Love this headset. I work from home and attend lots of Zoom and MS Teams meetings. This headset is always at the ready with no cord to deal with. Always connects instantly and is crystal clear. Love the mute button on the mic boom.

I purchased this to replace Sennheiser headphones that I used for 6 or 7 years so my expectations were high. These Plantronics have worked great so far. I am on video calls for a minimum of 3-4 hours a day (sometime consecutively) and have had no issues. I also have a relatively small head but I have not experience any issues with the headset – it fits comfortably and does not fall. I would purchase these again.

I bought this to use for my remote contact center job and I’ve been using it for a month now. It’s comfortable on my ears and head. Good sound quality and I never have issues with people hearing me. The battery could be better but it gets me through my 8 hour shift. I charge it during my breaks and lunch to be on the safe side. I would recommend for those using Microsoft desktop!

The headset I received came with BT700 instead of BT600. I can’t comment on the difference as I never had the BT600 but it should improve the range a bit and it also much smaller.

This is an older model but I prefer this over the newer one as the new one looks a bit tacky to my taste. I was concerned with the red accents at first but it looks great in person and you will really only see them when you look closely. This version looks more professional to me, including the logo.

Sound-wise, this is not a hi-fi nor a pro-level headset but it sounds great for everyday online meetings. It’s really comfortable too so it’s great for those who spend a good chunk of their day in meetings. Call quality is decent and sounds clear both ways. We use Teams at work so it compresses the sound anyway. What’s important to me is calls sound clear for both me and to those on the other line.

I use a different headset for music to I am not expecting much for music quality. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of music playback. Just note that you need to enable ANC for it to sound it’s best as turning it off makes it sound really thin.

One thing of note is that this headset already has great noise cancelling capabilities so I turned-off the mic noise cancelling in Teams as it’s too much of a good thing and makes mic sound too soft at times.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI’ve used Sennheiser, Bose and Plantronics (now Poly) headsets in the past. I am not what I’d consider an audiophile, but I can definitely tell you there is a difference in sound quality between all three.

Plantronics (Poly) headsets though, would have to take the cake when it comes to compatibility across multiple systems for simple voice communications.

This headset in particular is one that I bought during the COVID lockdown for my remote work in IT. At previous employers, I had similar headset and found them to be comfortable and reliable enough. Not to mention, a full charge definitely lasts for my entire 8hr shifts and even the slightly longer 10hr shifts.

I’m still using the same headset I bought 2-3yrs ago and have found that they work well on my cellphone, Discord on either mobile or PC, not to mention that they can also work on my PS5 (yes, I’ve done this because I got sick of the gaming headset dying after a few hours, where this headset’s charge last a lot longer).

Now for the detractors. These are no Bose QC or Sennheiser, so I wouldn’t recommend them for those who just want to listen to music. Nor would I recommend them for competitive gaming as they are not so noise canceling that they would leave you completely immersed in the game environment enough to pickup sounds that would help keep you from being ambushed in game.

The noise cancellation it does have, is strong enough for you to not realize your co-worker 8ft away is asking you a question, right until they’ve raised their voice enough that everyone within 25ft can hear them.

The Dongle doesn’t light up and it’s not detected anymore by any of the laptops that I’ve tried. Died after 1 year, 3 months. Tried to get help from Plantronics (poly) support site and that site is very difficult to navigate and completely useless. Seems they don’t want anyone contacting them through the support website asking for product support/warranty/replacements.
To be honest I’ve had some off brand Bluetooth headsets that lasted longer than this.

Update: I managed to contact the customer support through the correct web portal. (It seems the link they gave in the email when I registered is not correct) and I was provided a return label.
I’m getting a replacement becuase I’m still within the 2 year warranty period.
Hopefully this time it will continue to work longer.
Updated the rating to 5 stars.

Good range of adjustment and nice sound quality. My only complaint (tiny one) is that in Teams calls, the very first fraction of a second audio is cut. This is probably due to the background noise-muting not responding quickly enough. Other than that, these are great headphones. The battery lasts all day and they keep my ears warm!

