    As described and as advertised.

Well packaged and presented and easy to store when not in use.

It is a little bit thinner than we were expecting but because you get a good amount in this pack and if you’re only needing to cover over a small raise bed then you might be able to double up and provide two layers.

Easy to cut to shape and size as per your frost cover needs.

Although we can’t verify it this should be good to protect plants down to -5C.

This is a relatively inexpensive and mid range frost fleece cover. The proof will be in how many seasons this lasts.

We can’t comment on longevity yet.

A very generous sized sheet for the money. Lightweight. Simple to use. Perfect for tender crops or specimen plants for overwintering. Not tested in wild weather yet, but no rips or tears so far. I am sure frost protection will be well and truly achieved, meaning early crops in the Spring. I will be using on new potatoes and beans 10/10

We are using these to wrap our palms in, they are of a reasonable thickness and a nice strength.
It’s a big pack so will wrap our palms nicely.

It’s really strong and easy to cut to size and fit in the inside of my greenhouse roof to stop drafts and protect from frosts a long side greenhouse bubble wrap around the inside walls

This is a large size frost protection cover for plants. The material is durable and does seem to protect from air frost very well.

This a bumper pack and the appropriate length of sheeting can easily be cut to size.

Good quality fleece, and loads of it. Will be using on the allotment, and because there’s so much I’ll probably use a double layer for extra protection.

This fleece is a little bit thinner than what I normally use but as you get so much length it is easy to wrap around your plants to make them nice and cosy!

It’s easy to use and cut according to your needs. I am happy with this product.

This arrives vacuum packed so it’s nice and small. I ordered the 32ft x 10ft and it’s a fantastic size once opened. I ordered the larger size to allow me to not only cover some pot plants but to put over hoops for winter protection of my raised bed tunnels. It’s great for that and offers protection from insects too. It’s not the thickest fleece available but it’s pretty decent quality and allows plenty of light in. With the amount ordered I could always double it up too. Overall a good quality fleece for a good price too

Mid range fleece, great size and good price

When I opened this packet I was quite surprised at how much was in it, I probably could have covered my entire garden, so of course I had to cut it down to size. Strength-wise it seems pretty strong and, whilst it’s not particularly thick, it should give my plants a bit of extra protection over the winter. Overall I’m very pleased with this garden fleece.

    Good stuff!

Huge amount of garden fleece. If you’re handy with a sewing machine, way more cost effective than buying the pre made drawstring bags for your plants.

Really easy to work with on the sewing machine, and the best thing is you can adapt your protection depending on your plants need. I just made little rounds for mine, will see how they go and double up like in the picture if I need

The fleece is huge, if you were going to try and use in one piece, you’d been 2 people. It’s thin, but not uselessly so.

Really pleased with it. Have covered all the plants I need to at half the cost of the pre made ones and am barely a third through the pack.

    Huge, easy to sew

Good quality and just what I needed to protect plants from frosts over the winter. Easy to use and cut to size

So this fleece material is quite thin compared to some of the fleece jackets I’ve got on my palms in the garden, for winter. It is sturdy stuff and you get quite a lot of fleece in the bag, which is good because based on the thickness of this, I’ll need a couple of layers to protect from this winters frost.
    Good value for money though.

Quite thin, but plenty of i

This is such a brilliant idea; we grow many vegetables at home and many times either the cold weather gets them or insects/birds do. Having this fleece is going to prevent the above. For 11.99 you get a huge pack of nice thick tear resistant fleece which is going to be brilliant; I’m so happy with this product.

I was pleased to try this ‘Garden Fleece Frost Protection, Henrycares 3m x 10m 30GSM Heavy Duty Horticultural Fleece, Winter Plant Protection Down to -5C/23F, Anti-UV, Tear Resistant Plant Fleece for Plants, Fruits, Vegetable’.

    1. I chose the 10ft x 32ft size and it comes neatly folded in clear thick plastic. A massive amount that will be invaluable for plant protection in the wintertime and more.
    2. It is a very good quality at 30GSM. I have tried the thinner types and not found them to be not much good at all. I tried the pull test on this one and even pulling hard it did not tear or pull.
    3. I will use this down the allotment – plenty big enough to make a tunnel over hoops. Also, in the cold greenhouse making a blanket over the over-wintering plants. I can use it in the springtime to help warm up the soil and summer over hoops, to protect seedlings from insects and bird attack. I have had this type of quality fleece before and it has lasted more than one season, so I have high hopes for this one. I have even washed some before and it came out fine.
    4. It is UV resistant and will protect downs to -5c.
    5. I am really happy with this quality garden fleece for the current price of 15.99. It is good value for money in my opinion.

It is a very good quality.

I ordered this as we have 10M of raspberries which often fruit until November if the weather is mild. We have had some varying weather and some frosts so this has done a good job of ensuring they continue to fruit and protect the raspberries that are taking longer to ripen.

We needed a large sheet and this is the perfect size. It’s surprisingly strong and withstands the thorns on the raspberries and I’m able to remove it easily.

There’s a lot of fleece here! It’s decent quality and I think it will work well to protect plants from frost. I’ll probably use a double layer to offer additional protection for the winter as it’s not the thickest (not the thinnest either though!) But there’s enough fleece her and at a good price, so this isn’t a problem at all. Think it’ll do the job!

There is plenty here in this pack. 10 metres long, so assuming you’ll cut to fit individual plants that need protection this pack would do quite a few.
It’s strong in texture and didn’t tear as I tried it on a lemon tree in a pot.
This will be useful if frosts are predicted, even in my sheltered garden. Good to be prepared in advance of the winter.

    Very useful large pack

We had some success last year in wrapping our Cordylines for protection against frost during the winter months. This Garden Fleece Frost Protection from Henrycares is a little thinner than the one I would usually use but you could layer it if necessary. The thickness and size actually makes this more versatile as you can adapt it to protect almost all sizes and shapes of plants. Use it as a blanket cover for low level plants. For our Cordylines I would use a double thickness to wrap around and then secure with cable ties.

A good quality fleece frost protection for plants in a large pack. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to you.

I’d say this is a sort of middle-range horticultural fleece. It’s much stronger than the cheap stuff which rips easily, but not as thick or dense as some others, as such I’d look to use more than one layer for frost protection. It’s also thin enough to tear easily if snagged on a a thorn or sharp branch. Being supplied in a large piece it’s very versatile and can be used for large areas. It’s supplied folded though rather than on a roll so you do need to do a lot of unfolding and measuring up before use rather than just taking it off the roll.

The large area covered is great for crop protection from insects where you need a good continuous piece, and also for protecting large areas from cold. I intend to place over greenhouse staging to create a sort of tent, with small low-wattage heating elements around he plants, hopefully to cut right back on electricity usage.
