When you compare the size of this and all the little lovely very good detailed bits and pieces and measure it against the price of much better known brands this is a really brilliant budget option which gives so much playability with moving stuff around and playing out scenarios etc is really lovely and even after two months they are still getting a ,ot of fun out of it and is all really decent quality and well made so for the price really can’t go wrong and would fully recommend.
This its a bit smaller then i was thinking but its still
fun to build and I’m sure any little girl would really like it.It has so many pieces all you need in a house so make sure you supervise if there are any smaller kids around.It looks nice when finish to put together.

This is a very quirky dolls house but personally I think it’s the better for it!
Ok so there are kitchen utensils but no kitchen but what the heck!
The clothes of the dolls are a bit lack lustre
Children don’t notice these little things and the whole thing is great fun
It takes a good couple of hours to unpack and sort out all the bits as not in very good order and build
But that’s half the fun and my grand daughter was totally absorbed in the whole thing
Not only that, has been every day ever since!
Glorious to watch, entering a little make believe world and creat little stories

What child doesn’t like a dolls house, I always hankered after one when I was young, and loved playing with my friends one when I went over to play. So when I saw this set I knew I had to order it for my grandchild, not only because of the fun in using it when fully constructed, but the lovely bonding time building it in the first place, as well as the educational benefit ps of the construction process itself for young ones.
The suggested age range for this set from 3-10 years is perhaps a tad misleading, as the whole set comes in many many pieces (261 to be exact, and it does look rather overwhelming when you first get everything out), and there would be no way a three year old would be able to construct it independently, or even a child twice that age! So it is a good project to do between adult and child or with older siblings.
The set is made well with abs plastic and the array of accessories is a bit mind boggling, and odd ones seem slightly out of place (pans with no kitchen for example), but overall this set is really well designed and crafted and surprisingly sturdy too. Given the price that dolls houses can command, this set I feel does represent great value for money at the current price of 55.99 and will provide hours of imaginative play as well as cognitive, motor and spatial skills development too. Happy to recommend with five stars.

This is a 3 story build your own house..building blocks set
When you first open the box and see all the pieces 261 in total.you just can’t imagine that this is going to be easybut from what I have read especially from other reviewers it takes about two hours to fully build up.and is quite easy .
Having said that I would imagine getting everything out of the box and putting them in the sections of build.kitchen /bedroom.gardenetc
You do get a man and lady which are flexible .the clothes are a bit untidy and not made very goodespecially on the man..stitching is very poorin fact he looks a right scruff..
Everything in the box is well packed and bagged..all the pieces look solid ..
There is a pink car that comes with this set.that looks good.
There is a full instruction bookwhich takes you step by step through putting this together
There is a sheet of stickers.why you would get 4 number plates for the carI don’t know.
If gifting this to a child.which I will be doingthey will need a lot of help building this.ideally build first and then giftespecially if a Xmas present.
Overalla really nice play house.more care should have been given to the man’s clothes.any child will love this..would recommend.have reduced a star because of clothes.
This Doll House by GILOBABY is good fun and is really nicely designed and put together. I found that the colours were very vibrant and engaging for a doll house. Some other similar products are more like a ‘Dull’ house and lack character. This one feels and looks full of life, and hence will have hours of play and fun for your child. The quality of the different pieces are premium and reminded me very much of Playmobile; a famous children toy collection.
There are so many different play pieces (261 to be precise), so plenty of opportunity for your child’s imagination to run wild. Plenty of furniture combinations and a great way to engage the interior design desires of your child. Overall, a very good quality doll house, with even lamps that light up. 5 stars and well worth the money.

This is great fun for my little girl. She absolutely loved building it, and playing with it. It was simple enough to make, but there are a lot of pieces. The lights and everything are brilliant. Happy days!
First things first: the kids love this Lego-style playhouse! The enjoyed building it as well as well as playing with it.
It has some lovely features such as the pink cadillac, the working lights, the MANY accessories you get.
However it is also a rather quirky house e.g. they have a CRT TV but a flatscreen computer!
Also, they have lots of kitchen accessories, but there isn’t a kitchen in the house!
For the money I’d like to see 4 characters rather than 2, as that would really add more play value by having a family rather than just a couple.
And the instructions aren’t helpful with where to put stickers, so if you’re letting kids build it they’ll need some support with that.
A great Dollshose that was tons of fun to build.
Its similar to Duplo.
Plastic is good quality and no issues with moulds.
Great attention to detail in all the rooms.
The dollhouse is nice and stable once complete and doesnt feel like it’ll fall apart.

