What are the enhancements to the X3’s Single Lens Mode?

I’ve had a lot of sports/action cameras and was a bit sceptical about going for a 360 one. However I was not disappointed and the features in this tiny camera are amazing. Editing in the app is easy and the quality of the footage is brilliant. Not the cheapest camera in its range but worth the extra pennies.
The immediate thought when I first set eyes upon the camera was ‘wow, nicely made!’. The physical quality of the device is certainly good with a nice feeling to the plastic housing and even the screen has a ‘hard’ sort of feeling to it, as though it should be able to take some mild abuse from scratchy mucky fingers and the like.
The screen response is crisp and almost totally lag free along with the image that is both bright and high resolution. It is touch screen controlled and responds to gestures such as swipes and presses etc to navigate the menus along with some real-life buttons (yey!) that are easy to press and have enough feed-back that you know that you’ve actually pressed them. There is a coloured LED on both sides of the camera so you know if it is in a recording or standby state.
Battery life is generally very good, I know some complain about the 80 minutes (approx) recording time but bearing in mind the decent screen, two image sensors and the physical size of the camera and battery which aren’t that big really, then I think that the battery lasts really well with all things considered – spare batteries are available and I don’t think they are badly priced compared to other similar devices.
Image quality is very good, not amazingly good – but still very decent indeed! The videos are 5.7K or whatever but in reality because of the nature of the 360 degree image – what you will see on your screen will be 1080p, the 5.7K refers to the total of the whole image being captured in every direction, not the reduced image size that you will view with a monitor or TV.
The app and PC software are both fairly quick and easy to use with plenty of editing options. I prefer to use my PC to edit and output to Premiere Pro or After Effects but the phone app is also extremely powerful and both pieces of software are extremely quick to process and output files.
So, why four stars then rather than 5?
Ok, I’m taking many things into consideration here:
The video output after editing at the highest resolution is adequate but it is clearly not 4K quality. If the environment lighting isn’t bright enough (such as in a forest or shaded area etc) then the image quality looks more like 720p because of the ISO grain. Don’t even think about using the HD option if the light isn’t good as the frame rate will also take a large hit (which is most undesirable!).
In brighter conditions the recorded image is very good indeed, almost as good as the other action camera brands but with a mega 360 degree image – which is incredibly good, it really is! (just stay in the sun shine!)
Sound is good as long as there is no wind at all and you are fairly close to the camera body. The 360 stereo effect is great if you walk around the camera talking (or playing music etc)
Maybe this will be a bit of a ‘mute’ point but I’m giving a honest review here: The menu system is great, clear and easy to navigate – but I don’t like the way that options only appear depending on the mode that you are in. So, if you want to take a 360 video for example, then select either normal or HD video mode – all the options and settings that will be available will be only for the selected mode. Now, want to take a still photo? Select photo mode and all the options and settings will be for the photo only – as that is the mode the camera is in.
I use far more expensive cameras, all have global options so that the setting menu is segregated into photo, video, time-lapse etc etc so that all the settings are in one place, all can be adjusted from the main settings menu so that everything can be viewed and easily navigated. I find that on the Insta360 with the relative settings only being available within each mode – this is long winded to less intuitive to make adjustments. Yes I know, want to adjust a photo mode, select photo and go into the setting etc – but I’d rather have all the settings in one place regardless of the mode the camera is set to.
The last point is if the camera is is standby mode, as in it isn’t in recording mode and has sat idle for a few minutes – be very careful that when you press the record button that the the LED turns red to indicate that it is actually recording. I’ve had a couple of issues that I awaken the device by pressing the record button to find that a recording wasn’t initiated – this was because the camera makes a ‘beep’ noise on awakening so be mindful that you may need to press ‘record’ twice to actually set the camera to record. (check for the red LED every time!)
To conclude:
The good:
The Insta360 X3 is a well made action camera with 360 degrees of vision – it makes capturing incredible moments an absolute breeze as it can see everything in all directions at the same time, amazing! The video it produces is easy to edit with the included software and it will look very decent as long as the lighting is good.
The image stabilisation is absolutely mind blowingly amazing, really it is that good!
Battery life is perfectly fine, buy and carry a spare but you won’t be changing it excessively in my opinion.
File sizes are not excessive compared to professional cameras, take a few Micro SD cards if you are worried but generally one decent 128gb card will suffice for most days out.
The Bad:
Image and video quality in bad (shadowed) lighting will be fairly poor, it will be grainy and look poor resolution. Avoid dark areas at all costs!
The sound quality, though far better than previous generations and even better than some popular alternative cameras can be a bit ‘hit and miss’ depending on the amount of wind/air movement.
I’ve not mentioned the ‘invisible selfie stick’ yet – yes, it does work great, exactly as advertised but bear in mind that it is quite flexible at full extension. It is not suitable in any way to be used with part of a mountain bike bracket or similar due to the inherent flex in the extensions. If you are going to mount the Insta360 X3 on a mountain bike then use only a hard fixed bracket or chest mount – let the amazing image stabilisation look after the rest. For ‘drone’ type shots, use the selfie stick but only on fairly bump free ground or at low levels of extension.
