I have had cctv systems in the past BUT this was so easy to intall. all cameras are pre matched. so it is really a true plug and play. plenty of features. highly recommend..
I’ve had a set of 4 Hiseeu CCTVs and monitor for a while now and I’ve been impressed by the a quality and performance.
The monitor stopped working recently and I contacted Hiseeu on their WhatsApp number. They swiftly resolved the issue .
Brilliant set up. Easy to use but I did have one query I needed help with and the customer service was extremely helpful with me and got it sorted. The whole set up is brilliant. Fantastic crystal clear images. Would definitely recommend this system to anyone.
I am very impressed with the Hiseeu camera system and customer service. I had a small problem with one of the camera’s, customers service was amazing, I got a reply back within 2 hours on how to correct the issues. fitted these myself in a morning, they connect straight away, no messing about with trying to connect, picture quality is excellent. Pan tilt and zoom all work as they should I cannot find any reason to fault them unless you think oversensitive to movement.

I read many many reviews on wireless cctv before settling on this one, and it was time well invested.
It is certainly plug and play and couldn’t have been easier to set up. I was lucky enough to have sockets in just the right places for the cameras, so four big holes and around 90 mins later I was all set up and ready to go.
The instructions are clear and easy to follow and the user interface is logical and has everything you could possibly need and more. Once set up I added the app and there are many of the basic settings available on there too.
The picture is clear and crisp, and the sound is good both ways. When you take the alarm/siren function into account I feel so secure in my home now.
I’m sure I’ll spend a bit more time over the next few days tweaking the settings as there is so much you can do but first impressions are that it’s a fantastic system and great value for money. Highly recommend.

After sales service is brilliant, my enquiry was dealt with immediately. I really can’t recommend this system highly enough. In fact I’m so pleased I have ordered more equipment to make my system even better!
I purchased this to replace an aging system that had become unreliable.
This is excellent technology as it should be.
The set up was so simple, literally plug in switch on and all the camera connections to NVR happen automatically within seconds.
The picture and sound quality are first class, there are so many options in the menu you can easily configure the system how YOU want it to operate.
I did have issues that I needed technical help with, both were entirely my own fault!
However the support function within the app was so easy to use. I got replies within an hour, with a simple explanation of how to correct the issues I was having. That’s great to know that technical back up is readily and speedily available.
As with all cameras of this type getting cables through the wall and making a neat job can be problematic.
I urge anyone installing their own cameras to purchase a readily available plastic waterproof junction box, it’ll save a lot of problems. If you use a junction box all you need a a very small hole to feed the power lead through, in my case the supplied lead was more than adequate without needing an extension.
Definitely 10/10 from me.

Monitor good clear picture rich colours, the night pictures clear as well. Hard drive can only just be heard when very close, the on light very bright (red) also hard drives light (green) bright.
Wifi distance very good.(cameras can be set as repeaters giving stronger signal). Does not need broadband to work or sd cards.
Play back is very good with many different settings, fast slow stop file read. HDMI to monitor gives top end picture.
Works with Alexa all 4 cameras (say Alexa show device then give number you set in the Alexa app)
Easy to set up fine tuning taking longer. Must add the after sales are top notch (Jason)
I was a bit sceptical of the Hiseeu camera and dvr. Setting up out of the box was a breeze until I tried to set my phone up to the app, somehow I did something wrong and had to call for help which was prompt. My only issue was the instructions manual diagrams are so small I was unable to see instructions. Anyway early days but seems to work how I wanted it to. Great buy and recommend to anyone. Types of connections is very innovative.
Cameras were quick and easy to install with a very good picture
Good quality system, very easy to install and operate from either the NVR or the app. Its replaced an older less functional system and the improvement is noticeable. Once the NVR was positioned in the best place all four cameras are in range (even one in the gazebo in the garden which must be about 20m away!) Jason at Hiseeu very helpful answering a couple of functionality questions. Especially like the smart night vision so if you have a security light and its activated the camera recording is in colour. Highly recommend this system for a diy installer.
The quality of these camera’s are great, I have other camera’s up that are not as good quality picture as these, would highly recommend, easy to put up and set up on phone or computer, customer service was great.

