Se lo regale a mi pareja para reyes y est encantado se escucha muy bien le dir bastante la batera y son bastante cmodos. La nica pega que pesan un poco ms.
Das Produkt ist an sich empfehlenswert, jedoch sitzt es wirklich sehr eng. Bei lngerem Spiel Spa hinkt der Spa etwas zurck, da auf Dauer die Ohren schmerzen.

Queste cuffie sono una manna dal cielo, sono letteralmente anni che cercavo un paio di cuffie wireless di qualit e queste sono decisamente il top! ottima autonomia (almeno 16-20 ore giocando sempre in full audio). audio 7.1 perfetto, su giochi tipo COD e Battlefield dove l’audio ottimizzato si ha molto vantaggio sugli avversari sentendo perfettamente i passi, quasi come avere un cheat. buon isolamento acustico esterno e tutto sommato comode da indossare, unico svantaggio, forse leggermente troppo ingombranti da portare in giro ma per una postazione gaming sono il top del top. se non le avessi gi le ricomprerei!

Sieht stylisch aus und hat eine super Klang- und Mikrofonqualitt!
Fr den durchschnittlichen Gamer ein Top-Teil der gehobenen Klasse!
Ichhab hier viel gelesen das es auf der PS4 nur Stereo gibt. Also ich kann da nicht klagen. Der Klang ist gut und man bekommt sofort mit aus welcher Richtung der Ton kommt.
Zum Tragekomfort kann ich sagen das die Polster das Ohr sauber umschlieen. Es drckt nichts. Nicht mal meine Brille.
Eine tolle Aufbewahrungsbox ist gleich dabei. Die Verpackung ist nmlich schn sauber ausgeschnitten. Also rein mit in die Verpackung und es ist alles am richtigen Platz.
Kann’s nur weiter empfehlen.

Casque confortable avec un son de qualit et une autonomie solide. Franchement mise part le branchement de la cl USB avec le cble optique qui est un peu disgracieux et le casque qui est assez imposant (ce qui pourrait en gner certains) on ne peut rien lui reprocher. Le casque est trs bien construit et ne grince pas. Il isole correctement sans pour autant vous couper totalement du monde. Si il vois fait de l’oeil n’hsitez pas.

Used for PS4 Pro, didn’t like the fact that you have to use the optical out with the usb.. then turn down your sound on your t.v. But for size fitting around your head it’s fine for adults, also comfortable, to wear or have on, as it’s light weight… as for battery life it’s fairly brand new, and at full volume I’ve had out of it 13 hrs battery life..Overall it’s worth the money..
Purchased this gaming headset after reading many reviews and watching YouTube videos.
I needed a specific headset which:
– Wireless
– PC And PS4 compatible
– Surround Sound for PS4
This headset ticks all those boxes, remember for the 7.1 audio this only works on PS4 as you need to plug in the aux cable.
The USB receiver is nice and small and allows me to switch between my PC and PS4 effortlessly.
I find the battery life is very good and the sound is amazing. I usually use the headset for gaming sessions between 2 – 4 hrs. I would say they are comfortable up to 3 hrs, after this I do feel abit of warmth on my ears so take them off for a short break.
The audio I need to tell you more, when gaming on the PS4 (and connected to the aux cable) I play mainly COD – the sound is soo good I can hear exactly where spy plans are in the air, I can hear directions of footsteps and this without doubt has allowed me to have an advantage vs non surround sound headsets.
The supplied charging cable (micro USB) is long and is fantastic braided quality.
If you are after a gaming headset with the same requirements as my above, look no further!

Sounds great! Love the 7.1 and the next level sound that you turn on as an option. Can hear my surroundings in game. Playing COD is the best thing. Can hear my own voice if I turn the function on. Wish they use the ear pads on the Kraken which is way cooler feel, as this can get warmer when you do longer gaming. Comfy at most times but also can be discomfort at some sessions. On top and on ear pads. Good to have the red light to shows it’s on mute mic. Great wireless, good for going to place in the room when you are waiting for the game to start. Good to stretch your legs. Battery life is okay. But make sure to charge it if you are doing a long gaming. Or you may have to charge it when playing, which I had to do. Which sucks!
A little on the pricey side but a great headset for both pc and PS4 gaming. Definitely had my money’s worth from them! Sound is great. They’re comfy (with and without glasses) and they don’t get hot either.

