How to install a door draft?
Our under door seal installs in just 4 easy steps. It’s imperative you measure the door’s width and gap height prior to purchasing to ensure the draft stoppers work properly. Insert the foam tubes into the cotton canvas cover. Lay next to your door and cut any excess foam for the right fit. Close the hook and loop fasteners on the canvas cover. Slide the door wind blocker underneath your door.

Machine wash on the gentle cycle, tumble dry with low heat.
After trying a product that did not work, I decided to buy this one and was somewhat sceptical but it worked, it was easy to install and it blocks the light the way I wanted it to. Definitely recommend.
I just moved in with my cousins house with her 2 cats. Unfortunately our cats do not get along just yet and we had a problem with them fighting under the door which caused un needed stress to all of us. After buying this this. They literally can hardly smell each other though the door. It has been a god sent and brought sanity back into the home. Also, as a side note it is quite durable my cats like to scratch at it and it hasn’t frayed or had one hole so far.
I love this product, my old one was dirty and fit loosely. This one was very easy to put together and install under my door. I loved it so much I bought one for my neighbor. Living in condominiums where doors are practically side by side, it not only helps with canceling out the noise from neighbors in the hallway, but doesn’t allow any debri, etc. to enter my unit either. Hands down a must have!
This is an excellent door stopper. The material is strong and the foam inside is thick. It will stop bugs and pests from getting under the door. It also keeps the cold air from the A/C moving inside the room. I ordered it again for another door. I highly suggest this product.

This was easy to assemble and easy to add to the door. Hard to say if it’s making much difference in helping the ac out but it has made a huge difference in dampening the sound from my apartment hallway. I’m near a fire door that has to remain closed but people coming and going through there can be quite distracting. Since adding this at the bottom of my door, I barely notice the hall traffic. I was hoping to notice more cooling from my portable ac, since I wasn’t sure how much cool air was being lost under the door but the sound dampening alone is worth this purchase. Perhaps my next hydro bill will be the real indication of if it’s keeping the cool air in here more efficiently.
I was very happy to see how durable the construction of this item is. I think it will last a long time and it creates a very nice seal when door is closed.
We bought this to keep cold air drafts out. It worked very well and also filtered noise out. An extra perk. Now, during the summer months we’re using it to keep heat out. Easy to install, and a perfect fit for our door. Our door has a large gap from the floor, and inch at least. This one works great. Highly recommend it.
Easy to install, how to cut the foam inserts to fit the length of the door and it was easy. I does seem to cut down on noise, the velcro is thick and sturdy but I did expect the foam inserts to be thicker. Seems to work.
Size was accurate! Just cut the foam down to the size you need, it’s all good. Of course you also have to adjust the fabric, fold it and adhere to the velcro then it will properly cover space under the door. Price is higher compared to other options.

They could’ve made the velcro flap more streamline to fit under the door.
Cut 3 rods in half the long way if the fit is too tight under door.
If this is too tight to slide under your door cut the Styrofoam rods in half the long way.
We have a pretty large gap under the door to the water heater in our bathroom, which is right above the crawl space and perfect for mice and bugs to enter. At the beginning of winter we started seeing multiple mice a day. After installing this, I have not seen a single mouse for over a month!! We usually have camel crickets as well and I haven’t seen any of those either.

My cats tend to meow in the morning and wake me up, so normally at night I just wedge a blanket under the door. I was looking for something that might work better, but this works just as well, if not maybe a little worse than a blanket. So I’m returning, no sense in paying for this for no reason. On a side note, my husband leaves the room a couple hours earlier than me, and the sound of the door opening with this device on it is pretty loud, and wakes me up.
Got this draft stopper because we noticed that mice were getting into our house through the gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. Haven’t seen any mice since we got it so I’m happy. The foam was easy to cut and the instructions were simple. Taking off 1 star because the foam is definitely not memory foam as the description suggests. Overall happy with the product though.