The monitor picked up the cameras’ signal straight from the box. The four cameras are placed all around the property, front, back, side and car park, the monitor effortlessly picks up the signals and all cameras are showing full strength.
I have downloaded the app on my phone and connected to the system. I can now watch live or recorded footage on my phone and even talk or listen through the cameras.
I had a few questions for the customer support team and I have to say I thought they were very supportive, prompt and polite. I’m very pleased with the purchase.

WiFi keeps dropping pics buffer a lot and it’s not my Internet as it worked great on my othere system. And the noise it makes when it’s on you would have to keep it in a room we’re you aren’t in most of the time like us we had it in the sitting room but it was way to loud so we had to move it to the kitchen we can still hear it bit not as loud in there. Apart from that everything is as it says on the box. O ye and if your Internet goes down it stops working so you need a good connection.
Excellent picture quality, easy to set up. Bought this system to replace an older system by a different manufacturer the Hiseeu one is a thousand times better. The monitor is large so even in splitscreen mode (x4) the video is easy to see. The system is intuitive to use, and you don’t need to run it through your WiFi if you don’t want to. Set up is really easy, the hardest part is physically installing the cameras, the monitor picked up their signals straight from the box. The four cameras are placed all around the property, front, back, side and bottom of the garden, the monitor effortlessly picks up the signals and all cameras are showing full strength signal. Night vision picture quality is superb with very clear imagery, great product. Overall the quality of this camera system is well worth the money. The system was really easy to set up and operate. Picks up wireless connections really well also easy to install on smart phone for remote monitoring.
I purchased this camera in April 2022 – I can strongly recommend the system and it is great quality especially for the price. There was no setup actually required. It just worked. I simply mounted the four cameras and they immediately communicated with the visual display unit (VDU). Everything is configured out of the box. The cameras come with a mounting bracket that can position them in any of the three degrees of freedom.
I placed the VDU in my hall way. I use the system to monitor what is going on around my house and it makes me feel really safe when answering the door. I use it all the time. I have four cameras and the system allows for up to eight. One, Four or all eight can be shown on the screen at the same time
It comes with a 3 TByte Hard disk which is plenty of space.
The system has been running uninterrupted since I purchased it !
Hiseeu’s email support is excellent. I had a number of questions which they answered overnight. They continued the conversation until my question was resolved.
For the expert there are loads of configuration options should you want – for example you can specify which cameras record and at what time or via motion detection.
The cameras also work at night time with infrared detection. Which I find very useful to spot when my dog wants to come in from the garden when its dark at my back door !!
I would strongly recommend this unit – well done Hiseeu for producing such a great value system and superb tech support.
This CCTV system has been excellent and really easy to use (Plug & Play Installation). We use it indoors in an assessment centre and the results have been amazing whenever we have had to retrieve old recordings. The after sales team have also been very efficient in responding to emails and are always happy to help.
Easy to set up night vision and smart mode works really well very clear and good quality pictures still got one more to put up but very happy and fast delivery

Where do I start? up to 8 cameras, HD quality is excellent, tv monitor with built in 3TB memory , I’ve connected the 4 cameras and 2 extra moving camera with two way audio. Moving camera can detect movement and follow it, they also have floodlight that can come on with movement. I have connected it to the app on my phone and can watch live or recorder footage. I had a few questions and the after sales support was prompt and polite. I’m very pleased with the purchase.

The system is our third CCTV system that we have installed over the years and can quite honestly say, that it is the best. The cameras are very easy to install and all “Plug & Play” so need for connecting to the monitor. The reception to the monitor is very good and the easy of operation, is second to none. The PTZ operation of each camera is very very useful and can give a very close up view of the subject you are concerned about.

