Bought as a Christmas gift. She loves the colour. And the mat is well made.
I LOVE this yoga mat and the material is great! Very strong, super grip, and cute af with little sparrows pointers. The only thing I did not like is the smell it has a fishy horrible smell. And in hot yoga it gets intense. Ended up using my old mat for now until it airs out. Not sure why I had this issue. Not great for the price.

Pratico yoga tutti i giorni ha una grip eccezionale questo da viaggio molto leggero e facile da portare. Io ho scelto il colore bianco ed elegantissimo. un piacere praticare yoga su questi tappeti.
Es un tapete hermoso estticamente hablando pero lo que me encant es que es antiderrapante 100% y la bolsa con la que viene es muy prctica.
OJO, slo te dira que si estas buscando un tapete acolchonado, este no es la opcin, es bastante delgado pero aporta todo lo necesario para la prctica.
Loved my pink mat. It’s lightweight. I would get a darker color if re ordering. The pink shows sweat, grease from skin pretty bad although so far it has been drying back to the right color for the most part.

Have had a Liforme yoga mat for years but was finding it very heavy to carry to classes using public transport. Recently invested in travel mat and have found it ideal and I just fold it over if I need extra cushioning.
The grip is excellent, the padding just right, and the larger size is useful too which fits with travel size too, excellent! Although the brand warns against leaving it out in the sun for too long, as this can cause the mat to degrade more quickly, and cleaning it too frequently (once every 5-10 uses is enough) or using abrasive cleaning products.

After reading the ‘top review’ that went on and on about regretting to purchase this mat because it doesn’t have any foam support, I have decided to leave a review myself. I also read reviews and have done my research before my purchase and it was very clear that this is the ‘Travel’ version and lighter/thinner than the normal version which has double the weight. I only take this one to the classes and its gripping power is fantastic. For those who wants to have more ‘foam’, buy the 4mm version instead.
J’ai essay d’autre tapis de yoga mais celui-l a une adhrence au sol et pour les mains et les pieds totale. Je me sent stable sur ce tapis et je peux travailler mais tirements en scurit. Il est mince par rapport mon autre tapis qui tais plus pais. Je le glisse donc sous mon tapis neuf quand j’ai besoin de plus de confort. Le sac de transports est gnial et pratique quand je part faire du yoga en nature.

Ok – I never bought an expensive yoga mat before. I’ve always had Gaia brand annnnd my dog really likes to chew them but this! This is absolutely life changing- do yourself a favor and order it. I don’t slip ever and I love the markings for proper alignme
I bought this mat to take with me to both yoga classes and exercise classes which include some ‘stretching’ at the end. I was wanting good grip, style and ease of transport.
I love the way it looks and it has plenty of grip but is just a bit heavier than ideal. However I’m willing to put up with that. As it’s a a slightly thinner mat, being a travel mat, I also bought a knee pad because I know my knees need cushioning and thought a knee support would be easier than taking a blanket. Worked out well tonight first time out.
The mat may not be light or cheap but it is strong, non slip and does not stretch like some cheaper mats. It comes in a strong carry bag. Worth the money.
Liforme is truly the best yoga mat. It doesn’t slip under your fingers, so your downward dog is pretty steady. I find the marks useful, they indicate where to put your hands and feet for different postures. The om symbol at the top provides a good holding point to stare at in your tree pose for stability. This mat is a bit thinner than the original version so it’s lighter and smaller for travel. You can always add another cheap or borrowed matt underneath for softness.
Love this mat! Used in a hot power yoga class and despite dripping sweat there was no slippage. I also really like the lines on the mat to check my position placement. Nice that it came with a bag and overall light to carry. Not sore how it compares otherwise to the non travel other than being lighter and I believe smaller but I’m 5’8 and in a crowded class and found it to be perfect. I also love the color. I chose the orange mat.