For 69.99 (it’s current price) I was expecting a slightly bigger dolls house, however the fact that you need to build it first does actually add to the fun, and it’s decent enough quality with enough details that even though it’s a little on the small side it’s still worth the money.
It does require a 3v battery for the lights to turn on but you can easily play with it without the lights as well.
Overall I’m I think this is a nice little dolls house that is fun to build and play with. I’d definitely recommend it.
This is a house building block set for only 69.99!
Took a few hours to put together with my almost 4 year old Granddaughter but she really enjoyed setting it up and playing wth it once it was together.
The house is like any other with windows and doors, balcony’s, fences etc. You get two little people and a car, as well as a 3 story house.
The blocks are coloured, it’s all very easy to take apart. You have stickers to place on the house.
All of the windows and doors open and close, as do all of the drawers. You get a amazing amount of modern accessories.
The finished house is sturdy, the size is decent at roughly 46cm tall, 33cm wide and 25.5cm deep.
I do think this is fantastic for Children to use their imagination to play with, not only that but it gave me the opportunity to sit down with my Granddaughter and interact with her one on one, and just when the house was built there was roleplay too.
I can’t reccomend this enough!
This is a good fun three story house. With almost 300 pieces there’s quite a lot of work in the construction. Although the instructions are pretty good the pieces are just in random bags. Compared to say Lego which has the bags clearly numbered. A younger child will definitely need a bit of support building this. The actual theme of the building is a bit confused in terms of what it is and what era it is from but our youngest never picked up on this and really likes it. Perhaps a bit expensive but good fun.
Nice and entertaining. I ordered this for my almost 6 years old daughter. We have built it together, as there are lots of small parts and it is a bit difficult for a child to do it on its own.
Instructions – the instructions are easy to follow, but one thing was annoying a little, parts are mixed in different bags, no indications of what is where, you have to go through most of the bags to find that little part which you need, so I think the whole assembly could be improved.
The toy itself – is nice, colourful, and fun but I have a little issue with it too. Price is 70 + 20% voucher (at the time of this review) which to me feels overpriced because the house itself is quite tiny, parts are small, everything inside is very squeezed, basically no space for moving around to play, it’s like a decorative doll house – you build it and just place it somewhere without further touching. I would buy it if it were less expensive, but at this price point, not worth it. There are less expensive, more spacious dollhouses on the market.
Fantastic attention to detail, the building block playhouse not only keeps children occupied during assembly but is also spectacular and fun to play with once assembled.

A Lego Duplo -style dollhouse, with lots of detail. It takes about two hours to build with a grown ups help, and it looks very splendid indeed. It’s even got electric lighting. You then get to play with the many, many accessories that you get with it.
Which is when it gets wierd.
The husband and wife who live in this pleasant three storey townhouse appear to be living in America in the 1950s, dressed as they are in period resort wear, with their rabbit-ear wooden telly and pink Cadillac. However, they also own a flat-screen computer. They also own a large number of kitchen accessories, some of them wildly out of scale , which is odd as they don’t have a kitchen. Most disturbing of all, there is a sign hanging over their front door proclaiming they are in fact a sushi restaurant. What’s going on, eh?
Kids, of course won’t really notice all these oddities, but it does raise questions about whether this is something that’s been designed, like real Lego, or just chucked together with bits they found in the warehouse. Lot’s of play value though.
What an adorable dolls house this is, it took me just over 1 hour to put it together. Building it is pretty straight forward, there are clear and easy to follow instructions and the booklet takes you through each step bit by bit so the house is built in sections. There are 261 pieces in total but don’t let this put you off once you get going the house is built quickly, i love building things and found it very relaxing.
I did receive one piece that arrived broken but some superglue did the trick, all the other pieces were fine. There are some cute items included: for example cactus in a pot, piano, computer even a pink car. The two dolls are cute too, they can be undressed and i noticed you can even remove their hair! They can also be posed easily, will hold the cook ware and stand on their own.
The windows and doors all open on the dolls house, i think it looks more like a hotel?. I love the details like the balconies, balustrading and columns and a few of the windows also have pretty canopies. The house lights up and the bulbs can be attached to the ceilings and turned on and off by twisting them. A sheet of stickers is also included to add even more fun. This is a well designed, well made dolls house that is sure to keep any girls or boys (aged 3 to 10 years) entertained for hours.
On the plus side this dolls house is really nicely designed with lots of details and features to give children hours of fun to play with.
On the minus side it does take about two hours of your time to build it before they can play with it. It also has some stickers that don’t seem to belong there. Also at around 70 it does seem a bit pricey.
But overall it is a lovely toy for small children to get imaginative with.
This comes in a large box with all items in smaller plastic bags. There’s a lot in there, and don’t expect to pack it away as neatly as it originally arrived.
The building parts are Lego-like and are comparatively simple to put together (although more like Duplo-sized holes). There are loads of pieces in this, dolls, furniture, lights, etc. It should keep a child entertained for ages.

It’s an interesting fact it’s quite weighty when you lift the box it’s not until you open the box are you realise how many components that are to this build your own house I can’t see three-year-old to building this.
Instruction booklet is more of a field guide unfortunately the packs are numbered so you have to sort that out first really have to take your time it’s took me about an hour slowly building at the end result is really good unfortunately that’s an adult building not a child so that is some of the taken away Little disappointing
With a price point of 70 this for an older child could be a fantastic learning proposition saying that her daughter does Light know it is built taken pride of place in her bedroom.
This is fabulous. Build your own doll’s house. Easy to assemble but does take a little time. Probably about two hours of continual assembly but so enjoyable to do. 261 pieces in total, this doll’s house is very good value for money. The furniture together with two dolls and the car are all included.
Once assembled this looks lovely in the bedroom and the little one has played and played with it incorporating other little bits and pieces as well. The recommended age group is three to ten and I can say that our four year old absolutely adores this. A five star product in every way.

I brought this for my 5 year old daughter she loves it and plays with it daily. I enjoyed making it, took about an hour and 15 minutes roughly to make. Easy to follow coloured booklet with clear instructions came with it. Comes with little lights which turn on and off. Comes with two dolls, furniture and a car.
Good quality and solid pieces which fit together. We have some small Lego friends sets and they also fit onto the house nicely.
It was more than 160 pieces and took nearly two hours to build it, not difficult or boring though, it was fun even for me, easy to follow step by step instruction. Highly recommended
