Fantastic power in a tiny form factor, fits neatly behind my monitor on my desktop, taking up no room either under my desk or on the desk. Its just what I was looking for as my day to day office PC – no problems with Microsoft Office, browsing the Internet or learning Visual Studio and all for an affordable price.
Easy setup, perfect for my kid to do all their schoolwork on, and with 8gb ram it has decent enough speed for doing all they need on it. May even get one myself
I used this to create a meeting room PC for Teams and Zoom meetings for a company. It came with Windows 11 rather than 10. This isn’t the end of the world but I’d not rolled 11 out there yet.
I wall mounted it behind the conference room PC, supplied a wireless keyboard and mouse, PolyCom bluetooth speaker and 1080p60 webcam.
Enough horsepower for running 4K TV and running Zoom and Teams conference calls.
It’s been quiet for the users and working well
I had some issues setting mine up but got there in the end. These really are a great option when space is tight as the whole system is actually more powerful and feature rich than my laptop. The unit doesn’t get hot and so far all wireless connection have been strong and stable. For the price it’s certainly an excellent value
What a fantastic idea this is! With Office being online anyway at the moment there is just no need for a massive PC (unless you really need it). For us who only really use a computer to write reviews, print stuff and youtube others this is absolutely perfect.
I love that it has so many ports too to add to it’s versatility.
I personally feel the design is really modern and smart. It would be absolutely perfect for anyone working at home more and wanting a more minimalist office. It’s nice and fast to get online (as long as you have a Microsoft account) and seems very responsive when in use. If you don’t have a Microsoft account it doesn’t take long to set up.
The price in my opinion is very fair indeed too and I would absolutely recommend this.
Never having heard of mini-pcs before I was somewhat sceptical. However it was very quick and easy to set up (you’ll need a monitor, keyboard and mouse) and I was, frankly, shocked at how this outperformed my my aging, ailing home PC. I’d bought an external HD to boost the little box’s memory but, aside from being used to transfer data from my PC it is hardly necessary.
It may help to get an USB hub, however, to help connect all the usual peripherals.
Perfectly acceptable as a home PC.
This arrives in some uninspiring (but perfectly practicable) packaging which isn’t going to get you excited about the product. However, without getting all sentimental, it’s on the inside that counts, and I was very impressed with this little black box contained within.
It first of all looks good. A mixture of matte and gloss plastic with a red power button. For a small black box, it looks good and that tiny size means it disappears well when placed on the desk or under the TV.
You’ll need a keyboard and mouse for setting up (though you can use the virtual keyboard but it is a bit of a pain). Once setup and updates have run, you have a Windows PC.
I don’t tend to be a heavy Windows user and am using this primarily for the kids schoolwork and web browsing and it is all perfectly fast enough for that. I guess if you are into gaming or need really heavy processing power you would be looking elsewhere.
As mentioned at the beginning, it doesn’t take up any space at all and I have it hooked up to the TV in the lounge. The front has two USB ports, a headphone jack and you also have a USB C port. The rear has a further two USB ports, two HDMI, the DC power and the LAN Ethernet port. The other cool thing with this mini-PC is that you have the option to mount it on the back of a monitor via the supplied mounting brackets.
Obviously if you are downloading and saving lots onto the Beelink hard drive you may find space to be an issue, but if like me you use cloud storage primarily, the stated 256 GB is good enough. After downloading a different browser, I was left with 208 GB free out of the 238 GB available on the Local Disc (C:).
I was technically dubious (and nervous) about getting Windows 11 as per the Amazon listing steps – surely there is an easier way Beelink? – so have left it as is with Windows 10 Pro for now.
If you need a Windows PC but don’t want a full size desktop or a laptop then this is definitely worth looking at and as it is so small, it can also be moved with ease.
I got rid of my desktop PC a little while ago as there was not the space for the standard sized computer tower. I still have a monitor and a slimline keyboard so when I was offered to test this mini PC for free as part of the Amazon Vine programme then I was happy to do so.
