Pretty easy to put up (2 screws). Can rotate, move and angle with easy. Annoyingly it does stick out from the wall by about 3 inches. The supplied screws and raw plugs are a to short for the crappy walls in my house. But if going directly into brick they would be fine.
This is very easy to install and is sturdy and is pretty good for the money it does what it is ment to do