Not going to lie…I LOVE this mat. Considering the quality of it it’s not light in weight so this is the only reason I would take away a star. Most travel mats are much lighter but due to its quality I don’t mind the extra weight. I use it as a topper for a mat that I have but also use it on carpet if I want the extra comfort. Overall, I think it deserves the hype it gets…

The stickiness alone is worth the money. If you value your yoga practice improving more than you value $125 then you should buy this mat. If you don’t see the value in yoga, then you will still be happy with the stickiness.

This is an excellent matt for hot yoga. It is not resl thick which allows me to connect with the ground for stabilization.

Ich habe bereits die normale Yogamatte und habe mir nun noch die Travel Ausfhrung gekauft. Ich liebe die Matten da sie komfortabel sind, geruchlos, nicht rutschig und auch gut aussehen. Die Markierungen sind ebenfalls sehr hilfreich. Die Transporttasche ist sehr praktisch. Die Matten sind zwar etwas teurer aber auf jeden Fall ihr Geld wert.
Muy lindo, y bien echo. Lo nico es que esta muy delgado y se siente casi, casi como si estuvieras en el piso. No tiene nada de amortiguador. Pero fuera de eso.. muy bueno.
A friend of mine posted a photo of herself on Instagram with her Liforme mat. It was so pretty and looked well-cushioned so I asked her what brand it was. When she told me, I searched for one online straight away. To be honest, I balked a bit at first when I saw the price, but decided to just bite the bullet and purchase it, and I’m glad I did. The grip, alignment, travel bag make it such a wonderful mat. I own several others workout mats but this one is by far my favourite!
fabulous finish to this yoga mat, I love the alignment marks on the mat, it is worth spending the extra money in my opinion, I practice daily and I wouldn’t be without it. I originally ordered the light version, but felt it was too thin for my knees. there was no issue in giving out a refund, and the standard one arrived and I really love it.. Highly recommended.

Arrived earlier than expected. Product as described. It’s definitely better grip than my $40ish Celsius yoga mat (as you’d hope it would be for the price difference). I didn’t realise I bought a ‘travel’ mat but the length seems fine and that was user error on my part. I use it on carpet so I don’t know how comfortable it would be on hard floors considering the thinness of it.
La he usado poco pero de momento estoy encantada con la compra. ptima en peso y tamao, cmoda para su transporte. Es realmente antideslizante, tiene muy buen agarre. A veces me sudan las manos durante la prctica y en otras esterillas me resbalaba, eso no me sucede con sta. Totalmente recomendable. Lo nico negativo a destacar es que es un poco fina, poco acolchada, pero bueno, an as me gusta mucho.
I have the full size version too, which is quite heavy, this one really is small enough to take on a plane, and even though it doesn’t look it at first, it is big enough for a six foot tall 85 kg bloke. Great grip too, but the compromise is that it has to be thin to be light, I have no probs with that, and the padding issue is not a worry to me either, but the mat can ruckle up a bit and twist up, because it is thin….that is the only concern, it is not a fault, it is a consequence of being a portable mat.
Although is a bit expensive and I have heard there are others with same anti slippery feature and cheaper (lululemon, manduka), I like this mat. Its size and weight, and I love the lines for my alignment. So good when is new because it is impossible to slide. I had another one that last ONLY 2 years with daily use. Super slippery now, I can’t use it anymore.
I’ve had this a few months and enjoy using it. It still looks new and clearly has many years in front of it. It is easy to clean and light to carry.
If you’re tall and/or broad, buy the bigger one but otherwise this is a good size and very comfortable.

Mat is great as this is the second one I have purchased. The thing I was dissatisfied with was the shipping. The box was left in the snow on the driveway even though there was a closed in porch 10 feet away.
Gute Qualitt kaum Verschlei bei mir jedoch ist ein leichtes Rutschen der Hnde und Fe kaum zu vermeiden obwohl ich eher wenig schwitze. Das Material ansich ist sehr stabil, bisher kein Verschlei an den Drehstellen der Fe zu erkennen.

