This product is good but just be aware it doesn’t come with a plug – had to get one after I’d received it!
A little pricey but OMG what a great pump. Throughput is superb. Easy to clean & fit. Working well.
I only use Swell pumps and filters, they are reliable and good value for money!
This is exactly what I wanted, it is a great pump and makes the waterfalls sound great. I didn’t want it too noisy but enough so you could hear it flowing. I have it over 3 waterfalls and goes into 3 small ponds and works perfectly.
The instructions are clear enough, be careful if want to open it there are screw’s underneath to hold it down and they wasn’t clear so can see why people may break this.
Very easy to install just drop it in , connect to the tube and electric and off it goes.
I may need a filter which you can add to make pond clearer and that wasn’t clear when purchased or suggested so I thought it should of been mentioned. I am seeing how it clears up first naturally with plants etc

Plain brown box arrived containing the 13000 model. Photo shows the rather basic contents. A retail box or colour leaflet would’ve brightened up the delivery. All seems a bit ‘wholesale’ . Not installed yet but thought the photos would help anyone expecting more than the very basic level of packaging and instructions.
So much better than the pump we had, lighter, more effective, keeps pond clean, half the price of some retail stores, thought it would be a temp solution when actually it’s a great pump at great value. Massive improvement if the one I had which was twice the price

Deux points ngatifs -1 la notice explicative n’est pas en franais mais c’est pas grave .
2 prvoir une fiche lectrique car sur le fils d’alimentation de la pompe il n’y en a pas .