Would I recommend?
Yes, it’s one of the best 360 cameras on the market at the moment in 2023 – give it good lighting and you’ll be very happy with it.
another major con for me would be that setting the recording to a flat image removes quality on the video because i preferred a less fish eyed perspective as some of the view adjustments in editing made parts of the video nauseating.
obtaining the product you will notice how fragile it actually is whilst you see the advertisement of the product being flung aroound you in a circle. the glass looks like it can easily damage as it protrudes out with nothing protecting it from scratches and is recommended you get some sort of protection that is either a quick slip on but risk the chance of you forgetting and treating it like a iphone risking it from scratching the glass the camera lays on or a stick on protective cover but risk ruining the shot or quality of the video due to condensation or the easy to scratch material.
preferred if insta360 made the glass lense instead easily removed by it acting like a screw cover then selling the lenses replacement parts instead of being resent for repair as it would cost more and take longer to repair.
Great for holidays with the family.
Definitely needs a bigger storage card, 512Mb in my opinion.
Also needs phone storage big enough to fo editing of the video footage later.
Quality is brilliant, the effects from the insta are just insanely good. Read reviews on the Internet before buying and Believe this is the best on the market at the moment.
If you’re a video fanatic, definitely get on!
This means that if you want to post a 360 video to YouTube then you have to record it all in one go. You can’t record one clip in one location and then another clip in another location and join them together.
You can if you convert the file to a flat type video and then import that into Premier Pro but that’s a extra cost.
Sadly until they add this feature the camera is pointless for my application.

Cam a 360 veramente al top, a mio avviso la migliore sul mercato al momento. Possedevo gi la X2 e questa nuova X3 decisamente un passo avanti. Grazie al nuovo display la gestione del menu e l’anteprima dei video sono gestibili molto pi facilmente. Grazie al nuovo sensore la qualit video e foto hanno fatto un grosso passo avanti. Sono state introdotte nuove features che rendono l’esperienza utente molto pi veloce ed immediata, come la modalit selfie ed il tasto per i preset. L’app da utilizzare su smartphone risulta super semplice e con moltissime funzioni. Grazie all’app chiunque pu montare un bel video in pochi e semplici passi.

Qualit altissima, migliorato anche il microfono che diventa finalmente utilizzabile (nella versione precedente era pessimo). Vale ogni euro speso.

2. Es gibt 2 zustzliche knpfe mit dem man in ein Schnellzugriffmen kommt oder das Objektiv wechseln kann, damit man mit nur einem Objektiv filmen kann, wie mit einer normalen Actioncam.
3. Es sind mit der Kamera jetzt sogar 72MP fotos und Videos mit 4k bis zu 60 FPS mglich.
4. Man kann jetzt auch live bertragungen machen.
Fazit: Greres Display und mehr Knpfe fr einfachere und schnellere Bedienung, grerer Akku, bessere Aufnahmequalitt und vieles mehr sorgen dafr das die Kamera ihren Preis wert ist. Ich wrde mir die Kamera immer wieder kaufen, durch die 360 grad Sicht bietet mir die Kamera so viele Mglichkeiten und durch das passende Zubehr ist sie sehr vielseitig. Ich benutze die Kamera hauptschlich im Motosportberreich aber auch bei anderen Aktivitten, Urlaub uvm.
Es la cmara 360 grados y de accin ms polivalente del mercado ,grabas en 360 grados vdeos a 5,7k y fotografa a 72 mega pxeles con una calidad decente pero no excelente y hago ese inciso pues la cmara a pesar de tener una buena calidad en foto y vdeo la veo alejada en fotografas a pesar de tener en plano 36mp y 72 mp en 360 ,el ruido es notable en ambientes de poca iluminacin tanto en vdeo como en fotografas con luz natural y luz potente es excelente ,es un mal menor que debemos entender ,por lo dems la cmara es excelente en prestaciones y muy intuitiva en su interfaz,la calidad de construccin es exquisita y la pantalla tctil una delicia ,he tenido la GoPro Max y en general es ms floja que la insta360 x3.
Si te gusta la aventura esta es tu cmara y si no te gusta tambin lo es de all su polivalencia pues grabar vdeos en 360 y elegir la escena que quieras para hacer montajes en la propia App o en el programa studio 2022 para PC y .MAC (recomendable,este ltimo).
No sustituye a una cmara al uso ni a una rflex o una evil de eso olvidaros pues no dispone de zoom ptico solo zoom digital y x4 maximo pero Los planos fotogrficos y de vdeo en 360 grados no lo hace una cmara tradicional.
El precio est en 539 euros en el instante de este revisado ,la cmara viene con cable de alimentacin,pao de limpieza de lente y pantalla y bolsa protectora de neopreno muy fino .

