This is the fourth set of handwarmers that I have purchased from this company, not to say that anything is wrong with my other three and I use them all every day of the week and I have several pairs in each pocket to keep me warm when out and about.

The set is amazing as it’s two individual handwarmers that fit nicely And snuggly inside each hand, and allows you to hold it and Wall at the same time instead of having to swap hands with the individual ones.

I would 100%. Recommend these over any other brand as I have just checked and I bought my first one in 2021 and it’s still going strong.
This is quite amazing as it’s something I use every day for around eight months of the year and still be running and holding a charge all the time later is simply amazing. Amazing.

I decided to get some hand warmers to help my aching fingers, and I’m pleased to say it seems to work. Ocoopa seemed to be a popular brand, with many reviews on YouTube, they had two models I was interested in, UT2S and UT2S Mini, and despite the plethora of reviews of the (presumably older) UT2S, I struggled to find any comparisons between the two, even on the manufacturers own website. So, I bought both. Attached to this review you’ll find the first and only side by side photos and direct comparison on this planet, to my knowledge…

    UT2S.
    Good points
These are well made, with a metal casing, presumably aluminium. They can also act as a phone powerbank, and each one has a 5000mAh battery.

    Bad points
I didn’t like the long flappy rubber covers over the charging ports; from experience with similar products they’ll flap around loosely until you get fed up and rip them off completely. Pointless.
The more squared off edges of this model made them less comfortable to hold in the hands. I’m an average male with fairly large hands (I play bass guitar) and I expect that people with smaller hands will find these even less comfortable to hold.
They actually get TOO hot. The way both of these warmers work at lower heat settings is that instead of regulating the voltage to the (presumably) heater elements, they simply cycle the power on and off. UT2S has 4 heat settings, and at 2, 3 and 4 it felt the same – too hot to hold comfortably. That was indoors, so in fairness they may be more comfortable outside in colder air. So its basically got 2 settings — 1 = not quite warm enough, and 2,3,4 = too hot.

    UT2S mini (UT3055)
    Good points
These are presumably a newer design and fix some of the issues of its bigger brother. The rubber flaps are gone, instead the charging ports are on the mating faces so when snapped together in a pocket they’re protected from dirt and fluff.
The shape is more rounded, and that plus being slightly smaller (see side by side photos) makes these far more comfortable to hold.
The UT2S Mini still cycles heat to regulate, but the hottest setting is thankfully not quite as hot as the UT2S, and the lower heat settings seem better controlled
UT2S Minis are lighter, but I didn’t find the bigger ones too heavy either really.
    Bad points
Battery in the Mini is/are smaller at 2600 mAh (x2) so mathematically you’d expect them to last half as long. I haven’t tested battery life but I played around with the Minis all day yesterday, not constantly on all the time though, and they hadn’t run out by the evening. For my use I don’t foresee the shorter battery life being a problem. but if you’re hiking up mountains away from electricity for days, this may be more of an issue for you.
Body is plastic rather than metal, so may not be as hard wearing over time. Also, the minis have a strange sweet plasticky smell, not unpleasant but I hope it goes away.
The minis lack the USB-A socket of the UT2S so can’t be used as a power bank. Again, that wasn’t important to me.

In summary, the UT2S Mini is the keeper, and the UT2S older/bigger model is going back.

I saw these on a TV programme and thought they looked ideal for the cold weather. They are so easy to charge have 4 different heat levels and make a huge difference to being outside. They are excellent hand warmers, jacket pocket warmers, trouser warmers or just hand held. I have now bought four to give to various friends including someone on a farm and a friend who works outdoors. As there are two in the box they are extremely good value. I recommend them without hesitatio

Was a bit worried about the battery after reading some reviews as it seems some people got some duds, but all good here so far. Instructions say to use the low output cables provided and your own 2A USB charger plugs, which I did and everything charged fine. Took about 3hrs to charge to max from empty when they arrived. Would be nice if they came with a splitter cable so you only needed one plug, but I had 2 spare plugs so not a huge issue just a little cumbersome on space. Heaters worked great once charged. Very hot. Tried to leave them on max to see how long the battery would last, but that got too hot for me. I found Level one is fine for normal use. Although they noticeably do heating and cooling cycles so sometimes they feel much warmer than others. I really like the big size tho and the way you can curve your fingers around each unit. The 2 halves stick together if needed but with this big model that feels unnecessary to me, however individually the 2 heaters are great, even for larger hands. They are a little bulky in the pocket but no worse than a car fob and a bunch of keys. Got about 5 hrs out of the first use after several hrs on max to start. So battery life isn’t bad. Overall really happy. Very handy and easy to use and just a joy to be able to warm up cold hands in bitter winter temperatures. Will see how the battery holds up.