Le uniche note negative per me sono il bluetooth che ha un raggio decisamente corto ma, finch non ci giri per casa, va pi che bene. La batteria che non ha una durata delle migliori (io non stimerei pi di 6-8h di utilizzo). Infine io mi ci trovo bene comunque ma sono pi adatte a teste grosse avendo dei padiglioni davvero grandi.
Sono una bomba anche per la musica!!!
Das Headset ist nun seit ca. einem Jahr in meinem Besitz und wurde sowohl an der PS4 als auch am PC genutzt.
Ingesamt wird einem eine super Verarbeitung geboten, die Polster drcken nicht und liegen gut an.
Ebenfalls ist deutlich positiv zu erwhnen, gerade an der Konsole knnen Chat- und Spielsound separat angepasst werden.
Auch die hinterlegten Equalizier die per Tastendruck ausgewhlt werden knnen sind nicht verkehrt.
Am linken Ohrbgel kann ebenfalls noch die Empfindlichkeit des Mikrofons reguliert werden, was nicht bei jedem headset Standard ist.
Fr den Preis bekommt man also auch etwas geboten und hat dazu einen guten klang. Einen guten klang fr den Normalverbraucher, tiefer kann ich persnlichen einen klang nicht bewerten.
Dadurch das der Kopfbgel aus Metall ist, hat man auch nicht mehr die Gefahr das dieser bricht. Ein hufig vorkommenes Problem bei diversen anderen Namenhaften Herstellern, die Headsets brechen am Plastik (schiebeteil) zwischen Ohrmuschel und Kopfpolster, meistens nach ca. einem Jahr.
Der Faktor welcher aber massiv in diesem Preissegment strt, ist die Drahtlosverbindung.
Ich laufe auch mal umher oder wechsel den Raum. Hierbei ist zu erwhnen, ich kann den USB-Dongle noch sehen und der ist keine 5m entfernt, dennoch kommt es immer mal wieder zu Verbindungsabbrchen.
Es ist keine Tr o.. im Weg, das Signal hat freie Bahn, dennoch bricht das Signal immer mal ab, wodurch das Headset immer wieder akustisch darauf reagiert. -> auf Dauer regt man sich immer darber auf
Wrden diese Verbindungsabbrche nicht sein, wrde ich das Headset auch definitiv ein zweites mal kaufen. So aber wird die Suche weitergehen, sollte das Headset mal seinen dienst getan haben und kaputt sein.
Sollte man das Headset fr Homeoffice oder so nutzen und hat es demnach auch durchgehend ber mehrere Stunden auf (Arbeitstage von 8-9 Stunden), kann es vorkommen das man ein leicht feuchtres Gefhl hinter den Ohren wahrnimmt.
Ich benutze dieses Headset an meiner PS4.
Da ich nach mehreren Jahren mit billigen Stereo-Headsets die kabelgebundene Variante satt hatte, bin ich auf das Thresher umgestiegen und ich kann nur sagen der Unterschied ist gewaltig!
Man kann die Schritte wirklich genau lokalisieren, die Tonqualitt ist wirklich hervorragend, der Bass sollte nach Belieben ber die verschiedenen Modi im Spiel eingestellt werden.
Lautstrke ist wirklich irre, ich habe es meistens auf der Hlfte, da es mir sonst zu laut ist.
Einzig einen Stern Abzug gibt es aufgrund der fehlenden Mglichkeit die Lautstrkebalance zwischen Party und Spielsound einzustellen.
Ansonsten ist dieses Headset fr den aufgerufenen Preis wirklich eine Wucht!
A good headset for the value (I paid 100 GBP). Some more controls would have made it clear me of the best on the market (party volume, possibility to equalise etc.)
These have excellent sound, and the surround sound is cool but I wouldn’t recommend it for gaming as it doesn’t really make the direction the sound is coming from any clearer (if anything makes it harder to tell). However I believe that surround sound is difficult to achieve with all PS4 headphones as they all use post processing software.
They are comfortable despite the heavy weight and feel well built. Only thing that really annoys me is the beeping every 30 seconds when they run out of battery but I think most headphones do this and the battery life is incredible so I feel like this is something that can be dealt with.
Love them otherwise.
Llevo dos aos y medio usando estos auriculares, son una maravilla, tienen muy buen sonido y son los auriculares mas cmodos que me he puesto (y he probado un montn de ellos….) el micrfono es una pasada, tu voz se escucha con mucha claridad sin tener que acercarte mucho el micrfono a la boca.
Las almohadillas se me empezaron a desgastar hace poco, han durado unos 2 aos, pero son muy fciles de quitar y en amazon puedes comprar unas nuevas hechas a medida para estos auriculares.
La batera no durar lo mismo que cuando lo compr, que es normal, me durar aproximadamente 13 – 14 horas, que a mi me siguen pareciendo suficientes, adems puedo cargarlos mientras los uso asi que no es un problema.
Sin duda recomiendo su compra, aunque en estas fechas creo que razer hace tiempo que ha sacado unos auriculares parecidos a estos pero con rgb…
I bought these for my other half. I thought he would prefer some wireless headphones. He loves them. He said the can hear shots fired behind him as the surround sound is amazing. The pads on his ears are really comfy and he can were them for hours, literally does. He has a huge head and the headphones for him perfectly. A definitely good buy.
Ich habe das Headset an meiner Uralt PS4 der ersten Stunde betrieben. Die Verpackung ist recht hochwertig und auch die Verarbeitung des Headsets lsst nicht zu wnschen brig.
Komfort:
Da ich einen realtiv groen Monsterschdel habe, musste ich lange nach einem Headset suchen, das auch mal 3-4h getragen werden kann, ohne zu drcken. Das hat das Razer definitiv geschafft. Obwohl es recht gro und schwer ist. Also was den Tragekomfort angeht ist es echt empfehlenswert. Was mir sehr gefallen hat ist das optische Feedback, wenn man es stummschaltet. (das Mic leuchtet dann rot) Da ich einer der Kanditaten bin, die es gerne mal vergessen das Mikro wieder anzuschalten. 😉
Sound
Der Sound ist m.M.n. super, die Ortung von Gegnern bei Cod MW2019 und R6 ist super. Auch hier kann ich es nur wrmstens empfehlen. Muss aber auch sagen, dass es mein bisher teuerstes Headset war und ich keinen Vergleich zu anderen Headsets der Preisklasse habe. Meinen Wnschen und Vorsellungen entsprach es aber Vollkommen.
Aber warum schreibe ich die ganze Zeit in der Vergangenheit?
Weil ich es heute nach ca. 2 Wochen Nutzung zurcksenden werde.
Grund hierfr sind stndige und beraus nervige Verbindungsabbrche. Das Headset fngt an zu piepen und der Sound verschwindet fr 5-20sek. Hat mich das ein oder andere virtuelle Leben gekostet.
Woran diese Abbrche liegen kann ich leider nicht sagen. Es wird ja vermutet, dass es an der Frequenz von 2.4Ghz liegt. Ich betreibe meine Konsole allerdings nicht via WLAN, sondern mit LAN-Kabel. Dennoch brach die Verbindung mehrmals am Abend ab. Meine entfernung zum Dongle waren so 2-3m.
Nun geht es zurck und meine Suche leider weiter.
Falls wer Tipps (fr groe Kpfe und einem max. Preis von 150) hat, gerne her damit. 🙂

Easy step by step setup, took a few minutes, my son loves them, amazing sound quality and made very well, well worth the money.
Had it for about 6months and besides 1 major problem it’s been the best headset I’ve ever had. The wireless is very convenient and easy to set up, the sound and mic quality is amazing. It’s quiet a large bulks headset which at first I was unsure about but it’s actually extremely comfortable and easy to wear for long periods of time 8hours+ the only fault with mine is that the swivel that the earpiece is held on with snapped and so the right side is left hanging by a wire. Amazon immediately dispatched a new one as it’s covered with 2 years warranty so hopefully no issue from hear onwards
The sound is incredible on them and the 7.1 surround sound adds immense immersion. The ear cushions allow for hours upon hours of gaming without pain even with glasses, all in all a must buy for the price.
This was a direct replacement for the same headset purchased a year ago, where the microphone had become intermittent. Great customer service from Amazon in getting replacement.

