Does exactly what it says it would do. It keeps me warm throughout an evening after I have charged the power pack during the day from my solar panels. The heating can therefore be turned down so I get a double saving.
This is a great product. Warm the body as opposed to a whole house! Bought for my partner for Christmas, did develop a fault after 5 months but the company dealt with the problem in a timely and professional way, made him realise how good it was.
This was bought for my husband and he is delighted with it. The fit was good and the heating elements are placed for maximum comfort. They heat up quickly and are adjustable. The adjustment buttons are placed for easy access.
The material feels quality too.
Better with wearing something over it to trap the heat.Didnt feel very hot when out I just never felt cold which is ideal.you might need a bigger size than you think.
Very lightweight and great to warm back and front separately. Nice and warm round the neck and lower back
I had been looking at getting one of these for some time, especially to use whilst working from home during the colder months, and what a revelation this has been.
I have had this since January and it has been exactly what I hoped it would be. The jacket is very comfortable to wear both standing up and sitting down. The heating elements in the back, belly and in particular neck are perfect for keeping me warm whilst sat at my desk. I found that starting it off on the warmest setting got it up to temperature nice and quickly, and I was then able to reduce it down to keep me comfortable.
Styling wise, I like the look and have worn it out whilst walking when it was particularly cold. In terms of sizing, it was spot on for me.
If I had any criticism, it would be that I wish the pocket to put the battery in was a few cm’s deeper so this fitted better, although the issue may just be the battery I have.
For the money I think this is a great item and well worth the outlay. I’d definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for one of these.

Ordered this particular one for the heating area in the lumbar region/lower back as I’ve hurt mine!
Size is true to fit (but not fitted for ladies) so good for the middle age spread – just not sure it’s really a multi gender one – better for male physique
Three independent heating modes for both the front and back is really useful.
Overall really pleased with it. My only small gripe is the battery pocket won’t Velcro closed because my power bank is a tall slender one, whilst it fits inside the pocket it covers up the Velcro. Ideally the battery pocket needs to be 20-30mm longer and would then warrant a 5*
Otherwise first impressions are a really good.
I bought this for my son and since Christmas he has worn it on the cold days and has been impressed with how well it works and keeps him warm. He has 2 battery packs and as each tend to last him between 1 and 2 days he always has one fully charged and its cost effective saving turning the house heating on or up. A good buy
The only reason I’ve not given 5 stars is because it isn’t tailored at the waist for women.
Had to return a different brand as didn’t fully heat up. This one is great. Feels better quality all round too.
It was a present for my son, he is surprised and happy, it works well, uses quite a bit of power, he is getting a capacity power bank
Pick the next size up if you want to zip it up and be able to move .I am 44 chest and need XL instead of Large for this product so think it based on Chinese sizes of manufacture
If you are outside in the winter, watching football, going for a walk, gardening, whatever people do outside these days and you can afford it get one of these. 10000 thingy power bank fits in the inside pocket and it keeps you pleasantly warm. Don’t want to stick on the heating? Put this on and a fake oodie over the top. Cheaper than heating the house.
This isn’t particularly fitted for a woman’s shape but, it’s an absolute game changer. Keeps me warm at work on both pockets, across my neck and my back. Great for anytime you’re out in the cold. I’ve got two batteries one on the go and one on charge. It needs two I’m my opinion. Great investment. All

Perfect for my children who both own their own properties, but unfortunately have been landed with higher fuel bills. They said they are a life saver. Very impressed
So I dont normally leave reviews BUT to help with sizing for people which is what I could of done with. I bought an XL and I am a size 14 lady, 5′ 4″ and and XL was fine so does come up a little small. Has been a godsend this last week in the snow . My chest and back have been toasty warm ..hands n feet still freezing but really pleased with this and even wear it when its turned off as a Gillet. 3 heat settings, Low , Medium and High a f u can have just back on, just front or both. Had mine now for 2 weeks Dec 22
I was bit sceptical but bought it nevertheless and it was a very good decision. Heated areas are exactly as described and it provides very nice amount of warmth on second and third degree. The first one is not very warm and I don’t use it at all. Size wise, bought M as I fit an M size and it is perfect. Might not work for everyone but measurements provided are correct. Overall I can highly recommend this jacket as it will keep you warm in this cold weather.
Nice top but the thick collar gets in the way and it doesn’t generate enough heat for me, especially on the front.
It gets to hot after a while anyway.