Die Vorfreude bei der Bestellung war schon sehr gro, natrlich auch die Erwartungen. Diese wurden nach den ersten Aufnahmen nicht nur erfllt, sondern weit bertroffen.
Fngt bereits bei der Verpackung an, gefolgt von der ueren Optik. Alles perfekt durchdacht und hchst qualitativ umgesetzt.
Die Bildqualitt bei Videos als auch Fotos ist sensationell. Kenne sogar einige gute Fotografen, die mit der Insta360 X3 arbeiten.
Bereits meine dritte Insta360 Cam, werde immer wieder neu begeistert. Persnlich verwende ich sie meistens fr Action Aufnahmen auf meinem Motorrad. Die 360 Grad Aufnahmen helfen hier perfekt um immer die besten Momente zeigen zu knnen. Bildstabilisierung der absolute Hammer und das bei solchen Vibrationen und Geschwindigkeiten.
Pues bien, he vendido la ONE X2 y porqu si estabas tan contento? te estars preguntando. Pues porque he decidido darle una oportunidad a la nueva insta360 ONE X3 de la cual tambin hablar en el canal. Parecen los cmaras iguales pero para nada, son muy diferentes como veris a continuacin.
En la caja de la insta360 ONE X3 nos encontramos lo siguiente:
– Camara insta360 ONE X3
– Funda de transporte
– Cable de carga USB-A a USB-C
– Pao de micro fibra
– Gua rpida de usuario
– Pegatinas logo insta360
La cmara se ve muy robusta. Es un poco ms gordita que el modelo anterior y lo que me gusta es que en los bordes tiene como una goma o silicona que nos va a dar mucho agarre caso que la tengamos que coger con la mano porque no dispongamos en ese momento del palo selfie invisible. Son detalles que me gustan mucho en este tipo de dispositivos.
La primera diferencia que me he encontrado con respecto al modelo anterior son sus nuevos sensores de 1/2″ a 48MPx que si los comparamos con los sensores de 1/2.3″ a 12MPx de la ONE X2, nos va a dar una calidad de grabacin de vdeo mucho mayor, no solo a plena luz del da, sino que tambin en situaciones como atardeceres y sitios cerrados.
Adems no solo tenemos una gran calidad de vdeo con resoluciones que alcanzan los 5.7K 5760×2880 a 30fps sino que tambin tendremos una estabilizacin que parece magia gracias al algoritmo FlowSate que incorporan todos los modelos de cmaras recientes de la marca.
Una de las cosas que me preocupaba era el tema de la calidad de audio que es capaz de captar esta cmara sobre todo en lo que a cancelacin de ruido se refiere. Pues bien, he podido comprobar que esto tambin ha mejorado sustancialmente con respecto al modelo anterior. He notado que el ruido del viento cuando grabamos con condiciones ambientales adversas es bastante menos.
Con respecto a las fotos que podemos hacer con la cmara, he de decir que tambin me ha sorprendido mucho ya que han pasado de 18MPx a los 72MPx en la ONE X3. Con ello, podemos imprimir fotos de mayor tamao sin perder la calidad de las mismas.
Otra cosa que han incluido en este modelo es una mayor capacidad de batera. En este caso, la ONE X3 tiene 1800mAh frente a los 1630mAh. No es que sea mucho pero si es verdad que podemos llegar a alcanzar hasta 1 hora ms de grabacin con una carga completa.
Pero sobre todo, una cosa que me ha gustado mucho y que salta la vista con respecto al modelo anterior es su gran pantalla tctil. Mientras que en la ONE X2 tenamos una pantalla redonda (bastante incmoda de usar la verdad) ahora tenemos una pantalla rectangular de 2.29″ con proteccin de cristal templado que nos va a dar una visin buensima de lo que estamos grabando.
Nos viene con una funda de proteccin muy suave que va a proteger las lentes de posibles araazos. Estas lentes son muy delicadas por lo que hemos de tener mucho cuidado con esto. Estoy pensando en comprar la carcasa oficial con protector de goma para tener ms seguridad an.
En la parte inferior de la cmara tenemos una rosca estndar de cmara para poder colocar cualquier trpode o accesorio de los que tengamos en casa o bien de los oficiales de insta360 como el invisible selfie stick, soporte manillar para la bici, etc.
En uno de los laterales tenemos la batera que se extrae fcilmente y tambin el puerto de carga USB-C todo protegido perfectamente ya que es una cmara resistente al agua sin necesidad de acoplarle ninguna carcasa externa para tal fin. En otro de los laterales nos encontramos el botn fsico de encendido y apagado y el botn de disparo rpido que nos permite ponernos a grabar de inmediato para evitar perdernos cualquier momento.
Resumiendo, es una cmara elevada de precio pero muy pro que nos va a dar una calidad terrible en lo que a nuestro da a da como productores de contenido multimedia o usuarios exigentes se refiere. Adems, la gente de insta360 cuida mucho el software (tanto mvil como de escritorio) para poder realizar ediciones increbles de nuestros vdeos. Tambin suelen hacer actualizaciones frecuentes de firmware (al menos en la ONE X2 era as) con lo cual siempre tendremos un dispositivo totalmente operativo y libre de fallos junto con nuevas funcionalidades que nos van a hacer disfrutar de lo lindo.