My bathroom door is 3 feet but the carpenters left almost 3/4 of an inch gap underneath the door .. this was the perfect fix. I also have a baseboard heater in this room and I don’t like the heat to escape
It was the right size I didn’t need to cut it or anything. When I first put it on I didn’t think it was going to fit because it was so tight but as I got it on I realized it was prefect! No sound comes through or anything.
I bought this because my neighbor in the next bedroom has a urinary problem and I can’t stand the stench! However, with this on the bottom of the door, there is no issue whatsoever in terms of smell coming in. It was easy to install and well worth the money.

First, it should be noted that I purchased this for an interior door that will not be opened very much. The closet with this door houses my HVAC system and the gap on the bottom made it a bit noisy and drafty and the room is used daily as my home office. This Door Draft Stopper was easy to install, keeps the draft out and works as a great sound barrier. I couldn’t be more pleased. If an interior door is your intended use, you will be happy. Great product!
I live in an apartment that uses air conditioning in the hallways. It’s draft and pressure was coming through under my door causing my nose to drip all the time. this product helped block that!
I had no choice but to give it a 5 star. Instantly cut down on the draft under the door from my cold room to the hall. The door had a rubber flap installed to reduce the draft and left on when put this on. Took some finagling to get it over however wanted that extra. Slides over carpet easily and shuts easily.
Bit difficult to install as we have a runner there but we got it on and it works fine. As for the 36 inch, tad short, but not a major inssue. We do like it, and would recommend especially for Complex living.

Our basement has a terrible draft makes the whole first floor freezing. This was easy to install just had to trim to my door length. Door still shuts fully and doesn’t get stuck.
My roommate used to avoid walking by the front door because of the draft coming under it. I installed this thing and slippers aren’t even necessary anymore!
I never knew something like this exsisted. We moved into a new condo recently, and the front door had a sizable crack under it. It ranged from 1/4″ to 3/4″ gap. It let lots of noise in and smoke from other units. We bought this and followed the instructions. It literally took 3 minutes to install it and presto – done. It is made of very high quality fabric and slides over the floor nicely. I expect this to last a long time and when it finally falls apart I’ll be buying another one! Very pleased.
I have tried different ones. This one is the only one that completely blocks the cold draft out. I bought two and I put them in my front door and back door. My house is warmer now and I love them. Can’t wait for summer to see if it blocks the heater.
My door is a little smaller (around 30 inches). Just had to cut the foam on the inside. Then simply fold the over on the outside. I bought another one that was no adjustable and have to return.
So this is simple. Takes 5 seconds to slide under the door and done. Not too thick either. Works great. I have a 1/2 inch gap on a basement door which is cool down there. Works great for me

My door is very wide and it fit perfectly without any adjustments necessary. The canvass sleeve is quite hefty and should last. My bedroom door opens and closes very smoothly and it stays on. This is not just a thick snake-like draft stopper that you need to kick aside to use the door.
After we removed an old draft stopper from the door to paint our dogs preferred to sleep on the floor in another room rather than on their bed. Got this and now the dogs started using their bed again, didn’t realize what a large draft was coming through.
I find the product useful, it really does the job in terms of draft. I use it on a door coming from the uninsulated cellar and it’s great. The only thing, because it’s adjustable to different door sizes, if you have a narrow door, which I have, there a large piece of cloth that drags under your door… it not that great in terms of looks… other than that, it’s great.
It took me two minutes to cut foam to my door size. Insert and place under door. I used it on a 34 inch inside door leading to basement. NO MORE COLD AIR!

