Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI got this for loft access. The guy who used it to check timbers (I.e. a pro) asked where I got it – he wanted one! It’s remarkably good.

Was looking for a loft ladder. Ended up getting this as wanted something for garden to get up the the gutters to clear and clean windows. This is compact and not too heavy for the height it goes up to.

Would have cost me about the same to buy a loft ladder so glad I went for this optio

Great product, easy to transport and compactable to fit in any car boot.
Very sturdy on the ground and against surfaces at the top, both have rubber grippers.
Extends and retracts easily, locks into position automatically and feels safe when using.
This is a well- made product, using quality materials, would recommend it to anyone.

    – I bought the 12.5 foot ladder, which is long enough to reach about half way up the house wall. Ideal for the job of installing some security cameras and associated wiring.

    – It is far easier to use than a normal fixed ladder. It is flexible, but very sturdy and I feel more confident climbing this than the usual fixed aluminium ladder.

    – it is heavy enough and the feet have enough grip to give real confidence in using it.

    – Honestly, I’m scared of heights and felt absolutely fine using this to do work at the top of the ladder.

    – It automatically locks as it extends and is easy to fold down again.

    – Easy to store and folds down to maybe 2 feet tall.

I can’t recommend this highly enough (pun not really intended).

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersDoes what it says on the box. Arrived very quickly and is in good condition! Steps are fairly big between rungs – some may struggle with the step size. As some others have mentioned, it sometimes gets stuck when trying to collapse the ladder – nothing a lot of wriggling won’t fix but I can foresee this becoming an ongoing irritation.

Heat ladder for the money. Solved a problem about getting into a shed roof.

I’ve not given 3×5 stars because I’m not light and it’s the telescoping mechanism is not the heavy duty steel that would make me feel safe

This is a fine ladder with one caution. When lowering it the pieces tend to snap down very, very quickly so keep your fingers well out of the way. It’s also a tad heavy.

They are very sturdy so feel safe going into my attic. They are very tall which is brilliant. They are quite heavy to carry when they are closed which isn’t a problem for me but just if you stuggle to pick heavy things up but great product. Very happy with my purchase.

For the price I think this is good value, for occasional use. It took my 90Kg weight and felt very solid. My only issue is that on collapsing it you have to be very careful of fingers. The last section closes very quickly!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI tried the ladders once and although it was easy to open but closing it wasn’t that easy to let it down without moving my fingers out the way sharpish… In addition as I’m not one for ladders I felt a little unsafe claiming up and getting down… I need wider steps and more sturdiness. I’m sure to a less weighter person and more confidence the steps would be fine.

Great quality ladders, i had a similar set before & they got lost, so ordered these to replace them. These work so much better than my original ones which use to be difficult to push in the slider buttons to lower the ladder sections. Would definitely recommend these.

I wanted a compact but good length ladder to paint the stairwell walls and ceiling at my mother’s small house. This fit the bill perfectly, easy to transport and manoeuvre into place. It’s a bit more flexible when extended than a regular aluminium extension ladder, hence my 4 stars for sturdiness, but I felt perfectly safe on it. Very easy and quick to extend and use.

My husband brought this ladder to use while decorating our hall and stairs. He really likes it finding it fit for purpose as it’s light and easy to move. He is also going to use it as a loft ladder as our loft access is near the stairs and this ladder makes getting up there much safer.

Easy to extend and use. Felt a little weak towards the top. But did the job and nice and compact to put away.

Beware when using in wet conditions though. I slipped off one of the steps luckily bottom one on to grass. There are no rubber grips on the steps. Just metal so slippy when wet. Also after getting wet the plastic clips that lock each step become stiff. Mind fingers too, when it drops down as release each step to put away it hurts like hell when you trap a finger (my fault) lol.

Very sturdy and secure but very weighty. You quickly find a way to put them away safely after a few near misses with fingers as they close very quickly.

Wasn’t really sure what to expect, I’ve used it once only. Sturdy, easy to use, there is a nice click to each step locking in place as you extend the ladder. A detailed instruction pamphlet included along with stickers n the ladder it self. Pleased with the purchase, hope it lasts although my usage would be very light.

I ordered this as I couldn’t get into my loft. I don’t want to get a loft ladder fitted as I’m not hoping to stay at my property for much longer. This ladder is great. I can next get up into my loft easily and the ladder is nice and small to put away in my cupboard when I’m not using it. Very handy.

