I have used many belts in the past but this one is the easiest one to use. The different exercises offered seem to make the abs work effectively.
It does make a difference, it makes me less bloated which feels great and using it regularly on the different modes for about an hour each day it feels like the muscles in that area are firmer . It’s easy to use and easy to clean . I had one before with removable patches , absolutely nightmare to replace and they wear so easily ,plus it was easily losing on power. This one is great , no loss of power and no messy and collecting dust patches.
Love this, it’s so simple to use and comfortable to wear. Great range of different modes, battery life great and quick to recharge.
The only thing I would say is as your stomach starts to get used to it you somehow wished you could up the charge like my previous machine did.

Very easy to set up and use. Due to back problems I struggle with sit ups etc. but now I can even work my abs whilst stood up at the laptop.

This belt is much more sturdy and more effective than another type I bought prior to this. I like the width & length. I have a 38″ waist and it wraps around me very nicely with band to spare. Both bands have elastic and velcro fasteners that makes it adjustable. Very suitable for wider abdominal girth. It’s very easy to use and really does give your muscles a good workout. I just pop it on 2 or 3 times a day and go about my regular house chores. I absolutely love that this doesn’t use those no-good gel pads, but simply water, and is super easy to clean with only a moist towel needed. Overall a very good product. I would recommend to friends.

It has 6 different modes where you can apply different levels ranging from 1 to 15, of course 15 is the strongest so when you start you will want to start low till you find your comfort level.
The product is simple to use and comfortable to wear too. I use it daily and so far have had no complaints, my goal is long term so as yet I can’t comment on anything further however I plan to update this review in a month or so hoping to have more to add based on the results obtained.
To charge the product is very simple too, just connect to Micro USB charger like you would a mobile device.
All in all, am very pleased with the product and will continue to use daily.