Easiest draft stopper to install. Had both doors done in about 3 minutes. Seem to be working perfectly since the temp took a nose dive. When the foyer door to the outside opens, I don’t get blasted with a cold draft.
Works great just as expected. I had to shorten it by cutting it with a kitchen knife, but no problem at all. It was a snug fit under but that’s what I wanted.
I was unsure if this will work out well on carpeted floor. But it does work ok. The door to my garage isnt used too frequently, so the little extra effort, which it takes to open and close it now, doesnt bother me much. It helped to keep the cool draft away from the room.
he product does help with air / draft reduction under the door pretty well and it help reduce noise somewhat, though wish it provided a bit more noise insulation.
This is a great concept, it just didn’t work for my situation, no fault of the manufacturer or from the seller. I didnt have enough clearance under my door to allow it to move freely, and it was actually my storm door that was causing my issue, not my entry door.
I have moved into an apartment for the first time and the door has a good quarter to half inch gap at the bottom. I was struggling because you could hear every noise from the hallway, people swiping their fobs, opening/closing doors, dogs, people etc. This was easy to slid right under, fit without me needing to do any altercations to the length and I have noticed a large reduction in the noise from the hallway.
Ita great but we have a storm door with the hinge/extender part on the bottom and with the whole thing on the main door won’t close. We needed to take a part of the inside “pool noodle” out and then I attached some sticky velcro to hold up the excess part of fabric to make it work. Once that was done it worked great.
So easy to install! Used on a 36″ entrance door of an apartment with a 1-1/2″ gap. Instant fix and the added bonus that the door no longer slams shut. Very pleased.
This item overall is fine for it’s purpose. The 2 pieces of styrofoam gets inserted into the fabric. It was originally too long so we cut it. Now we fold the flap a little farther down but it still works. It’s decent for noise cancelation but definitely keeps the heat inside better than before.

Sound: While this doesn’t eliminate all sound, it eliminates a significant amount.
Smells: Huge, HUGE improvement!! Since installing it, I haven’t had to use my air purifier, Febreze, or any of my other odour tackling methods to address anyone’s dirty litter box or flagrantly fragrant cooking.
Installation: Super easy to adapt and install. One minor complaint… When closing the door, despite tailoring the foam appropriately, the corner that comes in contact with the door jam was still a problem due to excess (empty) material. A few stitches to sew the corner back solved it.
I was hopeful but never expected such positive results. Though, truth be told, I do wonder if any of the smelly perpetrators changed their ways when seeing the Draft Stopper. Either way, it’s been a raving success! LOL I highly recommend!

This product works great! I like how you can change the distance to fit your door. It definitely blocks bugs from getting in the door and cancels some of the noise.
I have tried 3 other manufacturers’ noise cancelers for the bottom of my doors. THIS ONE FUNCTIONS THE VERY BEST! There is no extra fabric or straps that come loose…it REALLY DOES cancel noise and prevent dust. We just remodeled our kitchen and there was NO DUST in my 95 year old parents’ bedroom. They report NEVER hearing my hard-of-hearing husband’s LOUD TV shows when they go to bed. Sometimes you have to shove it back a bit with your foot, but that is easily done and doesn’t interfere with sound attenuation or dust prevention. GREAT QUALITY PRODUCT!
Highly recommend to keep wind, dirt, water, debris out. Very durable. Lasted well over a year on the main front door that is constantly opened and closed. Just looked ragged on the end from kids squishing it backwards. Rolled over area rug well.

1. It does reduce the noise since we have a big gap of 1″ under the door when we change our floor from carpet to laminate.
2. The velcro is too short so when I folded it to the size of the door, there was no velcro to attach to. I only folded it and the door keeps it for me.
3. When you fold it, it does not look as nice as I thought. Look at the corner of the door, it is really ugly.
4. I really dont like the color. I dont know why they only make it in black while 99% of the doors selling in the market are not in black. It is just so standout and obvious. In addition, as it swepts the floor whenever you open or close the door, it gets all the dirts and the black color only shows them more obvious.
Overall, it does what it is supposed to do but not in the best way that I expected.
I originally bought this because my neighbors recently became heathens and started throwing food into the recycling bin, causing us to get roaches on the floor. This legit keeps them away..they can’t get in and they go elsewhere. It’s long enough to fit my entire door. Would highly recommend
I bought this to help seal a small gap under the door and to help muffle the sound of my noisy neighbors’ screaming child. It does help to limit the amount of noise we can hear, not 100% soundproof which is fine. It also helps with blocking space under the door so I liked that. It was a small struggle to install since my apartment doors have a rubber stopper under it already, but once I got it I’m under there it fit like a glove. My only issue is that it makes my door just a hair tougher to close, but it’s not important. This thing does the trick(s)! Pretty good value for the money.
Our doors have a large gap at the bottom. Unlike traditional draught excluders, once installed there is no need to put them back in place every time the door is opened. It also stays more flush and tight to the door, so I’m sure it will be more functional too.
Cutting to size was a doddle as well. Exactly what we were after! Will be getting another for the other draughty doors for sure.
I just got this today in the mail, and so far it’s good. I notice that it’s muffling outside noises, especially on the low end. Such a relief knowing that I’m not going crazy due to outside sounds/music. Personally, I brought this because I was tired of buying earplugs and headphones. I won’t say this is a godsend because it only muffles a bit of the noise and doesn’t completely block it, but it’s better than nothing. I’m planning on pairing this with a white noise machine so both the high and low frequencies can be drowned out.
This is a really good idea and it’s tight so it should stop draughts. My only issue if that it wasn’t long enough. We have an old house with large external doors and the excluder was about 50mm too short. So I will have to find something to fill that gap.