En breve os contar mucho ms sobre ella en mi canal una vez que haya realizado ms pruebas y tenga un uso ms avanzado de la ONE X3 😉
L’cran par rapport a la x2 a fait du bien plus de posibilits mais le 4k la photo en 72 mpx c’est du pipo rien d’extraordinaire par rapport a la gnration antrieure c’est dommage qu’un plein 2022 le 4k et 72 mpx ait encore ce mauvais qualit sinon une belle camra la seule qui fait tout a en 360

Il mio problema che ho ordinato un prodotto NUOVO ed arrivato palesemente USATO
La pellicola che avvolgeva il pacco era tagliata nella parte bassa
Non era presente nessun sigillo di garanzia
Pellicole evidentemente riapplicate in quanto piene di bolle e sporcizia
Ho ordinato il prodotto e non posso restituirlo perch dovendo usarlo per lavoro gi da domani, non usandolo perderei parte del compenso.
Ma se non avessi avuto questi tempi stretti avrei restituito tutto.

In pochi giorni ho creato tantissimi video.
Nella confezione troviamo la cam, una pezza per pulire la lente, una custodia morbida ( molto utile ) , un cavo usb per caricare e collegarla al pc e libretto distruzione.
La prima novit visibile rispetto la precedente versione questo fantastico display che agevola tutto.
Batteria infinita e usando tutti i parametri al max non riscalda.
La caratteristica che mi fa impazzire del 360 che praticamente non c’ bisogno di inquadrare, basta registrare e poi in fase di acquisizione possiamo scegliere l’angolazione che pi ci piace.
Altra caratteristica che ho apprezzato e che la cam riesce praticamente a far sparire la selfiestick questo rende le riprese ancora pi spettacolari.
Audio ottimo per adesso non riesco a trovare dei contro.
Il grande upgrade di questa versione rispetto alle precedenti sicuramente il grande touch-display che rende possibile l’utilizzo della cam anche senza dover ricorrere all’uso del telefonino e questa cosa mi piaciuta molto, adesso riesco ad impostare i vari settaggi della cam e a monitorare l’immagine senza dover necessariamente usare la app.
L’uso molto piacevole, il display reattivo, fluido nei vari cambi pagina del menu e scattante nel mostrare i cambiamenti di settaggio selezionati.
Dopo pochi giorni di utilizzo ho ricevuto il primo update del firmware che ha corretto piccoli bug e ha ottimizzato alcune funzionalit, ricordo anche con la mia X di prima generazione che frequentemente venivano rilasciati update e venivano aggiunte nuove funzionalit,spero che anche con la X3 sia la stessa cosa,
Arrivando dal mondo GoPro, in quanto possessore di vari modelli (6 e 8 Black) devo dire che l’editing attraverso la app Insta360 anni luce avanti rispetto alla app della Gopro.
Continuo a trovarmi bene con la facilit di utilizzo di questa app, per chi non ha esperienza di video editing possibile affidarsi a diversi algoritmi di intelligenza artificiale (AI) che, dopo aver analizzato
il video acquisito, sono in grado di realizzare un editing automatico con gli spezzoni video migliori, combinandoli con effetti e dissolvenze che fanno risparmiare un sacco di tempo.
Inoltre, utilizzando e seguendo a schermo i tutorials dei “templates” possibile comporre dei video guidati, questa a parer mio la parte pi divertente. Clonare una persona,
sostituire il cielo con un altro sfondo e altri effetti particolari, sono facilissimi da realizzarsi utilizzando la app.
Questa action cam impermeabile e si adatta a diversi scenari, idonea a catturare contenuti di qualit in svariate attivit sportive, trova utilizzo anche come cam “familiare” per riprendere
eventi in famiglia, nella tranquillit delle 4 mura domestiche o durante un barbecue in giardino.
Non sono dipendente da social networks per ogni tanto posto qualche video che realizzo in moto e devo dire che mi piace la possibilit con un solo click di creare video ottimizzati in 4:5 o 9:16 pronti ad essere pubblicati su Tick Tock e Instagram.
Un’altra particolarit degna di nota il selfie stick “invisibile”, che insieme al corpo camera non sar visibile nei video ripresi, questo, apre un mondo di possibilit creative.
Insomma questa cam mi ha convinto non solo per la facilit d’uso ma anche per la stabilizzazione che offre, i video in movimento sono fluidi e privi di scossoni anche nelle situazioni di riprese
pi estreme, e per questi casi particolari disponibile anche tutta una serie di accessori che espandono le gi tante possibilit creative della X3. La consiglio.
Die Kamera kommt instatypisch in kleiner Verpackung geliefert. Mit dabei ist wieder ein Neopren-Case, worin die Kamera sicher aufbewahrt werden kann.
