I’ve just had a wheel drop off – happens from time to time. Spoke to Rebecca at Vatos customer support and she’s helped me get the spare part I need and sending it. Great customer service. Thanks.
Was really good working then my 3 year old went off roading handles good he only broke front suspension and front lower control arm amd front bumper. Rebecca was on the case and got replacements onway.
Kids love it, it has a lot of power, fast and works on different surfaces. Heavy and feels durable.
After charging we didn’t sync back to the remote and thought this had broken but worked it all out now and it’s running again. Not sure how to contact the seller – this is something I really struggled with when I thought it wasn’t working.
This car is so much fun. It even two speeds which is perfect for younger children.
I couldn’t rate this company higher. Extremely helpful with any issues and even sent out a complimentary spare part, after my son crashed the car and damaged the body of the car. Fantastic! Very Happy.
He did hit the bench on Boxing Day morning. Need a link to buy the correct body shell please. Car is quick but 6year old grandson did find it easy to use after a while. Damage was already done. Lots of tears as he broke his new toy. Battery life was excellent on lower speed.
Not used yet as Birthday present for son, but great price.
Bought mine a little under two weeks ago have driven it at least once a day its so great to play with the family taking it out the front and speeding up and down the street great for drifting aswell awesome great product very happy I got it
P.s the estimated time is one hour for the battery but if it in low mode it lasts more like two aswell as it doesn’t take much away e.g power/speed