Klare Kaufempfehlung.

    Pros:
-Incredibly comfortable. Not too tight, and the cushion on the ear don’t cause any area too have too much pressure
-Sound quality is impressive. Not like a Bose headset or something that blows you away, but is very easy to communicate
-Ease: Plugged it in and set up in 5 minutes or less and was ready to roll
-Noise cancelling. I don’t use this feature because it almost freaks me out how quiet everything gets with it on, but it’s incredibly effective if you did need to block out ambient noise
    – battery life is really strong. I’m usually dialing for 2 hours periods at a time of heavy talk time with only a 15 minute break or so in between, and it doesn’t seem to go below 75%
-Build of the headset and base seem strong and very easy to dock for charging
-Looks sleek and not really bulks like a helicopter pilot like others I’ve had
-physical mute button. HUGE for me as I don’t like messing with a sensor all day when I have to mute

    Cons:
-Range isn’t great. It starts to cut out on my when I go just 2 rooms over in my house. We have a lot of baby monitors and sound machines and all, so maybe that’s disrupting it, but I wish I could pace a bit further.

Great audio from this headset. It can connect to a computer using a dingle that provides really high quality audio. It can also swap automatically between devices such as your computer and phone. The only drawback is that when using bluetooth to the phone the audio quality is not as good. Another drawback in the lack of a cable for using on a plane however the overall useability is great and I use them every day . Superb range that allows me to continue a conference call from several rooms away such as the kitchen to make a coffee during long calls without missing anything. A+

I work from home. I love these headphones. Perfect for meetings with the mute button on the boom that works with Teams & Zoom. Best of all the sound quality is great so I can listen to music too. Having the USB thumb drive ensures the music is rock solid. The range is pretty good. I can make it to the kitchen and coffee pot, and bathroom during a meeting.

I have a lot more complaints about cutting out during work meetings using this headset vs my old one. I think it may be erring on the side of cancelling too much noise. People still seem to hear me for the most part, though. I love the charger in particular.

Long story short, I’ve used devices like these for year now, and this one met my expectation. However, when using outdoors to listen to music while doing yard work… sweat can get in there and cause problem. I thought it was broken, as it got caught in a loop and would continuously mute itself… rendering it useless. I tried hard and soft reboots. Nothing work.

What finally got it back into working condition was to let the battery drain to zero, and start over. Then it started working again. Lesson learned: Keep it in the office, and keep it dry.

I have tested this with a Yealink T46s and a T42s that I use from home and can say that it works very well with the wireless adapter plugged into the Yealink’s USB port. Noise cancelling is very good and people say I sound clear.

I don’t have a need to wear the headset for more than an hour or so at a time so I don’t know if it hurts my ears after a few hours, but so far the pads seem soft and comfortable.

I also like the large a pickup/hangup button the side of the earpiece and the small but well placed mute button on the microphone boom.

So far I have only two issues:

    * The volume knob. It’s too smooth to use to change the volume and when changing the volume it creates some shuffling noise in the earpiece.

    * The battery doesn’t appear to be user replaceable, unlike previous models; so when the battery fails you will end up throwing it away and buy another one. I wish manufacturers would take ewaste into account when designing electronic components

Out desktop is located in the family room which makes it convenient but ths can cause conflicts – podcasts vs tv etc. The headset has succssfully resolved that type of conflict. We’ve even been able to have zoom meetings while the TV is on (reasonable volume) without the head set mike picking up the background but successfully picking up participant’s voice to allow participation. All in all very happy with the headset.

The only problem is my wife sometime listens to podcasts while she is in the kitchen and if I didn’t see her start the podcast and don the headset…well, how should I put it, how about that they really need to include tokens or something that that show/notify other household members that the headset is in use…It would save a bit of shouting and frustration….

