Trae lo necesario para instalarlo con facilidad y funciona estupendamente. Los mens tpicos de productos chinos pero cumple con su cometido. La conexin WiFi e integracin en la app Smart life funciona muy bien. La pantalla se ve de maravilla, incluso mejor de noche.

Produit bien emball.
Plusieurs rglages de sonnerie. 3 plages horaires pour varier le volume et la sonnerie (trs pratique). Certaines sonneries sont vraiment lgantes.
Dtection de mouvement video et enregistrement des gestes suspects.
Ecran assez flateur une fois install.
Application mobile de qualit. Je bluffe tout le monde interagir et ouvrir la porte des centaines de kilomtres depuis mon tlphone..
L’installation est relativement bien dcrite dans le manuel.
La seule petite rserve concerne la configuration du WiFi. Elle pourrait rebuter certains. J’y suis arriv chaque fois en utilisant les 2 modes. Mais je suis ingnieur.
Pour le raccordement votre ancienne installation, il est prfrable de vous appuyer sur un lectricien. Mais si vous tes trs trs bon bricoleur, vous pouvez le faire vous mme.
En conclusion, excellent produit. Achet environ 230. Je n’ai trouv aucun concurrent srieux en face ce prix.
Me gusta mucho la calidad de la imagen y sonido. Adems tuve un problema con el timbre y rpidamente el vendedor me envi un recambio. Por el momento funciona muy bien. Cierto es que no lo puedo conectar a la red wifi.
Y lo peor es que llegada la noche pierde el color y solo se ve en blanco y negro hasta el da siguiente que salga el sol. Eso es normal????
Por lo dems la visin sea de da o noche es buena y con buen alcance. Sonido decente y se puede aumentar o Disminuir tanto el sonido del timbre como la voz de la cmara y pantalla y bueno tiene varios tonos de timbre para poner el que ms te guste. De las app no te puedes fiar mucho pues he probado y visto imgenes a cientos de kilmetros como perder la seal cuando menos lo espera y estando en el mismo domicilio junto al videoportero y otra vez a sincronizar uffffff que desesperacin. La versin que apexarece en la pantalla es la v. 1.0.1.2. Desconozco si es la nica versin o hay alguna ms reciente y eficaz……

Installation facile, tout fonctionne correctement, SAUF: impossible de le connecter au wifi (l’icone reste toujours barr), je voulais demander si quelqu’un a pu insrer une carte sd, car quand je mets la carte, elle ressort chaque fois, faut-il une carte spciale TF ?? Produit de qualit mais pas trs facile configurer sur le tlphone portable.
L’ecran est de belle taille et de bonne qualit mais malheureusement l’ecran n’est pas tactile ce qui veut dire que c’est un peu compliqu de naviguer dans le menu avec un bouton multifonctions.

Grace au SAV du fournisseur qui a t efficace, j’ai reu rapidement un nouveau moniteur qui depuis fonctionne trs bien.
J’ai eu beaucoup de mal trouver un visiophone qui corresponde totalement mes diffrents critres, le TMEZON 1080P y rpond en grande partie par ses nombreuses qualits :
– Ecran 7 pouces avec une qualit d’image exceptionnelle condition d’utiliser un bon cble vido (Coax + 1 paire), mon portier est 80 m du moniteur.
– Alimentation standard 12 Volt, j’ai une alimentation stabilise de 10 A qui alimente tous mes quipements (Box Ethernet, Camras, Visiophone, Switch) ce qui vite d’avoir une multitude de transfos. Certains visiophones ont une alimentation tordue (17 V) !
– Connexion via Ethernet ou WIFI
– Bel esthtique, facile d’utilisation, mise en service simple et rapide
– Nombreuses fonctionnalits (dtection de prsence, Enregistrement des appels et des dtections, communication avec smartphone, )
Nanmoins ce visiophone prsente 2 dfauts, raison pour laquelle je n’ai mis que 4 toiles :
– Il ne permet pas une connexion directe et ncessite de passer par un cloud. Mme si ce principe de dialogue est devenu classique sur les quipements connects et facilite la mise en service pour ceux qui ne savent pas faire de la redirection de port TCP/IP au niveau de leur Box Ethernet, ce n’est pas trs scurisant, pas trs optimal et pas trs cologique ! L’un n’exclus pas l’autre, il faudrait proposer les 2 mthodes de connexion au choix lors de la configuration.