First class pair of hand warmers, starts warming in just 3seconds and with 4 heat settings warming to over 55 Celsius with simple USB charging and each unit providing up to 8 hours of use these are a must have for the winter. They also have a useful second function of being two 5000mAh power banks which could also be useful on a winters walk. The seem very well made with an aluminium case which are magnetic so can be clicked together for a larger single unit. Work well seem well designed and offer great value for money. Recommended.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI’ve battled the cold winter months with two Zippo handwarmers that runs on liquid fuel. The first one lasted 20 runs and the second lasted less than 10 before failing. Now, I can confidently say that I’ve found a better option in the Ocoopa UT2s Hand Warmer. It’s electric, which means there’s no longer any need to fuss with fuel whenever it runs out – you can even turn it off! No messing around trying to remove the Oxygen from a Zippo by using a ziplock bag etc.

The first thing that stood out to me about this hand warmer is its simplicity. All you have to do is charge it up and it’s good to go for hours on end. It also gets pretty hot and even has three different temperature settings. Whether you want a gentle warm or an intense heat, this handwarmer has got you covered.

This handy piece of machinery also doubles as a power bank. Which is great for people who spend a lot of time outside and need their phone on them in case of emergency situations.

The Ocoopa UT2’s ergonomic design makes it easy to hold and use. It’s like the Lamborghini of hand warmers. This first-rate device feels sturdy and reliable, which are definitely qualities you’d look for in something that’ll be generating heat – I have no concerns leaving this charging at home.

With its handy LED display this hand warmer does more than just generate heat. You can also see the current temperature setting and battery life. So you won’t have to guess when it’s time to charge.

If you’re someone who spends a lot of time outside in the winter, then this hand warmer will change everything for you. The convenience, safety, and versatility makes it a good investment overall. I’m happy I made the switch from traditional liquid-fueled ones and wholehearted suggest anyone looking for a better way to keep their hands warm do the same.

5.0 out of 5 stars Better than Zippo, when you go electric, you won't go back!

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThese kept my fingers from falling on in the winter, they can be stuck together for one big hand warmer, or pulled apart for two smaller hand warmers for each hand. The battery life is great, but not last as long if you set them to maximum heat. I wish these were USB C, but use Micro USB B instead, and each one has to be charged separately. Apart from that nitpick, overall this is a great pickup for anyone who wants to avoid frostbite this winter.

The OCOOPA Rechargeable Hand Warmers have quickly become my go-to winter companion. This 2-pack of magnetic electric hand warmers has exceeded my expectations in every way possible.

    Pros:

Remarkable Heat Output: These hand warmers are incredibly effective at generating heat. The three heat settings provide customizable warmth, ensuring I’m comfortable in any chilly situation.

Long-Lasting Battery Life: I’m consistently impressed with how long these hand warmers last on a single charge. Even on the highest setting, they keep my hands toasty for hours, making them perfect for outdoor activities or long commutes.

Magnetic Closure: The magnetic design is a game-changer. It allows me to attach the hand warmers to my jacket, belt, or any metal surface, ensuring they stay in place and freeing up my hands for other tasks.

Multi-Purpose Design: These hand warmers aren’t just for your hands. They can also serve as power banks for your devices, which has come in handy more times than I can count.

Compact and Portable: The slim, ergonomic design of these hand warmers fits comfortably in my hands and pockets. They’re incredibly easy to carry around, making them a must-have during winter outings.

Quick Recharge Time: When the battery runs low, the hand warmers recharge quickly. This means I can be back to enjoying their cozy warmth in no time.

In conclusion, the OCOOPA Rechargeable Hand Warmers have become an indispensable part of my winter routine. Their efficient heat output, long battery life, and versatile design make them a standout product. While a battery indicator would be a nice addition, it doesn’t detract from their overall performance. These hand warmers are a fantastic investment for anyone looking to stay warm and comfortable during the colder months. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

These are nicely made warmers that look pretty cool but feel pretty hot (obviously!). You can adjust the heat level easily and these are superb for long winter walks or doing activities such as fishing or spectating outdoors etc when the cold starts to seep through the warmest of gloves. It’s nice that you can share and that they snap together too. I’ll be taking these to the football soon!

