The lamp arrived 8th February and went to work immediately when I planted courgettes and aubergine seeds same day. The photograph of the plants is from 11th of March. They’ve been moved to nursery pots in windowsill while the lamp is currently dealing with celery seeds ( second pic)
I’m goi g to purchase another and get a better set up going. Oh and I have a smart meter and the running costs are very low.
Got this to go over our bonsai collection in the winter months they love it they all perked up as soon as we placed the light over them
Fantastic lights. Very useful for my seedlings right through to adult plants. Cheap to run and a good size with amazing light and fittings.
he light itself is just what I needed. it’s not a quiet fan when your next to it but quiet enough when sealed up inside a tent. so far so good and my vegetables love this light. tested the intensity of the light using sensors and everything was exactly as stated in the description. 10/10 perfec
Totally amazed at the amount of light that this lamp gives out. I first set it up in my workshop, hanging over a bench, but I found the light actually too strong for my eyes and have moved it into a small greenhouse were it will provide much needed light in the darker months. The lamp was very easy to set up with the well balance hanging cables, you do have to secure the electric feed cable because it can drag the assemble with its weight. The cooling fans do hum a bit, but not a problem in the greenhouse, but could be annoying if you use the room it’s in a lot. Time will test the usefulness, but currently this is a useful addition to the growing area.

Nothing like this one though. This gives off way then enough light.
Its pretty quite and it gives off enough heat to promote growth.
The chain design is on point and will keep it in place.
Building a greenhouse and this is in there for sure.
I’ve set up a few hanging lamps in the garage with the idea of growing things over the winter. I’m using a bench under roof beams, so I can hang the lights from the beam. There’s a nearby power supply and so far everything is working well.
This lamp is larger than the others; it’s a deep rectangular slab rather than a thin tile. It also emits a slight hum, which isn’t a problem in the garage but could be annoying within the home. It can be daisychained up to a max of three units. The light seems bright and clean. I haven’t set seedlings yet so can’t comment on how well it encourages growth. It comes with a 2 year warranty and product support which is encouraging. Recommended.
