They are very sticky and do the job perfectly. They don’t affect animals, my cats ignore them. These can attach themselves to other items if placed too near curtains/ other plants.

I bought one pack of these and then was so impressed with them I went back to buy some more. They are brilliant for plants and get rid of annoying fruit flys in the soil.

Works a treat, simple easy to use and highly effective. I was getting really frustrated with so many gnats around my kitchen plants, and the flies were getting into other rooms. These sticky flowers were superb and must’ve caught around 100 flies in a few days.

We had a bit of an infestation of tiny black flies on a couple of indoor plants after bringing them back indoors after being in the garden all summer. I used these sticky flowers as a last resort as all other attempts to get rid of the flies failed. They definitely helped solved the problem after I placed a flower in each flower pot. I’ve had a bit of a battle with my conscience though seeing the tiny flies legs or wings stuck to the glue whilst they’re still alive as they obviously don’t die straight away. So for that reason once this box is finished I won’t use them again unless I’m really desperate.

My spider plant was infested with friit gnats. After searching for a suitable cure these sticky pads came out best from the reviews. 2 days on and it has already trapped lots of these tiny pests. Would definitely recommend.

We had issues with fruit flies; all over our bedroom window and sitting room sliding door and these really works! Effective! It’s disgusting to see just how many it managed to trap. However, it was a temporarily solution until we called for the pest control and got rid of the flies for good. Still recommend this if you only have a small problem

I have put these sticky traps in all my houseplant pots and all of them have fungus gnats stuck to them. So they work, but they don’t stop new flies hatching. You can see that I’ve tried cinnamon on the compost plus orange peel as natural deterrents but they didn’t make the slightest difference. So it’s going to have to be a bug spray or repotting the plants again which I’d hoped to avoid. I’ve given 5 stars because they do what they claim to and they arrived in less than 48 hours so excellent service from the seller.

5.0 out of 5 stars Yes they definitely work

Good product and quite effective at trapping the fruit flies in my potted house plants. You have to be careful after you remove the backing paper as the item is (obviously) very, very sticky so you need to remember to hold the item at the bottom when inserting it into the plant pot.

Bought these as fruit flies were driving me crazy! They don’t attract the flies so it’s best to put them near a lure of some kind but once you do they work great. Very sticky, catch and dispatch.

Flies have been driving me mad, I put these around various plants last night and already they have captured so many! Just bought another 30, using this in conjunction with a plant spray that kills off eggs and maggots should hopefully end the cycle

This is a great product, which sits discreetly in plant pots. These bright yellow chemical free colour stakes work brilliantly at attracting fruit flies and fungus nats. This is my second order. I highly recommemd them.

Bought these to catch fungus gnats and they work really well, but if you want to get rid of the problem you need to combine them with stones to cover the soil and stop the gnats being able to lay eggs (I bought “Natural world rock plant topper stones” also from Amazon). Takes a while but eventually there were fewer and fewer flies on the catchers when I changed them.

5.0 out of 5 stars Use in combination with stones on soil

Does what it says on the box, I don’t know where all these flies come from but they definitely get stuck to these little yellow trees.

Great little stickers, I used the no gnats gravel on the house plants and popped these in. Next day what gnats were about were on these stickers by the end of the week I’ve replaced them all with fresh ones and there’s none now. Wonderful

To get rid of the flies I put these in my house plant pots and watered the plant including hydrogen peroxide to kill the eggs. I’m amazed how many flies stuck to them after a few weeks. Have repeated a few times and issue is resolved. Win!

Had a little infestation of fungus gnat’s around my house plants and using a few of these over a week helped with the issue. Please note that the gnats lay hundreds of eggs so it does take some time to get rid of them totally but this helped!

These definitely work at attracting the fungus gnats to the sticky surface but don’t expect them to solve your problem on their own. Plenty of other gnats avoid them.

I think the Super Ninja needs to be used alongside other measures to get rid of these pest.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI have several indoor plants that were infested with fungus gnats. I tried spraying them with insecticides but they kept coming back. I decided to give these traps a try and I’m glad I did. They are very easy to use and they work great.