Winter is around the corner and what is better than having warm hands in cold days outside. Gloves doesn’t really help and keeping hands in the pocket helps a bit but not for long. With these 2 hand warmers you can forget about uncomfortable gloves and enjoy being outside. Christmas market soon, snow and you can use them while you walking outside, during regular walk in park, camping, or maybe you working outside and these can literally save your fingers.

Both hand warmers arrived with their own charging cable and 1 pouch to store them when not in use. They are sleek, solid and super practical. Each have 5000mAh build in rechargeable battery on board with option to use it as power bank for your phone. There is only 1 control button to turn them ON/OFF as well change level of heat and check battery level. They snap together with strong magnet which is actually cool since you can use it as one warmer or simply to not loose them and keep together.

In my case i had it on hottest level and after around 20 minutes it get hot only to 42 celsius. Honestly it was more than enough, felt super hot, too hot to hold for long so needed to drop level to 2. Very powerful and neat hand warmers. Great for price.

    Super hot and very practical

These work well as both a hand warmer and power bank. The hand warmer function takes a few minutes to get going but the highest setting is very warm when it reaches temperature. It’s still a bit strange to me though to have both of these together in one. Normally, I’d be worried about a power bank becoming warm/hot and I’m not sure if its that niggling doubt but I’m always very careful with these. I never leave them on charge unless I’m nearby and always triple check they’re turned off I’ve finished using them.

In terms of functionality they work as advertised and are very easy to hold. They are quite heavy though and a little bulky. If you’re more interested in the power bank function I’d say get a dedicated power bank. For me these are mainly used as a hand warmer and the power bank side is only there for emergencies.

I like the way that they snap together with a magnet as well.

You have to charge them individually though which is a bit of a pain.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersSo the description states this is a:-
OCOOPA Hand warmers rechargeable 2 Pack. Magnetic electric hand warmer, 16 Hrs warmth 4 levels heat up to 62.7c / 145f. USB-C portable charger 10000mAh, raynauds, golf, tech gifts for men, union UT2s ~ Magtwins.

Rechargeable magnetic hand warmers with a memory setting, that can also be used as a battery bank.

Depending on which temperature setting you use to how long it will last but its approximately 3 to 8 hours per pack they say.

Also because these can also be used as a power banks, I found that takes a lot more of the usage time than the heat setting only.
I just wonder, which came first, the battery pack idea or the heat pads idea… Is one just a byproduct of the original idea..

My mother has Rynards disease which is bad circulation and hands often go white and freezing cold.
So far we have been using these at home, but if we got a hospital appointment /Dr’s or even food shopping I make sure they’re fully charged and pop them in our coat pocket ready for when needed.

The price at the time of this review is 36.99, which is a high price, but they are high quality.

These hand warmers are the most ergonomic I have found so far. They look aesthetically pleasing and are so comfortable to hold. They charge fairly quickly. Initially I thought they weren’t very warm to hold but I just had to be patient and wait that bit longer and then they were surprisingly hot. I liked that the warmers could be used individually or using the magnets as one. It is a nice feature that they can also double up as memory banks.

  30. JodiMoralez says:

     United Kingdom

Each of these two hand warmers need to be separately charged. Two USB cables are included in the box. What is a shame is the two are made so they can be combined together to form a bigger hand warmer but this combined hand warmer cannot be completely charged via a single cable. Either a multiple socket charger is needed or separate chargers. Charging via an external USB socket will be a very slower process. Four LED lights show the charge amount remaining and these also double up to show the 4 levels of heat and which heat setting is in use.

It is great the USB cables are USB C and each hand warmer has 5000mAH as these can double as individual powerbanks too.

Having two means one can be placed in either side pockets to heat the pockets and hands when they are placed in the pockets. It is simple to connect both warmers together into one larger hand warmer as magnets hold them together.

Do note: you will have to separate them to adjust the heat settings or to turn each one on or off before putting them back together into one. This is because each button is on the magnetic surface where they link together.