Au niveau du son aucune diffrence avec le ultimate ! Le 7.1 est virtuel sur les 2.
La seule diffrence est que sur le 7.1 c’est un dongle usb et sur l’ultimate c’est une base.
Le 7.1 est vraiment bien gr et apprciable et donne un rel avantage dans les fps pour situer les ennemie et aussi une bonne immersion pour tout autres type de jeu.
L’autonomie du casque est bonne j’ai pu jouer plus d’une semaine sans le charger.
Le petit dfaut pour mon cas est que tant connecter en filaire a ma box et non en wifi je doit brancher le dongle sur l’avant de la console.
Si il y a des promos n’hsitez pas foncez sur le thresher 7.1.
Ich hatte erst das Stealth 800, da war ein im Internet oft beschriebenes Knacken im Sound. Ansonsten tat es aber was es sollte. Ich konnte beim Gamen die Gegnerpositionen problemlos Orten. Es gab einen Surround Knopf, der Sound war dann allerdings sehr blechern.. ging zurck.
Danach das Hyperx Cloud. Kabelgebunden und schlicht nur Stereo. Keine Gegnerortung in Shootern mglich. Ging auch zurck.
Danach das Razer Tresher. Amazon beschreibt dass so schlecht. Habe die falsche Version bestellt. Stereo.. ging zurck..
Und nun endlich war meine Suche nach dem perfekten, nicht zu teurem, Surround Gaming Headset erfolgreich.
Das Ding ist hochwertig verarbeitet, der Sound ist richtig gut und die Ortung von Gegnern klappt 1A. Einziger Minuspunkt: ab und zu hat es Aussetzer in der Verbindung. Hatte das Stealth auch. Knnte daran liegen, dass die Headsets im gleichen Netz senden wie die Playstation, hatte ich mal gelesen. Auf jeden Fall tritt dieses Problem sehr unregelmig auf und verstrkt nur dann wenn man sich weit von der Konsole weg bewegt. Klare Kaufempfehlung!
On par with arctis 7 by steelsiries but with a little better cushioning around the earcups but with some draw backs like in any case where wireless receiver for the headsets breaks or gets misplace you can not get another one separately or use audio jack cable to directly connect it to your controller since it doesn’t have it, while earcup are comfy they are made up of leather(probably) you will sweat a little more around your ears than compaired to your face. While haveing both used the Thresher and the arctis 7 thresher may not have sound quality as “crisp n clear” as arctis 7 but it does have more depth to it and by having most section build out of plastic it does feel low on build quality but light on head by having large drivers/speaker it seems bulky but it’s not at all. P.S. both Steelseries Arctis 7 and this Razer Thresher are all in all great products all I can say is it’s your decision what you want and I don’t like to type or write much so get the hi
I have owned these headphones for 2 years now and I can’t even say how happy I am with them! They have been working flawlessly since day 1 and the sound quality is amazing on them. The directional audio is pinpoint and you can hear the exact location of enemies in FPS games! I’ve also been using them for music when I’m just relaxing in games on the PS4 and the sound is still amazing even though it is not gaming. They are very durable and they connect immediately. There is no noticeable lag even at a few meters away from the USB receiver. Overall I’m really happy with these headphones and I would recommend them to anyone using playstation from serious gamers to relaxed gamers. 5/5 star 100%
En cuanto a los cascos, no me voy a extender mucho ya que hay otras review, solo dir que me han encantado, que me parecen geniales y la duracin de la batera me parece excelente, son comodisimos y aunque pesan un poco al principio y te da la sensacin de que sean incmodos, os aseguro que no lo son, despus de tenerlos un rato en la cabeza no notas que los tienes, me llegaron el viernes, si bien no he podido probarlo mucho durante toda la semana, todava dura la batera (una semana despus) prometen hasta 16 horas y estoy convencido de que lo cumplen, tena pensado comprar los Gold de Sony pero estaban limitados a PS4 as que decid comprar estos ya que funcionan con cualquier dispositivo, los he probado tambin en PS3 incluso con mi mvil Android conectando el pincho mediante un adaptador y tambin funcionan, me gusta que se pueda activar y desactivar el sonido envolvente pulsando la rueda del volumen, indica si est activado/desactivado mediante un pitido agudo cuando est activado o uno grave cuando est desactivado, en cuanto a diseo tambin me parece muy bonitos, el logo iluminado de Razer tambin me gusta, y no tengo mucho ms que decir, me han gustado mucho stos cascos.
Haba pensado en comprar los Gold de Sony por el audio 3d, pero me ech para atrs que fuese compatibles con muy pocos juegos, si bien estos cascos soportan Dolby Atmos que es lo mismo pero de Dolby lamentablemente en PS4 no se puede utilizar (tiene que ser con los cascos sony) y te quedas con sonido envolvente 7.1, en caso de tener una Xbox o PC puedes usar el Dolby Atmos.