– La dtection de prsence est beaucoup trop sensible, mme au plus faible niveau il dtecte un oiseau 10 mtres et surtout la nuit un promeneur avec une lampe lectrique 20 m ou une toile qui apparat. Il faudrait qu’au niveau moyen de dtection au moins 20 % de l’image et au niveau faible 30 40 % de l’image change pour dclencher la dtection.
Si ces 2 dfauts, purement logiciels taient corrigs, pour moi ce visiophone serait au TOP et mriterait alors les 5 toiles !
un grand cran avec une belle qualit d’image, fonctionne trs bien 25m environs via un cble rseau).
Permet d’ouvrir mon portail et de voir qui sonne mme si je ne suis pas chez moi grce a l’appli gratuite.
Le seul point ngatif c’est que dans l’appli pour parler il faut appuyer sur le bouton puis rappuyer dessus quand on a fini de parler pour entendre l’autre personne (un peu comme sur un talkie walkie).
Sinon super matos
– Faire un montage provisoire pour tout tester. Il y a un cble fourni qui permet de relier le moniteur au boitier sonnette/vido pour un test rapide.
Pas de problme pour la liaison Monitor/Sonnette. Mais ce test m’a permis de constater un problme de reconnaissance du micro sur mon portable aprs avoir install l’appli Tuya Smart.
Contact avec le [email protected] pour tenter de rsoudre le problme. Bonne ractivit malgr un dcalage de 24 heures, mais pas vraiment de rponse positive part des conseils dj tests.
– Aprs avoir test une autre appli “SmartLive” sur le portable : pas de rsultats positifs.
– Finalement, j’ai rinstall “Tuya Smart” une seconde fois (aprs effacement complet) et l : oh surprise ! TOUT FONCTIONNE. Le micro du portable est bien reconnu.
Il a donc fallu installer “Tuya Smart” 2 fois sur un smartphone Galaxy. O est l’erreur ???? Pas de rponse ! Mais bon… le principal est que cela fonctionne aprs des heures de recherche.
– J’ai privilgi la connexion WiFi mode EZ (faute de cble RJ45 dispo). Pas de problme, mais il faut y aller doucement et bien suivre la procdure…
– Installation dfinitive sur un parcours de 55 mtres environ avec plusieurs jonctions et cbles diffrents datant d’un prcdent interphone classique : tout fonctionne. Vido de trs bonne qualit.
– Tests de rception d’appels sur le portable en Wi-Fi et 4G : c’est instantan. idem sur des boitiers Alexa (aprs avoir mis l’appli Tuya Smart sur le compte Alexa).
Rsultat final : Je confirme. Un trs bon visiophone, malgr quelques petits soucis “oublis” avec l’appli.
Edit : Mrite une documentation plus complte concernant le paramtrage, et bien sr : en franais !
It works but unfortunately it doesn’t connect to the internet or the cable or my phone so really ,it was a waste of money I could get cheaper ones.
I bought the 10″ monitor and doorbell a couple of years ago. I put everything together successfully on the kitchen table then set about installing. Unfortunately, I only got interference on the screen. It turns out my cable wasn’t of good enough quality. I’d used some braided 6-core instead of single strand. (The cable run from doorbell to monitor was 18 metres.) Re-wiring with the single core solved the problem.
Just recently the monitor’s wifi connection dropped out. I sent an email to Tmezon’s customer support. Keep in mind that my purchase was two years ago. They replied within hours and supplied instructions on updating the firmware. After following these instructions, the monitor connected immediately.
If there is one area that could be improved it’s the mobile App. While it works, it could be more intuitive.