Getting two hand warmers makes these rather good value for money. They are fairly chunky, making them something good to grip hold of. Some hand warmers are rather thing and they can feel more awkward to hold. Although they are quite chunky, at the same time they are rather compact and easy to take with, without taking up too much room and weight.

These are quick to heat up. It only takes a few short seconds before heat is felt. They do give out a great range of heat through the 4 levels. Rather toasty on the maximum setting.

I like the design of these and how the two can turn into one has its benefits. As I previously mentioned charging as a combined unit with one cable and charger would be far better than requiring two cables and chargers or a multiple socketed charger or powerbank. These do seem well built and sturdy. I do prefer these over another hand warmer I have used.

At time of review these cost 36.99 or Prime at 30.99. Also, at the minute, there’s a 20% voucher to add to it.

This is a twin pack with a twist. These are magnetic and when turned head to toe, they become one large hand warmer.

They are also very easy to move apart for those with poor hands/fingers.

May I just say, unless you have asbestos hands, I wouldn’t ramp these up to HOT, cause they are REALLY HOT lol.

I use handwarmers over Winter, when I shop. Supermarkets are way to cold for my little fingers lol. So using these, in pockets, means I can dip in for toasty warm whenever I want.

Thing is, what am I missing. There isn’t any lights telling me how much charge/length there’s left in them???

I don’t need these giving up when my fingers need to stay warm.

Fix that and I’d say fantastic product.

These are great for the cold winter months when you want to keep your hands warm whilst you’re outside.

The box includes the 2 hand warmers, 2 USB type c charging cables, a fabric pouch to store them in, a user guide and a card with contact info if you need support with the product.

The manual is a little confusing as the diagram shows the hand warmers with a label pointing towards the USB type c port stating that is for charging other devices and a label pointing towards the standard USB port stating that is for charging the hand warmers. It does say that the USB type c is charging the hand warmers but the line is pointing to the normal USB slot. The USB charging cables supplied also suggest that it is in fact the USB type c port that is used to charge the hand warmers.

To clarify the normal USB slot is for charging other devices and the USB type c slot is for charging the hand warmers.

I like that you can use these as a small power bank if you need to charge your phone. Each hand warmer can output 5V 2A and has a capacity of 5000mAh.

I like the LED indicators, you can turn the hand warmers on by holding the button for 2 seconds and do the same to turn it off again. When charging the hand warmers there are 4 blue LEDs indicating the level of charge and once all 4 LEDs turn solid the device is fully charged. When using the hand warmers to keep your hands warm there are 4 red LEDs indicating the heat level where 4 red LEDs refers to the highest heat setting.

They seem to heat up relatively fast which is great if you need to quickly warm your hands up.

I also like that you can have the separate and have 1 in each pocket or you can join them together, with their magnetic faces, to hold between your hands. The user guide also states that each hand warmer can last 8hrs which is very good.

Overall I am very happy with these hand warmers and I can’t wait for winter when I can put them to good use.

Great capacity for phone changing ~ so useful !!
    Different heats on different hands
So versatile, funky, stylish and design wise cool.
    So why four stars????
They aren’t very comfortable in your hand. They feel awkward and clumsy in my hands.
I feel that a less stylish more organic shape would be better to hold ~ my flattish sort of oval one feels smooch nicer to hold in the hand.
These are great in many ways but they are not ergonomic for my hands ~ they might suit you more.
However, they work brilliantly and look so much more stylish than my old one.

I have Raynaud’s disease, so keeping my hands warm is good to do in the winter to stop them looking like dead persons fingers. If you suffer the same, the best thing you can do is keep your core warm and it will reduce the chances of cold fingers. When you can’t, this makes for a good source of heat.

    What I like:
    * One warmer for each hand – I had a single warmer before and it wasn’t so easy to get comfortable
    * The units heat up evenly and sit right by your fingers, they are comfy to hold
    * The carry case is welcome
    * The heat settings are easy to see (small but bright)
    * They can be used as a pretty decent battery to charge your phone
    * Magnets keep the two halves together
    * Even the lowest setting is nicely warming, the highest isn’t too hot either – it’s well balanced

    What I don’t like:
    * While the warmers have a USB C input, they don’t support fast charging. In fact, USB C PD style chargers don’t actually work with the warmers
    * You need a charger with 2 outputs – each warmer, despite the magnetic connection, must be charged separately

They came with about 25% charge, and to top-up to full took 2hrs with a 20w power dual charger (so 10w per device). I’ve tried them at the various temperatures, but as the weather isn’t so cold yet, I’ve not tried them in anger so I can’t say if they last as long as advertised.