Battery lasts pretty well.
Only downside is that they sometimes turn off by themselves randomly and I have to turn them back on (not battery issues as they keep going for hours before making the noise that the battery runs out).
My partner really likes these after having a different brand previously.
Unos auriculares con un sonido 7.1 envolvente virtual bastante bien logrado, que sirven tanto para PS4 como para PC (PS4 tiene sonido 5.1, para el 7.1, tendrais que usarlos en PC). La batera dura bastante, no he llegado a medir cunto, pero tranquilamente ms de 10 horas, pues me ha dado hasta para ms de 3 sesiones largas de juego. El micrfono no lo he llegado a probar an en un chat, pero en el ajuste de micrfono de ps4, me he escuchado a m mismo y se oye bastante bien. Lo nico malo que le achaco en principio a estos auriculares es que el volumen mximo no es muy alto, pero lo compensa con un aislamiento de sonido del exterior excelente, con lo cual, no vais a tener problemas para jugar sin que te molesten. Una compra totalmente recomendada

Thresher Pro:
– Surround ist tatschlich echter Surround mit wahnsinnig guter Ortung in Egoshootern und gut ausbalanciertem Klangbild in anderen Spielen wie RDR2, FIFA 19 oder Witcher 3
– trotz relativer Schwere sitzt das Headset sehr bequem und auch nach mehreren Stunden kann ich keine Komfort – Mngel feststellen.
– Die Installation ist OK, htte besser erklrt werden knnen vor allem wenn man bedenkt, dass man zwischen Stereo, Surround 5.1 und 7.1 wechseln kann. Das wissen wenige. Dazu einfach Mal googeln, es gibt einen Blog der dies gut anleitet.
– Preislich unschlagbar fr die vorhandene Qualitt
Thresher Kontra:
Wer viel Musik hrt muss Abstriche machen. Ich finde, das ist der einzige bisher ersichtliche Minuspunkt. Die Musik hrt sich irgendwie verflscht an.
Malos enttuscht bin ich vom teuersten Headset im Test, den PS 4 Platinum. Wer ein so teureres Produkt auf den Markt schmeit mit so bescheidenem 3D Sound sollte auf seiner Ware sitzen bleiben. Fr 50 wre es ein gutes Stereo-Headset und alles wre OK, aber 150 fr 3D Sound der absolut nichts mit Surround zu tun hat? Ortung unmglich und selbst die Zuschauer bei Fira19 hren sich nicht wirklich authentisch an… Fr mich ein No-Go!
The headset is great or either ps4 or PC and I’ve been using it problem-free for 6 months now. The mic is great quality and so is the sound quality, but I always struggle when changing from PC to PS4, It takes a while to get it connected – yet that may just be my lack of understanding
Fue una compra rpida ya que haba comprado el mismo viernes a las 0:30 los Sennheiser 4.50, que tenan una calidad de audio excelente para msica (cabe decir que para mi gusto, los Sennheiser se escuchan mejor con la msica ) pero me resultaban INCOMODSIMOS (los Sennheiser)
Estos en cambio son SUPER CMODOS. 100% compatibles con PS4 y con PC
Windows 10 los reconoce al momento y los configura de forma estndar. As ya sera suficiente pero recomiendo utilizar el programa de Razer Synapse para calibrarlos a tu gusto y sacarle todo el jugo en PC.
En PS4 obviamente estn ya configurados de forma PTIMA. En Black Ops 4, por ejemplo, se escucha todo el entorno de una forma INCREBLE.
No exagero cuando digo que puedes percibir desde donde viene el sonido en cada momento y ADELANTARTE a todos los movimientos de los adversarios gracias al sonido.
Yo suelo ser reacio a utilizar los llamados auriculares Gamer y nomenclaturas de 7.1 que en realidad son simulados (falseados con audio estreo) pero tengo que reconocer que, salvo que quieras escuchar msica y nada ms, estos auriculares son increbles para jugar en PS4 y PC.
Para Xbox One sern igual de buenos pero mi versin en concreto son los Thresher 7.1 con temtica de PS4 y no tengo Xbox One para probarlos.
Es ms. No solo valen para PS4 y PC, si no para cualquier salida de audio ptica. Los he probado en mi LG OLED B7 conectado el cable de salida ptica al pincho USB y el pincho conectado a un puerto USB de la tele.
FUNCIONA!!
Evidentemente para la psima calidad de audio de nuestra TDT en espaa no es, pero si es para ver una pelcula de Netflix con audio en 5.1 la cosa cambia.
RESUMEN:
Si buscas unos auriculares cmodos, ligeros, 100% compatibles con PS4 y PC y que te aporten una ventaja en los FPS o juegos en los que el audio es un factor importante, estos son tus auriculares.
Si buscas auriculares inalmbricos para ver pelculas o escuchar msica NO LOS COMPRES.
Hacen el apao para ver pelculas o para msica porque vienen calibrados de forma neutra, pero NO ES SU FUNCIN PRINCIPAL.
Para msica o pelculas es preferible unos Sennheiser 4.40 o 4.50
Los que mejor oferta tengan porque la cancelacin de ruido no merece la pena por el desembolso extra que supone,
ya te aslan muy bien al ser bastante apretados.
En mi caso al comparar estos con los Sennheiser, puedo decir que son para cosas distintas.
Por mucho que los auriculares estreo tengan mejor calidad de sonido en el 99% de las veces al compararlos con auriculares 7.1 o 5.1, no llevan la placa de sonido extra que traen los 7.1 para hacer la simulacin del entorno en los videojuegos.
Si quieres obtener ventaja en los videojuegos, auriculares 7.1 y en concreto estos son una maravilla.
Ho di recente acquistato le Razer Thresher 7.1 per Ps4 dopo un’accurata ricerca online sulle recensioni e sulla qualit. Ho letto ovunque voti altissimi e qualit del suono performanti, cosa che (a parere unicamente personale) non ho riscontrato a primo impatto: un suono con bassi mediocri, ottimi alti e cristallini ma medi a tratti confusionari in zone di gioco pi concitate e rumorose. Inizialmente ho pensato di aver fatto un pessimo acquisto nonostante leggessi ovunque tutto il contrario del mio parere. Per cui informandomi online ho deciso di scaricare un programma (solo per windows) chiamato Razer Sorround (Synapse). Inizialmente il programma era a pagamento (14.99), poi ho scoperto che inserendo codice prodotto e numero seriale, il programma gratuito. Ho quindi apportato modifiche sull’equalizzatore e sulla potenza dei bassi e la cosa di molto migliorata.
Naturalmente stiamo parlando di cuffie da gaming quindi ci si deve aspettare da queste Razer una qualit cristallina, un’ottima qualit del suono che permette ai videogiocatori di capire da dove vengono i suoni, questo grazie anche al collegamento (su PS4) del cavo ottico per un suono DolbyDigital 5.1. Buonissima fattura anche il microfono.
La qualit del materiale medio alta, ed una comodit a parere mio con pochi eguali: leggere e con i cuscinetti morbidissimi, ottime per lunghe sessioni.
(Consiglio vivamente, cosa che spesso non faccio, di leggere le istruzioni di montaggio, per settare al meglio le impostazioni su PS4)