Have had this cctv system for over a year now, excellant best cctv sustem in the market. Audio and picture is very clear. The 3tb memory is brilliant.The design is excellant. Definately buy this cctv dont bother with the others. The motion detection prevented a burgular from breaking in to our home. Best cctv i have used.
The product works very well, the night vision is something great. Was purchased after a spate of vehicle break ins in my area, does a great job of protecting cars day and night.

This has got to be the easiest security camera system to set up around, all the cameras are already paired to the screen/hard drive, they just need a plug socket to plug into, and you can put them just about anywhere, you just need to follow the instructions for everything else, but it’s all easy to do, a good tip is to make sure everything works before you start putting up the cameras, then you know everything works, and you know what cameras are linked to which channel. And you won’t have to take down cameras should they not work for some strange reason. Another good thing with this system, the hard drive is already fitted, you’ll be surprised how many systems, they expect you to fit the hard drive, it may only be a couple of leads that need plugging in, but if your not tech savvy it could be an issue for you. Plus you don’t by a car, then have to fit the motor yourself, it’s already fitted, and the hard drives should be fitted too, thankfully with this system it is, all in all they seem to have thought about the customer, and their needs, and they have created a very simple system the majority of people shouldn’t struggle with, and it’s extremely good value for the money too.
I had decided to get this system for my home and was waiting until I had the spare cash to get it. Meanwhile my elderly parents had a few problems with unwanted visitors so I bought and fitted it for them. It performed faultlessly for several months. The ability to listen and speak over individual cameras is very useful. As my parents refuse to get the internet, I hooked up an old mobile phone and used it as a WIFI hotspot with a pay as you go sim. Initially, I got a large data package but quickly realised that was not needed as very little data was used. I assume only being used when requested by an app. The system performed so well that I was convinced it was a good set up for my own home. I fitted it and easily added a fifth camera, adding one that my parent’s system didn’t need. I was amazed at how well it all works having now given it a thorough testing. Night vision can even be had in colour if there is enough ambient light from street lights. We discovered our garden had hedgehogs because of the great quality of picture, night vision and motion detection. I had a minor teething problem with questions about the system not answered in the quick guide. I emailed Johhny and responses were so quick I reckon that they must be sat waiting 24 hours a day! I was emailed full answers including a full version of the manual in PDF format which answered all my questions. I have recommended this system to all of my family.

