Good..quiet..easy to use .odd splash of water here and there as replace after filling with water but that expected.

The first unit came with a large scratch on the top – could see this without unpacking it from the plastic bag. Emailed the company who arranged next day delivery of new unit and collection of current unit at no cost. Easy. Only had the unit a few days and is working well. Highly recommended.
The second night I turned it on without refilling, again on Auto and it stopped sometime during the night when there was no more water, so that works.
The best setting for me is the humidistat, I set it at 60% on low steam output. It takes about 1-2h to reach the desired humidity level, depending on how dry the air is, but once it’s there it keeps it for the entire night on the most economic setting: low noise, very little water consumption(I estimate about 1L), low power consumption(according to the manual the lowest power consumtion is on the lowest steam output.
It does have ha small inconvenient, when removing the water tank for refilling I found out that there was water on the inlet duct and because of that there was some spillage, but only a few drops. Nothing a paper tissue can’t clean. After all you can’t expect to work with water and don’t get a little bit wet.
So far this has been the best Humidifier I have bought, had 2 other makes that only lasted a few months, this one is excellent.

I am using this to keep our sitting room humidity up during the winter as we have an upright piano in the room which is sensitive to changes in humidity. I like the fact that I can set a desired humidity level and leave the humidifier to turn on and off as required. The large tank means that I only have to refill it once or twice a week which is manageable. I use filtered water from a Brita water filter jug to refill it each time and have had no problems so far. Very satisfied with this product.