I was really looking forward to buying this mat and I’m quite satisfied with it now that I’ve got it, I like the texture, it has no weird or disgusting plastic smell and I feel confident during my practice. Hope to be able to use it for years!
I bought this for my wife. She love it. It will be good if it is the same price in Germany as it is in UK site. This is the only reason it gets one star less.
Love my travel mat. Bought it as a topper for studio mats but I found the slid around when I had the lifeform mat on top. However the lifeform mat is thick enough on its own for me. Super super grippy and the alignment markers are very helpful
Used for a year and it’s been great. It doesn’t move or roll up at the ends when in use like others! Alignment markers help too

The matte surface does mark which is irritating although the marks seem to disappear by next use . Quite a heavy mat but great zip bag with shoulder strap helps. Overall glad I invested in this .

If I knew earlier gay I could by my liforme mate off Amazon I would have . The first experience was great , just took a bit of time coming from over seas to America .
I wanted this mat to travel with and while I didn’t come in time for my trip , it did come the day after lol .
It was packaged nicely and everything was legit and in tact like when I ordered directly from lifeforme.
As for the mat- it’s simply amazing! Has all the perfection as my first mat except it’s lighter and noticeably slimmer – not super slim , but slim enough that if you’re in a packed yoga class I’d opt for this over the regular one
I got the pink color and while I thought it would be a little more muted pink , it actually is a little on the hotter pink side , just a very intense pink – not bad though but not hot pink .
The grip is amazing – it pics up oils but that doesn’t affect the grip , and the oils fade. Cleans nicely . Just love this ma
THE BEST MAT EVER! I’ve owned the mat for just over a month and been practicing on it, I really like the grip and stability! Today I took a Hot class and did not use a mat towel! This mat ROCKS! I’m a “sweater” and it never lost grip. I’ll never own another mat brand!!
The lines to show where to put your hands, feet and midline makes it easy to stay centred and grounded on this non-slip mat.
Fantastic grip! The only down side of the mat is that it’s very difficult to clean. Any spray I use immediately penetrates and stays as a stain until it completely evaporates. You can’t just rub it off. I now do the dry cleaning with a micro fiber cloth.
Pretty heavy for a travel mat, but much thicker than Manduka travel mat so comfy even for my day-to-day practice.
Seems it will last long in a great shape. Non slip, amazing grip. Stays put.
I think marks and stains that come with all mats over time is a badge of honor and I enjoy those as well, so going from a dark to light color will be interesting.
I love that the lines on the lifeforme are even more grippy (without abrasion).
I’m overall, very impressed and will report back after a 3 hour hot yoga session. 😉
THE AFTER UPDATE;
It is bittersweet to inform everyone that I’m retiring my 3 y.o Lululemon mat because this lifeforme is BADA$S!!
100% recommended by one of the biggest hot yoga mat snobs you’ll ever come across.
And again I chose the travel size by choice and wouldn’t have it any other way.
so I’m not actually complaining about this but my only complaint would be is that there is zero slip with this mat. I know it’s gross but I used to use the sweat from my neck on my heel to slide into half splits or full splits… that’s not going to happen with this mat and that’s slightly disappointing. I also would rely on my sweat to allow me to widen my knees in child’s pose that also is not going to be an option with this because of how grippy and sticky this mat is. Will also cause “back suction farts” if you don’t have some kind of cloth under your back. like I said I’m not complaining about this but if I had a complaint that would be it.
I sweat a lot more than avg people and by the end of a 3 hour class period there is a slight slip.
6month update, my two complaints would be 1) the odor that’s setting into my mat.
2) But mostly that the top surface is beginning to separate from the backing. I expected this mat to hold up better for much longer. At least 3 years as comparable to Lulu. It is possible I got a bad batch Mat.
I’ll do another update in April 2020 if I’m still using it.
I have always suffered from getting quite sweaty hands. This is always worsened significantly during exercise and yoga practice. For years and years I found myself slowly gliding forward in down-dog with immense frustration… NO MORE!
This mat is amazing! There is absolutely ZERO gliding or slipping.

