Read Before Purchase:
1. This Security Camera is not a Battery Camera, it needs to connect with the power supply.
2. This camera only supports ZOSI Smart APP, and it isn’t compatible with any ZOSI DVR/ZOSI NVR system, or any other brand DVR/NVR system.
3. This camera supports micro SD card (TF card) storage, BUT, this camera doesn’t come with a micro SD card. If you want to record or playback, you would need to prepare the micro SD card and plug in the card to the camera.
4. This camera doesn’t support ONVIF.
5. The Smart Light could be turned on or turn off on the APP.
6. The detection sensitive level could be adjusted to “Low”、”Medium”、”High” or “Max” by yourself. And the smart detection could be adjusted to “Humanoid Detection” or “Motion Detection”.

Buona risoluzione facile da installare ma logicamente c’ di meglio, per io le ho montate e per adesso tutto bene ottimo rapporto qualit prezzo ne ho montate 6 sicuramente ne prender altre 2.
De momento funciona bien, la imagen es ntida. Todo ok.
Die Kamera wird in einem Dreh/Frsautomat zur visuellen Kontrolle verwendet.
Nachtsicht wird nicht bentigt, kann dazu nichts sagen.

I bought one to replace some broken cameras on my old Q-See system that bellied up in the heart of the pandemic. It was compatible and worked great! SO I bought 5 more to replace all the cameras. They have done great until this last storm and then I had a casualty. 1 loss out of the 6 I bought, I can’t really complain except for the fact I just put them up less than 5 months ago. I am pretty sure they were supposed to be weather proof. Still not too bad given the odds, well that is if they all still continue working beyond 4 months.

Se han portado de diez, responden muy bien con lo que prometen. Cumplen muy bien, con los pedidos y sobre todo el problema que tuve que se rompio una camara estando en garantia y contandole el problema, directamente mandaron una nueva.
Got this as a used item. Needed to get zosi to remove previous owner. Easy to do via zosi help just needed amazon order number.
Camera is working well and does everything I expected. For the price, you can’t go wrong
Good overall quality and functionality, easy to install and configure. Mobile phone app is a bit clunky and you will need to subscribe to the cloud service to take full advantage of the functions. My main complaint is that it’s not possible to directly download the footage from the app but you need to “record” as it’s shown on the screen, a bit pointless IMHO.

I purchased 2 of these cameras and found the build quality to be excellent. I wanted them to protect my front garden, garage and parking area. They are easy to mount and setup and the image quality is excellent.
I did have a problem with SD card recording on the second unit. I contacted the support team initially via Amazon and received a fast response followed by a direct WhatsApp communication with Rainbow in the support team. Rainbow was really on top of the issue until it was resolved by sending me a replacement which I received in quick time.
I doubt there is anything better on the market at this price..!!!
After hooking up camera I notice a blur on the image displayed. Turns out it came from the camera lens … not in front (cleaned the lens thoroughly but it was on the internal side of the lense. Discussed with Fannie, a customer service at ZOSI and upon review she is sending a replacement camera at no charge. Camera well great other than this blur but ZOSI came through with resolving the issue quickly and effectively. Thanks Fannie.
Update, received replacement camera very quickly from ZOSI and it worked perfect. Their customer service was excellent. Will definitely buy from them again. Change my 4 star to 5 star rating. Thanks again Fannie the whole support team … your response was excellent.
AFTER A FEW DAYS IT DEVELOPED SOME LINES TRAVELING DOWN THE SCREEN. PUT MY OLD ONE BACK ON NO LINES ,BUT NO KNIGHT VISION EITHER. SO I’M PUTTING UP WITH THE LINES. JUST TO HAVE KNIGHT VISION
Customer service was brilliant, had a few questions and emailed through Amazon and had a substantive reply next day which included a WhatsApp option for future questions (which I used!) reply was instant (Rainbow was extremely helpful!) this camera is great, motion detection has been brilliant we’ve had a few squirrel shots which have proved the motion detection is working! We’re planning to buy another camera for the back garden!
Set up in no time, follow the instructions and you can’t go wrong, can’t believe what you get for the money, going to buy a second one, app works well just remember it needs plugging into a power point and you need a micro as card.
Works better than one I have that was twice the price. Easy to fit. Easy to set up. Doing the job it was bought for perfectly. Software and features good also.
The quality of day and night vision is excellent. Couldn’t be more pleased with the product. Quick and easy to set up following videos on you tube. Had a problem with the power
adapter which was quickly sorted by Rainbow from customer services who was brilliant and a complete pleasure to deal with. Can’t praise him/her enough.
So happy with the two cameras I purchased. The motion detection is brilliant, I’m notified right away when it is triggered. The picture quality is so clear. These cameras were quick and easy to set up to the WiFi .Customer service was also excellent. Would highly recommend
Hard to install. Wire for plug not very long. Picture on camera seems to be back to front. Eg my neighbours garden is on my right but on camera it’s on the left. Can’t connect to Alexa. Apart from that at least it’s a deterrent. Very disappointing I’m afraid

Didn’t like the position of the control on the lead, its to close to the camera, it should have been at least 6 to 8 feet away from the actual camera housing & because of that, I can’t conceal the leads into the conduit on my wall, now I have ugly leads & connections hanging down the wall.
It let’s me see all I need to see on the front of my property, the picture is very clear day and night, it has different settings you can chose what suits you best.

