Washing machine was advertised as 0% interest over 12 months through Barclays Bank,I was not given the opportunity to purchase item this way as it did not appear on final purchase page.When I reported this to customer service they were of no help at all,and I was told I could cancel or go to Barclays myself.This was very unsatisfactory to me as I have a limited income and did not want to outlay all of money ,but had to if I wanted the washing machine.VERY BAD way to do business with your faithful customers .
This is a good washer dryer I must say, the drum is a decent size and I use the app all the time to select the program. It also helps that I get notified once the cycle has completed.
I really like the short wash function as this is really great for anything that only needs a freshen up. It connects via the wifi so I can be set from your phone but the great feature is that it notifies you when the cycle has finished
Great looking machine was dropped in warehouse or loading on to van underneath was damaged. Small peace of plastic was of could not see where from only three travel bolts on machine not fou

Bought to replace mums which had packed in. She is well pleased with it; its easy to use and very quiet. Plenty of preset programmes (although um tends to stick with the quick wash one). It also looks well.
i chose the installation service and so glad that I did. The service was very professional and efficient. They took away my old washing machine as well.

Everything I wanted at an affordable price! The first couple of washes were super quiet which I need in an open plan flat, but it’s gradually become louder and shakier on spin… However it isn’t integrated yet as waiting for a new kitchen, so I think once positioned correctly and properly levelled it should go back to being very quiet. The actual washing is excellent, short cycles are brilliant, used dryer once and came out dry!
Having used the washing machine a few times since it was installed, I am more than satisfied with the overall appearance & functions of this machine. Plenty of programmes to use & fits perfectly into where my previous washing machine was as an integrated appliance.
I hope to have many years of service from this appliance. Half the price of my previous aeg with 100 off in the sale.
