Kid loved this, good quality, great that i charges and does not require batteries.
This sober is very good for kids to get them entertained. It got 7 RGB colors which looks attractive. It is not too heavy for kids to hold and play and it is designed in a way that it will not break easily.
This lightsaber is actually quite heavy, but they helps as it means the kids can’t use these with as fast motion as they wish. Which is a plus point for us. The different lights and different sound levels totally make up for that. I also like that this has a silent function..
The lights also flash, the additional functions are great on this.
The one thing I struggled with was putting the light saber together. But I struggle with the easiest of diy.
I like the length of this as well, it’s long.
All in all I recommend this.

Got a stand to go with this as decoration, It’s honestly a great item. The sound effects are really cool and the rgb lighting is awesome with numerous colours wirh a double tap of the button.
The handle is solid and a good weight, ideal for holding of you choose to use it and just looks really good can’t wait to put it up on my wall with the stand.
The only lightsabers I have got for my son in the past are the cheap plastic ones that flip out and they always end up breaking. But this is on another level.. with a metal construction, built in speaker and colour changing lights this is the real deal and it looks very good. If you know a star wars fan they will absolutely love this it’s great. The build quality is brilliant, it’s solid, quite heavy and robust. There are lots of colour choices and you can even have it fluctuating throughout the different colours like a rainbow. There’s a good speaker on the bottom that makes a noise when you swing it to add to the immersion. Overall a fantastic gift, very happy and my son loves it.
My other half was super excited about this apparently this was a childhood dream of his!
Pros:

– Don’t try to use it before you read the instructions
– Don’t charge it overnight it will make you jump saying ‘saber charged’!
It’s a very good alternative to disney one but saves you about 150.
You can change the light colour and enter battle mode.
I’ve been playing with it non stop and im 25+ so if you have a starwars fan in your life then this is the best gift for under 80 i can recommend
Pros:
+ The metal hilt is designed really well and has good weight to it, the button to control most of the functions lights up as well
+ Charging port is just above the button and the product charges at decent-ish pace
+ Different light options as well
Cons:
– The hilt being attached to the tube part of the saber requires little screws to ensure it stays secure. Product could be improved by having the light tube itself being able to be twisted into the hilt.
– There could be more dynamic sound and light effects
– All of the effects are controlled through the single button, so you have to time how long you press for certain desired effects. Having a few more buttons would be convenient.
Overall:
– Great mid range light saber, especially for those into cosplay or if you’re planning your halloween costume ahead. This product would be more suitable for adults or older children, as it leans towards a decorative piece/prop as opposed to being suited for more active play.

What a great toy, by grandson is enthralled with it. I can fancy there could be quite a few adults who would enjoy it too. The only problem is my grandson can’t decide if he’s Luke Skywalker or Darth Vader!
This light sabre come in two parts; the metal handle that contains the battery and electronics and the transparent plastic “blade”.
The blade slot easily into the handle and is secured by two small screws which are tightened with a supplied Allen key.
The inbuilt battery is charged from a 5V/1A USB power supply, which is not supplied.
The colour and operating mode of the blade can be changed and the sound effect are very realistic. I particularly like the “turn-off” sound. Be aware, the default volume is loud, but it can easily be reduced, or muted.
This is all done by a single control button, so the printed user manual provided is very important. This is a little difficult to understand at first, but becomes easier with use.
This is an excellent toy for solo fantasy play, but I would imagine that two children, each armed with a light sabre could take this to another level.
OK, this is a pretty good lightsaber. It is a little unintuitive as to how you change colour etc. but the instructions to explain it all. It is also a good size. Mine looks to be setup to attach another as a dual lightsaber as I don’t appear to have an end cap. No bother. It also loks to come with a roll of grip(?) or similar. Not sure what that is for as it is not referenced in the instructions. Again, no bother realy. My only issue is that the blade fixes in place using a small grub screw. I am worried that this is a likely point of failure. We shall see in time. Fingers crosed not!
On opening the box you have the very nicely turned aluminium handle and the long light up frosted plastic tube section. You assemble with the provided grub screws and Allen key.
The instructions give you the various button presses to change colour turn sound affects on or of etc. You can see a few of the affects on the video I’ve provided. There’s also an option of attaching two together via the thread on the bottom but you need an adapter and obviously a second saber. I think this is a very nicely made prop and it would suit cosplaying or just for the collection.

Nice light saber, has all as stated.
Comes with hilt and light tube separate, easy to put together. Nice chrome metal hilt and nice and loud with 3 volume settings as well as mute.
Bit of practice needed to know how many presses to which function, bit that’s cool as comes with instructions.
Only thing I can say is make the clash sound, you need to give it some welly but apart from that it’s really cool for those star wars fans.
Value, I would say is about right as it feels quality and durable