The traps are small yellow cards that have a sticky coating on both sides. You just peel off the protective film and insert them into the soil near the base of your plants. The yellow colour attracts the gnats and they get stuck on the glue. You can also hang them from a string if you prefer.

The traps are very effective at catching fungus gnats and whiteflies. They also last for up to 3 months or until they are full of insects. They do not contain any harmful chemicals or pesticides, so they are safe for your plants, pets and children.

The only minor issue I had with these traps is that they sometimes catch other insects like ladybugs or spiders that are beneficial for your plants. You have to be careful not to harm them when you remove the traps.

Overall, I would recommend these traps to anyone who has a problem with fungus gnats or whiteflies in their indoor plants. They are simple, eco-friendly and highly effective

Effective little traps but keeps the little pests under control rather than wiping them out. But to be fair I don’t think that the product promises total eradication. So well worth using, albeit in combination with something that also kills the larva in the soil.

As someone with a lot of indoor houseplants, I’ve recently learned the hard way that it only takes one rogue plant purchase to introduce the scourge of sciarid fly/fungus gnats into your plant population. I’ve also realised that by the time you’ve noticed the tiny flying demons, you’ve probably already got more of an issue with them than first thought. These traps do seem a little pricey for what are essentially ‘stickers’ but they work fantastically well. I use them in conjunction with mosquito bits and dunks, and the gnats are almost gone. I’ve already purchased them for a second time, and now keep them in all pots, in case the gnats return.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersHad a real problem with gnats – tried the soil topper thing to no avail. Thought I’d try these (only a few quid, so nothing to lose right?) – really surprised by just how effective they were. Took a few weeks but the gnats are now a thing of the past. Also have some spare left over which is great.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI never usually leave reviews but I had to come back to leave one for this purchase. I left the sticky traps in the pots for roughly 2-3 months and honestly this is the first time I have managed to get rid of the gnats. I had tried drying the soil out and watering from the bottom but this only helped a little bit. Just be careful if you have pets (especially silly fluffy kitties) as they do tend to get stuck to them too if they are a little too curious!

I kept getting small flies flitting round my head. They were a nuisance, but when one or two of them tried to fly up my nose I thought “That’s it! I’ve had enough!” These Ninjas are easy to handle except for the sticky bits. Don’t harm the environment, but they certainly attract the pesky little flies. they are very good at trapping the flies and I have lost count of the insects they have seen off. Very good product. I would use them again.

Have a snake plant which was repotted, the new soil must of had some pests in and holy moly those things multiply! Snakey lives in the downstairs loo and whenever the door was opened out they came to flood the house and infest my other plants. Within a week of using these the room was clear, I watered again and the flies hatched, most if not all ended up on the traps. I’ve now replaced the traps for one without fly corpses and can water without a sense of dread. Very good

These actually a little bigger than expected but were absolutely fine for my little 10 / 15 cm pots. Simply peel off the protective sheets on both sides and push the ‘trap’ into the soil.

The ‘point’ that goes into the dirt is a little flimsy so make a slit for it before pushing it in to avoid crumpling. They stay up fine after that and are still super sticky after 3 weeks.

This product was bought because we had a large number of fungus gnats in our greenhouse having used a peat free compost for our tomato plants. Unfortunately, being more environmentally friendly brings other issues like this.

The product is very sticky and extremely effective effective at attracting and catching the gnats. What it doesn’t do is deter them, so they tend to eventually be replaced by others. Nevertheless, the product is effective doing what it is designed to do.