Consiglierei a chiunque i prodotti Razer anche se naturalmente il prezzo pu essere la nota negativa, ma io vengo da cuffie Logitech acquistate a poche decine di euro in meno ma che dopo un’anno di utilizzo hanno smesso di colpo di funzionare.
You could do a lot worse when spending on your gaming headphones. Now that I have these since last few months, I can say that these are durable and very convenient (wireless) headphones. The sound quality may not be the best but is enough to immerse you in your game. They are also easy to set up and very comfortable which is a big plus for me. However, do your research as there are many others in this price bracket which have different advantages to this.
Brilliant I love it. I was trying to decide which pair to buy for ages. I went from a 20 headset to this and the change is tremendous. I was deciding between these Astros A50s or turtle beaches. These are by far the better choice.
Sound quality was very good only downside for me was a technical error after around 4 months causing the headset to turn off randomly and unexplainably however contacting razer and Amazon was very helpful and they arranged a replaceme
I got these for my 19 year old son who spends far too much time online gaming on his PS4 – and he loves them. He’s owned several sets of (mainly Turtle Beach) headsets over the years and he tells me that these are by far the best he’s had. The plus points are – extremely comfortable, even over extended playing time, superb audio and impressive battery life. He showed be the build quality in a side by side comparison agains a set of Turtle Beach and the difference was tangible – the Thresher’s were far sturdier, heavier and felt much more capable of ‘heavy duty’ usage. He’s been using them for over six months and has suffered no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended.

J’utilise ce casque sur ma Ps4, j’ai tout bien configur le casque avec la console (d’ailleurs au passage, c’est trs facile).
Le casque est recharg bloc, enfin je le laisse branch sur la console quand elle mme est en veille (Logiquement le casque doit ce recharger).
Mais quand je veut jouer pendant quelques heures sur la console, le casque par moment ce coupe tout seul, je suis obliger d’appuyer de nouveau sur le bouton pour rallum le casque.
Alors peux tre que j’ai pas fait ce qu’il fallait pour vit a : vos rponses seront trs utile et je vous en remercie par avance.

– If i wanted to attach a cable to my headphones to charge them AND use them – i would have gotten a wired setup. The charge doesn’t last that long and you need to remember to plug them in at eventing, otherwise you are playing wired.
– Razer software is fiddly
– Instructions are a bit of a mess.
I have owned a lot of headset over the years and i can honestly say these are by far the best wireless ones that i have used.

