Bring viewed objects closer using the 10mm and 25mm eye lens for magnification. You can add the 3X Barlow lens if you want to see those objects even closer and, in more detail, then roll the focus knob until you have a clear image.
The smartphone holder works very easy with smartphones that have multiple cameras. Align the hole phone holder to the camera that you intend to use. Then check if you have a clear image before fitting the phone holder and smartphone to the telescope. Zoom in with your smartphone until you get a full view image on your screen.
Do not clean the lens with your fingernail. It can be tempting to scratch dirt off the lens, but this could permanently damage your telescope.
Clean lenses with cotton pads or a soft cloth (included in the telescope kit) and do not use paper towels, as the texture could scratch the lens coating.

Got this as a gift for someone, they loved it and we will be out to use it soon!

It’s quite small so easy to carry and easy to assemble and stays upright. Being able to use a phone with it is a massive help as well!

Very happy with this telescope with plenty of looking around for the best one this modil kept popping up, with this being first one it taken some getting used to the focus but when you know what you are doing it takes no time. Very easy to put together only takes couple of minutes nice and light to travel with me and my mrs love stargazing so this is very hand would defintely recommened if you are looking for a reliable telescope.

Tried to get some good images of the recent ‘Blue Moon’ but did not have the right equipment much to my six year old daughter’s disappointment. Did a bit of research and purchased this. Very easy to set up and use as you can see from video of the moon taken on the morning of our first attempt.

Very easy to put together, I live in a valley at the foot of Y Wyddfa . Were you get very dark nights for a beginner I am very impressed with the sharpness of of telescope focus. Thank you ( diolch yn fawr).

Bought this as a birthday present for my adult son. He was so pleased to receive it and could hardly wait to assemble it but unfortunately he had to go away on business almost immediately so I am waiting until he returns and starts using it. It is very well made and good value for money and arrived very quickly, as is usual with Amazon. I would definitely recommend this for a first time telescope and I am glad I chose this one from all the others I looked at for him.

I bought this telescope for my Grandson’s 17th birthday, after purchasing a previous one (not from this firm) that arrived with a lens missing, which I returned.
Whilst this product cost more, it was worth it. On arrival,I could see it was sturdier and it looked more technical. My Grandson seems happy with this telescope, having used it in the back garden to look at the night sky, with his younger brother. I recommend this product.

I bought this telescope as a gift for our daughter, who is so excited every time we have our family moon ands stars exploring sessions, especially during the weekend. My father has a vast experience in astronomy, and he even operated in the past professional telescopes. Therefore he was the one who helped me to choose this starter telescope for my family. My budget was under 200, and of all telescopes on the market, he told me that this one has the best value for my budget. I recommend buying this amateur telescope, especially for kids who can spend better time with a telescope and develop their knowledge and interest in astronomy and nature rather than playing games on tablets.

I’m very passionate about astronomy for years now, and it seems that my son shares the same passion as me. I have many gadgets, let’s say, from monoculars, binoculars, and spotting scopes to expensive telescopes over 2000 worth. I decided to get my son a starter telescope because it was difficult for him to handle and make fine adjustments to my telescope and because it was also too heavy for him to move around. Therefore, I have decided to get him a lightweight telescope, easy to carry around in the garden and to manoeuvre. Obviously, for me having much more expensive and specialised telescopes, seeing these telescope and specifications wasn’t something to be impressed at first. For the price I paid, this is a bargain, considering it comes with plenty accessories, a good quality tripod and phine holder ( only these accessories worth over 50 in my opinion). What I also liked was the green colour of the telescope.

This telescope was a present for my son’s 10th birthday from his auntie about 2 weeks ago. I can say that my son is over the moon after receiving this great telescope which made my son so enthusiastic and interested in exploring the sky and watching birds and different targets on land. The telescope comes with a quality telescope, an adjustable and stable tripod, a great phone holder and accessories. It took no more than 30 minutes to understand how it works and to make fine adjustments. Now we spend even more quality time as a family exploring the unknown. I find this an ideal telescope for both adults and kids.

Since my initial purchase from ARPBEST, I was genuinely impressed by the quality of their products and follow up. You can’t go wrong with their products. I was looking for a gift for my nephew, who was very impressed with my monocular from this brand. I had this idea to buy him a telescope for his birthday since last year on Christmas when he told us that his best friend got a telescope. Upon checking on Amazon for a telescope, I was pleased to see this lovely beginner telescope from ARPBEST. The colour is fantastic, and he loves green, sturdy and height adjustable tripod, easy to use, great assembly and setup instructions, personalized green bag too, brilliant phone holder, very well packaged, great magnification accessories and box. Overall, this telescope has everything you need from a first telescope. It took no more than 10 minutes to assemble all parts, and after another 30 minutes of “training”, it was able to use it alone without any help from us.
The only downside is that my husband has tried it and he loves the telescope too. Now I will have to get one for us too because the zoom magnification goes up to 120X compared with our 30X monocular and obviously you have a wider view because it has bigger lenses. I recommend this telescope to anyone who wants to spend quality time exploring the moon but also for terrestrial targets.
