (as it says in the instructions) so I can’t really comment on how well it has worked yet but I am optimistic! The instructions have super tiny writing so make sure you have your reading glasses handy, but they are easy to understand and have illustrations to help too.
I found this easy to function and experienced very little discomfort when using. It’s good that they include the glasses as when the laser flashes it is very bright! When using the laser, I felt a slight burning sensation but it wasn’t too bad at all, and you can smell burning hair so I’m hoping it does give me some results. I haven’t had any damage to my skin or irritation after using, so I will keep going with it and hopefully will see some results in a few weeks!
This is a very good hair removal device. It’s really working it’s no hurting and no burning is
in side the cooling fan so no hot feeling it’s come with sun glass and razor it’s amazing i really like it’s fantastic.
My wife had been using a similar Eme branded device IPL for the last 4 months on her legs, and with almost all the legs hairs gone my wife decided to pass it over to my mum to try. So now she was ready to give this new VEME IPL a try.
In the box
IPL hair removal device
Mains adaptor
Dark safety glasses
A standard blade shaver, with a spare blade
Instructions
The quality of this device is very good and with a specification of 5000000 flashes it should last many years. My wife did find the mains adaptor power cable very short, if fact it’s only 1.2 metre. When plugged into a mains wall socket you need be sitting right over it, or use an extra mains extension lead. Also the safety glasses are poor quality and have become scratched in the box, luckily the laser will only fire when the device is in contact with the skin. This time she has been using it to remove armpit hair and to maintain her legs. My wife says she always has a quick shave before using the laser, and she has been treating her armpits twice a week to start with and her legs once every other week.
To have a course of IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatment in a salon or clinic can be quite costly, so this will more than pay for itself if going for lots of treatments. My wife and I were a bit wary about this sort of treatment to start with, but now my wife has experience of using this type of hair removal she feels it’s perfectly safe. Also last time I did do some research I found this sort of laser hair removal has been around for many years. Laser hair removal apparently works better on people with pale skin and dark hair, so may take longer on other skin tones and hair colours.
Overall, we are fairly please with this Eme laser hair treatment device. The only real let-down is the short power lead, which means she cannot use this on the bed without a mains extension lead. The laser device is a 5 star product for the price, but I will have to knock off 1 star for the power lead.

These IPL devices can be a long process, but i think i can see some action! So far so good.
The device itself is nice and light and easy to hold. The cord could be longer but thats life. It comes with safety gogles etc and full instructions, though these are not great and take a little reading. It is nicely boxed but a storage pouch would be a nice addition, but does make a nice gift. The down side is there is a lot of people you cannot use it on so always double check the description as this is not overly clear.
Very cheap compared to some big brands and seems to work the same. A little longer before full results though.
+ well built quality
+ built-in bulb can be used for 500,000 flashes. My Reminghton IPL6000 has replaceable bulbs that are usable for 1500flashes which is very low and adds up to the overall cost.
+ price very low compared to my Reminghton IPL6000
+ glasses included
+ the device works when it touches the skin. This is for safety since its a home device
+ can be used in the face (someone else should help since you have to close your eyes for safety reasons)
– cord not long enough
– even if the bulb promises a lot flashes, it is not replaceable for now my lamp works as expected but sometimes these bulbs fail earlier than advertised
– slower to use than the lasers used in the dermatologist. So, for large areas it takes a lot of time to cover everything(every flash should touch the skin)
I will update this based on the results I will have after some months of use.
If you are considering buying and expect results or signs of results within a week you will be disappointed. The products details clearly state it can take a couple of months of regular use until the hair growth stops or heavily reduced. Its important to start doing a skin test on the lowest level just to ensure you don’t react to it. Then start treatment 3-4 times a week for the first month and 2-3 times a week the following month. You also need to factor in that treatment will be quicker, more effective at a higher level but you need to start at a lower level, and gradually increase it.
The device showed up slightly over the 500,000 treatments and every time it flashes the number counts down. The bulb attachment at the front clips off to replace, I haven’t seen a replacement for sale but at 500k pulses it should last a long time (25 years according to the listing details). The speed gun looking device comes with a 115cm power cord to UK plug, a longer power cable would have been better so you don’t have to crouch near the plug socket or use an extension cord. Also included a razor and a pair of black plastic glasses, these did have scuff marks on the front, but do the job, I imagine any strong UV blocking black sunglasses would do the same job. The device wont flash unless its placed on the skin and so the light never really shines directly into your eyes. Its just like a DSLR camera flash gun, gets slightly warm but never burning, and no reaction during the skin test or the first couple of treatments .
Certain skin types and hair colour is not going to work all down to levels of the melatonin. You do need to shave first and then when the device is started a small fan noise is heard (which I assume is to cool the device) and then press the trigger. Its quick enough to treat an area but way to early after a week to see results, but I don’t see why this would be less effective than any other similar devices. No issues with the quality of the device, easy to operate and comes in a sturdy white branded box to store when not in use.
