Perfect for my Gazebo, you can have it on 2 heat settings and bonus it acts as a light also, but it is very bright. There is a chain with links so you can change the length it hangs from the roof. The only thing I would suggest to make it better is it could benefit from a much longer cable, I had to purchase an extension otherwise it would not have reached the socket.
I bought 2 of these at the same time within the last 12 months for occasional use under a covered pergola in Scotland. They have worked well in providing both heat and light during cooler evening temperatures as well as extending use into the cooler months. However, one of the 2 bulbs (2nd click bulb for full heat) unexpectedly blew one of them, but after contacting the seller for advice on how to fix it, they were very quick to respond and helpfully resolve the issue with a fast replacement without any fuss. You couldn’t ask for better customer service.
As value for money goes this is a great buy.hung it from the ceiling in our gazebo this weekend and with 10 around the large dining table and no sides on the gazebo it kept us all warm.only downside it attracts midges but a small price to pay.
I purchased this item and in two months the 2500W bulb burnt out. Other than the bulb issue, the product is great. 4 months after purchase I called aosom, which is the parent company for Outsunny, and asked for a replacement bulb but the bulbs are not replaceable and they said it was of old stock. They are sending me a brand new heater without having to ship the old one in to them. This was all taken care of in 3 min, to me this is great service. Why they cant just manufacture a heater with replaceable bulbs is beyond me…meaning when a bulb goes after warranty “so sorry” you as the customer will now have to purchase a new item;)
Stylish style pendant light which suits our outdoor bar theme greatly! The two settings are great for nights in the cold.

(We did buy a 2m extension lead as standard cable is probably about 1.5m)
Provided some much needed heat inside our gazebo during a very cold spring. Impressive output from the heater but it does throw out a lot of light so if you’re looking for low light ambience think again.
Light enough to hang inside a gazebo.

We Have now got two of these heaters hanging in a 3×4 meter gazebo. They not only Look very good they are toasty warm even on a single ring setting. They warm up immediately and give out very good heat, have used them on cool nights and they work brilliantly. Very happy with this product. One very important point…..make sure your power cable can take up to 3kw for each heater.
Note for the manufacture company- a longer cable would be much better the one attached is quite short.

Only had it installed today, so far so good, the heat it lets out is immense.
Got an electrician to wire this up as the flex wasn’t long enough. Only used it once so far but it gives off amazing heat and great light too. Very impressed so far.
