DK SONIC Professional Ultrasonic Cleaner with Heater Basket
DK SONIC Professional Ultrasonic Cleaner with Heater Basket Digital Timer for Jewelry,Ring,Eyeglasses,Denture,Watchband,Coins,Small Metal Parts,Circuit Board etc (10L-S, S)
Fullwave(40KHz) for Cleaning Bland Holes
Under the same ultrasonic intensity, 40KHz ultrasonic wave can create more cavitation quantity, and do much better in penetration, than ultrasonic wave close to 20KHz. So 40KHz ultrasonic wave does well in cleaning stuffs with complex-shaped surface or blind holes. Especially, 40KHz ultrasonic wave causes much lower noise than ultrasonic waves close to 20KHz.
Semiwave(28KHz) for gross rinse of simple surfaces
SEMIWAVE mode is the semiwave mode of 40KHz ultrasonic wave, however, it can also be identified by an oscilloscope as 28KHz. Its penetration performance is not as good as 40KHz, but it does well in cleaning stuffs with simple-shaped surfaces. Especially, SEMIWAVE ultrasonic wave causes much lower noise than single-frequency 28KHz or 40KHz ultrasonic wave.
Heating Function to Remove Oil and Wax
SUS304 stainless steel does better in resistance to alkali solution and most organic and inorganic acid than SUS201 or other SUS200 stainless steel series. However, SUS304 stainless steel has no resistance to solution with chloridions, such as hydrochloric acid, and hydrofluoric acid.
Note: Please don’t use flammable, explosive or volatile cleaning solution.
Degas Mode for removing ultrasonic fatigue
DEGAS mode is an intermittent cleaning mode to remove residual bubbles(no cavitation nucleus) which can increase the loss of ultrasonic transmission and decrease the blast strength of cavitations in the cleaning solution. So it is a cleaning mode for removing ultrasonic fatigue to improve cleaning effect.

Ultrasonic cleaners are not miracle machines but they do what they are designed to do very well. It will not remove rust from metal parts, but it will make light of the residue left after rust removal solutions. The biggest plus is the size of the bath. You can get a lot of large parts in the basket. Unfortunately, big bath size means a lot of electricity to bring it up to cleaning temperature. Watch YouTube for “tips and tricks” and remember you can clean small and delicate parts in a jam jar of you cleaning solution of choice submerged in the water bath..
it is a fantastic machine and does a great job of bringing most of my motorcycle parts back to like new. You need to use a the right ultrasonic solution with this for it to work.
It works!! Does the job very well and well made too. No regrets about buying this.
Just cleaned my throttle body from my Suzuki carry van wow I’m well impressed, came out really clean after just 20 minutes.
It was easy to use and to set up.
Only used it a few times but it has done a good job. It fixed the carburettors on both my petrol mower and the strimmer by removing the blockage. Cleaned up an Amiga mouse PCB which was surprising as to how much grime came off. Cleaned my wife’s jewellery which came out all bright and shiny again. Very happy with it.
It does the job very well, cleaned everything from electronic PCB, knobs / switches to carburetta internals. Nice to have the dual frequency option. The only minor down-side is that the unit is noisier with the lid on than without it.
Item is very big and sturdy with great layout however not used yet as awaiting somewhere to place it to be built (garage)
Parts for our T25 VW camper are getting more expensive and rare , if you can get them it’s a long wait. Bought this to refurbish parts over the winter. Is going to be very useful. Went for the 30L so can do as many parts as possible.
I bought this ultrasonic cleaner specifically because of its transducer design and its heating capacity. I have used it to deep clean my heavily egr gunk contaminated swirl flaps and the injectors to my BMW E60 520d. At 60 degrees Celsius and full wave cycle and a good quality ultrasonic cleaner it worked like as you can see in the photos to strip all the dirt on 16 year old injectors at 171k miles. Honestly they looked like new after the clean and despite being a chartered mechanical engineer and having studied metallurgy including doing research I would struggle now to identify the age or mileage these injectors have seen and done. The photos speak for themselves – what an outstanding end result. Next will be my Ford Focus injectors and the Shimano Ultegra chain set ! They do a 30l version which is pricey but might be a great solution to heavily caked egr gunk inlet manifolds. I don’t delete egr valves but rather clean up after them as they help heat up the engine quicker and keep my cars within the emissions standards on NOx and soot build up on my dpf.
I use this for cleaning small engine parts and plastic fairings on chainsaws strimmers etc. So pleased I jumped and got this size.
Ultrasonic is working very well.. we had a problem at first but was rectified, very good service.