The different Heat zones are good as well.
You better buy 3A Batteries then 2A because when the 2A age it does not work anymore as well buy small in dimensional Size Batteries because the Battery Pocket is to small and as well the Battery fit in only vertical. Then it is between your Belly uncomfortable when you sit. The closing as well is disturbing when you put in the Battery. Otherwise all good!
Only issue is hole in the pocket and the stitching is poor.
A good investment for me, keeping me warm at my desk without switching on the heating. Size chart slightly misleading so had to exchange for next size up (painless).
In use a few times now – it takes a while to get used to the heat buttons, but got the hang now.
Pocket with charger in can be slightly uncomfortable. I’m glad I bought a small unit (fits in palm).

Got a size that fits works very well sizes on chart ant fully right but that fine and jacket is well heated and comfortable but stitches on the pockets on the out side could be improved as my right pocket got tour stitches wile out and tour easily but over all grea
Easy and discreet to wear this is a wonderful product. I am a musician with a morris dance side, and so I had to sit and try and play music in the freezing cold, while the dancers warmed themselves with their movement. Now we all keep warm!
This is superb, great for sitting in the house and for my bikes.
Bought this for my son he loves it up to now, great when on bike he ordered X-LARGE But usually L so it fit good with light jumper underneath

I can’t fault this really. It fits well and it works. The heat around the collar is divine! Glad i picked this one. Just wish I had gone with a recommendation to get a slim battery pack as I went cheap and got a bulky one. It fits in the pocket but buldges on the hip. Not the jackets fault obviously.
I was a little skeptical of the claims but a friend had suggested it was a good idea. I like the three heat settings and the ability to heat areas independently. It is light to wear and I have two battery packs, one with the paw print (thank you PondGuru) and another 10,000mAh as a spare. I have found that the back area heats very efficiently and actually could get too hot but the front area isn’t quite as toasty. However it is overall cosy and that is all that I am concerned with. I chose size XS as I am usually about a size 12. I can zip the jacket up or just wear it undone. I think it needs to be close fitting to get the best from it. Overall I think it is a great purchase and I hope it lasts all winter.
Very good product let down by sizing.
First one sent back as size chart said it was one thing but when you actually measured product it was 61/2 inches smaller.
So ordered again a large for a forty inch person and it fitted snug on a 32 chest person. Defo a case off not measuring sizes before putting size on product.
Good product. Beware if buying as a present- product deluvered in see through packaging and seen by intended recipient!
I would have preferred it to be heavier and warmer material. It is comfortable to wear and works well so quite good value
A slight down marking for latest 2022 model as the inner battery pack is a velcro arrangement – was a zipper last year…. brilliant heated gillet overall though – Had sourced one from AliExpress at less than half the price here – Don’t…looks are definitely deceptive and is not as good as the Vapespoon…worth the extra money via Amazo
Was a gift and the recipient was very pleased with it.
Well made, smart and works a treat, good temperature control for both back and front so very happy.
Only negative comments are the external lit up buttons on the front that tells the world you’ve got a heated Gillet, also there’s no heating to the neck as shown in the advert, and from an environmental view the wasteful packaging, it comes in this very well made and printed bag which once you’ve taken your Gillet out serves no purpose to anybody.
Not to big or bulky I personally wear mine underneath a hoodie I just got a smaller size than it your wearing over clothes, I get neck pain so in the winter months this body warmer helps so much gets very hot around the neck especially. Worn everyday for work for 3/4 months and still working fine. Would buy one every winter if that’s all they lasted it’s that good.
So I’ve been using this for about a month now and I am, altogether pretty happy with it. It does keep you warm and the battery life will depend entirely on the power bank that you use. I use a 32000mah bank so I get more than the advertised life from a single charge.
Ive washed it twice since I got it and had no issues with it working again afterwards.
My complaint would be about the sizing. A few reviews said to size up, which I wasn’t going to do but then I saw the manufacturer also says that the sizing could be off slightly so I did size up to an XL. I’m swimming in it. It’s huge! If I were to get another one (and I nah well do!) ill be sticking with my regular size.
This body warmer looks nice feels nice and is very comfy to wear. This is the second one I tried his first one was a waistcoat style vest. That you kept hidden under your clothes. This one just looks like a normal body warmer. I’m that pleased with it also bought my wife one. Battery pack is not provided. 2XL was too big. Which is my normal size. Send that back got an extra large Fits perfect. Made me feel good I got into a smaller size to normal. But I think the truth is the sizes are slightly large. I did try my wife’s size medium on. I can put it on and zip it up but it’s a bit snug. I think I was kidding myself there. The medium is a bit big for my wife but she decided to keep it so she can put jumpers underneath and a coat no top.