I work from home on a busy nurse triage line for oncology patients. I was issued a standard wired headset that had a plastic piece that really hurt the side of my head after a full shift. The sound quality was also spotty. My coworker splurged on this headset, and suggested that I give them a try. What a difference! The padding is so comfortable, the sound quality is excellent, wireless feature is a game changer, and battery lasts all day. Incredibly happy with this purchase – worth every penny!

I got these initially to hear people better on the Teams calls when I have background noise in my office – the office printer is right behind me and people walking by talking. It also was so others on the call could not hear my background noise either. This past week I have been using them at home as my bathroom is being completely remodeled. The noise has been so loud, with a complete demolition, saws cutting tiles, shop vac running, all about 10 – 15 feet away from me and no one on my calls can hear a thing. I have been so impressed by this. It is true that you cannot walk too far away from the base before it impedes other people’s ability to hear you talking, but you can still hear them. All in all, I am very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend them.

The Poly-Voyager Focus is a fabulous device for any serious professional who needs to communicate via phone. The weight is excellent, as is the sound quality on both ends. There is a button on the side on the the headset to end or take calls and a mute mutton on the microphone which has an excellent noise reduction function in order to take calls without having your listener hear ambient noise. It works with your iPhone or Android as well as your computer. I highly recommend to salespeople and call center operators. And it’s very comofortable to wear and comes with a charger for up 11 full hours of service.

In my office these are pretty much a standard. Most people have them and use them on a daily basis.

Pros – They are well made and feel very sturdy. The earpieces are comfortable and it is easy to get the correct fit. The battery life is good and they are easy to use despite hard to read and uninformative instructions (what’s ANC?…). The range from the base station is good enough for most offices and the microphone quality is also fine. These are not intended to be perfect headphones for listening to music but are great for voice/teams/zoom calls.
Cons – They are a bit heavy compared to wired headphones (e.g., Plantronics 3220) but this is part of their better construction and having batteries in them. I find that the blutooth is prone to interference in some parts of my office . There are a lot of clicks and hisses on the audio. I can duck into places where these don’t occur and at home I don’t experience this.
These are a bit pricey but generally worth the cost if they are reliable. Recommended.

I bought these as they were recommended by a knowledgeable colleague. They are pricy but they are a great option for people working from home, and they last the whole day without needing to be recharged.
They were easy to set up and have a lot of options once you install the management software for them.
I recommend getting the charging base for them, that way you get into the habit of setting them there to recharge at the end of your day.

Great headphones. Very comfortable for wearing all day long. Sound quality is good although I often wish the volume could go louder. Easy to plug into a polycom phone with the blue tooth adapter. Can be used on multiple devices simultaneously. Ear pieces move so you can adjust to your comfort level. Charge is long lasting, even with all day use. I haven’t listened to music on them so I can’t comment on the quality of sound for music, but for answering calls and being on calls all day long, it’s a lifesaver. You can move around freely while on calls (I believe the Bluetooth adapter can go up to 90 feet) which is really great if you’re on long calls, you’re not stuck having to stay right by the phone/computer. Overall, excellent purchase. Definitely a must have for anyone that takes a lot of calls.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBought for my remote position. I take calls 10 hours a day with your average 2 15 minute breaks and a hour lunch. I’ve now owned this for almost a year and never had it die out on me. The wireless range is definitely quite impressive as I’ve been able to go all through my house with no problems. Great sound and volume controls are responsive as well as a overall comfortable fit and I’ve never had a customer say anything about background noise as I usually have my tv on low volume through out the day. Mute button after the first couple of days when I would hit it would not allow me to take it off which was honestly frustrating because I would have to unplug the Bluetooth device from my computer and basically reboot it and almost decided to return. However after a week of just not hitting the mute button I did it one more time and it’s worked ever since. So with that being said I’ve somewhat forgot about that issue and recommend it through and through as long as your looking for the double ear. However its easy enough just to move one headphone out the way and put it back.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIf you spend a lot of time on the phone and need to have your hands free to type and do other things, a good headset is essential. I’ve had cheap headsets before and this one far outclasses them. It’s so much easier to hear clients with this, especially when they’re using speakerphone and it can be difficult to understand them. This set is pretty comfortable, but it does fit snugly on your ears so you have to take it off from time to time to let the blood start flowing again. It pairs easily with my iPhone and seems to have decent range. Overall I’m happy with this purchase and would recommend it to others.