I had started to have an issue with little fruit flies in the house and around my plants. I tried several ways to get rid of them but to no avail. I then came across these and wow, they are amazing! Within a week one of the yellow stickers was completely covered on both sides with dead flies. I now have hardly any in the house and am still using the yellow stickers so any remaining flies will eventually succumb to the yellow stickers! Brilliant purchase

My plants have been surrounded by little black flies, and I didn’t want to risk using anything chemical. Bought these on a whim and I’m so glad I did, I’ve just ordered another pack for when these lose their stickiness. Within minutes flies were getting stuck on them, and by the end of the day they were covered. They’ve caught hundreds of plant flies throughout my home. I did some manually swooping the trap in the air and they caught very quickly that way too 🙂 I hate killing things but as you can see this was becoming a problem. I had tried home remedies to rid them but this is the only thing to have worked. THANK YOU

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI was sceptical about these sticky fly traps but they have worked brilliantly. They are extremely sticky and any flies landing on them are trapped. They are so easy to use. I put one in each of my pot plants and the only gnats I have seen recently are dead ones stuck on the yellow flower shaped fly trap. Glad I bought them as a plant I brought home from a local, expensive, garden centre on Sunday had a gnat jump out of the soil as I re-potted it after bringing it home. Would highly recommend if your plants are infested with these horrible gnats/plant flies – or even for prevention as these flies seem to be on the increase generally.

I don’t like killing things but these flies were becoming such a problem. I resorted to getting these and they’ve really worked. My only complaint is that the stick to put them into the soil is a bit short so I’ve celotaped them to a wooden skewer.

Great for eliminating house plant flies

Of the 3 house plants, the peace lily appeared to be the most active. I have bought these, gravel & a spray. Still to use the gravel & spray but popped these in on Monday and by Wednesday 13 had been caught ! I am hoping by using the gravel to stop them in the soil and reduce numbers from the pads, we will get on top of these pesky flies !!

    Does the job !!

Does exactly what I needed it to. Have caught loads of fungus gnats and has stopped me having to clap my hands every five minutes when one flies past my face.

Have only used two in the infested plant and then a couple dotted around other areas, so still got 6 left if the problem comes back

I have had a problem with flies round my plant. I’ve tried everything before this and it was getting worse and worse. I wanted to avoid anything that would kill the flies and tried other measures first. I could have as a last resort got some kind of bug killer however this seemed less toxic and also easier to figure out. It hasn’t fully got rid of the problem but has significantly reduced it and I think within the next month the problem may be completely resolved. The only downside is that seeing a bunch of dead flies by your plant doesn’t look very nice. But needs must and this is an effective measure.

Easy to use and effective even in the first few days.

Work brilliant. Two days I already got rid of the flies, was so annoying cause I couldn’t get rid of them even change the compost, this really helps. I buy also the spray to make sure all the eggs inside the compost will be killed as well. Get it, guys. Each pot will need about 3-4 stickers so make sure you get enough.

    It works

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersBought a new plant into the house – two days later we were trying to chase tiny, elusive black flies (fungus gnats). Then the gnats took up residence in another plant. What fun!

Found these sticky traps and can’t speak highly enough of their effectiveness. They work exactly as promised – the annoying little pests find them quite irresistible. At least a hundred have been captured thus far. Hopefully, the reproducing cycle has finally been broken. Haven’t seen any flying around in the last day or so.

I like the simplicity of the method. Just push them in the soil and forget about them. No mixing sprays or aerosols. Happy customer.

I’ll be honest, I was skeptical about this thing working, but actually it does the job really well. This is photo is after just a few days. I think, in all honesty I’m also going to get some clay pebbles to go on the top of the soil, which will help to keep the existing problem down and hopefully reduce it to zero, but these sticky pads really did help.

    Surprisingly good!

Absolutely love the plant fly ninja, put them into my indoor pots as soon as they arrived and within two days all the flies were stuck to the sticky pads. After months of tiny fruit flies flying around my kitchen (and not wanting to use pesticides) I am now fly free. I highly recommend buying these if you have the same issue. I only used 4, so still have lots left over.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI can’t even believe how many flies get stuck to them, I was a bit sceptical but at the price I thought I’d give it a go. There started to be so many of the fungus gnats (had to look them up, basically the tiny black flies that are way more annoying than they should be) that I thought they were trying to recreate the plague of locus scene in the Mummy film. So put one up in each plant and I kid you not in 2 days the cast was stuck to the plant ninjas!
They stay sticky for ages and I’ve only changed one as it was completely covered and there was no more for the supporting cast.
I will always keep some of these handy as they work so well, don’t smell or need any chemical and for their cost are great value for money.
