Why the Xbox One/PS4 controller should be plugged into the racing wheel?
Serafim R1+ maps Xbox One/PS4 controllers functions into racing wheel, so make sure you plug the controller to the back of wheel and change steering control to “left stick” in game setting.
Why Xbox One/PS4 doesn’t connect to R1+ after plugging the game controller to steering wheel?
Please use Micro USB data transfer cable (NOT the charging cable) to connect steering wheel to game controller.
How to prevent the screen of mobile phone from flipping while using Serafim R1/R1+?
Thanks to our error proof design, you can only rotate your screen 90 degrees right or left on Serafim R1/R1+. So it won’t flip at all.
Can I use it to drive a truck?
For steering wheel of a truck, it mostly can be rotated over 720 degrees. However, for Serafim R1/R1+, it can be rotated 180 degrees only In this case, it is normal that the in-game steering wheel doesn’t synchronize with the actual one.
Can we customize buttons or adjust steering sensitivity?
Yes, and we have detailed instructions of how to customize buttons and adjust steering sensitivity in our user guide. You can find it in “Serafim Play” app.

Works out of the box with all my xbox driving games and my son’s Nintendo Switch games. He also loves the phone attachment so he can play his phone games and the pedals also work with the phone using the included bluetooth module.

El producto es buenos pero le doy solo 4 estrellas porque el Bluetooth es a bateras, se gasta muy pronto. Es una inversin a largo plazo muy costosa. De resto me gusta mucho.
Ho una Ps4 ed una Xbox One S, il volante funziona egregiamente su entrambe le console. Il collegamento molto semplice, basta semplicemente seguire istruzioni. Ho testato, come Giochi : Granturismo, Project cars, Assetto Corsa, Formula 1 2019, Forza Horizon 3 e 4, Forza Motorsport 7. Ovviamente nei primi giri bisogna abituarsi, io utilizzavo sempre il controller, poi si prende la mano ed divertente.
The wheel is ok but I didn’t get a clamp with my R1. The suction cups don’t get it. Not sure where to get the mount clamp. I don’t currently use it.
I don’t really have anything to compare this too, as it is my first wheel and pedal set-up, but its awesome. couldn’t imagine how you could improve it as far as performance. One thing I would change is the buttons on the actual steering wheel. Besides the shifter, the buttons also shift gears and I have to watch where I grab the wheel or I end up downshifting by accident. Suction was great on glass but I ended up using the provided clamp and that is perfect. For the price, compared to some other brands, I think this set up is a big winner. Next test is to see how long it lasts. Be back in a year or so for an update!!

Was very pleased with this steering wheel..I was pleasantly surprised with the quality..set up was easy..I played forza and gran turismo..I looked for steering wheels that would work on both and for the price it’s unbeatable!great produc
Does not easily stay in one place. Otherwise was a good purchase.
Great wheel for Forza however the wheel moves a lot with the suction cups. The pedals are plastic but it’s not a huge deal. The wheel also only moves 180 degrees and that limits you but is great for the cost.
This was a HUGE HIT for my kids. They play Forza on XBox and racing games on PS4. Works for both systems, easy to set up and instructions online if you have issues. It works well, is stable and makes racing games super fu
FIRST REVIEW-Dead zones too big and efforts to change steering sensitivity per online manual fail in part because they are not specific. (I posted this issue as a question here without any support response) Suction cups don’t hold even on a glass surface. It has potential to become a 5 star considering it cost much less than half of it’s competition and it works with all gaming platforms (I’ve only connected it to XBox so far but plan to try it with my Windows 10 PC although I can’t for the life of me see why anyone would use this with a phone-based game so won’t be trying that option).
The overall quality is good, and I really like how it feels in my hands. Besides, it’s very nice to play with friends. We have had a lot of fun. Most importantly, it fits my budget! If I want to use it to play PS4 & switch racing games, I don’t have to buy another expensive Logitech or Thrustmaster gaming wheel.
Finally, I want to mention that Serafim provides awesome customer service, they answer my questions quickly so I can enjoy my games.