Passando alle cuffie vorrei andare per ordine.
Il confezionamento fatto in maniera minuziosa e impeccabile(roba in stile “Apple”). Nella confezione presente tutto il necessario per l’utilizzo delle cuffie.
Passando alla cuffie in se per se assolutamente pazzesca sia per estetica che per resa sonora (si, queste Razer suonano meglio di altre cuffie spacciate per “migliori” e vendute ad un prezzo maggiore ). La batteria dura parecchio ma non so se si avvicina alle 16h dichiarate e attualmente non ho mai avuto perdite di segnale o disturbi strani. Sono molto insonorizzate anche se in maniera passiva e se proprio volete trovarle un difetto queste cuffie non sono Collegabili via Bluetooth al telefono. Tuttavia a dispetto di altri marchi queste possono essere usate mentre sono in carica.
Se avete i soldi necessari per acquistare queste cuffie non esitate.. si tratta di un prodotto di alta qualit ad un prezzo giusto per ci che offrono.
The sound is great. The one downside is that it is not possible to increase the chat sound and reduce the game sound at the same time and therefore I found it hard to hear my friends sometimes.
This is by far one of the best in gaming headsets says our teenage son. Compared to the Turtle Beach one so much better in terms of sound quality and durability. The mic allows you to speak whilst playing. Saying that though with the headset giving such noise cutting out son tends to end up shouting a lot louder than he realises when using it. Much quieter when he’s not on PlayStation 4 and on another device. Have to go into other room and tell to be a bit quieter. Now this is a few months old and has had constant use (he tends to use it everyday for an hour or two, holidays and weekends more so). The mic is still attached (previous TB one didn’t last that long until it came off and that with son not being heavy handed either. Wireless so when he gets really into the game can move around plus making it easer no wires to trip over or get sucked into Hoover. He likes the blue lights when lit up in use. When he saw these that was it didn’t see him for ages but did hear him. The way he raves about these as no interference on tv from any other devices either is almost like these are the Rolls Royce of wireless headphones. Comfy wise when I asked, his reply was something along the lines of “wouldn’t be wearing them for so long if not, they sort of hug yours ears in a comfy way”. Never heard headphones described as that but this is coming from a teenage lad.
Le cuffie arrivano in una scatola ben imballata e nella confezione incluso 1 cavo USB – micro USB telato di ottima fattura per la ricarica, 1 cavo ottico da collegare alla PS4 da un lato e al dongle USB dall’altro e, appunto, il dongle USB.
Sono plug ‘n play ovvero colleghi il dongle alla ps4, colleghi il cavo ottico accendi le cuffie e queste funzionano subito. Vi consiglio per di settare le impostazioni audio della console secondo quanto scritto nel manuale a corredo delle cuffie, sopratutto vi consiglio di alzare al massimo il volume della ps4 nelle sue impostazioni per sfruttare meglio la regolazione manuale da cuffia. Nel manuale riportato pure il funzionamento dei tasti sui padiglioni che riporto. Nel padiglione sinistro presente il tasto accensione e la rotellina che regola il volume del microfono che se premuta mette il microfono in mute (feedback visivo con led rosso su microfono) e sul padiglione destro c’ solo la rotellina dell’audio generale che se premuta muta tutto l’audio mentre se la tenete premuta fino a che non sentite un feedback sonoro vi attiva/disattiva il 7.1 Virtual Surround, funzione che, almeno nelle mie, di default risulta disattivata. Il microfono retrattile e rientra in cuffia senza difficolt.
L’audio pulito, molto pulito, non sono un audiofilo incallito e quindi non entro in tecnicismi che non mi appartengono ma specie per me che venivo dalle kraken il padiglione pi grosso ha portato miglioramenti notevoli sia sonori che di comodit in quanto dopo 2 ore le altre non le tenevo dal dolore alle orecchie.
Dalle giocate con gli amici ho avuto feedback anche riguardo al microfono con la voce che risulta pi limpida e chiara ed esente da fastidiosi fruscii che invece avevano le kraken. Solo ricordate di alzare da ps4 il volume microfono al massimo o quantomeno molto alto per poi abbassarlo dalla rotellina sinistra fino al volume desiderato.
Batteria che da manuale risulta carica al 100% in 4 ore per una durata di 16 ore di gioco.
Nel complesso non potevo essere pi soddisfatto. Consigliate e se conoscete il marchio non ne rimarrete delusi, anche per chi ha XBOX essendo presente una versione specifica per loro.
Ok, I admit I’m being picky here, but for the price these go for I don’t think that’s being unreasonable.
First the good bits — they’re are beautifully packaged, and the headphones themselves are very nicely made, extremely comfortable with soft padding and good articulation. Sound quality is very good as is the surround sound, which can be a real bonus in online games (especially free-for-all and one-on-one games), they also works well with movies, and an over ear design you’re well isolated from other sounds (although they can get a bit warm after a while).
And the not-so-good bits — in fairness there’s not really anything bad about the Razer Thresher 7.1’s, but there are a few irritations.
The pull-out coil mic has to be manually turned off each time if you don’t want to use it (a boom mic can just be pushed up to deactivate), although the tip does light up to indicate when it’s off. And with the mic coiled into the headset it can rattle against the body which can be distracting.
The USB dongle needs to be connected to your PS4 optical out port (a special cable is supplied), but if you’re already using the optical port (to an AV amp for example) then you’ll need to buy a splitter.
So while the Razer Thresher’s are very good a what they do, they are expensive and they come with a few compromises.
With whacking great cans big enough to fit over even Dumbo’s ears, these wireless headphones should be an easy fit for anyone’s head, and comfort shouldn’t be an issue for anyone. Compatible with both PS4 & PC, set up is so easy that they’re pretty much plug in and play.
Sound quality is as good as you’d expect for the price range, although these Threshers are aimed squarely at the gaming market. The boom mic is fully retractable, so unlike an arm it never gets in the way when not in use.
All in all these are very good quality for the price range, although when I say they’re big I do mean BIG. Which is great for comfort and noise cancellation, but you won’t be winning any fashion awards for wearing them.
There is a certain quality when you give someone a gift and their eyes light up as they open it. If you are fortunate enough to get this (and perhaps this review will be enough to motivate you to buy it for someone) then this product is excellent.
As you open the box, the quality is clear, as is the attention to detail. The headset itself is comfortable, and with a soft headband it does not feel uncomfortable after extended wearing. Sound quality is superb, and the microphone neatly hides away. They are wireless and charge via USB.
I can’t quite explain it but I found myself completely immersed in the games I tested this on. Sound is clear without being tinny, enveloping without too much bass. I just think this product is great.
These are fabulous headphones. Everything about them screams class. Well, everything but the price. Seriousl, I have headphones that cost at least 100 more that don’t feel as well made as these. Right out of the box I was impressed. The packaging is quality with the headphones and the wireless dongle presented in pre-cut foam. The headphones are light, but feel really well made with a heavily padded head band, separate from the metal connecting band and the ear pads are made of possibly the softest material I’ve ever felt.
I love the retractable microphone it’s classily, geekily, subtle and the sound quality is just amazing. Every click and word is ultra clear; ever explosion mind bashing.
Really, if could give six stars I would.
I did put ‘at a great price’ in the tagline, because, 150 is sort of the price you would expect to pay for a good gaming headset, cheaper ones just dont cut it. Especially the cheaper wireless ones
I have previously had Tritton AX Pros(and still do, sellotaped together, after years of using and abusing them) as my main gaming headset for my PS4. The sound from that headset is incredible. So the bar is set pretty high.
The sound from these is good. Especially the surround sound/directional sound when playing shooters,nice deep base, but not over powering.
These fit well(even with glasses on) when in use, due to the soft ear cups. They are also comfortable when rested over the neck due to the twisting ear cups which rest flat on your front shoulders.
You are heard nice and clearly by friends online, via the inbuilt mic, which is a great, and bendy. You can bend any any direction you want, and it holds its position, then can move it back to its housing without any issues at all. When the mic is muted, the tip glows red, which is visible when wearing he headset, but not distracting.
A great headset, recommended for any gamers out there looking for a wireless headset.
I materiali di questa cuffia sono premium , veramente bella e solida , in testa non la sentirete proprio ,i cuscinetti sono comodissimi e sono in memory form con un accorgimento speciale per chi porta gli occhiali , prima di questa ho avuto le cuffie sony e devo dire che questa senza dubbia la cuffia pi comoda che abbia indossato.
Parlando della batteria dura davvero tanto , si avvicina alle 16 ore senza dubbio.
Sono cuffie appena uscite quindi il prezzo quello anche consigliato dalla casa ma se le trovate ad un 20 euro in meno sono senza dubbio un ottimo acquisto ,ho provato anche 2 turtlebeach ma ne sono rimasto davvero deluso , materiali pessimi , scomode ed audio veramente strano , non riuscivo a capire da dove provenissero i suoni.
Whilst this issue is directly at fault of Sony for removing such a useful port, Razer should be more specific in their marketing.
This headset CAN still be used with the Slim versions, it’s just you won’t be getting the full experience due to using just the USB dongle.

