They arrived quickly and exactly as stated.
My problem isn’t a problem with the seller, but a problem with the wheels design.
Because they are taller they have more angle to apply pressure on the socket of the chair itself, given the wheels connector is offset slightly it applies greater angler pressure the bigger the wheel gets, which ultimately snapped my chairs base, split the socket the wheels clip into.
They lasted about 7 months, well, the chair lasted 7 months, the wheels are still fine.
I bought 2 new office chairs and 2 sets of these wheels and let me tell you they are the best upgrade i could ever think on to any office chair. They are super easy to install they just pushed in no fuss.
The Greatness comes from the facts that the casters elevate the chair just a bit but make movement so Smooth its crazy. On top of that the {In-Line Skate style} wheels don’t scratch the hardwood or get caught/tangle on cables like the plastic wheels do.
I will never have a chair with those plastic wheels again. Totally worth the price of upgrading
After installing these wheels, my desk chair is 10X easier to move around in – almost to the point of going too fast on the hardwood floor. But when maneuvering a desk chair, I’ll take too fast over too much work, any day.
I had polyurethane ball wheels. Sexy – then all these ball bearing appeared on my floor – then a wheel fell off!
Bought these – bigger diameter so easier rolling. Easy fit and replacement.
Slightly higher chair base – so I lowered the chair stem – seems fine – and the smaller gap to the base is nicer to put my feet on.
Free wheeling – shot across the office and crashed – they roll easier than your old wheels!
They have a moulded plastic guard over the top of the wheel – much better safety (dogs dont worry me when they are near the wheels now).
Excellent price point.

Update:
I need brakes! I sit on it and the chair scoots off – with me on it – crashing into whatever in line of travel. They are so smooth and freewheeling – seriously need a brake.
Any ideas?

Meantime – I just fitted rubber bands around the wheel – introduces enough friction I don’t crash into walls!
The wheels are actually ok but be mindful of chairs on thick carpets, the wheels actually broke my chair leg

These are great wheels but boy are they quick moving. Not great if you need to stay still but really easy to move around on.
Well packaged and as such arrived in perfect condition.
Each wheel feels quite weighty. The wheels itself and spokes are plastic construction but rated as a whole to 175kg.
Bearings run free and smoothe when spun.
Installation was quick and trouble free, clicking into place replacing the broken ones without issue.
The wheels feel smooth and sturdy and as such would expect them to last much better than the wheels they are replacing which feel much cheaper in comparison and failed after a few months.
Time will tell obviously but they feel sturdy enough to inspire confidence in them lasting well.

Having bought this product before it was a no brainer to purchase again for my other office/studio chair. Super slick wheels, quiet & doesn’t damage my wood floors. Highly recommended, excellent product, no issues from either chair so far.
Great value for money. Perfect for any office chair. Great for wooden/laminate floors too, no scratching. So easy to move around now. Simple and easy to fit. Love them.
I bought these for my Knoll Regeneration chair as I wanted to use something on a wood floor. These are super smooth and are simply brilliant. the chair is far quieter rolling around and the wheels do not damage flooring. A brilliant upgrade.

I needed to upgrade my GT Omega chair as I recently upgraded my disk and it raised it higher than the chair would allow with the stock wheels.
The WISD caster wheels are taller than the stock wheels that came with the chair by about 1/2 inch or so. It did what I wanted in raising my chair up just enough to be able to work on my new desk height, however they’re also a clear upgrade over the older wheels.
These caster wheels are much easier to move around on carpet and doesn’t feel like it’s catching as often or rolling the carpet up. It’s 100% less wear and tear over time, a bonus I didn’t really expect.
Recommend these if you need a replacement set of wheels for your chair, they’re excellent for the money and I have no complaints about the quality.
Time will tell if the ball bearings fall out but I chose these ones because they seem to be encased.
Fit my Corsair T3 chair very well quieter, even slightly raised the chair – but no complaints. Very good quality overall and extremely pleased
if your looking for some premium wheels you’ve found them! These replaced the ones that came with my hermon miller aeron. because i have wooden floors and i wanted rubber so i don’t have to keep using a office mat for my home desk setup.
Bought these as my last ones which had the standard type of bearing broke after 6 months
So far these have lasted, and they are a little higher which is a benefit to me.
As far as swivelling when you move the chair, they are not the best, but this is on a rubberised textured mat so may not be an issue for anyone else
