his product is solid, easy to put together 8 nuts spanner supplied. although i have not fired it up yet. i was impresed as soon as i took it out of the box
Very happy with the look of it, yet too actually use it.
I really like the look of this product its easy to put together and lightweight enough to move about and great to burn in and cook on, the only issue I do have is its legs they are not sturdy enough and two snapped off before I even had a chance to use it sadly due to the design being flimsy so removed the other two and it’s now stood on four bricks instead which works just fine I’m glad they came off before I used it and it wasn’t lit at the time and I do still like it its really nice to light and sit next to on chilly evenings.
It came in a quite large box but the best part is I didn’t have to install anything because the firepit is…..one piece, I mean I can remove the lid and grill part.
I am using it in the garden but I make sure I keep it on the concrete part because it get quite warm and personally I wouldn’t put it on the grass.
To make it work I just had to buy charcoal(or wood based on the preference) which I put on the bottom and out the fire on. The product comes with a long metal stick and the purpose of that is to mix the charcoal but I mainly use it to remove the lid(I think this is what is called the top part) because it gets really really hot.
In terms of build in quality, the pit is made from metal and has an interesting paint design which can be cleaned with water and dish soap. It is not that heavy, probably around 7 kg and I think one important thing is that the length of the legs is more than enough to leave a bit of space between the pit and ground.
It is a very relaxing feeling to stay in the evening outside when it is a bit chill and warm up with this pit and fry marshmallows this is why per general I consider I made a good decision buying this product.