Ottimo videocitofono. Facile da installare ma consiglio di essere tecnici per farlo o di affidarsi ad un tecnico. importante sapere quando il caso di usare un cavo coassiale per il segnale video piuttosto che solo un semplice cavo multiplo. importante sapere come alimentare autonomamente una elettroserratura. Se si ha una sufficiente conoscenza tecnica, con questo videocitofono si possono fare tante cose, spendendo poco. Ho scelto di perdere la garanzia per smontarlo e adattarlo magnificamente su una vecchia targa. Bisogna per saper saldare e avere delle basi di elettronica, per spostare il pulsante, i led IR ecc. Con capacit manuali e tecniche, si possono adattare i componenti come si desidera, con tutti i rischi di comprometterne il funzionamento e rinunciando alla garanzia. Ho rischiato, ma non ho fatto buchi per nuove scatole. Non mi ritrovo un accrocco su un altro. Ho la mia vecchia targa ancora nuova con tutti i componenti del nuovo videocitofono.Ho forato con precisione il frontalino della vecchia targa per montarci la nuova telecamera prestando attenzione alla perfetta tenuta stagna, al corretto isolamento dei componenti elettronici, all’ opportuno fissaggio dei vari pezzi: microfono, replica pulsante, scheda, altoparlante…. Ma se non siete competenti e non volete correre rischi vari, NON FATELO!!! Se si commettono errori, si rischia di giocarsi tutto!!! Rispettate le normative e soprattutto la sicurezza! Ottimo videocitofono, meglio di tanti costosi e limitati prodotti nostrani!
Comentar que el vendedor es excelente muy atento y rapida solucion a un problema que e tenido con el monitor que dejo de sonar el timbre despues de un ao y pico que lo instale, me an mandado otro monitor y problema resuelto y muy rapido por cierto. El vendedor no me puso ninguna pega al reves atendio mi problema y lo soluciono rapidamente y sin pagar nada, ni el transporte.
Recomiendo el producto y especialmente al vendedor.
J’ai achet le produit TMEZON WIFI IP VIDEO 10 pouces (reference MZ-IP-V739B) et franchement, je ne suis pas decu.
1 Livraison en 3 Jours.
2 A l’ouverture du colis, l’emballage est plusque correct ce qui est un bon point et montre le serieux de ce fabriquant.
3 Avant de l’installation dfinitive, j’ai fait un test blanc pour verifier que tout fonctionne (Alimentation, Sonnette, Audio, Video, Contact de commande de la Gache Electrique…) aucun problme.
4 Les connexions sont tellement intuitives qu’il n’est pas necessaire de se servir du manuel pour les personnes qui ont l’habitude d’installer ce genre d’equipement. Pour les nophites, si vous faite ce test blanc (que je recommande), ne paniquer pas si vous entendez un son strident au niveau de l’cran et la sonette, cela est tout fait normal, il s’agit d’un effet de Larsen. Je ne vais pas dtailler ce phnomene mais je vous assure que votre montage dfinitif ne souffrira pas de cela.
5 La qualit de l’image est trs correct. il ne faut pas oublier que ce produit est un Interphone Vido et n’est pas destin regarder des Films ou Series en 4K!!
6 J’en profite pour faire la configuration du WIFI et mobile, l, le manuel est necessaire mais il suffit de suivre les etapes une une.
7 Pour l’installation finale, pas de problme majeur; pour un meilleure qualit d’image, j’ai doubl le fils car mon portail est loign du moniteur.
Conclusion: Je recommande ce fabriquant et cette rfrence.
Produit des images de bonne qualit de jour comme de nuit. L’installation standard est trs facile. J’ai utilis du cble ethernet cat6 sur une distance de 25m en suivant les indications de la doc et cela ne pose aucun soucis.
Les choses se compliquent pour connecter le systme l’app Tuya ou Smartlife. La doc est illisible (copie d’cran trop rduite).
Finalement en appuyant sur le bouton Talk un certain temps le systme passe en appairage et on arrive a l’associer en mode wifi (ne pas connecter le cble RJ45 sinon le systme coupe le wifi). Aprs appairage on peut connecter le cble ethernet RJ45. Le systme peut faire de la dtection de mouvements, mais dans mon cas il dtecte toutes les voitures qui passent a plus 3m mme avec le seuil au mini. Je n’ai pas russi a limiter la zone. Donc pour l’instant j’ai deactiv la dtection.