My previous 2 year old cctv system started developing many faults and the supplier would not answer my e-mails. I then spent many hours searching the Internet and Amazon and came across the Hiseeu website who had numerous systems for the specification I was looking for. Before ordering, I contacted Hiseeu with a couple of technical questions. About 2 hours later they responded with the information I had asked. I was more than pleased that I had found a company that obviously have a good customer service.
I ordered the Hiseeu Wireless NVR Kit with Monitor, 3TB hard drive and 4 Cameras — a very competitive price from Amazon. When I received the Kit I was really pleased with the quality of the various items. The big surprise for me was to find the NVR and the HD LCD Monitor was a combined unit with the cameras already paired to the NVR. All this makes for a tidy installation without the usual jumble of connection wires. I had no problem with the initial commissioning of the system. The set-up guide was clear and understandable.
I now have everything set up. The quality of the day and night images are excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this system with a genuine Customer Service from Hiseeu.
Picked this up as neighbours identified burglars on their system who got in over our fence. The connectivity is good, easy to do right out of the box. Got them set up all around the garage as this covers all the garden. The picture quality is excellent. The 3Tb disc is noisy, but bought and swapped it out for a 1Tb SSD drive which was easily done. Niggles. – The power units need to be plugged into sockets, which can limit where they can be sited. As a previous review has said, you can buy extender leads from Amazon quite cheaply, but I would have much preferred to wire them into the mains directly. If you’re drilling through the walls so the leads don’t hang out it requires a big hole (although that can be hidden behind the camera) but the leads look like they’re probably waterproof should you choose not to. Biggest gripe is the sensitivity. You can set areas to exclude, but it seems to ignore that setting and will pick up movement from insects, even at the lowest setting – this does mean I can’t have the alerts set on my phone or I’d be up all night, but at least if there was someone mooching around it would be recorded. All in all a good bit of kit for the price and for a beginner like me. If I was to do it again I would choose based around the niggles but that would mean paying far more money and would be overkill for our area which is normally very quiet. So for an entry level system giving some peace of mind it’s a good buy.
It was delivered the next day. The system is very simple to configure. In fact was pleasantly surprised to see all the four cameras were pre-configured and immediately synched up with the NVR unit.
A few tips before installing the cameras which can make life very simple:
* Mark the locations where you want to install the cameras. Measure the distance from the camera to the 230V AC plug point. In my case two cameras needed an extension lead. You can buy 12V DC 5.5×2.1mm as shown in the picture from Amazon or any other site for 3 to 5 depending on the length of the cable.
* The cameras come with three leads and in many instances only 12V DC lead is required to power the cameras. Unfortunately, the two remaining leads are not required but their size is big and one does not want to drill a big hole in the wall. I bought a small weatherproof outdoor junction box as shown and housed these two leads in this box and only drilled a small hole to take the 12V DC lead inside. The junction box costs only between 4 to 10.
* Next power all the cameras and the NVR unit. You will see within minutes all the four cameras can be seen on the NVR screen!