It does do some odd things sometimes though, like cycling through the ‘connect’ and ‘disconnect’ notifications a few extra times.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI’ve used this headset daily for over 2 years. It is the best headset for conference calls. It is very comfortable. I have no issues wearing it all day. I love that it can be connect to my PC and phone at the same time. The mic is great. It doesn’t pick up all the noise around me. I love the mute button on the mic. But, it doesn’t work with my phone (works great with PC).

Before this I used Creative USB, Bose QC 25, Sony XM3, and Bose 700 (and others). Those all have much better noise canceling, but even the Bose 700 aren’t CLOSE to the Focus in call quality. The Sony’s are completely unusable. Somehow the Sony mic picks up background chatter 20 feet away just as strongly as my voice making them useless for conference calls.

I like these so much that I bought a second set to keep at home. I wish they made an over-the-ear version. My dream headset would be the Bose 700 with a great boom mic. That would have the best of noise canceling and mic. But, I haven’t found anything like that.

I bought this for conference calls for work (WFH). It comes with a USB dongle, which I’m using to connect to my laptop, but I can also connect to my phone via Bluetooth. As far as I can tell, Bluetooth pairing is not limited to one device.

There’s a switch (“ANC”) on the right earpiece that controls the headset’s active noise canceling. With that turned on, external low-frequency noise (fans, motors, traffic) is significantly reduced. Note: ANC only kicks in when you have the headset covering both ears. You’ll hear an audible pop when it engages.

The microphone is quite good. Highly directional. We’ve recently had a lot of construction going on, and the mic picks up my voice no problem, but not the construction noise. I could still hear a lot of it (hammering and circular saws aren’t good candidates for ANC), but the people I was talking to online didn’t notice the noise and could hear me just fine.

The ear pieces are a bit warm, but reasonably comfortable, even after 2 hours on a call.

The charging cradle is a bit fiddly, but workable.

Default behavior has a voice prompt every time you go on or off mute. I eventually figured out how to turn that off using a downloadable utility from the manufacturer’s website.

Overall, though, this is a comfortable and decent-quality headset.

This is my 3rd attempt to find a great headset for Teams meetings and having been using for 5 months now.

Positives: Others say they can hear me perfect and I can hear them perfect. The ear covering is comfortable. I enjoy the charging stand to help avoid clutter on my desk.

Good but not great: The range is decent but not great. For off camera meetings I wish I could walk from my home office to the kitchen but cannot without loosing reception. The true range is more like 30 – 40 feet. Battery is good but not great; I took the headset to the office one week and midway thru the 2nd day I started getting a warning about low battery (talk time was only about 5 hours before the warnings started).

My only dislike: I have a larger than average head size, not a huge noggin but large, and this headset doesn’t fit as well as I would like. Covering one ear fully it only covers about 9/10ths of my opposite ear which creates a small echo that I hear when I talk. I need to purposely move the opposite piece to be more off my ear to avoid the echo.

Overall I really like the headset and while just slightly too small it is still the headset I prefer.

This is my first Bluetooth headset, and it is much nicer with a larger range then my other wireless headset. Setup and connection is a breeze. Sound quality is great and it works well with Citrix WebEx and Skype. The charging base is nice and works flawlessly. The mute on the mic is in a very odd location (very back of the mic on top or bottom depending on how you have the mic located). It took some getting used to mute/unmute, but not a show stopper. Additionally I would of liked to see a place to store the usb dongle on the charging base or on the actual headset. All an all this is a very solid product and works well for my home office needs.