Dopo diverse mail alle quali non ho ricevuto risposta (il team di Tmezon non si spiega perch non siano arrivate), ho avuto uno scambio di comunicazioni quasi giornaliero con l’assistenza, che si dimostrata, questa volta, presente ed operativa. Alla fine, non risolvendo il problema, hanno procuduti con l’invio di un nuovo monitor che, almeno per ora, funziona egregiamente. Spero di non dover pi aggiornare questa recensione, ovvero spero che l’articolo non dia pi problemi di connessione.
Se funziona, nel complesso, visto il prezzo, l’articolo decisamente valido.
Lascio di seguito la recensione iniziale e l’aggiornamento di un mese fa.
La mia recensione precedente, che cmq lascio di seguito, deve essere rivista.
Dopo solo 5 mesi l’unit interna non si collega pi al wifi.
Avendo 2 anni di garanzia, come consigliatomi dall’operatore Amazon dell’assistenza, ho inviato una mail di richiesta supporto all’unico contatto del produttore/venditore, ribadisco “unico contatto” del lroduttore/venditore.
Ad oggi, dopo 6 giorni, non ho ricevuto nessun tipo di contatto/risposta.
Comportamento veramente deprecabile.
Attendo ancora oggi per una risposta, ma, in mancanza di soluzioni da parte loro, domani aprir la pratica di reso.
Spero che si attivino, altrimenti posso solo dirvi di girare alla larga da questo prodotto.

Buon prodotto ad un prezzo valido. Il montaggio, da parte di un non esperto, stato abbastanza agevole fintanto che ho montato il video citofono (salvo riuscire a passare i cavi del trasformatore nei corrugati, ma li il problema della casa e non del prodotto). Pi complicato, ma non impossibile, capire come collegare l’apri porta del cancello, ma questo sar dipeso dalla mia scarsa conoscenza dei sistemi. Cmq risultato raggiunto. Bello, funzionale e molto comoda ed intuitiva l’app. Consigliato.
Je ne recevez pas toujours les notifications sur le portable, j’ai augment le temps de sonnerie et a va beaucoup mieux.
La qualit d’image est correct, le logiciel tuya donne de meilleur rsultat sur mon Ipad (plus ractif), que sur mon tlphone Android.
Je suis globalement satisfait du produit, l’ouverture du portail fonctionne, mme a distance.
J’espre que la fiabilit sera au rendez vous.

L’interphone est toujours en place il fonctionne plutt correctement pour ce qui est de la fonction interphone.
Par contre Quelque souci pour rcuprer les playback des vidos quand quelqu’un sonne, de temps en temps le boitier ne communique plus avec l’application.
Oblig de faire un restart du systme pour qu’il redevienne fonctionnel. le problme c’est produit 2 fois depuis installation..
Le dlai pour tre inform (30s 90s) quand quelqu’un sonne est un peu long, du coup souvent les personnes sont dj parti…mais je peux les voir grce la fonction playback
Fitted product in Dec 20 to connect gate entrance to house. Cable run 100m. Picture and sound good. Gate release also works fine. Would recommend a base box for the camera to be mounted on. The one supplied is used when camera is set at an angle but if you need it straight there is nowhere to place cables unless the wall is cut out behind camera. Neat monitor looks good on wall. This report in Feb 21 all working as expected.
La password quella preimpostata 888888, tranne se non l’avete cambiata da monitor, quella da utilizzare per l’apertura del cancello, potete disattivarla in unlock settings…
il servizio delle notifiche da remoto se non avete restrizioni sul vs. modem, sono immediate anche fuori casa, dovete cmnq attivarle tramite app. e accettare i consensi sul cellulare… funziona sia su andorid che ios.
Se dovete cambiare un vecchio citofono l’importante e che sia cablato a 2 fili poi vi servono 2 fili per alimentazione 12v in seguito dovete gestire il collegamento con eletroesereatura sempre 2 fili ma questi devono raggiungere dal posto esterno(citofono) l’elettroserratura del cancello o portone tranne se avete i due fili che arrivano al vecchio citofono dentro casa… Adesso dobbiamo vedere la durata… la cosa positiva che l’unit monitor e quella che gestisce la linea dei citofoni quindi funziona anche senza rete internet come citofono tradizionale al momento sono molto soddisfatto… in totale si possono collegare 4 dispositivi… la qualit delle unita esterne molto buona poich compatte con apposita e solida placca posteriore inclinata con un raggio di visione che permette di vedere se il cancello e aperto o chiuso… il raggio di visione ottico molto ampio studiato appositamente per l’inclinazione della placca su cui montarlo… sono degli accorgimenti ottimi..