Im Vergleich zu den beiden Vorgngern ist die neue Kamera wieder etwas schwerer geworden. Sie wirkt sehr hochwertig. Besonders das groe Display ist wirklich eine sinnvolle Neuerung. Es ist in etwa so gro wie das Display von aktuellen Actionkameras. Die Kamera hat zudem noch ein haptisches Feedback – vibriert also beim Auswhlen von Aufnahmemodus.
Die Qualitt der Kamera ist aus meiner subjektiven Sicht bei Tageslicht nur minimal besser als die der X2. Bei schlechteren Lichtverhltnissen hat sich jedoch einiges getan. Ob das an dem leicht greren Sensor liegt bezweifle ich – ich denke eher, dass hier softwareseitig getweaked wurde. Die Videobitrate ist auch etwas hher, was den Detailgrad weiter erhht.
Dank der 360Grad Aufnahme ist die Stabilisierung natrlich konkurrenzlos – die Schnittapp whlt einfach aus der umliegenden Aufnahme und stabilisiert dermaen soft, das man glaubt, die Kamera schwebt im luftleeren Raum.
Wirklich toll sind natrlich wieder die Shotlabvideos, eine Art gefhrtes Content-creating. Man hat so in Windeseile coole Videos fr sein social Media erstellt und kann es auch gleich aus der App heraus teilen, allerdings leider nur in 1080p.
Falls man sich etwas mit Videoediting auskennt, sollte man unbedingt am PC schneiden – Plugins fr Adobe existieren von Insta360 bereits. Final Cut ist leider noch nicht mglich..
Fazit
Insta360 ist es mit der neuen X3 gelungen, die innovative “One X” Serie weiter zu entwickeln. Die Kamera hat sinnvolle Features. Leider ist die Auflsung mit 5,7k zwar auf den ersten Blick hoch, bei reframed Aufnahme erreicht man allerdings in der Regel nur um die 1080p. Ich hoffe daher, bei der nchsten Kamera auf min 8k Bildqualitt. Fr Social Media ist sie jedoch wirklich ein geniales Tool, um immer noch diesen Wow-Effekt bei seinen Follower hervorzurufen.
Editare i filmati e reinquadrare le clip davvero semplice. Basta farlo tramite l’app o con l’utilizzo del software per pc gratuito che mette a disposizione Insta360.
Impermeabile all’acqua fino a 5 metri, raggiunge anche i 40 utilizzando la case subacquea.
La possibilit di avere una grande scelta di accessori ti permette di utilizzarla davvero in tutti i contesti e durante l’esercitazione di qualsiasi tipo di sport.
La semplicit, nel riuscire a creare contenuti interessanti, unica. Trovo ancora supercomodo l’attacco filettato che rende velocissima la preparazione dell’action cam.
Sempre pi strabiliante certamente la stabilizzazione, che non necessita l’uso di software terzi a pagamento per stabilizzare le immagini.
Personalmente penso che se vuoi entrare nel mondo del 360, sia per hobby o lavoro, questa assolutamente una camera da mettere nel carrello.

Im Lieferumfang befindet sich natrlich die eigentliche Kamera, die Insta360 X3. Des weiteren gibt es das passende USB-C Ladekabel sowie den Akku. Der Akku kann recht einfach eingesetzt sein. Man muss lediglich darauf achten, dass alles richtig einrastet, damit der Akku auch abgedichtet ist. Was wirklich praktisch ist, dass direkt eine weiche Tasche dabei ist, sodass man die Kamera mitnehmen kann ohne das etwas zerkratzt.
Zum Starten wird dann eine Micro SD Karte bentigt. Hier wrde ich euch mindestens 128GB empfehlen, damit man auch lngere Videos aufnehmen kann ohne immer die SD Karte wechseln zu mssen. Nach dem ersten Einschalten habe ich die Kamera mit meinem Smartphone via Insta360 App verbunden. Das hat ohne Probleme funktioniert und daraufhin wurde erstmal ein Software Update installiert. Mein erster Eindruck war sehr gut, die Kamera lsst sich super bedienen und das Display ist ziemlich gro.
Display
Das Display ist im Alltag sehr gut! Es ist viel grer als von anderen Insta360 Kameras und somit sieht man auch viel besser was aufgenommen wird. Durch das groe Display sind auch nderungen im Men viel einfacher.
Bedienung
Man bedient die Kamera entweder direkt am Display, in dem man durch Wischbewegungen z.B. den Modus ndert. Die eigentliche Aufnahme startet mann dann per Knopf unter dem Display. Neben diesem Knopf befindet sich noch ein weiterer Knopf, der die Perspektive der Linse wechselt. Da wir hier ja eine 360 Kamera haben, sind 2 Linsen vorhanden, die im 360 Video Modus dann simultan aufnehmen. An der Seite gibt es dann noch den Ein- und Ausknopf und einen Q Button. Dieser Q Button ist im Alltag wirklich sehr ntzlich. Drckt man auf Q, so kommt ein Schnellzugriff Men und dort kann man vorgefertigte Presets hinzufgen. Beispielsweise eine Vorlage zum Skifahren, eine Vorlage zum Vloggen, eine Vorlage fr Slo Motion und so weiter. Dadurch muss man nicht mehr durch die Mens und immer seine Settings ndern, sondern erstellt sich einfach die Vorlagen.