* Now take the individual cameras and try putting them approx. where you want to install them and power them temporarily. Check if the NVR unit still shows all the cameras.
* Good part of this system is that the NVR unit has its own Wifi system and one does not need to connect the cameras to your own Wifi wireless or wired
* In my case one camera could not connect to the NVR unit due to some internal walls blocking the signal or possibly due to the distance from the camera to the NVR. The great part is that Hiseeu supplies you an external antenna. I connected the same to this camera as shown. This external antenna boosts the signal and my camera got connected to the NVR unit!
* Once you have completed the above steps. Download the App on your mobile and as per instructions connect to the NVR unit. Scan the barcode from the NVR to setup your App on the mobile. This way it is easy to setup the App.
* App is great as it allows you to also talk via the speaker of the camera with anyone on the other side of the camera!
* You can add further max four cameras if you wish
Overall very pleased with the system.
I chose this Hiseeu CCTV integrated system to replace a hardwired system bought from a different supplier in 2011 that was giving reliability problems.
I wondered if the Wi-Fi signal would cover the 8 metres between camera and recorder as well as penetrating two brick walls. I should not have been concerned.
The Wi-Fi signal is sufficiently strong to not be concerned by the manufacturer’s advice to ensure good alignment between the rod antenna on both the cameras and the recorder. A wide misalignment is practical.
The live-image quality on the integrated screen is excellent in daylight, with a good field of view. The resolution is high, out to the specified distance. The viewed image can be adjusted with a similar range of controls used in photographic Apps.
The infra-red illumination is remarkable, in both strength and range; the scene appearing as if flood-lit over a wide field of view. Again, the on-screen image has excellent resolution.
Motion detection is very sensitive and may be set to User preference over five set levels. Masking to avoid detection of wind-blown objects or traffic is available.
Setting up is a doddle. Each camera pairs with the recorder automatically after power is applied to them both.
If video editing is of interest, using EseeCloud is also very easy to set up. Continuous recording is saved in separate files by the system video recorder, each being one-hour long.
These files can then be reviewed using EseeCloud, in User-selected, smaller time intervals.
Not only is the product very good, the after-sales support is also. Questions are answered within 24hrs, if not sooner, with clarity and polite helpfulness.
This is a highly recommended and competitively priced CCTV system.
From the moment the system arrived, we couldn’t have been happier. Out of the box, it was pretty much plug and play. Each camera has a good length lead for plugging in but extensions are available to purchase should you need a longer length. Picture quality is good, both day and night vision. We have enjoyed using the one camera as a wildlife camera aimed at a newly built wildlife pond and you’ll see from the photos we’ve already captured an owl and a toad which was very exciting! The photos are taken on my mobile & not the best quality so don’t really do it justice. The picture quality on the monitor is great. Playback is easy & to our surprise we didn’t realise it also recorded sound which is a bonus. One handy feature, especially like us if you struggle with WiFi, is being able to bounce the cameras off each other using the “repeater” function. We’re not very tech savvy but this essentially boosts the WiFi signal between the cameras which has really helped.
Viewing through the app has been useful & almost mesmerising, especially at night!
Had we known setting up a CCTV system would have been this easy, we wish we’d done it years ago.