I didn’t even realize that was a thing until I read the box. There is absolutely zero show entering my room under my door. 4 stars for that alone. I can sleep safe and sound knowing that there will not be any show interrupting my slumber.

The product definitely blocks gaps under your door, but with a couple caveats. Firstly, the 2 inch padded foam that rests on either side of the door is excessive in size and can result in you stumbling on it when entering or exiting a room. Secondly, if you have a standard size door, you will need to trim some of the foam down to size. The resulting excess pocket that covers the foam must then be folded and tucked in the jacket before sliding it under the door. The flap of excess material
does not look aesthetically pleasing no matter how you try hiding it, and it makes the product look unfinished and messy. If aesthetics is not an issue for you, however, then it won’t matter.
We recently got our carpets replaced with flooring, and there are now extra large gaps under our doors. Between the gaps and the new floor, all the sound was constantly echoing into and out of the rooms like we were all always in the same room. Our doors were freshly painted so we didn’t want to go drilling into them or sticking glue on them.
This did a great job at cancelling out the ehco with no permanent marks on the door! It’s not 100% noise cancelling by any means, but it reduces the noise down to pre-floor levels or lower, which is great. It’s virtually 100% light filtering, which is nice when you live with night owls, and it was very easy to cut and install. All-in-all it does exactly what we needed it to. Also love that it’s washable because they’ve become dust catchers – meaning it’s keeping hallway dust out of the rooms!

I was very happy to see how durable the construction of this item is. I think it will last a long time and it creates a very nice seal when door is closed.
We bought this to keep cold air drafts out. It worked very well and also filtered noise out. An extra perk. Now, during the summer months we’re using it to keep heat out. Easy to install, and a perfect fit for our door. Our door has a large gap from the floor, and inch at least. This one works great. Highly recommend it.
Easy to install, how to cut the foam inserts to fit the length of the door and it was easy. I does seem to cut down on noise, the velcro is thick and sturdy but I did expect the foam inserts to be thicker. Seems to work.
Size was accurate! Just cut the foam down to the size you need, it’s all good. Of course you also have to adjust the fabric, fold it and adhere to the velcro then it will properly cover space under the door. Price is higher compared to other options.

They could’ve made the velcro flap more streamline to fit under the door.
Cut 3 rods in half the long way if the fit is too tight under door.
We have a pretty large gap under the door to the water heater in our bathroom, which is right above the crawl space and perfect for mice and bugs to enter. At the beginning of winter we started seeing multiple mice a day. After installing this, I have not seen a single mouse for over a month!! We usually have camel crickets as well and I haven’t seen any of those either.
We put this on the bottom of our Primary Bedroom and it reduced noise while we were sleeping considerably. Very easy to install and makes closing the door less noisy.

My bathroom door is 3 feet but the carpenters left almost 3/4 of an inch gap underneath the door .. this was the perfect fix. I also have a baseboard heater in this room and I don’t like the heat to escape
It was the right size I didn’t need to cut it or anything. When I first put it on I didn’t think it was going to fit because it was so tight but as I got it on I realized it was prefect! No sound comes through or anything.
I bought this because my neighbor in the next bedroom has a urinary problem and I can’t stand the stench! However, with this on the bottom of the door, there is no issue whatsoever in terms of smell coming in. It was easy to install and well worth the money.

