Picture Quality
The Picture Quality is quite clear, it has an option to stream between HD & SD, if you keep it on the Auto setting it will switch at random depending on your WIFI connection. it really is a nice picture, i have it setup to view my front gate, the picture does not distort or freeze. i would give the Picture Quality 9/10.
Ease of Use
When you open the Box you will have the CCTV Bulb, a Socket which you can wire into your homes electrical grid to power the bulb or screw the bulb into an existing light socket. just be advised that it uses the E27 screw socket and you will need to get an adapter if your house light sockets are the standard B27 pin sockets. the adapters are around 5 for 2, so no big deal. once you plug the CCTV into a light socket and turn the light switch on, the CCTV camera will make a noise and start to spin up and calibrate itself. You will then need to install the app on you apple or google device. the manual in the box will have a QR Code for you to scan for ease of Download. the next section is easy, Download the app, Sign up and log in, then add device, the app will display a Qr code, hold the code Infront of the camera. the camera will say “Connecting”. once done it will beep and say “Connected” you can now start viewing the camera. Ease of use i will give 10/10.
Camera Functions
The camera can record video, phots as well as Audio, it has a built in mic for you to talk to the person in proximity, you can pan and tilt the camera it has a range of motion of 355, there is a digital zoom function by way of pinching the image on screen but no actual Zoom. it has a really sensitive motion detection so if you don’t want an alert every 5 seconds i would reduce the motion detection to medium or low. it as a free basic use or a premium subscription, you can choose either 1 camera subscription or 5 camera subscription on either a monthly or Annual plan. Function 8/10.
Overall thoughts.
Absolutely love this CCTV camera, it does exactly what i need it to and it is so cheap at just 13.99, you can not go wrong with the quality to price point ratio. i would highly recommend this if you want to dip your preverbal toe into the CCTV pond without forking over for a Complete DVR Setup. the downside is the only way to record if you don’t want a subscription is to buy and install a micro SD card into the Camera itself. Overall score 9/10.
Did not like having to sign up to the cloud, just wanted a simple camera and not having to pay extra for cloud storage.
Ok, so coming from the positiuon of having very low expectation of everything but intense disappointment, this little security cam is excellent – Night Vision (actually just) build quality is good – though this is a screw cap, I overdid the screwing in and the metal cap came away – wasnt difficult to fix, though. tracker seems ok, but can remote control that anyway, sound is good and mic seems to be good enough. Bought it to spy on our dog when we left him on his own – which it does brilliantly. Did I mention its only 21.99
Fabulous camera. Easy to install. Great picture quality, both day and night. Does exactly what we needed it for.
It’s in my hallway monitoring two doorways and so far so good. It’s great that you can move the camera remotely and also speak through the speaker to alert who ever or what ever that they can be seen.
Would definitely purchase again.

Easy to set up easy to use, there are in app purchases but don’t cost much.you don’t need them to work the camera put mine in a lantern outside but take the glass out it reflects at night in to the lens and stops you seeing the great night visio