Having owned a Bosch heated jacket before maybe my expectations where slightly too high for this.
It’s a nice body warmer with a touch of heat so takes the nip off but isn’t toasty warm even on full. Is good value got the money but suppose you get what you pay for.
The bosch is by far superior but over twice the price.
Make sure to go for a good power pack. However don’t go for one that is bulky, it won’t be too comfortable. It sits right on the hip and would be in the way.
Do I recommend….yes I do!
Was apprehensive on buying clothing made in China as it’s usually a smaller fit, but reading this had been updated due to buyers reviews decided to give it a go. Have had this for six weeks now and very happy with it. Fits perfect, the quality is really good including the zip. Even keeps me warm without having to turn it on some days. I am currently using a large 20k power pack which fits fine in the inside pocket. Only down side is they dont advertise these any bigger than an XL size or i would get one for my dad.
The sizing must have been changed. I am 5’9 (176cm) and about 10 stone (65kg), so quite slim basically, and went for a small (figured I wanted a slightly tighter fit so I can wear it under a jacket). I found the small to be on the larger side, which was a bit of a shock. It is still a good fit, I just didn’t expect it.
Likewise the battery pocket must have changed, I have tried it with an Anker PowerCore Essential 20,000 PD Power Bank and it fit without any problem and the velcro shut fine.
So having used the vest for a bit over a week I can say; so far so good. It is comfortable, looks quite good and I haven’t had any real issues with the heating. I have tried a few batteries, even older ones and I have found that as long as it is 2.1A (which is sometimes the issue as older batteries were often 2.0A) they work great. I have stuck to the 10,000mAh batteries and not had any problems. Although with everything going on I obviously haven’t been able to wear it for any longer outings.
I did get the cat paw battery and it is slim and nice, but that’s the only battery that I have seen that the jacket’s buttons flashes faintly even though it is off. I’m not sure that’s because that particular battery doesn’t fully power off when not in use or similar. My go to battery at the moment is one I got with a duffel bag I bought (really clever idea and great duffel, but with everything being USB C the battery is obviously less useful). I have attached a couple of pictures of the battery and it’s specs. The output is 5V/2.4A.
If you purchase a battery for this, go with the “Anker PowerCore 10000mah. Yes it’s heavier but not that noticeable & has twice the power of the Vida which incidentally will only last a few hours. As for size I am 5,11 & of a slim build & opted for small, it was the right choice. You want this bodywarmer to be snug so you can feel the heat & it pays to have another bodywarmer over the top to make it tight to your body so you can trap the heat in & really feel the benefit. I work in construction & today this worked brilliantly for me, I would highly recommend it.
As I am approx. 5’10” I went for the XL size to wear over a thin jumper / fleece and it is a perfect fit for me – a Large definitely would have been too small.
The quality of construction is excellent throughout and no stitching was misaligned or loose anywhere on the garment I received. It also has a self-sealing type of zip which is a welcome feature as those normally would be found on quite expensive waterproof jackets and trousers.
My preferred method of wearing / layering is to go for a thin base layer under a thin woolen jumper (or fleece) followed by the heated bodywarmer followed by a top shell of a Fjallraven Anorak No.8 (smock) and that combo works extremely well in cold weather regardless of the level of activity or lack thereof.
Even without the heat pads being active it offers decent insulation over a jumper on cold days but when it is worn under an outdoor coat and the heat pad are active the heat is very satisfying.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has a hobby which involves sitting or standing outdoors in cold weather (e.g. fishing, photography, shooting, sport spectating) but I would advise not to go for cheap battery power banks to power it.
I tried 2 old battery power banks which did not work so I initially thought that the heat panels in the bodywarmer were faulty as I could have either the front panels OR the back panel heating – it would not do both at the same time.
It turned out that the cheap slimline power banks which were supposed to be 20,000 mAh were not very good because when I switched to the newer 10,000 mAh power bank the heat panels worked perfectly.
On full heat front and back I get a solid 3.5 – 4hrs from the 10,000 power bank and it fits well into the interior pocket on the bodywarmer. The one I used is from INIU and is called POWER BANK BI-B41 – it is available on Amazon.