Good product for the price, it was easy to install but had to run wires. The sound needed to be turned down to make to better to use.

El videoportero lo tengo conectado por WIFI (DHCP). Con la aplicacin no se pueden configurar todas las opciones del videoportero, pero tampoco se pueden configurar desde la misma pantalla del videoportero y hay que hacerlo conectandose via web (red local) .
PROS – En cuanto a la aplicacin, funcionan bien la mayora de las funciones como es el video, la apertura de puerta y el sonido en sentido camara->telfono. Hay un retardo de unos 5 segundos desde que empieza a sonar el timbre en la pantalla del videoportero y cuando empieza a sonar en el telfono, pero hasta ahora siempre ha sonado. Para que esto funcione hay que habilitar todas las notificaciones que indica la aplicacin en el mvil. Tambin se permite habilitar cuentas de otras personas para que tengan acceso al videoportero, las cuales se tendrn que crear otra cuenta en uCareHome. Cuidado con cerrar la aplicacin, te sacar de la sesin y te obligar a volver a introducir las credenciales. Por esto siempre la minimizo o la cierro mediante el administrador de aplicaciones abiertas del telfono.
CONTRAS – El sonido en sentido “telfono->camara” se escucha muy bajito. Si hay un poco de ruido ambiente no se oye nada, cosa que no ocurre si se habla desde la pantalla del videoportero. Entiendo que esto es problema de programacin. Por esta razn y porque la comunicacin es unidireccional no le doy mas nota.

Impressed with system, mine had 2 slave monitor’s and 2 entry camera’s. Worked well, would use again.
Recieved the item and installed it. Features work well and was easy to set up. However – first evening when it got dark we noticed some of the IR bulbs were not working on the camera unit. Have have contacted the seller for comment as camera unit was defective on arrival.
Update – seller responded quickly and sent out a replacement camera which works perfectly.
This works, more or less, and is pretty reliable once installed and are patient with the app, which works but somewhat eccentrically. I can’t yet get my SD card to function, or the motion tracking to send a pic, but the basic functions are there (and I was really pleased when my first delivery came when I was out and I could give the guy instructions as to where to put the package whilst I was in the supermarket). The design of the units is a bit rubbish, especially the wall brackets which are so tight to the wall there is no room for error, and note that each video screen (I have three) requires its own power supply (though not the doorbell itself, which runs off the master unit). Used the angle bracket and it gives a v good pic during the day, a bit less good night vision.
Won’t be trying to open the front door with it until the new door is put in, so will report back then, but I expect the electrics to work fine.
UPDATE: Had problems with the bell-push. Like a few reports here, it got stuck and went off at random times. Contacted TMEZON and they sent me a new one very swiftly, most impressed with this, and it is now fitted and we are back to normal.
I bought this product for my Mum who is an Elderly Lady and lives alone.
The product is neatly and well boxed, containing all you need to set up, though the wire could be longer and is only about 600mm long, so limits position unless you have coms cable and a soldering iron etc.
The set up and install is relatively simple if you have some basic skills in DIY. It literally is a plug and play system. After making the needed penetration for the door bell cabling it was up and running in 20 minuits, and works very well. The microphone in the door bell his very sensitive and picks up well as does the camera that has a very clear image. I have yet to hard wire the ethernet though.
All in all it’s a great product and very well made. The door bell components are aluminium not plastic, which is of importance in terms of being robust. Seriously would have given this 10 stars!
It is not the cheapest option but I dont resent paying the price at all.

All perfect and functionally as described on Amazon. The App works perfectly and the installation too. The images are perfect and with the app you can enlarge or take a screenshot. I am very happy for this product!
Easy to install . But UCareHome app is not good. I can’t talk via my phone . I can hear and see who is at the door but the talk button doesn’t work! Waiting for customer support to help me .