Be aware though – they are quite heavy. It might seem obvious, but batteries are heavy, and these are covered in a nice and solid piece of metal to distribute the heat evenly. So bear that in mind if you don’t have big pockets or carry a bag. They aren’t waterproof either, which it notes in the instructions. Speaking of the instructions – they are comprehensive but are written in type about two sizes bigger than microfiche, so ready your reading glasses if you’re over 40.

The picture show the contents – the detachable warmers, cable and the carry case.

All-in-all this is a nice quality product and while more expensive than others, you do get what you pay for. My last hand warmer was an OCOOPA and it worked very well – if this is the same I’ll be very happy.

    Nice and toasty!

    PROS
    – Easy to use/intuitive
    – Warms up in a few seconds
    – 4x heating settings
    – Ergonomic, comfortable to hold
    – Rechargeable
    – Good battery life
    – Doesn’t occupy much space
    – Magnetic, will be kept together during storage

    CONS
    – Could warm up a bit more

The hand warmers are ergonomic, fit well in the hands and are comfortable to hold. They have a
good design; they are simple and discreet.

Each hand warm works independently from another. If one is on, the other can be off or at a
higher/lower heating setting. Each hand warmer and an on/off button, which also changes the
heating intensity. It has 4x heating settings, shown by a LED placed over the on/off switch.

They warm up in just a few seconds, they are quite quick. It feels great holding them and makes a big
difference in cold days. I wish they could warm up a bit more, but I imagine that much more could
    start damaging the battery.

Has good battery life and are rechargeable. The set comes with 2x USB cables for charging purposes.

They’re small and lightweight. Easy to carry and storage way. The set comes with a small pouch/bag
to storage and protect the hand warmers. Both are magnetic and can be attach to one another
    during storage.

    CONCLUSION
Easy to use, to hold and to storage. Warms up quickly and will make a big difference in the winter
while waiting for the bus/tube and even at home. These hand warmers will be my best friends in the
next winter. Would gladly recommend then.

I’ve had a hand warmer before and found it useful on cold days to keep in your pocket. This one is doubly good though as it’s two separate hand warmers which can be put together by magnets, as one single unit as well. The warmers are well made and can be used on four different settings. The top setting is very warm, but not uncomfortable to hold – although obviously be aware if you have certain medical conditions or are very young or old. I was able to wrap my hand around each one and they kept my hands lovely and toasty. They heat up really fast, even on the top setting, the heat came through within seconds. They also cooled down pretty quick which was good. Great for winter days, if you’re out for walk, dog walks or standing around football matches etc. Easy to use, easy to recharge and comes with two USB cables to charge them with. They are a little expensive, but they are good quality and will be very useful.

OCOOPA Hand Warmers Rechargeable 2 Pack, Magnetic Electric Handwarmer, 16 Hrs Warmth 4 .

This is a pair of hand warmers that stick together with magnets to form one larger hand warmer. They come in a nice box which contains the two hand warmers, two USB-C charging cables, (no charger included), a velvet pouch and instruction leaflet.

These pair of half-round hand warmers that can stick together with magnets to form one large handwarmer, although the two parts are still controlled individually so you still must switch them both on. On the flat side is an on/off button and a row of 4 tiny LEDs. To turn on, hold the button down until the red lights show and each subsequent press will change the heating level, which is indicated by how many red LEDs are lit, and to turn it off you need another long press of the button. A short double press while heating will turn the LED’s blue and show the battery level but whilst the heating is off, a short double press turns on the USB-A port so the hand warmer can be used as a small power bank. The USB-C port is for charging only and will not power a device.

Down one side there is a rubber cover which covers the USB-C charging port and the USB-A power bank port, on the opposite side there is a rubber strip to match, but this is not a cover cannot be opened.
Individually I am not keen on the shape, they don’t seem to fit well in my hand regardless of where the flat section is and to get the most benefit, you will need to cup your hand around the hand warmer with the flat part facing out of your parm. When put both together I find it to be too big for my parm although if you cup both your hands around it, it does fit nicely. Note that you cannot charge a device in power bank mode at the same time as heating mode is on, (heating mode takes priority).