The Razer Thresher has a pretty decent build and a reasonable weight to it. The plastic construction on the earcups don’t feel typically cheap and the exposed wiring is braided for extra durability.
The headband has an interesting suspension styled adjustment for fitting than clicking into place and it’s balanced rather well, so that when placed on your head, it simply fits into place avoiding any faffing around, plus there is not too much resistance so it doesn’t feel like it’s tugging at the ears.
As for the ear cushions, extremely soft which is much welcomed from a glasses wearer. To date, these are quite simply the most comfortable headset I’ve worn with several hours of continuous use.
Set-up is very simple, with an included manual that is super clear on how to get it running.
The headset has decent and easy to use controls, such as quick muting your microphone, activating voice monitoring (sidetone), adjusting game volume and even muting the game volume.
Though there is one thing I don’t like about one of the controls on the headset; there is no chat volume wheel, in fact it’s designated to adjust YOUR microphone volume. There is no need for this as you can adjust your microphone sensitivity upon set up. If someone in my party is making a racket, I want to be able to quickly decrease the volume I’m hearing,not what they’re hearing.
Microphone quality is reasonable to the point your understandable, however I found Turtle Beaches Stealth 600 to be much superior and that headset is half the price of this one.
Audio quality overall is well balanced, nice and clear making the gaming or listening to music experience, positive. Downside is there are no internal sound profiles, so that may bother some people.

The controls for game And chat volume are separate and easy to reach. The sound quality is amazing.
Regarding weight and comfort, the headset looks a bit bulky but it is extremely comfortable to wear and I have not felt weight or discomfort even after a long gaming session.
I don’t own a ps4. But I do have a Nintendo Switch, which has recently had an update that enables the use of USB headsets, including those for the ps4. Unfortunately, these aren’t compatible with the Switch.
On the other hand, they work seamlessly with my Windows 10 pc. Sort of.
They sound great in stereo mode, great bass for gaming and no noticeable lag. On the other hand, surround sound mode is a little harder to set up For this you need to install either Microsofts virtual surround sound codec or buy Dolby Atmos codes. I tried the former. In use, it’s not overly impressive. I could hardly tell the difference, but if I listened carefully, I could tell that some of the sounds were coming from the rear left or right. I didn’t hear anything from directly behind.
The microphone is excellent. Slightly tinny, but easy to position. The fact that it’s retractable is an added bonus.
I am going to try these with Atmos. It’s a pity that it doesn’t come free given the price of these. That said, it’s not expensive. Once I’ve had the chance to test them with Atmos, I’ll update this review.
Amazing headphones! After a long time using standard gaming headphones, I took the plunge and ordered the Thresher 7.1 Surround Sound cans after trying a friends set recently. The surround sound is excellent with voices, noises and effects coming in from all directions. Great for watching TV & films as well, the sound is just as brilliant, action movies especially and it feels like you can hear the bullets whizzing past you! Build quality is also pretty solid given that they are reasonably light, but they are sturdy and the retractable mic is a nifty feature. Really easy to set up and use straight out of the box and the charge lasts forever. Really happy with these and I’d definitely recommend.