Great value for money. Works as promised, had a minor need for support and got great service. Highly recommended!
A really great bit of kit which works straight out the box. Connecting it to the internet, I found confusing and too technical and it still does not work properly with my phone but as a standalone intercom it is great and just what we wanted. You can buy this with or without the wifi. If I had a choice now I would buy it without the wifi.

Der Aufbau der Anlage passte hervorragend zu meinen Gegebenheiten, und so viel die Entscheidung.
Alle Teile wirken hochwertig, und das mitgelieferte Zubehr erlaubt verschiedene Mglichkeiten der Installation. Ich habe mir noch einen 12V DC Schienentrafo fr den Einbau in meinen Sicherungskasten gekauft, und fr die Funktion des Trffners habe ich einen 12V AC Trafo (hatte ich noch von der vorherigen Anlage) verbaut. Der 12V DC Trafo wre nicht notwendig, da ein Steckernetzteil mitgeliefert wird, aber ich wollte kein Kabel vom Monitor zur nchsten Steckdose haben.
Wie in anderen Bewertungen bereits erwhnt, lag eine Beschreibung nur in englischer Sprache bei, (eine deutsche htte man wohl online bekommen knnen) das stellte aber kein Problem fr mich dar. Die Installation ist nicht sehr komplex, etwas technisches Verstndnis (habe vor langer Zeit mal Elektriker gelernt) ist aber schon von Vorteil, da eine Verbindung per Kabel (min 4x 0.75 mm) zwischen der Aussenkamera (Tr) und dem Innen-Monitor verdrahtet werden, und ggf die Stromversorgung von einem Sicherungskasten zum Monitor (zwei Dhte) hergestellt muss. Hierfr sind passende Stecker mitgeliefert, die dann mit Klemmen(nicht mitgeliefert), oder durch Lten mit den Kabelenden verbunden werden mssen. Wenn die Trffnerfunktion genutzt werden soll, sind zustlich zwei Drhte mit der 12V AC Stromversorgung zur Tr Notwendig( Bei mir durch Schienentrafo vom Sichereungskasten realisiert).
Ich habe den Monitor per LAN-Kabel mit meinem Router Verbunden, daher kann ich nichts zur WLAN Funktion sagen.
Die Inbetriebnahme ist in der Englischen Beschreibung etwas verwirrend beschrieben. Hier wird vieles zur Funktion und Einrichtung des Systems per PC und den spteren Betrieb (berwachung von einem PC ber das Internet) beschrieben. Im ersten Versuch das System einzurichten war mein Rechner nicht dazu zu bringen den notwendigen Video-Player aus dem Internet zu laden (Antivir/Firewall waren stark dagegen). Da ich die Verbindung per PC aber nicht brauche, habe ich mich dann auf die APP (uCareHome) konzentriert. Ab dem Zeitpunkt war alles relativ simpel. Der Innenmonitor wurde von der APP im Netwerk gefunden, und konnte dann leicht mit meinem IPhone verbunden und gesteuert werden.
Die Lautstrke der bertragung von der Kamera zum Monitor ist ok, zur APP finde ich es etwas laut am Handy, muss daher evtl. manuel die Lautstke des Telefons regeln. Die Kommunikation vom Monitor zur Tr ist gut. Das einzige was nicht ganz schn, aber fr mich nicht dramatisch ist, ist dass in der App per Tastendruck zwischen hren und sprechen gewechselt werden muss. Da kann ein Gesprch etwas schwierig werden, da leichte Verzgerungen entstehen.
Alles in Allem ist das System fr den Preis (149 +Trafo (ca. 20)) sehr gut.
Support:
Da ich nach der Einrichtung (alles funktionierte wie erwartet) nach kurzer Zeit kein Videobild mehr auf meinem Telefon angezeigt bekommen habe, kontaktierte ich den support per e-mail (Adresse steht in der Beschreibung). Dieser meldete sich innerhalb weniger Stunden, und teilte mir mit, dass in meinem ausgelieferten Monitor ein bekanntes Problem besteht, welches den Fehler verursacht. Der Austausch meines Monitors wurde sofort in die Wege geleitet, und dieser kam nach ca. 1 Woche (Lieferung aus Honkong) bei mir an und funktioniert seit einer Woche auch tadellos.