In heating mode, on the highest setting they last around 4 hours which is pretty good and longer than advertised reaching a maximum heat of around 60C. From flat, each one charged to a capacity of 20,500mWh and took just under 3hours to reach a full charge. As a power bank, the battery capacity appears to be around 15,500mWh with their rated capacity being 5000mAh (18,500mWh) each. This means the actual output obtained was just under 85% of its rating, if you factor in a 10% loss, that is pretty good.

These hand warmers work fine and double as a compact power bank, the only thing I don’t like is the shape.

4.0 out of 5 stars Strange shape to hold. Handy power bank capability. 3 hours to charge, lasted 4 hours on max hea

    It’s a 5000mAh powerbank with heating/warming circuit.
Not particular big, but do wish the area could be wider/bigger.
Red light dots showing heat setting – 4 temps. and blue would be the battery life.
One button operation on each, and both can magnetically snapped together to for a bigger warmer.
It is not particularly hot, but warmer that gloves and rubbing your hands.
This would come in handy for dog walker or Xmas shopping.
And also acts a powerbank if not “heating” is not needed.
Good price for Prime at only 25 with voucher.

Out of the box these hand warmers seem good quality. Nice matt finish and well designed in that they separate to provide heating for each hand. What I found was that the level of heating in quite erratic. I always put them both on max setting with a full charge – sometimes they both feel like warm, sometimes one of them is significantly warmer than the other, and sometimes they both fire up really nicely, although it takes a good 10 mins or so for them to get to top temp. In terms of an effective hand warmer, they are so-so. When the price of 36.99 is factored in, then you start to question whether they are good value for money. With a decent discount, then maybe worth purchasing.

Such I useful product if your the outdoor type or if your like me, get up early in in the morning for work, especially in the winter months when its cold. Love the ergonomic design of these hand warmers. Once fully charged via the included USB type-C cable you can operate this hand warmer as two individual warmers or magnetically snap them together as one main unit. Simple one long touch on/off control, then to increase or decrease the heat intensity just quick press the on/off button to suit your needs. Love the rounded design which fits nicely in my hands. What’s great about this hand warmer to is that the separate units also have a USB type-A port which means use can use the hand warmers as a power bank for your mobile phone if you so desire, such a great Ideal. I’m quite looking forward to those cold winter mornings now I have these.

Great for those cold winter months.

    The good…
Ergonomic – The way these have been designed is perfect for the hands, the two units are smooth and easily gripped with each palm with a single button on each unit to power them on/off, change the temperature setting and check the battery level. When not in use they clip together magnetically via a set of strong magnets.
Asthetically beautiful – Way smaller than you would think they would be (easy to pocket or live in a briefcase), very simple in appearance with a smooth pebble design and an almost tactical finish. Very ‘business-person-esk’ so to say.
Dual function – Not only do these warm your hands effectively but the two seperate units can also function as emergency power banks independently with a combined 10000mah capacity.

    The concerning…
I must agree with many of the other reviews and that is there is a lack of information on certain protections. Being a Li-Ion product has its downfalls, namely in the wrong conditions, these batteries have safety issues like thermal runaway. Understandably short-circuiting these units would be rather difficult due to there enclosed casing but overcharge/overdischarge is a different story. More information is required in the manual or on the website about such protections.

All in all, if minds are put at ease, the OCOOPA hand warmers do a great job with their dual function.