I love this yoga mat as it’s perfect for travelling and carrying around in airports as part of your hand luggage. I also like the various alignment markers on the mat so I will continue to use it at home and place it on top of my other, thicker mat. This mat also gives you perfect grip even when you’re practising yoga outside in a very warm climate. Although it’s quite expensive I do think it is worth it since it also comes with a great bag with a very comfortable carrying strap with additional protection for the shoulder.
Estoy muy contenta con mi esterilla, llevo menos de dos meses usndola y es de muy buena calidad, me gusta muchsimo que no resbala, que el plstico no se hace feo de los sitios de mayor apoyo (manos y pies). No le pongo 5 estrellas por que aunque saba que compraba la de viaje me pareci demasiado delgada y poco acolchada. La uso con otra esterilla de bajo y va fenomenal.
I bought this after noticing that a lot of people at my hot yoga studio seem to be using it.
I’ve been sliding around on a Manduka mat and towel at hot yoga for just over a year. No matter how well I cleaned the mat, there seemed to be no end to the sliding.
With the Liforme it’s a different story. The coating on the upper surface of the mat is extremely grippy when dry and continues to be when it gets mildly to moderately wet from sweat. At around the 30 minute mark in a hot practise it can get slightly oversaturated to the point where your hand grip can slip. At this point – I’ve found that a quick wipe with a hand/face towel helps get back to a point of sufficient grip. It seems to be that standing water on the mat is the only thing that really reduces the grip.
The alignment markings are more useful than you’d think.
The included bag is a nice touch, as is the slightly oversized dimension of the mat.
All in all – if you’re anything more than a 1 class a week yogi and you see yourself doing this for a while this is a slightly expensive but worthwhile investment.
I have used a number of different mats over the years and this is definitely the best. Your balance feels more secure, and the markings are really useful to help you make sure your position is spot on. With the travel bag it is really easy to take to class.

This is my first Liforme mat, and it is exactly what I was looking for. I love the alignment options and actually end up using them (if you’re not into that, they just make a nice design). I’m only 5’2″, but am still loving that the mat is longer and wider, providing more space to play. Solid travel mat – it rolls up nicely and is manageable for travel and flights, but still thick enough that I can use it regularly. The price is worth it for me for a really great mat that I’ll use daily and while traveling!
Make the carrier about an inch longer , myself and friends all struggle to get the mat back in.
I just tried this mat in a very sweaty yoga class and I was not slippy at all!
When I practise yoga at home, I place this mat on my old mat so that I have extra padding.
The bag that the mat comes with is designed well and it is easy to carry when I walk to classes.

As a mat, it is amazing. Absolutely no slipping. Hold very strong . I like how many design kinda guide bands and foot position and the centre
I practice hot 2-3x week. Plus a normal temp power once weekly. I’m a gal who sweats more like a man. I refuse to use a mat towel (even the ones that stay in place). The grip is fantastic even when wet! I can push more effectively in dolphin. The mat soaks up sweat so well.
This mat is super lightweight. Stores small bc of its thinness. If you need a little cushion in your mat, this isn’t the one. The texture is similar rubbery feel to a lulu or Gaiam sol. Totally different from the Jade Harmony.
If you’re still reading, my only complaint would be the design of the zipper on the bag. I was excited it came with a bag. Previously, I used my strap to store my mat. But it’s a little hard to get the mat out of the bag. I have to pinch the mat (see pic) to get it out. I’ll keep using the mat and see if I get used to using the bag.
The look and feel of the Liforme yoga matt is cool. The graphics help me place my hands and feet properly and the straight line down the middle keeps me in balance. The matt is larger, and lighter than the Matts I’ve used in the past and has tremendous grip. I practice yoga 4 times per week at a fitness center and people are asking questions and commenting on the unique look
Finde sie jedoch trotzdem berteuert, denn es gibt genug Matten mit derselben Beschichtung, die billiger sind – daher ein Stern Abzug.
I have been travelling all over South America with this mat and it’s been a pleasure all around. It’s light and strong. It also has a very good grip. I am a teacher and it has also been great to demonstrate postures alignment. I highly recommend this product.