Bin also sehr zufrieden, und wrde mir das System auch wieder Kaufen.

Donc j’ai fait une demande d’change au vendeur. Aprs une deuxime rclamation, j’ai reu un trs rapidement l’ensemble complet qui lui fonctionne correctement.
A part l’appli pour smartphone qui n’est pas des plus fiable. il plante souvent mais en wifi les notifications sont reues.
En 4G, a na pas l’air de fonctionner correctement.
Je n’ai pas russi rajouter un deuxime tlphone. c’est peut-tre impossible….
Pour l’instant, Je suis satisfait de mon achat. Je tiens souligner le bon geste commercial du vendeur qui m’a renvoyer l’interphone trs rapidement. C’est encore trop tt pour juger de la fiabilit car l’installation date de 2 jours.
This item continually goes Off line and has be rebooted at the power socket, also there is always a delay when someone rings the bell and I get notified on my android phone, by which time they have gone away from the door, very poor communication with this kit.
Would recommend the system .
Im Lieferumfang ist alles, was man fr die Montage bentigt, dabei: Schrauben, Dbel, Winkeladapter, Adapter fr Lankabel und Kabel fr den Anschluss des Zubehrs. Die Anleitung ist zwar auf Englisch ist aber sicher besser als eine maschinenbersetzte Version auf Deutsch. Wenn man mal herausgefunden hat welche 4 der 7 Kabel von der Kamera bentigt ist die Trsprechanlage rasch montiert. (Bei uns waren bereits die notwendigen Kabel vorhanden, so dass die Klingel nur mehr an die bestehenden Kabel angeschlossen werden musste).
Im Betrieb zeigen sich folgende positiven und negativen Seiten:
POSITIV:
– im Vergleich zur Ring Doorbell funktioniert sie einfach.
– mehrere Kameras anschliebar
– guter Ton sowohl am Innen als auch am Auenteil in guter Lautstrke
– verschiedene Klingeltne einstellbar
– WLAN Anbindung (alternativ auch direkt ins LAN zu hngen)
– Live Bild in der App ist rasch zu ffnen
– Man kann in der App zwischen SD und HD umschalten
– Bilder und Videos knnen lokal auf SD Karte gespeichert werden (keine Cloud notwendig)
NEUTRAL:
– wird die Live View in der App geffnent aktiviert sich auch immer der Monitor der Anlage
– Klingelton am Auenteil sehr laut. Angeblich mit der Schraube unter dem Gummistpsel einstellbar. Hatte bei mir aber keinen Effekt.
NEGATIV:
– Blickwinkel der Kamera knnte grer sein
– Bild bei Dunkelheit eher bescheiden
– beim Sprechen wird der Lautsprecher scheinbar stumm geschalten. Es knnen also nicht beide gleichzeitig reden
Noch ein paar Hinweise zur Einrichtung der uCareHome App unter iOS. Damit habe ich mich ja etwas herumrgern mssen. Wenn man folgende Punkte beachtet sollte es aber weitgehend problemlos funktionieren:
– das iOS Gert muss beim Starten der App mit dem WLAN verbunden sein mit welchem man auch die Trsprechanlage verbinden mchte. Die App bernimmt nmlich immer den Namen des beim Starten verbundenen WLAN. Das lsst sich nachtrglich nicht ndern.
– erst wenn die App es verlangt verbindet man sich mit dem WLAN der Trsprechanlage. (mobile Datenbertragung ber LTE/3G sollte deaktiviert werden)
FAZIT:
Fr kleines Geld bekommt man hier sehr viel geboten. Der Blickwinkel der Kamera knnte zwar grer sein, das Bild ist allerdings in Ordnung. Mit der Option das Gert ins WLAN zu hngen und auch unterwegs darauf zugreifen zu knnen ist sie fr uns die weitaus bessere Alternative zur Ring 2 Doorbell.
I get alerts on my phone, but most times by the time I have unlocked it and gone onto the app the caller has left.
