I mounted mine on the wall,a template was provided to drill the wall,which enabled accurate fitting

Great panel heater for our sizeable bedroom and heats it surprisingly quickly. Downside is that it does pang from time to time from the metal expanding, which isn’t great if you have it on through the night. I still gave it five stars because of how good it is for us.

The problem is it came without instructions, or to be precise with instructions for a different heater. I requested the instructions (a multi page document) from the seller. Having asked twice and waited 5 days for a response, on a website that states they will get back with a meaningful reply in 24 hours!
The reply was a very short ‘turn it on select the temp with the up and down arrows and it stays at that temp till you turn it off’. There are other controls and a timer that other reviewers describe as complex, to say nothing of fitting restrictions and safety.
Dreadful customer service, fancy me having the audacity to request the instruction booklet that should have come with a new item!
I am pleased with the heater. I find the heat digital settings are quite difficult to understand to come on and off at different times
This item comes with a template for affixing the radiator to the wall. The feet attach using 4 screws on each. Installation is simplicity itself.
Setting the heat is easy using two buttons ( simple up & down ) the thermostat keeps the radiator off when the room temperature is over the value set on the digital readout.
All in all this is a great radiator. It has good heat output and good temperature control with a small profile.
Liked looks and heat output but am still mystified by the programming instructions
My son, a qualified electrician fitted it in an hour or so. Looks good, warms a cold part of the house nicely. Very pleased with it.
Am using the heater as a free standing heater rather than fixed to the wall so cannot comment on fixed panel heating. The thermostat is the entreaties for me and it works well, I hope relatively cheaper. It can also be programmed to come on and go off at art times. Can recommend.
We have fixed it to the wall (with the included wall fixings) under the window. I have done it one side so when you walk in the room you don’t see it because of the bed.
I am really impressed. It’s a really powerful unit for the size. It’s slim and fuss free. You can set the temperature and the function I really like is that it automatically cuts out the power if it recognises you have opened the window. Highly recommend and has solved an issue inexpensively.
Super hot and if you’re buying it for a heater and nothing else you won’t be disappointed. Two things though, the way the timer works is the most back to front nonsense you will ever try and get your head around. Secondly there is a sticker that I don’t feel can be removed without damaging the rad directly on the from of it. I know it’s health and safety etc but it ruins the look of the thing and it’s not shown in any of the marketing material, photos used by the seller/manufacturer. We resolved the timer easily by getting a smart plug from Screwfix (10)which can set intervals for on and off, then all you do is set the heat (that’s the easy bit).

Looks good but makes distracting loud noises due to contraction and expansion when heating or cooling.
very good item, easy yo install, keep the house very warm and looks amazing. the only thing is that the consum of energy it is huge.
Just note that the temperature control is covered by a perspex protector. You may think is dosn`t work, you need only lift up the perspex to adjust.

Does exactly what we wanted, the only issue is when setting the day/night settings (which is easy) it is not clear as to when to set the controls.
Very efficient heater, which fits into a fairly narrow bathroom very well.
Heated my conservatory to the temperature that I needed,, thermostat ensures energy efficient.
My only criticism is the l.e.d.display is difficult for me to read in daylight, it is red display and reminds me of the early l.e.d. watches of the 80’s. No problem at night however.

Liked this product but as I did not want it on all the time I had to buy a seperate timer. However had we wanted to keep it on permanently then the inbuilt timing would have been perfectly acceptable.
A good product which suits my needs. It is a supplementary heater in a cold kitchen. We only turn it on by the mains switch so have not bothered with the timer function. Thus I cannot pcomment n how easy or difficult this function is.
This heater was purchased for a converted garage now a dog grooming salon, it gives out loads of heat I am very happy with it.
Our kitchen/diner is very large with the result that our gas fired radiator is insufficient to heat the room properly. I did consider having an extra radiator installed but didn’t really fancy the disruption. The Futura Eco 600w – 2000w solved the problem. Not only is it an attractive piece of kit, it supplements my existing radiator efficiently. I have mounted it on the wall and have programmed it to come on at 6am to 7am Mon to Fri. This is sufficient for our present needs. I thoroughly recommend this produc

This is the best heater of it’s kind that I have ever purchased . I use it in my conservatory which is actually open to the rest of my house . Ideal for those chilly and cold early mornings and works so much better than fan heaters as it is silent as well . Thoroughly recommend this product .
I first bought the larger version of this 1800W and was impressed by the heat output. It works very well in a large kitchen. I subsequently bought a smaller model 1000W which unfortunately had a faulty heat control. Futura immediately replaced the faulty item and the second is perfectly adequate for a small to medium size room.

This is our second purchase of this radiator. The original one is still going strong and this one is an addition.
It’s very easy to set up. Looks very modern. Works well in our conservatory, we can now use the room throughout the winter too.
We use it on the stands on the floor, but it can be put on the wall. Warms up really quickly. The only downside is there was a huge dent in the back when it came. But to be honest it doesn’t notice as it is at the back. Maybe that’s why they were reduced in price. Thats why i didnt send back. It hasn’t stopped it working though & works well.
Super fast delivery. Great price great product. Thermostat a teeny bit clicky but I’m being hypercritical. Setting up the day night timer requires patience and a bit of study but makes sense eventually. I’m not sure why the booklet says only for occasional use when it is fitted with a 7 day timer…

Decent heaters for the money. The time clock is very simple to use and they kick out a fair amount of heat as long as you’re mindful of doors and windows. The thermostat could be better, I’d prefer some temperature markings over the current min/max markings and the body is very flimsy indeed, evidenced by the two I ordered both having damage and even a poor repair job on one! I’m not too fussed as the damage isn’t much to speak of and for this price I’m more than happy to keep them.
Sleek modern design and good heat output. The body metal is rather thin, flimsyand easily dented (hence 4 star).
Never-the-less, looks good in my conservatory.