Truly great. Very solid; a bit scary when you’re collapsing it, you really need to keep your fingers away due to the weight of the sections, but it’s brilliant and I’m glad to have it. You need to be a bit careful when putting it up by doing a quick pull test every few rungs to check that they’ve all ‘clicked’, otherwise one side will snag as you start to climb past any that hadn’t clicked in – but this happens infrequently and is just one facet of using a ladder like this. Buy with confidence!

Golden Review Award: 14 From Our UsersWhen we were discussing buying new ladders, we both had different ideas of where and when we’d use them; my partner was thinking outdoors, cleaning windows etc. I however was more interested in decorating, access to the attic, curtain hanging etc. So basically we needed ladders of multiple length, and the flimsy outdoor ladders and the step ladders used indoors definitely needed replacing.
After a search I found these ladders that can be adjusted to the different heights that we want, extending up to approx.10.5ft. I have purchased from this company ‘Nestling’ before, so was confident I would get a quality item at a reasonable price; which is certainly the case here. Outdoors they reach to the upper windows, and I we can adjust them by lifting up one rung at a time, before locking into place.
The base of the ladders has rubber caps to avoid sliding, and as long as we ensure the rungs are locked in place before putting a foot on them, they feel super secure, indoors or out. Now they are portable, but not as light as the aluminium step ladders, but as that makes them far more sturdy, we are happy with that. Lifting them up and carrying upstairs, for instance, is ease enough using both hands; and setting up and securing them, done in minutes.
We always seem to be short of is space; yes we have a shed and a garage but they are always full; so the fact that these ladders fold down into a compact flat pack is also very helpful.
Since we purchased them just over a week ago, they have been used numerous times, mainly by my partner outdoors, and have proved to be an excellent purchase. Strong, secure, compact for storage, and portable.
We are both really pleased with these multi length, and therefore multi-purpose ladders; recommended.

    Very Useful Multi Length Ladders

Bought to access my 2 lofts which are set at different ceiling heights. These are more practical than buying 2 fixed loft ladders. The ability to adjust the height using as much or little you need makes them perfect for decorating. I bought the 3.8m version but in collapses to approx 85cm. For me a ideal storage height which i can tuck in a corner.
I’ve found the ladders sturdy, there’s no wobble from the rails when its extended. I’m pleased with them

It is always very difficult to tell how good a product is from advertisements. However, other people’s review of this ladder were excellent so bought it on the strength of these reviews.
I was not disappointed; in fact I was delighted with my purchase that provides me with a very sturdy collapsable ladder than can easily be stored away and very easy to extend and collapse. The quality of materials is also second to none and feels so safe and strong when using it.
I would high recommend this produc

from the moment I opened the box I could tell that these were a solid sturdy set of steps. Some ive looked at felt light and flimsy but these give confidence just by the weight and quality feel. They are not overly heavy but some may find them slightly heavier than they imagined. Very easy to erect and lower, with plenty of information on how not to trap and injure fingers and hands . Would definitly recomend this ladder. Easy to store away

This is a very easy ladder to use, its quick to set up and bring down, easy to carry. The only problem I have found is that on a slight slope the ladder will twist slightly, once you realise that then you can cope with this. Generally this is useful for reaching heights up to 4metres.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought the 2m version of this after years of balancing on wheel arches trying to tie down loads on my various vehicles. OMG! What a change. It folds to a very portable size, but unfolds to a full 2m height. This is ample to allow me to angle it safely while the top rests against my roof-rack. It’s light enough to move around the car with one hand and allows you to lean forwards without having to try to hang onto something to keep you in place. It is a very safe and convenient way of speeding up the process of securing luggage or loads to a car. My car is the Discovery Sport, so this 2m version should suit any vehicle in the medium 4×4 category. If I had the full size Disco, I would have gone for the 2.6m one, but I have no plans to change cars, so didn’t need the extra capacity or want the extra size to store away.

Golden Review Award: 24 From Our UsersI’m not one for writing reviews normally but I felt I had to on this occasion as this ladder is just plain brilliant! As a project for my reduced hours during COVID to 4 days a week, I decided to make use of this time to decorate the entire house which badly needed it seeing as my lovely man has absolutely no patience or interest in that matter for decorating himself… 🙂 Project has been on-going for 3 months now and upstairs plus half of downstairs is complete. My nemesis was always going to be the stairwell/hall/upper landing as I’m not massively tall for a girlie and we only have step ladders which would no way fit or reach the 3m height I needed. After research, I took the plunge and bought the 3.2m version of this ladder – so glad I did. It arrived very promptly, is actually really light to manoevre and pops up in seconds. When you use it, it does flex slightly – I’m 5ft 7 and 8.5 stones – but it’s not an alien feeling – you still feel secure. Consequently, it got me to the far reaches of the ceiling and walls for perfect cutting in with complete safety. Getting it back down is very simple if you do what the instructions tell you and there’s enough hazard warnings on each rung – close it with the locking buttons facing you and the warnings ensure you keep your fingers clear. Can’t rate this ladder highly enough – very impressed with my decorating finish as a result. Thank you!