Film / Fotomglichkeiten
Wenn man von links nach rechts auf dem Display wischt, dann gelangt man zu den verschiedenen Modi. Beim normalen Videomodus filme ich am liebsten mit einer Auflsung von 5,7K und 30 Frames pro Sekunde. Das sieht super flssig aus und durch die hohe Auflsung ist das Material sehr klar und detailreich. Neben dem Standard Videomodus gibt es dann noch einen Active HDR Videomodus. Dieser ist besonders sinnvoll, wenn ihr an Orten filmt, wo es viel Dynamikumfang gibt, beispielsweise viele helle und dunkle Stellen. Im Zeitraffermodus knnen 8K 360 Videos aufgenommen werden. Es gibt noch haufenweise andere Modi wie z.B. TimeShift oder Bullet-Time. Fr Bullet Time bentigt ihr allerdings noch ein Bullet Time Zubehrkit von Insta360. Das lohnt sich meiner Meinung nach, denn mit der Time Bullet Funktion bekommt man ganz besondere Aufnahmen hin. Wer Sterne mag, kann sogar per Starlapse Sternschnuppen aufnehmen. Ihr seht schon, dass fr jeden etwas dabei ist, sodass man sich auch kreativ austoben kann.
App
Neben der Hardware bietet Insta360 noch die passende App an. ber diese kann die Kamera sowohl gesteuert werden, aber damit kann auch das Material von der Kamera ganz einfach und schnell auf das Smartphone bertragen werden. Was ziemlich cool ist, dass das Material direkt in der App angepasst und geschnitten werden kann. Man bentigt dafr keinen PC mehr, alles geht direkt ber das Smartphone.
Unter dem Menpunkt Stories gibt es noch die sogenannten Shot Labs. Hier findet man kreative Ideen und Effekte, die man dann mit Hilfe von kurzen Anleitungsvideos ganz einfach nachmachen kann. Somit kann man Videos erstellen, bei denen andere Leute denken, dass diese sehr aufwendig waren. In Wirklichkeit gehen die aber sehr einfach und schnell ber die App. Das ist schon magisch.
Bildqualitt
Gerade bei einer 360 Kamera musste man in der Vergangenheit oft Abstriche bei der Bildqualitt machen. Die Bildqualitt der X3 ist nun so gut geworden, dass das die erste 360 Kamera ist, die ich allen Leuten ohne Abstriche empfehlen kann. Durch die 5,7K Auflsung hat man gengend Details, dass man das Video auch ohne Probleme croppen kann. So kann man aus einem 360 Video beispielsweise ber die App ein 9:16 Video fr Instagram exportieren. Fotos habe ich auch so einige gemacht und war von der Bildqualitt berzeugt. Besonders tagsber bei gutem Licht macht die Kamera sehr gute Fotos und Videos.
Fazit
Alles in allem bin ich begeistert von der Insta360 X3. Ich kann sie auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Die Bildqualitt ist super und die vielen Modi haben mich begeistert. Ich wrde euch allerdings auf jeden Fall noch einen Invisible Selfiestick von Insta360 und das Bullet Time Zubehr empfehlen. Erst damit kann man alle Mglichkeiten nutzen und noch kreativere Videos erstellen.Egal ob Einsteiger oder langjhriger Videoshooter. Diese 360 Kamera ist eine absolute Kaufempfehlung.
Having the nice big screen is huge for action since you can easily change what you need to while on the go while also seeing what the camera sees, without having to get super close and squint like with some other competitor non-360 cameras.
The footage and images this thing puts out are just fantastic and it is super durable as well. I will grab this for some outings before I will touch the 1″ 360 camera, thanks to the X3’s durability and waterproofing.
Plus, the Insta360 app has been amazing, kind of like giving you a studio in your pocket for right after you captured your awesome footage.
The Insta360 X3 has a new 1/2 sensor which gives better low light performance and greater detail, something that even the new GoPro HERO 11 does not offer. The higher megapixel count gives greatly detailed photographs as well, in addition to giving you extra space to crop in.
Anyway, I currently own 4 Insta360 cameras as well as other action cameras and I can tell you – the Insta360 X3 is the one to have. If you don’t want 360 footage all the time, the new X3 you can also shoot single-lens mode to capture just one direction, great for if you don’t want to reframe the 360 footage and you just want to capture one direction.
For all your action or any kind of on-the-go photo/video needs, the Insta360 X3 will check every box and, when combined with the Insta360 app, you will have a go-anywhere studio that gives you views, angles, and images that you cannot get with any other camera. Give it a try!

