The baking trays are dishwasher safe and don’t lose there shape when used which means no bending.
The pizza tray is brilliant with the holes in it, it makes the base crispy and allows the whole pizza to cook much more evenly.
The roasting trays is also very good again with the holes it allows whatever you are roastin to cook more evenly and allows for a crispy skin on a chicken (if you like that).