I bought the 3.8m ladders to complete a decorating job. Easy to carry around when compact and easy to extend.
I am 5`4″ and found the length between each rung slightly larger than a normal ladder so I had to be careful climbing down the ladder. You have to be really careful lowering the ladder so as not to trap your fingers!!! Definitely wouldn`t have passed British safety standards. But otherwise it is a good handy ladder for the price.

Excellent product. Would highly recommend. I had been a bit concerned after reading reviews about the steps contracting back down after use and being “dangerous” to possible trapped fingers. But to be honest if you just take your time and make sure your hands are gripping further down you develop a common sense technique to safely fold up the ladders after use. Each time I have used the ladders the whole experience gets that much easier. Good value too if you make sure you get the correct measurement / ladder for you.

Bought this to reach roof windows in my house. Does the job perfectly. Gave it 4 stars as I think the Velcro should be the full length of the strap, allowing the unextended rungs to be held together, if not fully extended. It is a small issue, the ladder itself works well and is sturdy enough

  51. Anonymous says:

     United Kingdom 🇬🇧

Heavier than I thought it might be but that’s part of it being so sturdy. It does what it says on the tin in terms of being easily storable and easy to operate and I was impressed with how sturdy it was in carrying my weight. My only comment is that despite it being a great set of ladders, it does not stop you from being afraid of heights. Damn I was like jelly on the 3rd truss. 😉

I bought these to keep in an airing cupboard for easy access to our loft and I was sick of lugging traditional 2-way aluminium step ladders through the house and up the stairs. I wasn’t sure what size I needed and probably over-estimated but better that than end up with a pair too small.

This ladder is incredibly easy to set up (much easier than wrangling with my existing ladders) and although there’s a bit of flex when extended it certainly doesn’t feel unsafe. The rungs are wide and sturdy and it has good stable feet as well.

It is very easy to collapse down to its compact size but the warnings plastered everywhere to watch your fingers are very appropriate – it would be very easy to trap a finger as the rungs drop down and they do so with venom. I wouldn’t recommend letting kids use these! Once collapsed they fit nicely in the airing cupboard taking up much less space than a conventional ladder.

Overall though – absolutely great and does exactly what I wanted. Incidentally the week after these arrived I had builders in constructing a conservatory and I was pleased to see they had the exact same ladders so if its good enough for professionals they are good enough for me!

This telescopic ladder seems good so far, they feel very sturdy but heavy so you have to be very careful when collapsing them as they can drop quickly because of the weight. They also came with the worst Chinese translated instructions that once you have got past all the health and safety warnings (which are very clear) don’t tell you much at all. Fortunately they are simple enough to use.

  54. Anonymous says:

     United Kingdom

I purchased this because I was getting fed up of dragging the normal ladder out of the garage to wherever I needed it, plus with this one being telescopic does mean it can be used inside the house to change light-bulbs or general maintenance when the norma 3 tier unit isn’t tall enough and the full size ladder is too long and unwieldy.

This telescopic ladder is made from aluminium and seems very sturdy, it’s very easy to adjust the steps to suit the job in hand.

I don’t envisage using this ladder very much so it’s very handy to be able to collapse it when not in use.

    Highly recommended.

I don’t have much storage space at home so historically I’ve had to store ladders at the end of the garden, which is very inconvenient if we need to grab something from the loft. These ladders are small enough to store in a cupboard or under our sofa, but sturdy enough for the job. Very impressed with how easy they are to use, although I’ve given 4* because taking them down does involve taking risks with your fingers – they slam down pretty aggressively so beware! Other than that, there are perfect for me needs and I would recommend.

  56. JoyRingler says:

Good price. Despite what some of the reviews say it’s really easy to extend and collapse – I’ve not had any issues with it closing by itself, because you can hear the latches click shut.

It flexes a little under weight, which is why I say it’s good for light use. If you want to get to the top rungs (or you’re especially large) I would advise a taller ladder or not a telescopic one.

For occasional DIY use around the house, this is perfect (I also use it to get in the loft as required).