I bought this set to use with the Jabber and MS Teams applications I use when telecommuting. I was tethered to a wired headset before and wanted the freedom of wireless. This set is very affordable and performs great! It a simple plug and play so no tech skills required for setup and it connects immediately. It has fairly good range that will allow travel to a neighboring room but the connection gets distorted as you travel further than that. Is like a little more range but, for the price, this is a great headset. I’m more than pleased!

I LOVE this head set! We use ring central, and it allows me to tap to answer my work calls while working from home. I also take it into the office. The charge lasts all day, I can use on my computer via USB and on my cell via Bluetooth.
    Draw backs
It is a little tight on my ears/head. (and I have a SMALL head) I think it has to be like this though because when you take it off, it mutes. So it needs to sense the pressure?
I have to wear my hair up because if I do not, it gets caught in the ear piece.

Overall this headset is clear, it sounds great, I can tap to answer and it checks ALL the boxes!

I have used the product for a month for now. I have been quite happy with the product. Works well for regular Zoom meetings. Battery has lasted for many meetings in a row. Muffs are soft, but they are not so soft that you could wear the headphones many hours in a row. If you wear glasses, it presses the glasses’ legs and because of that you can not wear it for long. I do not have prior experience with ANS. Thus, can not tell much about it. One thing I would love to have sound transfer feature via USB, but it does not have. The newer model seems to have such. Having a stand is a good thing for keeping a work table neat. Audio does not break while walking inside 70 sq. meters apartment. Nice feature is that you can connect PC via USB-dongle and a phone via bluethooth at the same time. However, it does not work seamlessly. All in all a good quality office headphones.

I really like this headset. I use it for Conf calls and spend at least 50% of my day on it. The sound and battery life are great and people on the other have no complaints.

My one and only complaint, and is the reason this will not get 5 stars, is the stand. The headset constantly slips just a bit out of the stand and therefore does not charge. I swapped it for another and although the fit is tighter it still does not fully sit in the stand and does not charge. I now use the cable to charge overnight and use the stand as prop during the day.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersPerfectos, cumplen lo que buscaba:

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI am on zoom all day 5 days per week and these headphones are amazing! The best I have ever had! I have a soft voice and the mic is great. If I have muted zoom and try to talk, it notifies me that I am on mute. If I take them off it automatically mutes. When I first put them on, it tells me how many hours of battery time I have left and updates me throughout the day if I am getting low. And I love the charging stand! I just hang them on the stand at the end of the day and they automatically charge up; no plugging and unplugging them. I immediately went out and bought a back-up pair! My last set of headphones were $500 and these are hands down better at 1/3rd of the price. I can’t recommend these highly enough. I love them!

This headset has a lot of great features, I won’t even pretend I have tried them all. When I realized I wasn’t going to be going back to the office anytime soon and needed a long-term solution for my home office, this was recommended by a very savvy friend. My favorite thing about it is that it connects to my computer and my phone at the same time, so if I get a call on the computer or have a meeting, or if my cell phone rings, I can answer everything without having to switch anything. It connects to the computer with a dongle, so super easy setup, and the sound quality is great on all calls, and for music. I appreciate the mute button on the mic boom, easy to unmute myself when I’ve wandered away from my morning meeting to make coffee and someone asks me a question. My only complaint about them is they are a little tight on my head (I have a larger head). My ears get very tired of them after a couple hours, which is a good signal to take a break for a few. All in all I think this is a great quality headset, and I don’t know what more you could ask for.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersComfortable fit, easy to set up and use.