If they are still there, I can have a conversation, but the time delay makes it a little difficult..
Using the video monitor is easy and the picture, sound and conversation is great.
I have a memory card in that takes a picture of the caller, but cannot access this via my phone and have to take the memory card out and put it in my computer to see the pictures. This may be something I’m doing wrong, but not sure.
I’ve recently had a problem with the button on the bell sticking and when I went back to Tmezon, they have said they will send a new one. Hopefully this will solve the problem, but just a pain to have to take the bell off and re-wire a new one in.
Overall, its well worth the money and I would recommend it.

I was after a video intercom system for my new flat. Most traditional ones have a monitor and an doorbell unit connected with a wire. A newer technology (such as Ring and Skybell) works via an app allowing remote monitoring and unlocking. I considered getting one of these and attaching a cheap tablet on the wall to work as a fixed monitor (with the added advantage of additional functionality like other home automation apps). But I was concerned about reliability of such as system as I would rely on a working and fast Internet connection from end to end including the app’s server, and still there’s always a small lag compared to a direct wire connection, which for a simple intercom system would be very annoying. Ideally I wanted to have both options, and there’s no reason a company can’t provide both. However, after extensive research, the ONLY product that I found that had simultaneous wired connection to a fixed monitor and door monitoring/control via an app is this one. So I decided to give it a go.
There were a couple of issues in the beginning. Firstly, the power supply (which converts the mains voltage from 120/240volt to 12volt that the device needs) was a US one, not UK one. So I had to get a UK one (or rather a universal one that I had it hardwired to the mains). The seller gave me a refund for the cost of that converter, which I appreciated. Secondly, the video did not show up, only audio. This was tricky to resolve. The first suspicion was wrong wiring. The instructions included with the device were not very clear, and the seller sent a amore detailed Word document (I believe that this is now included straight away with the device – if not, ask for it). There is a potentially confusing part where the yello/white colour coded cables from the monitor have to be wired with the opposite colour on the other end (white to yellow and yellow to white). This was not the issue in my case though, so I kept searching. When I measured the voltage on the doorbell unit, it was reduced by 1 volt compared to the monitor (less than 11 volt compared to the 12 volt required). This could be due to a faulty unit (somehow not drawing all the required voltage) or bad wire, or long distance (about 20 meters from end to end), or a combination of the above. The seller was very responsive to my communication trying to resolve the issue and at some point they sent me a replacement unit. To cut a long story short I ended up installing everything from scratch. New wire from end to end with the new unit. And it finally worked! The bottom line from this experience is that even if there are teething or quality control issues, the customer service overcomes them, so thumbs up for that from me.
The product works as expected on the fixed wired connection. The picture is not very high quality but it’s definitely fit for purpose. You can see who is ringing the bell and so you can open the door to friends visiting or even parcel deliveries straight away. Voice communication also works well in case it’s needed. Nothing to mention here really.
There’s one problem: the doorbell sound is not loud enough. It’s adjustable but even at the loudest setting is not heard from the bedrooms (7-10 meters away behind one or two doors). So here’s where the app should help. The reason I went for this product out of the myriad other video intercom options is the app working simultaneously with the wall monitor. So I installed it on my phone (Android) and indeed it works. Kind of. There are issues. Yes, when someone rings the bell, you do have a popup message on your phone and you can tap to see the live video monitoring, talk to them and/or open the door. BUT sometimes there’s a considerable delay, to the point of seeing the message after the person has already been let in by someone operating the wall monitor (!), or worse after they have left having had no response. Sometimes the app keeps ringing for a while despite tapping cancel, which can be annoying. And it’s draining the batter quite a lot.
As my primary requirement, the must have, was the wired connection, I can live with the app issues, hoping that over time they will be ironed out. It’s not a solid 5 star product, more a 4.5 star one, but I round the rating up to 5 stars as it’s the ONLY product of its kind, at a price that is well below products that offer reduced functionality, so excellent value for money, and because of the very responsive customer service. Ring and the likes are more expensive and they don’t even have a fixed monitor (yes, I’m sure they have much better apps, but still). I do hope the app improves over time (entirely software issues, so I can’t see why not) so that it becomes a solid 5 star product.