Dimensioni adatte ad una action cam e comoda da tenere in tasca.

Pero nada ms lejos de la realidad. Solo la comodidad del uso de su enorme pantalla, ya ha valido la pena.
Y por descontado, la mejor calidad de grabacin es claramente visible. Sobre todo en condiciones de baja luz. Esto es gracias, entre otras cosas, a los nuevos sensores de 1/2″ 48 MP frente a los sensores 1/2.3″ 12 MP de ONE X2.
La calidad de las fotografas, tambin ha mejorado muchsimo. Se ha pasado de una resolucin de 18MP a 72MP de la X3.
La captura de sonido, tambin noto que ha mejorado. En la X2 ya era muy buena, en comparacin con la primera versin, la X. Pero en la X3, an filtra mucho mejor el ruido ambiente y sobre todo, el molesto viento. Que en exteriores, es casi imposible de evitar.
La batera tambin la han mejorado, dando ms autonoma. Pasando de 1630 a 1800 mAh. Por lo que conseguir ms de 60 minutos de grabacin, con una sola carga. Ya no es ningn problema.
Su estabilizacin es, para m, la mejor, en lo que a cmaras deportivas se refiere. Pero siendo sincero, en la X2 ya era buensima.
En definitiva, no me arrepiento para nada de la compra. Ser mi cmara principal, para tomas pica. Pero la X2 no la guardar en un cajn. Me servir como cmara de apoyo. Ya que an es una muy buena herramienta.
Me gustara decir algo negativo de ella, pero es que por ahora, no lo he encontrado. Por mencionar algo, su precio. Pero es que una cmara as, no puede costar menos. Ests comprando un producto brutal, con actualizaciones peridicas. Con programa de edicin gratuito, tanto para Smartphone, como para PC. Y con la posibilidad de adaptarla a un montn de accesorios, que seguro cubren las necesidades de tus grabaciones.
Un 10 para Insta360 X3.
Die Rechenleistung auf meinem Handy ist unglaublich gut & schnell und dabei kommen wirklich rechenintensive Spezialeffekte zum Einsatz die man so noch nie derart einfach und schnell in seine Videos einbauen konnte. Die 360 Grad lassen einen dabei endlich den Moment geniessen, man muss die Kamera einfach halten (und nur bei der Fhrung ein bisschen kreativ sein, ohne aber an den exakten Blickwinkel denken zu mssen) und so kann man hinterher unglaubliche Werke aus dem Material erstellen.
All dies kommt in einem Formfaktor der mehr als nur praktisch und leicht ist – ich denke ich werde nun einige Kilo an anderem Kamera Equipment verkaufen.
Ich bin einfach nur UNFASSBAR begeistert.
Wer berlegt – GoPro oder X3 – ich werde wohl so schnell keine GoPro mehr kaufen – und, die Insta App ist um lngen besser als die GoPro App und es ist die Kamera + App die die X3 auf ein anderes Level heben.
Kaufen und geniessen (die Orte die man besucht und die Art Videos zu editieren).
Klar, auch diese App kann hier und da noch verbessert werden, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.
Die Leistung der Kamera selbst ist fr ihre Grsse imho einfach genial und sie macht im dunkeln definitiv bessere Aufnahmen als eine GoPro11.

I bought the Insta360 X3 Get Set kit, which includes a selfie stick, lens cover and a 32mb SD card. It’s exactly what you need to get started. The superb 360 video quality and in-camera stabilization are my favorite features of this camera and the build quality is phenomenal. I’m serious when I say Insta360’s FlowState stabilization is next-level! All of your footage is smooth like you’re using a gimbal! The X3 is a vast improvement over the One X2, mainly because of the touch screen. The X3 features a 2.29″ touch screen and it is smooth and as responsive as your phone! I can now change settings easily while running or on my bike (something I couldn’t do with the small screen on the One X2)! The camera also has haptic feedback, so you feel a slight vibration when you change settings or start recording! Ok, so you’re obviously interested in this camera because it can shoot 360 footage, but a big bonus of the X3 is the ability to shoot 4k 30 in single lens mode! Basically, this allows you to use the X3 like a normal action camera, and to get the 4k footage we all want! The X3 now features several physical buttons in addition to the touch screen. This is HUGE! Sometimes we need to just press a button and go, and the X3 lets you start/stop recording with a easily accessed button on the front as well as easily switch between lens modes with another front facing button. There is a customizable Q button (quick menu) on the side which allows you to quickly switch between using the 360 lens or single-lens mode. It may not sound like much, but this has made my video creation so much quicker and easier!
The X3 now has 3 microphones, so it picks up sounds much better than the One X2. This means that if you’re using this camera to vlog, the camera will pick up your voice better! Tbh, it still sounds like an action camera, but it gets the job done. I have made videos while running in windy conditions and the mic picked up my voice perfectly!
