Easy to assemble and comfortable. Just the what I wanted.
Absolutely amazing quality, small issue which was resolved really quickly by the seller , would highly recommend this chair.
Only had the chair a couple of days so far, but very impressed. Arrived early, easy enough to assemble (better with two people) and very comfy to sit on for a day at work

Great chair – use it for when I’m working from home – foot rest is a nice feature and vibrating massage is enjoyable when working for long periods. Only thing I would like for it to have is a tensioner so that when you recline in it, the back of the chair moves up and down with you.

Company extremely quick to resolve issue, keeping in close contact and aided by trying to find replacement part for me, when that wasn’t available offered a new chair, which as you can see is working fine with no issue. Great company, intelligible staff and resolved issue I had. Five stars
Very comfortable chair massage functions are great to the point I have fallen sleep in this chair in its reclined position with the massage set to 1hr to then wake up in the morning 6hr later and the massage function turned itself of as it should so if you have lower back problems and spend alot of time at a computer or sat down this chair is perfect as gives great support and very comfortable
My son assembled this for me. He did this easily. Alan key provided clear instruction. Came with extra lumber support cushion which can be moved up and down chair for neck also . Sturdy and well padded seat which is what I chose it for as have chronic back conditions. The massage element will definitely bring me relief when working. Sits nicely at the end of my dinning table where I work. But blends in well with the rest of my furniture. Arms are sturdy and not at all wobbly those people commenting of wobbly parts obviously have not fitted correctly. My son is going to buy one having seen this today.

Brilliant value for money as seen same chair much pricer in other places. Very comfortable and the massage bits work perfectly. Only thing that lets it down cable not overly long
The chair has really helped my bad back,did lower score as only thing I thought could have been improved was the footstool just slightly awkward when I use it,with having 2 bad knees the foot bit could have been made little longer as the gap is quite wide
he box was damaged and there was a small split in the base prop covering. otherwise easy to assemble and love the massage feature
Used a power drill driver with hex attachment to put together, took less than 10 minutes. Sturdy and comfortable and large seating area. Lumbar cushion could be firmer but altogether happy! Haven’t tried the massage function yet but had similar before and usually a nice addition.

It was as described and the massaging is good but not excelle
After reading all the bad reviews and using this chair myself for a while now, It is worth the cash if you know how to use your brain correctly. People complaining about the chairs arms sharking (had same problem) all I had to do was change the chair arms around and they where sturdy. Then people complain about not supporting when underneath there is a little plastic nut cap you take off and you can tighten that nut 1 turn or so and did the job perfectly, can’t complain you can make something that will fit ever slim and thick person so you need to make compromises, Overhaul most bad reviews are from lazy people.

Awesome massaging office chair! Quality is good for this price range. Tha faux leather covering is soft and prone to damage so take care. The seat surface is hard from the front half onwards as it holds massaging mechanism so it is advised to use a seat cushion of some sort, if you use it daily for long hours or working. I love it. Massage functions are plenty, but I use the auto mode only, as that cycles through them all and gives you a good overall massage. 30 mins is what I use, it is far enough.
Easy to assemble, once assembled looks very nice and professional looking. The massage feature is ok, just vibrates thats all. The seating is comfortable but after a few months now I can feel the metal bars under the seating cushion. The back support is fantastic though. The wheels are quite stiff so requires quite alot of effort when you want to slide back and forth when in the seating position. I would recommend this but it is very expensive.
Great all round just one snag the lumber support does not stick to the chair it’s a bit misleading with the belt/attachment it comes with however no way to attach to chai
Good height adjustment and a wide seating area. Could do with the back being higher as anyone 5 foot 8 inches or over will find it doesn’t support to the back of the neck.
Received very quickly and easy to assemble. It is very comfortable too and massage vibration is good. However I got this for my girlfriend as a surprise for valentines day but she received a text saying it is being delivered and another one upon delivery and now I’m wondering where her mobile number was obtained. She shoos Amazon but has a totally sperate account at the same address. Valentines surprise was spoiled but the item was perfect. Tried complaining but the staff member doesn’t seem to understand what I’m saying as his reply was “oh you received a text but got it oh” no that’s not what I put in writing so double peed of because now I feel like. I’m being fobbed of and reported to ICO

Found it really easy to assemble without needing the instructions and rather comfortable to sit on , I’m even more pleased with the fact it’s got massage function and recliner as I have arthritis and sitting for any period of time can be difficult so I’m really pleased with it thank you

Not comfy, hurts your bum during on it more than 30 minutes, no padding on seat, massage function works ok but seat needs twice as much padding at least, I only weigh 12 stone.
I bought this to help with my back tried a couple of time , can feel it on the back if helps over time not sure yet , but over hall a nice chai
Really good chair for the money, my only gripe (but it wouldn’t stop me buying another) is that the seat of the chair choice do with a bit more padding. Other than that perfect chair for home or office.
The only downside is that I can feel the vibrating pads on the seat area but apart from that its great.

I use the chair with my desk to work comfortably on the computer during office hours, and recline it with the footrest extended for a comfortable reading chair/ watching telly during the evenings. Thus far, everything seems sturdy.
One slight niggle is with the armrests. As they move back and forward with the chair reclining, I feel they become loose and shaky/ wobbly quickly with use and may need to be tightened using the Allen key provided quite often. In the last 2-3 weeks, I have had to do so twice already. Nothing that can’t be resolved and it’s not like the armrests seem like they might come off but would be nice if I didn’t have to do so every few days. Also worth noting that the chair does not come with any warranty or guarantee so the risks of poor quality or durability from manufacturing defects or design flaws remain with the buyer.
I therefore needed to buy a chair. I came across this one that ticked all the boxes – high back, leather, foot rest and with a massaging function! There were no reviews – but the cheapest I could find with the requirements I needed. This chair arrived much earlier than suggested. Assembly is of course needed and instructions are clear.
The leather is soft, arm rests are comfortable and foot rest is easy to pull out and use. The seat is comfortable – but could do with a little extra padding on the actual seat. I remedy this with a small cushion. The seat moves up and down smooth and the reclines with ease. The massage function is amazing – various modes and strengths – lovely addition.
I have only used this seat for two weeks and am happy with it.
Really comfortable chair but the massage facility is more like strong vibration than massage. There were no instructions on how to put the chair together but I eventually worked it out. Overall not a bad office chai
