These seem well made and solid (not flimsy) they came well packaged. However I did not check the size before I ordered them. They are very small. That said, they are of good quality and the digits can be read easily … overall good value for money.
Arrived quickly and item size was as expected. Chose the white surround, so the large black numbers would stand out. Good firm stand on back which comes in useful to move from room to room, as it’ll stand well on any surface. How long batteries will last, only time will tell, as other reviewers have said they have a ‘short life’. A temperature and hygrometer combined is good value for the price paid. The temperature number seems accurate, and the hygrometer number is a fair indication of the room’s humidity. I purchased it due to energy crisis, so I can understand when I should have my heating on high or low, it’s really good for that, so I wouldn’t be without it. Would have given it 5 stars if it had a little back light to see the numbers in darkness.
What with the energy problem ,this item monitors your Temp and Humidity so you you can plan your energy ,because of these my Energy output is low, saving loads of dosh…
Lovely little themometer I bought for my shed, has a clear display and magnet to stick it to my shelf unit. Battery has run out after only a couple of months which was disappointing but easily replaceable.
Bought this to monitor our indoor temperature and make sure that we were heating the house to the right level, given the enormous increases in energy costs. Really helpful i thus tax and probably a real cost benefit in cost of thermometer vs savings in gas and electric.
seeing as we need to be careful about fuel bills – this is excellent for managing that.
I decided 19 degrees is ok. and only panic if Im at computer when it went down to 16.
So I can fully moderate room for activity and time of day.
Moisture level is really useful. Room goes dry in cold spell with heating on. Time to open a window.
No one should live in damp homes. this will put your mind at ease. In the cold spell 16 degrees felt damp. Does not mean humidity is high. This sorts fact from feeling.
I like that it reads quickly and easily giving a temperature reading to 1dp. I like that it gives me humidity levels so I can monitor damp issues which might develop especially during these winter months. I like the size of the readout so I can read it with or without my glasses. I like that it is small and sits easily on a shelf.
I wanted what you wanted, and now I have 3 thermometers which are actually visible from across a room in the right light. They’re strong, have humidity, and they’re a fine price. The moment I need another one, I’ll buy these exact ones.
With the cost of living crisis, I like most people have tried to be careful with putting the heating on. My boiler doesn’t have a temperature gauge so I got these just to see what temperature my rooms were. They are really easy to read and small enough to be discreet hidden away
I got this to check, no only on my own property, but also a Let property that had complaints about condensation. I monitored in my own property in various rooms for a couple of weeks. Temperature was matching with other thermostats and gauges I had, so expect the humidity reading is accurate too.
In the bathroom, it would show well above 70% for a couple of hours, even with the extractor fan initially running, until I opened windows to clear more moisture.
A great little tool. I didn’t have any need for date and time, so no need to pay extra for that 🙂

Although a little small and the battery’s look like the small round circle ones this is so easy to use just sits working perfectly so handy especially for people with Asthma will be buying one for each room !!