I live in an apartment that uses air conditioning in the hallways. It’s draft and pressure was coming through under my door causing my nose to drip all the time. this product helped block that!
I had no choice but to give it a 5 star. Instantly cut down on the draft under the door from my cold room to the hall. The door had a rubber flap installed to reduce the draft and left on when put this on. Took some finagling to get it over however wanted that extra. Slides over carpet easily and shuts easily.

Bit difficult to install as we have a runner there but we got it on and it works fine. As for the 36 inch, tad short, but not a major inssue. We do like it, and would recommend especially for Complex living.
Our basement has a terrible draft makes the whole first floor freezing. This was easy to install just had to trim to my door length. Door still shuts fully and doesn’t get stuck.

I never knew something like this exsisted. We moved into a new condo recently, and the front door had a sizable crack under it. It ranged from 1/4″ to 3/4″ gap. It let lots of noise in and smoke from other units. We bought this and followed the instructions. It literally took 3 minutes to install it and presto – done. It is made of very high quality fabric and slides over the floor nicely. I expect this to last a long time and when it finally falls apart I’ll be buying another one! Very pleased.

My door is very wide and it fit perfectly without any adjustments necessary. The canvass sleeve is quite hefty and should last. My bedroom door opens and closes very smoothly and it stays on. This is not just a thick snake-like draft stopper that you need to kick aside to use the door.
Easy to install, using it on an outside door it catches once in awhile because of the door plate. But blocks noise and wind as expected.
After we removed an old draft stopper from the door to paint our dogs preferred to sleep on the floor in another room rather than on their bed. Got this and now the dogs started using their bed again, didn’t realize what a large draft was coming through.
I find the product useful, it really does the job in terms of draft. I use it on a door coming from the uninsulated cellar and it’s great. The only thing, because it’s adjustable to different door sizes, if you have a narrow door, which I have, there a large piece of cloth that drags under your door… it not that great in terms of looks… other than that, it’s great.

I’m using them on garage doors to keep the draft out. It was easy to install but the quality is what impressed me the most. The canvass is thick and looks/feels very durable.
It took 30 seconds to get ready. It was nice and tight under the door. I got this because the heat is out at my apartment and they are using a kerosene heater in the lobby that is stinking up the whole place. I didn’t want those fumes in my unit! I hope this keeps out the stink!
Easiest draft stopper to install. Had both doors done in about 3 minutes. Seem to be working perfectly since the temp took a nose dive. When the foyer door to the outside opens, I don’t get blasted with a cold draft.
Works great just as expected. I had to shorten it by cutting it with a kitchen knife, but no problem at all. It was a snug fit under but that’s what I wanted.
In addition to the need for editing before marketing, the Velcro doesn’t work well.
he product does help with air / draft reduction under the door pretty well and it help reduce noise somewhat, though wish it provided a bit more noise insulation.
We used this for our front door. Slides on easily. I had to adjust the threshold to allow for it. Will work well during the winter.

This is a great concept, it just didn’t work for my situation, no fault of the manufacturer or from the seller. I didnt have enough clearance under my door to allow it to move freely, and it was actually my storm door that was causing my issue, not my entry door.

Ita great but we have a storm door with the hinge/extender part on the bottom and with the whole thing on the main door won’t close. We needed to take a part of the inside “pool noodle” out and then I attached some sticky velcro to hold up the excess part of fabric to make it work. Once that was done it worked great.

