I bought this microwave because we have just had our kitchen refurbished and I wanted a new microwave, it looks lovely and it’s very easy to use, I am very happy with my choice
This is the second I have bought as it fits a small gap and colour scheme and needed a replacement quickly. Last one lasted 4 years daily use. Pros. Bought 10pm yesterday, arrived today but now 7 cheaper, I wish I’d waited a day.
I really like this microwave – it took me a little while to work my way around the instruction manual and I panicked it wasn’t going to be easy to use – but it is! It looks very classy and is very quiet. I’ve said it’s easy to clean but I haven’t actually had to clean it yet – although it’s just a box so I can’t see how it would be difficult and I’m determined not to let food splash around while cooking in it!
I love the sleep look of it, it’s much better than the last one which was boring white. I love the LED inside too, it’s really easy to see what’s going on. The controls are not the easiest to use: I can only hope that I am yet to figure them out. As soon as you hit the instant start button is puts 30 seconds on the clock, a second press puts another 30 seconds on the clock. But it takes another 8 presses to get 2 more minutes on. It’s nuts and the booklet that comes with it doesn’t explain anything other than what I’m doing.
Changing power settings is easy although I probably never will do that, and I love that the roller that the glass plate sits on is metal instead of those easily-broken plastic ones.
There’s a seam at the back pf the inside cabinet at the bottom that it going to store food, I can see it happening. It would be nice if they could get rid of that seam.
I gave it a 5 as apart from being odd to understand, it’s really nice looking and works perfectly so all is good.
Got this one and it looks very nice with the wood like handle and buttons has a light inside and doesn’t take up much space compared to are old one, for the price it’s a good option 800w with defrost setting does everything we need from a microwave
It is powerful and beautifully designed. Instructions are not hard, literally used it to defrost food, warm baby milk (it has a 1 minute mark so just watch it for 30sec mark) easy to open and close, it is not that quiet but most microwaves are like that. Does fit standard size dinner plate the light inside is great not too bright in the dark. I would definitely recommend delivery was quick and done with care. Don’t forget to register on Haden website for the warranty.
I read the reviews and was scared to purchase from anybody. However, I took the risk and found that this is a fantastic product. I am very pleased.
I bought this to replace a Swan microwave that has barely lasted a year.
Tgis a lovely looking microwave and works well.
I really like the brightness of the internal light. I can easily see what’s cooking.
Large enough internally to heat up dinner plates.
Hopefully it will last longer than the previous Swan microwave.

This is a lovely microwave and very, very powerful. More powerful than I expected for the wattage so I have to be aware of this when following guidelines as it will catch you out. Not bad value for the money, but I paid the extra as part of the set I wanted. I wouldn’t pay the extra for it as a stand alone product as there are similar looking ones available cheaper, but they may not be the same quality of course even though household names. Overall pleased with the microwave.