Brilliant camera, picture clear and good sound. Very easy to set up and use. Only one thing, should come with the micro SD card included. Apart from that its fantastic and the app is also good.
Bought to replace a broken one…..my fault not the manufacturer! Does a great job.
UPDATE: My wife tweeked the color settings on the DVR and it IS just as good as the originals. It took out the washed out look and the night vision is clearer…. not just a little circle of light like the others. I may be ordering a couple more. 🙂

fitted to replace 4 cameras on a system of 12.
the 4 in question were damaged due to an electric spike following re connection after a power cut in our village.
I bought this camera for inside my horse barn so that I could check on my horses when indoors or at any time if i have wifi. It works really well. The only criticism I have is that when changing from portrait to landscape, it is easy to press the alarm icon accidentally which is quite scary for the horses. It would be helpful if this could be switched off in settings.
For the money I can’t fault this camera
Obviously you can’t expect the camera to be 100% at that price but really surpassed my expectations

The camera states it’s plug and play and for once it is . They manage to pick a signal in the most cahllenging of places The resolution is amazing for the money and they are fashioned from good hard wearing materials . I installed mine in under 10 mins with no problems . If you do ever get stuck the zosi team are 2nd to none with ongoing customer services and after sales care. I have a direct contact to the manufacturer who always goes above and beyond my expectations
I have two cameras for outdoor security. Images are clear under all conditions and features are easily controllable by phone. A technical issue over login on to the ZosiSmart app was quickly resolved by technical support.
I highly recommend this unit, its good if not the best. Its far better than expected, I have other older analogue cctv cams that i can hardly compare this with. I bought another one too, size is perfect too, have had many cctv cameras before, but this is well the best of all without a doubt. Highly recommend, night vision is excellent, plus its clear during day too.. It has spotlight function plus two way communications,, just to mention few..

We purchased it to be put outdoors at the rear of our house. It is a good camera. Nice clarity and was easy to set up. It has a motion sensor alert and the best part is the night vision.It is also waterproof and the picture quality is good. Peace of mind after installing it The app is user friendly. Very happy with it.
To make a long story short, I again contacted Zosi Support where Doris took on the task of determining what the problem was. I am VERY grateful that Doris took charge. She asked me to send videos of the problem, which I supplied, and then asked that I send her several screen captures from the DVR so she could determine the problem. After several attempts to reset my login name and password There was no difference. This process took several days. Working with Doris was a pleasure! She is very competent and knows how to handle frustrated and irritable clients like myself. She tried and I have to admit I was beginning to give up. Saturday she asked for my login ID and Password and “they” would fix my login problems.
It worked! Well, it worked on all my computers except my notebook, which still would not recognize me when I tried to Login! Once again I contacted Zosi Support and left a message and another video of the problem I was experiencing.
On Sunday evening (Monday morning in DT, Doris Time) I got a message asking if I would mind loading TeamViewer so her team could find and correct the problem. I said “yes!” and sent her the ID and Password for TeamViewer. They logged into my laptop remotely and after about an hour they had the problem corrected!
I am so very impressed with the level of service rendered by Zosi Support and especially by Doris that I just have to tell someone. I have been using Zosi DVR’s and cameras for a very long time, 5 VCR’s and several dozen cameras and one of the reasons I stay with Zosi has nothing to do with price although they certainly have their equipment priced competitively, The real reason is their excellent service.
I HIGHLY recommend Zosi for your security needs.

I contacted the seller and got a prompt reply and was issued an rma number to return the camera but I decided to troubleshoot the problem, after checking a few things I noticed the camera was seeing the ir leds when in color mode, which should be impossible, unless the ir filter were over the lens..It was, I switched the two filters around and now I have good color and pretty good night vision, also the camera a noise reduction adjustment in the menu and it seems to work quiet well…
If it hadn’t been for the ir lens mix-up I would have given it 5 stars but something like that can happen to any product from any manufacturer..
I will be adding a few more of these to my system as time permits..I will include a couple of pics of before and after color and a night pic…