Sound: While this doesn’t eliminate all sound, it eliminates a significant amount.
Smells: Huge, HUGE improvement!! Since installing it, I haven’t had to use my air purifier, Febreze, or any of my other odour tackling methods to address anyone’s dirty litter box or flagrantly fragrant cooking.
Installation: Super easy to adapt and install. One minor complaint… When closing the door, despite tailoring the foam appropriately, the corner that comes in contact with the door jam was still a problem due to excess (empty) material. A few stitches to sew the corner back solved it.
I was hopeful but never expected such positive results. Though, truth be told, I do wonder if any of the smelly perpetrators changed their ways when seeing the Draft Stopper. Either way, it’s been a raving success! LOL I highly recommend!
I was surprised by the quality and thickness of the fabric. It is thick and sturdy. Glad it was black. It blocks out a lot of the light going into the kids room. Would definitely recommend.
I got this to help with noise from both inside and outside my apartment, as well as to block in warm air once I start using the heat in winter. This is a well-made product, the fabric is tough but attractive, not cheap at all, very nicely done! It also is helping my door not slam as quickly as it was before installing it. Easy to install. I am very happy that I have invested in this product!
This product works great! I like how you can change the distance to fit your door. It definitely blocks bugs from getting in the door and cancels some of the noise.
I have tried 3 other manufacturers’ noise cancelers for the bottom of my doors. THIS ONE FUNCTIONS THE VERY BEST! There is no extra fabric or straps that come loose…it REALLY DOES cancel noise and prevent dust. We just remodeled our kitchen and there was NO DUST in my 95 year old parents’ bedroom. They report NEVER hearing my hard-of-hearing husband’s LOUD TV shows when they go to bed. Sometimes you have to shove it back a bit with your foot, but that is easily done and doesn’t interfere with sound attenuation or dust prevention. GREAT QUALITY PRODUCT!
Highly recommend to keep wind, dirt, water, debris out. Very durable. Lasted well over a year on the main front door that is constantly opened and closed. Just looked ragged on the end from kids squishing it backwards. Rolled over area rug well.
My roommate has a different product that you stick to the door and it sucks. This one is a lot better both in setting up (there’s no adhesion) and it looks great. Great for sound, draft, temperature problems. Very easy to set up, you just need to cut the foam inserts to the desired length and if you mess up you can just put extra cut pieces in still.
1. It does reduce the noise since we have a big gap of 1″ under the door when we change our floor from carpet to laminate.
2. The velcro is too short so when I folded it to the size of the door, there was no velcro to attach to. I only folded it and the door keeps it for me.
3. When you fold it, it does not look as nice as I thought. Look at the corner of the door, it is really ugly.
4. I really dont like the color. I dont know why they only make it in black while 99% of the doors selling in the market are not in black. It is just so standout and obvious. In addition, as it swepts the floor whenever you open or close the door, it gets all the dirts and the black color only shows them more obvious.
Overall, it does what it is supposed to do but not in the best way that I expected.
I originally bought this because my neighbors recently became heathens and started throwing food into the recycling bin, causing us to get roaches on the floor. This legit keeps them away..they can’t get in and they go elsewhere. It’s long enough to fit my entire door. Would highly recommend
I bought this to help seal a small gap under the door and to help muffle the sound of my noisy neighbors’ screaming child. It does help to limit the amount of noise we can hear, not 100% soundproof which is fine. It also helps with blocking space under the door so I liked that. It was a small struggle to install since my apartment doors have a rubber stopper under it already, but once I got it I’m under there it fit like a glove. My only issue is that it makes my door just a hair tougher to close, but it’s not important. This thing does the trick(s)! Pretty good value for the money.
Our doors have a large gap at the bottom. Unlike traditional draught excluders, once installed there is no need to put them back in place every time the door is opened. It also stays more flush and tight to the door, so I’m sure it will be more functional too.
Cutting to size was a doddle as well. Exactly what we were after! Will be getting another for the other draughty doors for sure.
This is a really good idea and it’s tight so it should stop draughts. My only issue if that it wasn’t long enough. We have an old house with large external doors and the excluder was about 50mm too short. So I will have to find something to fill that gap.
does not look aesthetically pleasing no matter how you try hiding it, and it makes the product look unfinished and messy. If aesthetics is not an issue for you, however, then it won’t matter.
This did a great job at cancelling out the ehco with no permanent marks on the door! It’s not 100% noise cancelling by any means, but it reduces the noise down to pre-floor levels or lower, which is great. It’s virtually 100% light filtering, which is nice when you live with night owls, and it was very easy to cut and install. All-in-all it does exactly what we needed it to. Also love that it’s washable because they’ve become dust catchers – meaning it’s keeping hallway dust out of the rooms!
