Very well made comfortable and the price was very good
it is comfortable to sit out for a short while but better with a cushio
For use in garden to the side of a long path halfway under a tree..Pleased with it and will be getting a waterproof cushion for extra comfort..Sturdy and easy to assemble..
Good value at 80. Both decorative and functional as somewhere to plonk down for few minutes when tending the garden, comfortable enough but not for extended periods. Simple to construct. Thin layer of spray paint which had scuffs and scratches, probably from transport and end caps on hollow seat slats are plastic plugs, 2 of which were cracked/broken from being banged in off centre so I had to repair with araldite. Plugs on bottom of feet are similar brittle plastic and I dont see these lasting long – rubber would have been better choice. Construction is hollow mild steel and evident that inside is bare metal so expect to rust from inside out, probably already started. There are several weep holes on the underside of the frame which I assume are to let excess moisture drain and to minimise metal distortion from welding during manufacture. Should give several years service without need for maintenance, other than wipe down and cover during winter but to extend and protect i have injected waxoyl inside of construction using the weep holes and given external frame a spray of black hammerite. To help protect further i find the occasional wipe down with car polish stops water pooling on frame/welds.
Bench was easy to assemble and overall look is quite good but unfortunately the center piece casting has flaws in it which spoils the main focus
Sturdy and easy to assemble though having 2 people helps. Good value for money looks great in the garden defiantly recommend. Very quick delivery
