No, I wasn’t wearing it Lol. I sent my youngest boy up a 5m ladder to fix my house guttering. The lanyard was way too long for thisbut a quick you tube education later..I cut a lanyard down to 1/2 metre, melted the cut end, then learned a ‘Scaffold knot’ to tie it to this half body harness with a carabiner.

He reported the harness felt comfortable. We tested it by hanging him off a low rung, no issues.
Thankfully no ladder slips in practice, but the added safety and confidence knowing a misplace hand or foot won’t send you to hospital, or worse, is well worth the price of good kit.