Surprise! Surprise! I received a proper manual with normal, readable print size and clear diagrams, which I found very useful and user friendly. You can also check the supplier’s website which I also found user friendly and easy to understand.
I have not been in contact with the supplier; however, I notice that they are helpful enough to answer questions placed by Amazon customers.
Be aware that you get 4 cameras with the set, currently at about 300, and can add 4 more, (total 8) at additional cost of about 50 each; so the full set will cost about 500.
You will have to pair the additional cameras before installation, and that is unbelievably easy to do; I have given an easy to follow, step by step guide at the end.
Each camera has a microphone, so you can speak to anyone within camera range from wherever you are viewing and they can answer back. However, there can be time lag between speaking and sound delivery.
My set included one 3m (10 ft) extended antenna, which I found to be necessary for one camera which had no signals with the ordinary antenna. I suggest that you also purchase additional extended antennas (cost about 7 each) for cameras wherever there are 2 or more walls between the camera and the NVR.
Depending on the distance, you may want to purchase 10m (32.8ft) extension cables (cost about 10 each).
Each camera needs to be plunged into an electrical socket within reach of the length of the power cable supplied or you can use an extension power cable available for purchase.
The NVR incorporates a 12 inch colour monitor, although it can also be connected to a TV which I chose not to do as I prefer to put the NVR out of sight of any burglars. You can keep the monitor switched off and switch it on at anytime and this will not affect the operation of the CCTV.
The NVR has its own WiFi which automatically connects wirelessly to the cameras. So no need to connect to the house Wi-Fi unless you want to view remotely. You need to see 3 or 4 lines of the 5 line signal on each camera screen in order to have an adequate signal, although 2 lines might be OK.
If you want to view remotely, you need to connect either wirelessly or directly to the router to your house WiFi; an Internet cable was included with my set.
Surprise! Surprise again! The NVR automatically connects wirelessly to the house WiFi, and there are no connections problems or signal problems; so I have discarded the Internet cable. I have therefore hidden the NVR in a different room from where the house WiFi is located and all signals are perfect.
To view remotely, you also need to download the EseeCloud app to your phone or laptop and set up using you Cloud ID number shown at the bottom of the screen.
While I am in UK, I view activities and listen to audio around my house at any time on my mobile phone or laptop. I can remotely view and record present or past activities on my mobile phone.
So far, I have not had any connection problems when viewing remotely from UK. However, the EseeCloud software uses a lot of memory and I sometimes need to optimise the memory of my Samsung A50 mobile phone in order to remotely view the CCTV.
However, it does not allow me to view playback of past time or record any video on my laptop; I can view only current time on my laptop.
I can then attach the recorded video to an email or WhatsApp message or Facebook to make an intruder famous.
The NVR has 2 USB ports. I used one for a wireless mouse and the other for a USB stick to save any recordings. However, the USB ports are located too close to each other.
I tested with all eight cameras in my sitting room before I fitted all cameras externally at the front, the side and the back of the house. This CCTV set is suitable for the purpose, the basic set-up is easy and very user friendly for someone like me with very little knowledge of new technology. It is also good value and offers much compared with similar CCTV sets.
Also, I think a wired CCTV is not suitable, as burglars can easily and quickly find and take the NVR with the recordings, so this wireless set is more suitable.
I used a 25mm drill bit, which was just right, to drill the right sized hole in the wall in order to get the cable connection socket and the internet socket attached to the camera cable through the wall. Note that you need to drill 4 holes with a 6mm drill on the edge of the 25mm hole in order to insert the wall plug and screw the camera on to the external wall; I used a 5mm drill firstly and then a 6mm drill. If the hole for the cable is too big, you will not be able to drill the three holes outside the 25mm hole. 25mm is just right. I taped the cable on to a piece of wire and fed it through the hole. If you have cavities, ensure that the cable does not fall down into the cavity like I did with one and then learnt my lesson.
If you want to connect the NVR directly into the router instead of wirelessly, there is no need to plug the NVR via the Internet cable directly into the router. It can be plugged into an TP-Link which is plugged into a socket anywhere on the electrical ring mains circuit with a corresponding TP-Link on the same ring mains circuit linked up to the router. Thus the NVR, which contains the hard disk with the recordings, can be hidden away in a different location from the router. A burglar would not want to spend too much time looking for the NVR, but if it is conspicuous you will obviously end up with no NVR and therefore no video of the burglary. I would guess that the first place a burglar would look for the NVR is in the TV cabinet, so you might as well don’t bother fitting CCTV if you are going to leave the NVR in the TV cabinet.
On the negative side this set does not allow X32 speed playback and I can’t remember whether it allows X16 play back; so you can do the maths to see how long it will take you at normal speed or at X2, X4, X8, speeds trying to pinpoint a specific activity in the past 24 hours.
The mouse supplied has a very short cable requiring the NVR to be located very close. I have therefore discarded it and I use a Microsoft wireless mobile 1850 mouse; this is the best mouse I have ever used and it costs only about 11 from Amazon.
I am very happy with the quality of the video, night vision is excellent, set up is easy and it does the job.
There are many positive and useful points and I think that it is excellent value and suitable. I highly recommend this HISEEU CCTV.