Before I got my hands on the Razer Thresher I used Sony’s wireless 2.0 headset (Around 50) which I thought were fantastic and one of my concerns was how much better the sound and Mic would be at a cost 3 times this amount.
These headphones come nicely packaged and they are a doddle to set up straight out of the packaging. The instruction manual provides pictures which are simple to follow. The receiver that comes with it also has a removable cable which attaches to the receiver and then slots into your consoles optical port which provides your headset with a true surround sound experience. It’s funny that the instructions show the receiver being plugged into the PS4 pro front UBS port however if you do this you will have an unsightly cable trailing around the back where the optical port is. What I recommend (If you don’t use a VR headset) would be to plug it around the back so it’s out of sight although it does get mighty hot back there.
The Razer Thresher is a good looking headset, much better in person. The patterns on either ear illuminate blue when they are on which is a nice touch for everyone else in the room but you will never see it. The connection works for around 40 feet (same as my other set) which isn’t long enough if I want to carry on chatting while grabbing a beer from the fridge but when close up I never received any lag.
There is a separate volume control for the chat (left) which doubles as a mic-mute button and audio (Right) which doubles as a mute button although the mic volume you won’t know how loud you are without asking the person on the other end. These both let you know when you reach maximum volume with an annoying noise in your ears. I’m not sure about charging time as I leave them on charge when I switch my PS4 on standby but they are meant to last 16 Hours which is perfect.
The Sony ones have an option you have chat only which allows me to have sound coming out the headset and the game sounds through your TV (Sound System) and this is done through the controls where the Razer does not have this option, you can mute the audio but it’ all sounds and this is why I have to drop a star. The Sony one lets you just have chat in the headset which allows for better chat with less explosions in your ear. Also when the sound of your game comes through your Sony headset the sound from your system is automatically muted! Although not a problem with the Razer if you just press mute or put your sound down.
The headset is very comfortable however I do find my ears getting very hot during long sessions and find I have to remove it for short periods. The build quality also needs mentioning as it feels sturdy and well-built although they are a little heavy.
The Mic works as well as the Sony which surprises me as the Razer has a retractable mic and the Sony’s mic is built into the headset. I would have thought that this would have been a huge difference but according to my mate I sound exactly the same.
I find games that are first person or driving games the best for surround sound as you are meant to be the character looking into the TV. I used these with Resident Evil 7 which made a terrifying experience even worse. The sounds of banging windows, footsteps, voices and creaking floorboard were coming from all around me and had me on edge. A brilliant gaming experience I wish I had VR to top it off.
I also used these with GTSport and again the sounds from vehicles behind and to the side really enhanced my gaming experience.
There is a noticeable difference in sound quality over the Sony PS4 headset, the Razer has justified its price tag in my opinion however the having a retractable mic when a built in one works just as well seems a little pointless to me althoughI guess you could whisper easier if the mic is right there.I would also like to point out that my headset has automatically turned itself off but this has only happened once so far. The lack of chat only is my only issue, I sometimes like a conversation with my friend while gaming and I can barely hear him when I have both game audio and chat coming through the same set.
I try to review these products as best as I can but always open to comments and will add anything I discover with more use or if anyone points something out to me.
wow. what a superb piece of kit. I am a fairly new gamer, so not perhaps as experienced as others leaving comments. But these cans are absolutely superb. Extremely sturdy, well packed…. and what an amazing sound from them. Very comfortable on the ears, and the mic has a cool design that makes everything very practical. Connectivity was very easy, absolutely no problems with that. charging with a USB cable, and charge seems to last for a while – a full afternoon, no problem
Was delighted with these. As a newbie, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but these have ticked every box. Premium gear for sure, but wow, you get what you pay for.
This Thresher 7.1 gaming headset from Razer is aimed at PS4 users, but can also be used with PC and Mac.
The standout features for me are:
1. Retractable microphone – really does retract right into the headset, and has nice red light on it to indiciate when it is in mute mode. I like this as I only use a mic when playing PS4 about 25% of the time.
2. Lightweight with memory foam ear cups – means they get more comfortable with every wear. I barely even notice I am wearing them now.
3. The sound is first-rate – way better than the Logitech G231 Gaming Headset for Xbox One, PS4, Swtich and PC (Stereo with Mic) – Black/Orange s I used to have
The headphones come with a USB charging cable, a dongle and an optical adapter cable. Set-up is about as easy as it could be, and the PS4 brings up instructions on surround sound settings. The sound is rounded and crisp, and as good for voice as music and gaming effects. These are an expensive bit of kit, but for those who are serious about gaming, and often play for hours at a stretch, the investment will quickly prove itself to be worthwhile. Supreme comfort and fit, with top-notch sound.
These headphones are a bit more of a job to set up than most as they need an optical connection from the rear of the PS4 to the dongle to get the full surround. This also means that you will not get full surround unless the device you are connecting to has an optical output so if you are buying these for a PC then check carefully.
The instructions are clear and easy to understand with screen shots of the relevant screens from the PS4 to help with the setup. All cables are included and are of a very good quality, as is the build quality of the headphones themselves.
In use I found the sound to be good for gaming but not the best I have heard. The surround works very well depending upon the support from your game and adds a lot of atmosphere. In multiplayer shooters it can give you an edge as you can sometimes hear an enemy long before you see them. There is lots of midrange and highs but I find the bass a bit lacking. The microphone is good.
They are reasonably comfortable but the vinyl ear cups did mean I got a bit hot after a while.
Overall I like these phones. The audio quality could be better but the surround sound works very well. Just check that these are compatible if you are considering them for anything other than a PS4.

I found the headphones easy to set up, although to be fair my much younger friend sorted most of the installing.
The actual sound quality is really good, with sounds sort of in the direct directon as per the game which is great. When I tried the headset on found it to be very comfortable, especially round the ears which can hurt at times with lower cost headphones. Clearly well made.

Lightweight and very comfortable, which means you will be happy wearing them for extended sessions, without which the sound would be irrelevant. However the sound is VERY good – admittedly I am only comparing with the cheap generic gaming headset, so it was always going to be a step-up.
Connectivity is simple, and they are (so far at least) robust enough for the annoying habits of my children (i.e. leave them on the floor). The stowaway mic is a nice touch.
The have plenty of charge although I am waiting for someone to invest the rechargeable anything that gets around the problem of children just dumping them and relying on the recharge faeries.
Are they worth 150? Dunno. But they look, feel, sound and behave like premium gear.
Lovely sturdy and well built headphones which feel really comfy over my ears and round my head, the mouthpiece doesn’t get in the way, which I have found with other sets, its all very comfortable. Connectively to unit is excellent and the charge is very good, they lasted for an afternoon play for us. Sound quality is really fab making these, in my opinion, one of best sets out there in this price range, although I have tried higher end but frankly with these there is no need to spend even more as these feel good, and feel high end. The mic is good as friends have told me that I sound crystal clear their end and they sound amazing my end. All in all these are truly very good quality and highly recommended headphones.
This Razer Thresher headset is a new 7.1 gaming headset offering targeted at PS4 gamers (or indeed PC gamers) who want a quality headset offering.
They come solidly packaged in cardboard. The package contains the headset, a USB charging cable, a dongle for connection to PS4 or PC and an optical adapter cable that allows you to stream your PS4’s Optical output to the dongle.
The package comes with easy to follow instructions and set-up is simple: plug in the USB dongle, the optical cable and then the charging cable to charge them. Once you are ready to go there are clear instruction on how to out the surround settings correctly from the PS4 and it’s then all ready to play.
I have tested these against some other headsets I use including a couple of different Turtle Beaches and a couple of Logitechs and can safely say the sound quality (to me, though i openly admit to not being an audiophile) on this is very good indeed and up there with the best of them (if not slightly better). The sound is crystal clear, the mix is good, not too bassy but deep enough and, from what i am told, voice is also crystal clear when in a multi-player or chat session. For chat there is a retractable mic, a feature i particularly like as i don’t use it that much and it keeps it protected and out of the way when not in use.
I’ve tested these with some Blu-Rays, some music and a couple of games including Senuas Sacrifice. The latter in particular was a fantastic choice as it makes heavy use of directional sound to create an ASMR effect and to give the impression of “voices in your head”. The absolutely crystal clear voice, alongside clear but well balanced sound effects and lovely sound really showed off how good the sound quality of this set is.
Overall I’m happy to heap praise on these. They’re going to become by goto for the PS4. They’re solid, they’re comfortable and they sound stunning.
