Purchased this just over a month ago – I appreciate this is a small timeframe – it’s quiet, and deals with the washing of 2 adults and 3 (very messy children).
Pretty much all I want from a washing machine
It dries clothes.
Gripes first
In the spec it says there’s an internal light, but there’s not.
There is no way of turning the beep off other than opening the door … and it goes off for hours.
It’s a little difficult to clean the cooling unit, but a damp cloth usually does it.
Keep the fluff down after every other dry.
It’s ridiculously heavy (like washing machine heavy). If you stack it – It’s a 2 (regular) person job
Good points it works trouble free (so far) and dries the clothes well.
It has alot of cycles and takes a bit getting used to but it looks stylish for it being white. My biggest love is how quiet this machine is even when spinning on the highest setting and the bonus is this is the first machine I’ve had that has a pipe to drain the water when it needs a clea
The Haier HW90-B14636N is a little hidden treasure. Well put together. Has the right number of features for this price point. The best thing is that its really really quiet. The black glass fornt door looks smart but it does mean you can`t see in. All the controls are simple to understand. It has a 1m cold water feed hose and 1.5m outflow waste pipe whichcan be stretched slightly. The cold water feed is on the right and the waste water is on the left as you look at the washing machine front on.
Machine was faulty but Amazon collected and refunded the item so all good.
Game changer of a tumble dryer. So far so good had it 2 weeks now. Drys brilliantly clothes come out so much fresher and not baked with that normal tumble dry smell. U can still smell the fabric softener. Waiting to see if our electric has reduced in anyway but even if it doesn’t we r very very happy with it. Good quality nice looking dryer of this kind especially for the money. The one we wanted originally was 800 until we saw this. Added bonus with the timer to set when cheap electric starts for us at 11pm. Loads of programme options too. Recommended 100%

Fits easily, spin cycle is variable and basic but useful programmes.

I bought this washing machine just over a month ago and have only used it a handful of times with a mixed load with dye snatchers (as I live on my own and the drum size is huge compared to my old machine). This machine is almost silent compared to my old one and so much more energy efficient-shown by the figures on my energy monitor. I didn’t think I had switched it on properly the first time I used it as it is so quiet but it gives a slight click when the door is locked. You are also advised to use a coin to clean out the pump once a month (which I haven’t done yet, so can’t comment on how easy this is to do). The machine itself is easy to operate using a dial and I like that the digital display shows you the temperature of the program and how long it’s got to run for. It is also easy to dry out the wide rubber seals of the drum and door (which is got tinted glass so you can’t see the washing)
A big downside is the manual-it refers to lots of different models and functions and it is really poorly laid out and confusing to follow. I still haven’t figured out what all the machine does and how the steam function works but I think I will get there eventually given time.
Overall it is a great value machine.
It is a good replacement and quiet and practical. Time will tell if it is reliable and durable.
Was sceptical at first because of the price compared to other brands with similar features but have been pleasantly surprised. Great value for money, easy to use and looks stylish with the black glass door. Effective washing even at the lowest temperature setting – really important when energy costs are so high! Great buy!!
This machine is really quiet. I’ve seen other reviews where people posted videos of their machine jumping about, but I made sure mine’s was level, with the travel bolts removed first by the delivery team from Amazon and I’ve had no issue at all.
The only noise I’ve have had is from zips etc on clothing moving around inside the drum. From the machine itself, you barely hear anything from the wash cycle, the fastest spin cycle you can hear it then, but as I say in the title above I have phoned people on speaker phone and it couldn’t be heard by the folk I was phoning. Not a scientific test, of course, but it’s been my experience of it. I think it would be great in an open-plan living room/kitchen.
What I don’t like is the darkened glass door on my machine, which seems like a pointless aesthetic feature. I actually forgot about a washing until the next day because I couldn’t see it sitting there (and being forgetful).
Overall, very happy with my purchase made a month ago. If it deteriorates, I’ll update.
First machine was faulty but seller delivered another within 2 days and took away the faulty one, Easy to use, and is quiet when on spin compared to my last machine that was twice the price of this one, all works as it should.
When the old one worked, it was great. And so far the new one has been just as good. I can imagine I was just unlucky in my machine not working, but if customer support is really important to you then maybe give Haier a miss. Amazon, however, were faultless!
I’d never heard of Haier before but did my research and liked the idea of direct drive motor. A marvelous piece of kit that does what it said on the packet. Recommended.

