Heater works well, takes up little space and useful remote control. The digital controls aren’t as simple as say just having 2 knobs (obviously), but it doesn’t take long to get the settings how you want and learn how to use it.
Probably not up to being a main source of heat during cold winter but useful reinforcement for small areas.
Packaging of the legs in polystyrene was not very obvious and I had to contact the suppliers toclarify where they were.They said this was a common phone call and told me where to look.
The controls for the heater are on the front,and the onoff switch is underneath.\\\\\\\\\bearing in mind these are skirting board heaters this makes more difficulty than if these controls were positioned on the top surface. I had to lift them up and put them on work surface to make the required settins
What I like about this heater is part from it’s got a remote which works really well is it’s got high medium and low heat than what I do I’ve got a little man cave which is really well insulated so once it’s reached temperature I turn it on to the low mark which I think is only about 300 W and it maintains the temperature constantly as long as I don’t open any doors or windows it’s also got a timer on it and it’s completely silent so yeah works well
Easy to modify to wall mount, great to top up heat without turning on the heating system
Just what i needed with the 3 Heat settings. 300/700/1000. I use the 300 setting to take the cold bite out of the the air. It takes about 15 mins to get to the full heat output but very suprising how much heat it emits. Glad i got it.
Thermostat works well, heater cuts off when temperature reached. Easy to use remote control and runs noiselessly.Looks good. Only drawback is the short wire to the plug (about 5feet) do you can’t always put the heater where you want if there isn’t a nearby socket.

The first delivery was faulty – we couldn’t get the system to set. Complained and Mylex sent a replacement which arrived next day. Amazing service – highly commended.
I purchased this heater in December 2020, it has been fabulous up until now May 2021, 5 months of trouble free operation.
The issue being the remote has failed quite disappointed!!

Very handy for warming up our small conservatory, great to leave on thermostat over night, to keep it at a constant heat. Fits well along the skirting board.

Sits on tile in front of my French Doors and at a lot timed setting keeps the windows and doors free from inside condensation and keeps the room warmer – pays for itself as you will most likely be able to drop the room or radiator thermostat a little. Would also be great for a shed / garage or greenhouse.

Purchased one of these for my elderly parents downstairs toilet as it didn’t have a heater. After fitting to the outside wall, wow what a difference it’s made, they are very happy. My only very small complaint was that it didn’t come with batteries to operate the remote control!
Simple to use straight out of the box as everything can be adjusted off the front panel.

The problem with a floor mounted display screen is just that. Really difficult to read without stooping or kneeling. Overall good but too many optional settings which I have difficulty in choosing without a close view of the screen.
This was a brilliant buy. I have a 3 storey house and the top lounge does not get very warm so this just takes the chill off on a cold night…would definitely recommend.
Has it got rid of the cold draught in my living room ? Yes, it has. The room is now very cosy.
I particularly like the temperature display, together with the remote control which allows you to alter the heat output, up or down. Very convenient, but don’t lose the remote control !!
Do I recommend this product ? Yes, I do.
I like the fact that it has a timer, because even if I forget the heater on it will turn automatically when the programmed time is reached. I will get another one for my living room window.

The first heater I received didn’t work, however the customer service team were fantastic. They responded almost immediately to my email and sent labels for me to send back the faulty heater. I received the new heater 2 days later and it works like a dream.
Would have liked a built in clock timer instead of the hour timer, and would have been happy to pay a bit more.
Produces giod heat, ideal for what i wanted which was to heat up an area between the sofa and patio doors as that is where the cold air comes in. Sleek so is unnoticeable where it sits. Could potentially heat up a larger area i imagine but.

This heater was for our kitchen extension that has a large glazed section. It has definitely helped to keep the chill out! Easy to install and use. I am very pleased with it.
It has a handy timer setting to either turn heater on OR off in the set number of hours (one day only), which I have not needed to use up to now.
Beware that the feet are packed in one of the end pieces of foam. I did not see them , but the seller was very quick to let me know when I asked where they were. Found the seller very helpful.
Seems sturdily made and looks sleek and unobtrusive. The controls are very easy to operate either via the touch control panel or the remote control; have only used it briefly (to test that it works) but I think it will be ideal for my conservatory.
The after sales service were fantastic, they responded to our enquiry immediately & resolved our problem within 48 hours of us contacting them.
