The dinner set is just so lovely and elegant, now enjoy more the classy dinner at home during the lockdown. Meanwhile the customer service is excellent. Arrived within days of order so well packed no chips etc really impressed with quality looks a lot more expensive not used yet I ordered the 60 piece set only needed enouth for 9 but great to have spare would recommend

Not quite sure about it now. Design is ok perhaps I should have gone for a symmetrical set. Don’t like that the pattern is not the same all around the plates Good value for money though.
Very pleased with the product. A lovely dinner set. I really liked the wavy shape of dinner plates, side plates and soup bowls. The cups are a lovely but not mug size (my fault for not noticing in the details). Well packaged and delivered when stated. I needed to contact seller about my delivery and the reply was very prompt. Dishwasher safe and very durable!
Absolutely love this dinner set- the plates are so beautiful & stylish. They arrived sooner than expected & packed very well.
I loved them so much that I purchased an additional 6 dinner plates (as those are the plates we get through the most) & also the set of 3 deep bowls which are excellent sizes!

Beautiful set really happy with it. My only not so good part is the size of the cups, they’re tiny. Not really sure what use they will ever have unless you want a mouthful of drink. Other than that the set is lovely.

At first they sent me faulty items
Some plates had black spots on them and one small bowl edge was broken, but when I contacted seller. I got new set free of charge after 3 weeks time. Although the wait was long but the seller did sent a new set as apology for faulty once.

The dinner plates are not completely smooth in its center: they show a mark due to the design of the production process, that’s why I haven’t rated the set with 5 stars.
Other than the pointed above, they are beautiful and strong: a wonderful value for money ratio.
Lovely, simple design. Decent weight , platewise (not terribly heavy). All white dinnerware always looks good and never goes . Very pleased and highly recommend.

I like these cups and saucers very much. Pure white is my favorite, simple, generous and classic. Dinner at home using the whole set just right, friends say good-looking, worth buying even if a little expensive!

Plates heavy and a bit square than rectangular in shape. Bowls not deep enough. Tea cups smooth and lovely and side plates gorgeous
We really like this set. Delivered on time and in a safe well padded box. I made the mistake of leaving a pot over one of them while serving food and it left a black mark on the plate…but it was my fault I should have been more careful I suppose. Cannot wash it off!

There are small impurities in the porcelain. However, the price for the 30 piece set is such a steal. At the end of the day, who would stare at the plates all the time?
While I agree with the other reviewers in that the set is slightly heavy/chunky and that the plates do not sit well on each other, this doesn’t really bother me one bit. I managed to stack them easily in my sideboard and they look great!
To be fair to other buyers, be aware that you may notice slight bumps /irregular texture in the interior of some of the soup bowls if you run your finger over them or look very carefully. I also don’t think they are fine porcelain as one of other reviewer’s mentioned. I’m not too fussed as at least they aren’t chipped or broken in any way and worth the money I paid for..
We ordered 2 sets of this dinner set on Saturday 13th Feb and received both sets on the Monday 15th! Both sets were received with no damage whatsoever. You can’t get better service than this!! The dinner set was as described and we are very pleased with it. Looks modern and well made and is a nice shape.

his set is really lovely , my concern was it would be thick chunky china but it certainly is not, it is a very nice quality and stacks neatly. I love it and would buy more items if they made for example serving dishes gravy jugs , it would be also good if you could buy extra dinner plates
Very nice set. Cups on a small side but still very pretty. Delivered almost the next working day- speedy. Contact with the seller very good. The only downside was that this item had to be delivered to a remote area so I was asked to purchase a second set. The cereal bowls are a little shallow and because of their shape spooning out milk is not so easy. Despite this I still like it and would recommend the purchase..
Bought for my wife as a surprise as I was tired of the old plates we had had for years and she was delighted.
Grandkids love the set allowing them the ability to compartmentalise their food easily. Why they want to do this I have no idea but … six/five/four years olds … say no more!!

Very pleased with these plates, the excellent packaging and the speed at which they were sent by DPD.
Initially we thought these were “seconds”. Once the whole collection was unpacked we discovered it wasn’t that bad, but a few of the items were substandard – overall good though.
We wanted a something that bit different which is why we went for this set it looks great and the quality is top class. the big bonus was the price with 73% off it really was a no brainer but after delivery we were so pleased with the quality we ordered a second set so we had enough to use it all time and fill the dishwasher.
There are expensive sets around but my advise is save your money

I have bought these 2 months ago, they arrived 3 or 4 days after I ordered it. I would say they are quite nice for the price, so the quality/price is high. Would recommend to anyone. 🙂
The set works well and looks good. The cups were a bit on the small size but I suppose they have been built for the Italian exprsso drinker rather than a mug man like myself
Really love the all the items in the set. By looking at the measurements, I was expecting the flat plates to be really big. As I couldn’t find the dinner set with this shape anywhere else for this price, I still bought it. When it arrived, I was really pleased with the measurements as well as the look. Perfect item for a perfect home.
The colour is more of an off-white than it looks in the photo, but is still very attractive especially when used for entertaining. The plates are small but I prefer that to some of the enormous platters you often get served food on at restaurants.

I found no fault with the delivery and packaging, every item was intact. Customer Services for this seller is excellent: prompt and courteous, and one query I had was dealt with efficiently.
The product was received on time but unfortunately one of the dinner plates was broken.As this is a Christmas present I would have liked a replacement but this was not possible,however a refund was given to allow for a similar plate to be bought. The quality of the product is very good for the price I paid.
The only problem is that as the set is shipped from China there is a chance that the odd item maybe damaged (as we had!) because the packing of the set could be better, however if you contact them about the they are very polite and generous.
If you do get a complete set unmarked then you cannot buy a better set that will bring you years of enjoyment. Hence I have awarded the set 5 stars
The side plates, cups and saucers are all good sizes and suit our requirements. My only negative comment is about the dessert bowls, which are just that. Don’t expect to eat a decent amount of breakfast cereal out of them ‘cos it ain’t gonna happen. They’re just too small.
Apart from this, I would recommend the set – especially at the price.
The seller is a whole different ballgame. They were weeks (yes, weeks) late in delivery and lied at every turn. In typical Chinese seller style, they told me what they though I anted to hear as opposed to the actual truth. I have left them significantly negative feedback and I meant it. I will not change it.
The delivery estimate when ordering was misleading and delivery was way outside the estimate. In simple terms, they lied. Also the tracking info they provided was invalid.
MY ADVICE (HAVING BEEN STUNG A NUMBER OF TIMES NOW) – IF YOU WANT SOMETHING QUICKLY, DON’T BUY AN ITEM THAT IS DISPATCHED FROM CHINA, SINAGAPORE, HONG KONG ETC.