They definitely warm the hands effectively but with some concerns

    I love these hand warmers.
They can be connected together or used separately and are lovely and warm on their highest setting.
They magnetically attach to each other to make 1 larger hand warmer or split to create 2 smaller ones, ideal for both pockets or hands.
They have 4 heat settings and warm up rapidly. Led indicators that change from red to blue show the heat level and battery charge level.
Even the lowest heat setting is nice and warm. Impressive.
These also double up as power banks as well so you can charge or top up your mobile phone or tablet etc etc which is a great idea to incorporate into the design.
Both hand warmers have quite a large battery capacity at 5000mAh totalling 10,000mAh.
The battery seems to last quite a while being used as a hand warmer and was surprised testing these for a good hour that the battery capacity and led indicator didn’t even change on the highest heat setting!
Of course they’re not going to last forever but they will last for several hours in my opinion.
Individually each hand warmer is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand for instant warming.
They also cool down rapidly once switched off.
The single push button turns the handwarmers on and off by long pressing for a couple of seconds (so no accidental turning these on and wasting power) and a double click of the button changes the led indicator to blue, showing battery level.
These easily slip into pockets too.
These are supplied with 2 x USB to type C charging cables and a drawstring carry pouch.
They’re quite pricey at just under 37 at time of review but they’re pretty impressive especially being dual use.
Inside your pockets these seem to really warm up even hotter on their highest setting to the point you might need to lower the heat setting lol.
The charging port and USB socket (for using these as power banks) are protected with a rubber flap so they have a degree of water resistency.
These are amazing little hand warmers and you will not be disappointed.
They look modern and stylish, provide a source of charging for your mobile if you need it, as well as being a perfectly capable set of very warm hand warmers. I love them.
These would be a great gift idea or just buying for oneself for those icy cold mornings etc.
    Superb product.

These 2 Ocoopa hand warmers arrive smartly packaged in a lift-off lid box. Containing internal batteries, they are rechargeable and come complete with 2 USB-C charging cables. Magnets mean the pair of hand warmers can be neatly placed together to form one large sized palm warmer – and pulled apart when needed to make 2 smaller ones.

When separated, each hand warmer has a single flat edge but they’re nonetheless easy to hold and very easy to operate. A single button on each gives access – via a short press – to 4 different levels of heat. The higher level I couldn’t tolerate without gloves. LED lights let you see at a glance which level you’re at – and the brushed aluminium these are made from is a great heat conductor.

If you have Raynaud’s or other circulatory issues, these could be very beneficial – but equally they could make life a little better if you enjoy outdoor pursuits, hiking or if you’re just out in the cold on a winter’s day. They heat up quickly. But the other good thing about these is that they can act as mini power banks to recharge a smartphone.

Though I like these Ocoopa hand warmers, I believe the 36.99 asking price at time of writing is a little too expensive. But this is my only reservation and the build quality and functionality is good.

I really like these, they have that ‘delight’ factor for being a cool thing. The design is good, they magnet together to be a singly unit and fit in the bag, which can also fit the 2 (mercifully short) USB cables which also come with it.

There’s just a single button. A long press turns on and off, and the lights flash Red. A double press shows battery level in blue on the same LEDs. They heat up very quickly, and are great for leaving in your pocket, I did this review (well, the photos) while walking the dog, but I’m often using my phone and don’t like to use gloves, even with touchscreen fingers, so I get cold hands. Using these at least means I can warm them up super fast if they get cold. I can see them being useful on camping trips, and all sorts of occasions. Given that each one is also a (small) power bank, they reduce what you might need to carry with you also. I doubt you’d get more than a phone charge out of each, but it’s a wonderful emergency use for if you really need it (and remembered to take a cable… luckily for Android users, the USB C cables included are, as mentioned handily short for transport).

My only criticism, other than they were a bit pricey was the rubber flap to cover the ports was easy to catch and open when taking them out of your pocket. A slight stronger closing mechanism (maybe something cool with magnets!) would be good.

They appear to be very well made, with great attention to detail on design and feel like premium products.

These are some very hot hand warmers, probably the hottest i have tried, They are comfy to hold and magnet together to make 1 big hand warmer or split to share with a friend or 1 in each hand etc, they are 5000mah each and have 4 heat settings, it says they take seconds to heat up but it needs a few minutes to reach temperature really, level 4 is too hot for me to hold but good if you had them in some clothing or something, each 1 can be used as a power bank which is really handy ,they charge via USB-C which is nice to see and take around 2.5-3 hrs to charge, They have plenty of safety features so no worries there, all in all nice hand warmers but quite pricey.

    Work very well

This 10000mAh (in total) hand warmer can be used combined or separated as 5000mAh each. Features 4 levels of heating with a memory function to remember your optimal setting and can be used at home, or on the go.

A prime example I can give for use is your car journey in the morning for those commuting in winter. The car can be so cold first thing and your hands practically frozen when defrosting the windscreens. This also doubles as a power bank so not rendering the product fully useless in the summer either.

They stick together with magnets to store easy but can be used combined or one in each hand. They’re not super heavy and feel comfortable to hold. Great to just stick one in each pocket and still work fine. Feature a nice modern design and extremely nice build quality.