The delivery men was very obliging and took my old machine away.The size of the drum was what I needed. The noise was less audible once I secured the washing machine. Now when it spins, it is less noticeable and you forget it is running. Has simple instructions and it is very easy to use. I am very happy with this produce.
DMachine is really quiet, even when spinning a load of towels. It’s got flexibility with programs and I’ve found a couple I use all the time. Would be good if you could do a custom setting and it stored that as it defaults back to basics, not even retaining the last used standard program. But overall I am very happy with it.
Had it a while now. I cant think of anything I don’t like about it. Great its A rated. Direct drive means no belt. Its quite deep I suppose so you may want to check the depth of your aperture. Top marks here.
I would suggest to choose the installation option in the “service options”, I did not see the one fits me, so I chose standard, but it turned out the guys who delivered would not install it for me. (A total shock!) they just unpacked and removed the simple package (it did not come in the full box but plastic wrap and some pieces of protection). one of the guy was nice, he advised me to contact Amazon customer service and buy separate service, or I could order to return then re-order.
However, having contacted Amazon Customer Service, they did not have sufficient installation services. I had looked everywhere online and in the borough, not many options as Haier is not majorly within the service scope. So I decided to call Haier customer service to see if they could guide me or perhaps they have such services.
The lady at Haier customer service was very kind, who advised me that if I follow the steps on manual, I could also install it myself as she had done herself, she said “if I could do it, everyone could do it too, so not to worry, it is not hard”, I was happy, just worried if I would do something wrong. So having read manual repeatedly and went through youtube Haier videos, made it! I was quite proud of myself that it worked.
Having used it quite a few times in the first week, the washing noise level surprised me. It was quiet especially when it was spinning at the last stage. Previously living in house sharing, the washing machine shook quite bad and made noise when spinning. But this one is quiet.
Definitely recommended to purchase, however, it would be ideal to have 5 years warranty to be honest. Currently I think it is only 2 years.

Build feels quite cheap (main door, water tray, buttons..) and it does make a lot of noise but it dries the clothes nicely so still happy.
Where in my old machine would take a day to dry some loads this machine is amazing washing is dried so quickly about two hours approx, starting to wonder if the old machine had a fault as it was heat pump as well. Only a week old so will come back later if any issues. My advice is looking at a new machine you won’t go wrong with this one highly recommend it…
Excellent product. Simple to use. Quiet and Quick. The clothes are DRY and WARM. Unbelievable Wish I had replaced my old Tumble Dryer Earlier. Plus the Delivery and Attitude of Your Staff Were Very Professional and Helpful.
I love everything about this dryer. It’s a perfect size, look, quality, noise level! The standard delivery was great! I could follow their journey which was updated every 20-30secs .
I already have a haier 10kg washing machine which is great, both are looking the same, so when my laundry room is ready they will look just perfect. My fully loaded 10kg washing dry in just less than 2hrs . I just can’t believe I have waited for so long with buying the dryer, life is so much easier with it, especially with the english weather.

You can hardly hear it when washing, and when it spins, it’s the quietest I’ve ever heard. And I know, I used to sell white goods.

It has settings for very, very quick wash. Display is well lit in yellow display.

This matches our previously bought Haier washing machine. Both are quiet and whilst highly-featured are also very easy to use. It replaces a Samsung which was poorly designed and made, and which lasted significantly less than we expected.
I was apprehensive about the fitting service as this is my first purchase of white goods from Amazon. I purchased the disposal and fitting service for 40 . I received a call thirty minutes before the delivery. When i opened my door i was greeted by two happy smiling genuine men. They checked the space for the machine , I had unconnected it , cleaned the area etc. They removed the old machine, unpacked the new machine and brought it in. They connected it , tested it . They took great care at every stage , no damage no fuss just great service. I highly recommend Go Service Solutions , very pleasant and very professional .
This machine was recommended to us by our son and it lives up to expectations. It is so quiet when on a full spin and I love the fact you can mix the spin cycle with any wash.

Impressive bit noisy even with the foam strips in place that where supplied with machine. In the end quietened down when placed strip of wood between top of machine and work top and down side between machine and unit. Other wise love it even kids know how to use this one its so straight forward.
