These are great for edging around your garden, unfortunately, the area we bought them for, the ground is so hard, that we could not get them into the ground. The area was used for builders supplies when being built and has more rubble than grass. Unfortunate, but we will find a use for them. So make sure the area you need them for will allow you to insert them into the ground.
I used it to replace a similar wooden edging along a border with the rear lawn, as the wood had rotted away with time. This one looks a little like wood from a distance, but won’t rot. OK, it won’t biodegrade either, but then it isn’t going anywhere else while I live here.
I’m so pleased with this edging. Good quality and easy to erect. Goes round corners easily and the short sections join together and tap into ground no problem. I used a short length of wood to tap it home with the occasional hammer tap. Looks good and hopefully will last a lot longer than the wooden ones. Quick delivery. Good job around .
I was a little nervous when I bought these as I could’t quite tell from the photos how well made they would be but I was pleasantly surprised. Very well made and although they wouldn’t pass for real wood they look good in the garden. They are very easy to clip together. Just one wee tip is that if you’re doing a long border you have to assemble them from right to left so you slide a new one onto the previous one on your right. If you don’t do this you will find that you’re having to try and insert the next one from the bottom when the previous one is already in the soil.
Produced in very strong plastic, the individual segments of this lawn edging slot neatly together to form a continuous 2.5 metre length which can be easily curved if required to suit the shape of the lawn, and the pointed sections hold it firmly in place. The colour is good too – it really looks like wood!

A surround for the base of a memorial tree. Replaced a wooden surround which was falling apart. Great product. Easy to assemble and put in place. Really looks well. Very pleased.