One thing only that I would improve is to have a location for the plug in dongle when not in use.
The head phone fit nicely on to the charging stand, so I have a bit of blue-tac to stick it to the base unit. But it doesn’t detract from the use. Very good over all

Golden Review Award: 27 From Our Users1+ month after using this headset from a working professional whose majority of the day goes in Online Conference via Zoom, MS Teams , Cisco Webex and Phone Calls . This review is after trying Sennheiser, Bose , Beats Headsets in the past 2 months

    Pros :
1.Comfort – Light and sits easy on Head . Unlike the Bose , Beats, Sennheiser which are bulky .Those headsets are more for listening to quality music
2.COnnectivity – I don’t use Bluetooth on Laptop for connecting this one. Use the USB Dongle . Works like a charm
3.Dual Connectivity – Effortless connectivity of the headphone between my Laptop and Phone. I have stopped using AirPods for Phone after getting this headset
4.Battery Life – Full Charge of 14 + hours takes me through 2-3 working days . I still keep on charging it after it goes below 5 hours . With the Charger stand provided with the set , it is easy to charge right there and then.
5.Sound Quality – Good. All the Headsets I had bought for my ‘Experiments with Headset’ had brilliant sound quality. I am able to hear clearly the other side. I did not hear anyone complaining about my sound in any of the conference calls or phone calls
6.Range – Its just OK . I can roam about in 5-10 odd feet without breaking but beyond that , loose the connection altogether .For a Work COnference Call , its enough to stretch around the room . Unless someone is expecting to do gardening outside while taking call this has enough Range
7.Ease of Usage – Buttons are easy to work with . Its prompts while on Mute help.Plantronics Hub app on both Laptop and Phone are quintessential and helpful

    Cons :
1.Range – Would have loved to get a better range .5-10 feet sometimes is too less when I want to make Coffee in kitchen while taking a call OR Attend someone at the Front Door .
2.Price – Plantronics can probably bring the cost around USD 100 . $ 150 still is high .
3.Quality – This part is bitter sweet. The lightweight Headset makes it easy to work with all day , however this lightweight also makes it frail to be broken VERY Easily .

I had a use case for this headphone as my home office is right next to a busy road. I needed a device that would cancel out any of the outdoor noise when I am speaking.

After using this device for more than two weeks, I can say that this headphone and microphone is up to the task and it was an excellent investment. As its wireless, I can get up and move around during my calls. The Bluetooth distance is about 30 ft (though I have not measured it).

Voice quality is very good when you are within Bluetooth range. Microphone is noise-cancelling, so like me if you have a lot of outdoor noise that you don’t want your call participants to hear, this device will do the job. When I have asked for feedback, call participants have said they can hear my voice clearly without any other noise.

The headphone also connects to my phone (through an additional bluetooth connection) – so the device can be connected to my phone and computer at the same time. Phone voice quality and microphone quality is similar to the one for calls on the computer.

The ear cups are padded and comfortable. The product overall appears to be of great quality. Battery life is pretty decent at about 10-12 hrs. The pouch is useful if you are planning to take this device on the road.

Overall, I would say this is a great product that I would definitely recommend if you are in the market for a USB bluetooth headphone + noise-cancelling microphone

Golden Review Award: 35 From Our UsersI can’t believe I haven’t had them for work all along.
I use it them for work, I work in admissions for a local university and regularly speak with students each day, as well as communicate with other members of our staff through Microsoft teams (since we are all remote). This headset has a button on one ear that opens up Teams which is a great feature I wasn’t aware of. The noise cancellation is pretty good, and the charging stand that comes with the headset might be my favorite thing since I don’t have to actively plug them in and it looks nicer than them just laying on my desk. I haven’t used them for music so I can’t speak to the music control on the other ear. I love that the mute button is on the bottom side of the mic where it can’t accidentally be pressed.
The usb has a light on the edges of it and indicates if your mic is in use or muted which I really like.
When you turn the headset on it tells you how much battery life in hours you have as well as what it’s connected to, that’s really important to me so I know if the charge will last through the end of my shift or not, but they seem to charge quickly. I had them on the base for about an hour and they got 5 more hours of talk time.
I regularly get up and am away from my pc when speaking and I haven’t had any connectivity issues, for reference my home is about 1,200 sqft.
The sound quality is great too. Overall I’m glad I spent the extra money to have what seems to be a reliable and quality product.