How to Pair additional camera:
Connect power to the camera.
Connect Internet cable camera to NVR.
Right click on screen – Main menu appears
Left click VIDEO MANAGE
Left click SEARCH – Preview of camera appears.
Choose/Highlight camera in top box if not already highlighted.
Choose/Highlight an empty channel in bottom box by left clicking on it.
Left click MATCH CODE – Takes about 20 secs to match then the new camera should now be added in the chosen channel in bottom box and the top box should show “CHANNEL # ADDED SUCCESSFULLY”.
Pairing is completed and the new camera should now show the view area in the chosen channel on the screen.
Left click EXIT
Left click OK and it’s done.
The issue with Ring and other similar cameras, although very good quality, is the fact you have to have a subscription to view/save camera playback. Additionally, if the WiFi/Internet was to fail, the no recordings would be saved to the cloud.
So, with the Hiseeu system everything is saved locally and internet is only required if needing to view remotely.
The package itself comes with everything you need to set up, including HDMI cable to view on external monitor/TV, network cable for connecting to router if needed, extended WiFi aerial for low spots and all necessary power bricks.
Out of the box, it is simply plug and play, all the cameras and the base unit have already been configured and once switch on, all connect seamlessly to the base unit.
I would strongly recommend testing the units once out of the box to ensure all is working correctly and then position the cameras to approximately where you want to fix them, to see if WiFi reception is adequate and any adjustments can be made before permanent fixing.
That way if any resetting/positioning of cameras won’t involve climbing up ladders/trees/balconies to adjust anything!
Once set up, everything runs automatically. I have two cameras runung 24/7 and two recording motion only. One set for any motion and one for body identification.
I’ve had the system running 24/7 for two weeks now, with no issues and 15% of hard drive space used.
All in all a fantastic piece of kit for the money which can be expanded with upgraded cameras and power options. Thoroughly recommended.
This is the four-camera set up and I’m very impressed. I’ve been using it for about 4 weeks now and it is far superior than the previous model I owned.
It turned up next day delivery well packaged. The box contained the four camera’s, monitor/screen and all cables to install. I already owned a long drill bit as one is needed to go through the skin of the house for power requirements.
The written instructions are clear to follow and provides contact for after sales support which is very welcome to see. Setting the system up is relatively straightforward.
Quality wise, it’s great. It’s a full HD set and the clarity is brilliant. During the night, it automatically switches over to infrared which is equally good quality. The model I bought has microphone and speaker capability which is both useful, but also great fun if you have kids you enjoy winding up!
I primarily use my smart phone as the interface as I find it simpler to use and more functionality. I can access the system remotely (which you need to set up), and from here, you can view and save recorded footage, trimming where necessary to share if required.
In conclusion, these are good value and quality and I wholeheartedly recommend.
This unit, as it is wireless, is just so easy to install.
Being a bloke, I naturally ignored the instruction book, and having fed the power cable to the cameras and screwed them in place, I approached “switch on” with some trepidation. Could it be this easy ???
Of course, it was. By the time I had walked back from the garage to the house where the display unit ( and hdd ) is situated, everything was up and running. Remarkable.
I then downloaded the app to Samsung phone and Ipad and, having scanned the qr code on the one, the recorded and live images were displayed on both.
It was easy to align the cameras to give the field of view required and it seems that the connectivity of the standard cameras ( with out the boost antenna ) is sufficient to link farthest camera to the DVR over a distance of at least 40 yards and though 3 concrete walls.
If you want one of these, I doubt you will do better that this, especially at the current price.
Yes, the manufacturer offers goodies for a 5 star review but be assured that my words here are genuine.
My only critisism is that all the screws are just a little soft so beware when tightening them and do not use a powerful drill !
I already had the power in my loft so it was just a case of swapping the power leads and putting up the new cameras. Once they were plugged in the linked into the system straight away.
Having the monitor built in to the recorder is extremely useful as it makes it so easy to customise the settings
The pictures and video are in 3mp which makes it easy to see faces and detail. Audio on the recordings is also very clear. It’s a shame you don’t have audio on the recording box/screen but the app plays it really well.
Linking the system to my phone was so easy. Download the app, create an account then scan the OR code….as simple as that.
The system is 8 channel but only comes with 4 cameras. I’ve already purchased a PTZ camera and installed it, too me about 30 mins from start to finish.
I linked the extra camera to the system easily then had to drill a hole for the power cable and the camera cables to pass through. Once it was screwed un place the job was done.
I am so pleased with this system and would recommend it.
I’ve not yet tried to view real-time images over my phone, because that was not the main reason for having purchased the system. I’ve subsequently purchased a fifth Hiseeu camera and set-up was as simple as the handbook stated.
HOWEVER, anyone trying to mix and match NVR recorders and cameras from different manufacturers should be aware that not all ONVIV equipment would appear to be compatible with each other. This system would not allow a Citronics CTIPC-285C camera to connect to it. Its possible the camera was faulty, but I can confirm that the additional Hiseeu camera was added without a hitch.
With respect to the quality of components, the metal-housed cameras and mounting brackets look to be good quality. The integral monitor unit appears to have a reasonable monitor resolution and plastic structure to that of other lightweight electrical devices. My unit appears to have been fitted with a 3000 Gb Toshiba HDD, which corresponds with the product description.
I shall be making a permanent installation of the cameras in the course of the next few weeks

Before the parcel was delivered to my home I had received an email from Hiseeu, thanking me for my purchase and assuring me of their commitment to customer satisfaction. ( a nice touch I thought)
Installation was a breeze as the cameras IP addresses were already present. Picture quality is perfect. Cameras are excellent quality and look as though they are “up to the job”
What really impressed me though, was the user manual. It is excellently written and contains a wealth of information, not found in the manual from the previous supplier.
I dont know anything about Hiseeu, but I get the impression that they are possibly a newish company, trying hard to build a reputation. They dont always show up on Amazon searches, but it is well worth making the effort to find them.