Whilst I don’t camp, this can be really useful for those who love the outdoor trips too. Is it a MUST have product? This will just depend on how much you do outdoor activities I’d say but for me, just use in the mornings alone is perfect!

The only downside it suffers from is as soon as it turns off, the heat loss is instant. Would have been better if it retained some heat for a duration of time as it gradually cooled.

Fast warm up but just as fast to cool dow

I have a condition which causes poor circulation so I struggle a lot with cold hands, these are really useful in the colder weather and warm up pretty quickly. It comes with two wires and both sides need charging. They fit nicely in my hands and give me a sense of relief. These are literally going to be life saving this winter.

    Small yet effective

They come in a nicely designed package and feel like a premium product.

There are 2 charging cables, a soft pouch and simple instructions.

The magnetic feature is neat and will hopefully prevent one from get lost too easily.

In operation they heat up within a few seconds – I was amazed at the speed of that. They also cool down very quickly. The low setting is still quite hot, so I think they would be better used with a thin pair of gloves.

They are a nice size and fit in your hand easily. My only issue is the straight edge on the face that magnetically joins together — it’s not very comfortable to hold them along that side so you do find yourself having to reposition them into the palm of your hand.

There are rubber strips to protect the connection ports. Having a USB socket for mobile charging is very handy. They needed charging before the first use.

As a concept they are a great idea.

    They get ho

I’m concerned that I cannot find any mention of protection against: overload, overcharge, overdischarge or short circuit. In fact the instruction leaflet, which is in good English, makes specific mention to ‘Avoid fully depleting the battery. It may be that these devices have all these features but then why have the manufacturers opted to not mention the fact?

Ergonomically, these are beauty full. They sit in my hand perfectly (see pic). Just right.

I love the look of these charger/warmers. The black ones are very ‘cool’ looking IMHO. I’ve put my black ones in my bike rack pack. My rack pack and panniers are all a black nylon. A very similar black. The option to coordinate with other gear is great. Colour also helps one to know which pair are charged/discharged or indeed whose. Helpful.

My dual device USB charger didn’t seem to like charging both units at once. It has a red LED which commenced flashing steadily! I don’t really know what this meant but I’ve never seen my charger do this before. Both units did charge to capacity but it took quite a while. Over six hours in total for them both to be charged.

I tried charging my iPod, which was at an estimated 70% of capacity, with a unit showing three steady blue LEDs. The iPod did not show any charging to be taking place. The instruction leaflet, to be fair, does say to charge the hand warmer to 100% before charging some other device with it. I charged a second iPod to capacity with a hand warmer at 100%. This took about the usual length of time.

I can’t find any mention of protection against: overdischarge, overcharge, short circuit etc.

The silver with the black elements is very nice. It’s a dark, sophisticated, silver. Not gaudy or cheap looking. Very similar in colour to Apple, Space Grey, IMHO. The surface has a texture like fine iron fillings have been fixed to the surface. Classy. They’re growing on me (see pics). The option to coordinate with other gear is great. Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThese hand warmers come as a pair that sticks together via strong magnets so you can hold one large warmer or one smaller one in each hand.
It may seem a bit pricey for something that warms your hands, but if you’ve ever suffered with arthritis or Raynauds, or anything that causes pain in the hands when it’s cold, then you will definitely appreciate this item and think it’s worth it.
I am a writer and spend hours typing at a time. I also suffer from joint pain, including in my hands, when the cold weather arrives. Even being indoors my hands can get very cold from typing for long periods and the pains and cramps mean I have to stop early. A five minute break using these warmers eases any pain, warms the hands and fingers back up, and makes it easy to continue.
If that wasn’t enough reason to get them they can also act as a power bank when you’re out and about. Each one is 5000mAh (so 10l mAh total) and they each have a USB port to connect to.
There are multiple modes on these warmers and it actually gets very hot! Your press and hold the button on the flat side to turn on. There are 5 red LEDs that indicate the level for low to high. 5 lights gets pretty hot, verging on the edge of uncomfortably hot. I stay around 2-3 lights. They heat up within a minute and the battery can last hours! I like that I can stick them together using the magnet feature and use it as one large heat pack if I have one particular bad area.
Double clicking the button replaces the red lights with blue ones and indicates how much battery you have left.
Highly recommend these hand warmers. They are definitely worth the cost if you suffer from similar issues.

    Works well!
