Really good for that money. Comfortable and ergonomic easy to use
I’m a Playstation fan, honestly I don’t particularly like the XBox, but this is undoubtedly my favourite controller, I even bought an attachment so I can use it on my Playstation. It’s perfectly engineered with literally zero deadzone on the triggers or analog sticks.
One small negative thing I need to mention is that the buttons are kind of noisy when pressed, I think this would be irritating for anyone in the same room, even on the other side of the room.
With things like this you get what you pay for, this is worth the little extra you would pay over a cheaper lower brand model…the buttons are very comfy in the hands/fingers
The haptic feedback on this is very high, I did not realise just how strong it was going to be
It was cheaper than the other official controllers so I’m over the moon.
Love xbox controllers, I have large hands but find them the best controller I’ve used.

Great product. Was a bday gift for my pal and he loves it. It’s responsive, dual sticks are nice and firm and not loose, all buttons are responsive and don’t stick. The dongle is a mad thing to get used to, but that’s fine, just a different thing ya need to do when goin backwards and forwards from houses. But yeh it’s all good.

Great pad although windows Bluetooth can be a bit of a pain sometimes, the reason I’m writing this review is it states 2 batteries are included and they are not, myself and my dad both bought one no batteries in eithe
Although this is advertised for PC, this works perfectly for XBOX One. The textured finish is nicer than standard controllers too.
Really happy on the surface let’s just see how long it lasts not down to an Amazon or seller problem just down to Xboxes inability to make a long-lasting controller lol

Does what it says on the tin. Official controller, nice long lead that connects directly to a USB 2.0 / 3.0+ port. Can be used in all Windows 10 games that I have came across so far! Well made, great product.
Bought this from the amazon warehouse, came in its original box, which was perfect, the controller was actually looked brand new and everything was there, plugged into the pc and worked straight away, absolutely Brilliant.
Good quality product so 5 stars but it is a typically overpriced product from Microsoft. I would buy cheaper if I knew the quality was as good as this one (which it probably is).

Bought this for use on a PC. Works fine via cable and wireless Bluetooth which is great. Controller itself is good and feels solid like the old 360 ones. Has good accuracy on sticks like the old Xbox 360 ones. No issues so far. Good quality controllers.
Yeah so the controller feels great, and works well, but I bought it for use on a flight with an Android device, only to realize that there aren’t any batteries in the thing by default. So you can plug it in and use it, but if you were hoping to use it wirelessly as well, make sure you buy batteries. Or you’ll find yourself sad on a flight to Canada without anything but the dilapidated inflight advertisement boxes to keep you entertained.
Amazingly good and smooth interface, grip and polished exterior. It looks a lot better compared to the Play Windows Controller for Xbox One I was using and has the Bluetooth feature as well for easier handling without the wire. I’ve used it with the wire so far as I don’t have batteries but will check that today or tomorrow. It works perfectly and without a stutter. The controls feel a lot better in my hand.
Only bought this for my PC because it came with a wire and I am very happy.
This upgraded controller is much better than my original Xbox 360 controller. The actual controls are improved and the D pad is more direct. It comes with a very long detachable USB cable. I am very pleased.
I bought the product for gaming and find this new design more comfortable to hold an use.
That is, my first controller that has all the buttons working properly. Tried to buy controllers on the cheap a few times in the past — all of them had problems. Finally, with this one, I own a properly working controller!
Took me a while to figure out how to hold the thing properly though but that’s probably cause I’m a controller noob

Came in very good packaging, extremely secure as per expected. Box was easy to open, and clearly factory quality. The controller works flawlessly upon plugging it in. It even arrived three days earlier than expected. Great seller and product, would recommend.

Newer bt model, seems more plasticky/less durable than steam controller but pairs well with steam link.
I purchased this as I had been using a wired XB 360 controller for many years, and I felt it was time to upgrade to an XB One controller–while deciding to go wireless. I have a stockpile of rechargeable AA batteries on-hand, and will only see myself using the cable for configuring and/or firmware updates.
When I initially bought this, I kept getting asked to enter PIN when trying to pair it with my PC. Turns out, after doing some digging, that you really need a Bluetooth 4.0 dongle. I was using a cheap-o dongle that I bought from a well-known discount/variety shop that sells everything for 1, maybe 6 years or more ago, and was/is likely Bluetooth 2.0. I ended up ordering, and recommend Mpow Bluetooth 4.0 USB Dongle Adapter, Bluetooth Transmitter Receiver Supports Windows 10, 8, 7, Vista XP 32/64 Bit Laptop PC for Bluetooth Speaker, Headset, Keyboard, Mouse and More, Plug and Play . My review should show up there too. But hey, thanks to Amazon Prime 1-day delivery, I didn’t have to wait that long.
After finally getting it paired up with new dongle and no issues, ready to go–I did a few runs with “Mass Effect: Andromeda”, “Assassin’s Creed: Origins”, “Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty” (with the controller fix, and a few patches), “Star Wars: The Force Unleashed Ultimate Edition”. I’ve also tried out a few other games with the key mapping software Padstarr, with the success being good.
The feeling, layout, and tactile response is a dream in comparison to the Xbox 360 controller, in my opinion. I haven’t experienced any noticeable latency while playing games thus far.
I only ask myself “why didn’t I get this sooner?”.
I already have a wired controller with a 3.5mm jack for using xbox chat with friends while gaming, and for the directional sound feature on games like fortnite. I only bought this as a spare controller or to play some offline multiplayer with friends, but mine came with a 3.5mm jack as well, which was not even listed in the product description. Very pleased with this but will update my review if I experience any problems with the controller.
No need for extra software – you just need bluetooth

I’ve never owned an Xbox but these are my favourite PC controllers.
Worked without me having to download anything extra, (I’ve got Win10) and it works without batteries in if you use it wired.
You’d need a receiver to use it wireless though.
If you are concerned that this controller is wireless and the cable like the old X360 controller play and charge kits only charge the battery. Don’t be.
This controller works on the PC without any batteries and just like a standard fused wired controller. You plug it in and it just works. Perfect with Windows 10.
You also have the option of putting in batteries and connecting it up via Bluetooth if you do want wireless.
The controller was delivered in perfect condition and on time.
The controller works and feels perfect and you will not be disappointed in your purchase.
This is the only place i could find this bundled with the PC cable so thank you very much works perfectly with windows 10.

No chargeable battery included, but it does include a charging cable. Not sure why not to just include the battery. Had to buy it separately at 20, which came with a charging cable too. Would rather have just paid for everything in one unit.
The controller is very good, currently I have not found any faults with it. Compared to my F710, I found it more comfortable to hold and more responsive. As an added extra, I could play without the disconnection problems I had while playing ingame with the older wireless controller. The option for wireless play is there with the Xbox One controller but I’m likely to stick with playing with the wire connected.
There is one Minor issue I’d like to point out but it’s not much of a problem for me and more to do with how this controller is advertised, not with the product itself.
This controller is advertised on the product information that it comes with AA Alkaline Batteries. There were no batteries that came with the controller. I checked the box the controller was in and there’s nothing inside to suggest that the product officially comes with the batteries.
Either the batteries are packaged separately and were missed out by mistake or it’s a case of incorrect product information.
So if you plan on using this controller wirelessly, be prepared to spend some extra cash for the AA batteries unless you already have some at home.
Other than that, I’m overall happy with this purchase.