The X3 is waterproof to 10 meters. I have taken mine in the pool and the ocean and it works like a charm coming in and out of the water.
I love Insta360’s color science and you are able to shoot video in Vivid, Standard, or LOG (flat) color profiles. Most of my footage is shot in the Vivid color profiles because the type of footage I take with this camera looks best when the color really pops! The X3 now features 1/2″ sensors. This may or may not mean something to you, but because the sensors are bigger than previous cameras, it can film better in low light situations.
If you’re new to filming with a 360 camera, it is a real treat! The 360 lenses capture everything around the camera so you can choose which direction you want to see in the video in post-production and export it as such. Working with 360 footage takes a little longer than filming with a normal camera (that only shows the direction you point it), but the results are amazing. In normal 360 mode you will need to reframe your footage to show what part of the 360 sphere you want, but all your friends will be wondering how you got those shots. New on the X3 is the “Me mode” which eliminates the need to reframe your footage. In “Me mode” the camera records you when you hold the camera. In “Me mode you can’t look around the entire sphere, but you will remain in the center of the shot! It can be a real time saver when you want to film yourself! The very best part of using the X3 is that the AI is able to remove the selfie stick from the image so it appears as if the camera if floating around you. This is done because the camera’s two lenses overlap each other in what they capture. The X3 has a 1/4 20 mount on the bottom, so will attach to any standard selfie stick or tripod with that mount. If you’re attaching the X3 to a standard action camera finger mount, a tip for 360 camera users is to ensure the camera is positioned straight directly above the selfie stick. (If the camera is not straight on the selfie stick, you may see a little of the selfie stick in your video). This does not happen if you screw the selfie stick directly into the camera! Again, video stabilization is excellent. It really is amazing how I can do so much stuff (running, biking, snowboarding, etc) with the camera shaking and the final video comes out looking smooth.
Battery life is good and I usually can take the camera out for a day of shooting without having to recharge. This is probably because I take a lot of short videos. The camera specs say the battery will last 81 minutes when filming in 5.7k 30, and I think that is probably accurate. I think the best thing I can say about the battery life is that I don’t have battery anxiety from it. This is a good thing! There are a lot of other features I don’t use that will make this camera valuable to others; you can use it as a webcam and you can livestream your 360 footage!
I expect good quality from Insta360, and the camera delivers. Moreover, the X3 is feels solid and imo is Insta360’s best built camera yet! I don’t leave home without this camera.
Oh, one more thing that is not about the camera but makes the camera better: the app! Insta360 has a desktop and mobile app in which you can reframe your videos and apply filters and can make special effects! To say the app is great is an understatement and it will allow you to level up your video production and content creation skills.
sul video a 360 questa ditta mille volte avanti rispetto alla concorrenza essendo gi produttore di telecamere 360 da anni nel settore industriale. fino a una settimana fa la mia insuperabile compagna di viaggio era la X2 abbinata al mio smartphone, con questa x3 pero il miracolo stato compiuto! batteria infinita, ti porta tranquillamente da mattina a sera filmando a 5.7k, i nuovi sensori da 1/2 ti fanno avere video top anche alla mattina presto o verso sera nel bosco, zero rumore video!! lo schermo davanti una figata soprattutto per l’uso a lente standard! ci puoi vloggare a 4k 30fps e fare foto come se fosse il tuo telefono perch il touch screen funziona perfettamente e velocissimo. questa senza dubbio insieme ai sensori nuovi quello che mi ha convinto a occhi chiusi a passare da x2 a x3.
l’unione dei fotogrammi usando il bastone invisibile non si vede in nessun modo altra chicca il foro nella custodia in neoprene per poterla ricaricare senza dover sfilare la sua protezione come con il precedente modello. davvero super consigliata.
Seguramente en datos tcnicos y caractersticas as lo sea, pero me faltan cosas com poder sumergirla en el agua.
He estado valorando por un tiempo adquirir la X2 sobre todo por esta caracterstica pero ha ido pasando el tiempo y han lanzado su sucesora. Y a por ella que me he lanzado.
Debo decir que se ha convertido en la cmara que llevo a todos lados porque no esta tan lejos de la edicin de una pulgada, sobre todo con buenas condiciones de luz, y por su portabilidad que es sencillamente maravilloso meterla en el bolsillo del pantaln.
En cuanto a caractersticas de grabacin cabe destacar el modo Bullet Time y HDR.
Pero para mi lo mejor que tiene es que no me tengo que preocupar si le cae agua accidentalmente o se pone a llover y no poder usarla.
La construccin tambin ha mejorado y es muy robusta, destacando la gran pantalla que le han aadido y que te permite hacer y ver cualquier cosa sin necesidad del telfono en lo que a grabacin se refiere, porque la edicin si que necesitas de su aplicacin.
Y esto es una de las cosas que siempre destaco, la aplicacin es una maravilla y funciona muy bien. Todo bien explicado y bastante intuitivo.
Muy contento con la cmara hasta el punto de pensarme si vender la RS de una pulgada.
