This ladder has met all expectations apart from its weight. Easy to use and very sturdy.
Very good value for money, Great product with many uses
Balance between weight and sturdiness about right. Yes, you need to be careful when retracting the steps, but it means closing them up is easy. Overall I’m very pleased with them – ideal for getting into loft hatches etc.

Sturdy ladders, but when carry – watch your funguses and use the attached belt – because ladders will move up very easy. Need experience to carry and install. Before using need to stop, think how to expend as if you expand from the top, the difficult to step on the 1st step too many folded steps creating high step to raise the foo

Very useful for accessing the loft and cheaper than having loft ladders fitted. They store easily in the boiler cupboard in the bathroom.

A WORD OF WARNING. Dont rush the retracting of the ladder, i imagine with all of these, if you rush it, you will lose a finger! ( when these 1st came on the market, i always wondered why they were being sold with metal chain-mail gloves) take it easy yo!