I am currently using a refurbished 12″ ThinkPad with a solid state drive for my home computing needs and this mini PC has a very similar spec, including a solid state drive (256GB, which can be extended at your own additional cost of course) and a 8GB RAM memory.
The mini PC also comes with Windows 10 Pro which is available for Windows 11 upgrading so future proofing it as much as you can with this type of tech. There are a number of ports on the unit including (but not limited to): 4 standard USB, 1 USB-C and 2 HDMI.
The unit starts quickly and is very suitable for my home PC needs which are a little word processing, editing holiday photos, writing emails and surfing the internet. I am however uncertain whether it would be for everyone e.g. gamers or people needing to install and utilise a lot of software, but it works well for me.
As mentioned at the beginning of this Amazon Vine review, the real bonus is it’s very small size, it’s about the size of my small adult women’s hand, so it can be placed pretty much anywhere unlike a standard sized computer tower.
This product is currently retailing for 229 at the time of this Amazon Vine review, which seems reasonable as that’s about what I spent on my refurbished laptop which has a very similar spec. I am pleased with this product and I am happy to recommend.
I had seen these “mini”-PCs in the media, and on Amazon in the past, but always presumed they would be an inferior option. However, reading the spec on this convinced me it should be worthwhile trying one out.
This was simple to set up, and was ready to for use in less than half an hour. I have connected it to an HDMI input on my TV (which isn’t even particularly new), and I luckily had a wireless keyboard with touchpad rotting away in a cupboard.
I’ve installed the basic software I use on a daily basis; like another reviewer I live in constant fear that my rather elderly main system may give up the ghost at any time, so, I am, in effect creating a backup of my essential items, on a machine which I can use for youtube, and other video services. It takes up next to no room at all, and sits neatly beside my blu-ray player (see pic)
I’m still a little wary of asking the mini-PC to do any heavy work, but its specs, while maybe not up to those of a state-of-the-market PC or laptop, certainly indicate that it should be able to do anything I ask it to.
The hard drive is only 256Gb, although this is expandable; there is only 8Gb of RAM installed and the CPU speed is only 2GHz, so it is still a “little brother” to currently available desktops and laptops. However, at the price, it’s quite a bargain, cheap enough to run as a backup, particularly as I already had the extras required to make use of it. I’m perfectly happy with it, although not 100% sure if I’d be comfortable using it as my main system.

I have been very impressed with this mini PC. I got on about 3 years ago and it was ok for simple things but not good enough as a main machine. With this PC everything has changed, it seems good enough for a main machine for me. One of my desktops has a hard disk which is starting to give warnings and this will be replacing it. So many people waste their money on laptops which they never take out of the house. If you already own a monitor, keyboard and mouse (or most of them) then you can get something just as good for a fraction of the price. Even if you buy them all it would probably still work out cheaper and I bet the lifetime of this device will be longer than your average laptop, and you’ll be able to use your screen, keyboard and mouse with your other equipment and next purchases.
I installed Microsoft Office, Visual Code, and a full antivirus product, as well as a few standalone software applications. I have my antivirus running and OneDrive, and there is still plenty of resources for me to do work. There’s plenty of disk space (256GB) to install stuff. Memory at 8GB is probably the thing that will stop me from putting absolutely everything I need on it, but I think 90% of what I want to do on a daily basis I can do on this PC.
There are loads of ports on the outside but I just use a docking station that I plug into a USB-C port. So I can switch between my company laptop and this mini PC in seconds, and I have my familiar top of the range keyboard and mouse, brilliant! It destroys any laptop for productivity, for probably a quarter of the price.
The machine starts quickly, it’s up and running in seconds. There are password options in BIOS to protect the hard disk to give you extra security. It’s also eligible for Windows 11 (unlike either of my nominally superior desktops with more memory and disk space)
