Fantastic pull up bar. I was nervous at first if it would support me but I’m very confident with it. Highly recommend this, no screws required and feels very safe.

It feels like it attached very to the wall and I can do pull ups very well and it’s been there for a week’s and it’s holding strong so far. Good product I recommend it for walls or door but make to check dimensions.

Great bar that twists into shape fits doorframe perfectly, great to start some calisthenics. Hold strong with my weight 10 stone, has soft grip tho u would want chalk gloves or something first starting out. Been up for a month or so and still solid.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI had a chin up bar years ago but had to screw in brackets to the door frame which I didn’t want to do now. Came across this and thought it was worth a try.

Absolutely great product. Very easy to install and take down. I weigh 87kg and it feels very secure – after a week of use I very much trust it can take my weight.

Definitely recommend if you don’t want any permanent fixtures for a bar around your house!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI recently bought this pull-up bar to expand my home workout setup and was impressed right from the start. The wide, spring-loaded feet are designed to avoid leaving marks on walls or door frames, and once tightened, the bar feels incredibly secure. Installation is quick and straightforward, ideal for someone like me who doesn’t want a permanent fixture on display.

One of the standout features is its adjustable width, which you can set by turning the central bar. The red knobs ensure it stays in place once tightened. It supports my 95kg body weight plus an additional 20kg, which is a significant improvement over my previous, less sturdy bar that broke after a few uses.

The bar’s minimalistic design looks clean and fits perfectly between my lounge and hallway doorframe. I also appreciate the built-in levels on each side of the mount, though I haven’t needed them as aligning the mounting feet with the top of the frame has provided the best grip.

The center part of the bar has a soft foam coating, enhancing grip. The foam isn’t glued down, which I find beneficial as it allows for easy replacement with tape when it wears out.

This bar has proven to be robust and reliable, handling heavy weights without any issues. It’s easy to install and remove, making it perfect for renters or those who move frequently. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile and sturdy pull-up bar.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersExcellent pull up bar! Nice and strong can hold the full weight of a 12 stone person.
I’ve had a few bars in the past this has been the only reliable one I can trust.
Easy to use, I like the inbuilt level really helpful and set up is pretty straight forward, adjustablity once you get the hang of it is simple
If its set up properly its so stable and I feel safe putting my full weight on it
I like how tight it fights my door frame hasnt moved at all since installing it.
Would have been 5 stars but the box it came in was half ripped open and half hanging out with some tape holding in and the plastic of the item had a gash in it. Would have returned it just for the princeable but was too eager to use i

Thoughts on this pull up bar. This is a strong, robust and easy to install pull up bar.
After adjusting the bar for the position in my door frame, I then held the tube tightly and continued to rotate in the extension direction until I could no longer twist and it locked in place. Once in place I checked by pulling down hard ( to see if it would hold my full weight) before trying out any pull ups. It’s very comfortable to use and has good surface grip. I have had it for nearly a month now and with regular use it’s not damaged the door frame paint work due to the ends being padded. Once in place it’s very secure and and for the price overall very good quality. I can’t walk past now without achieving a few sets. Definitely has helped me gain upper body strength in such a short time.

A very good quality pull-up bar that can hold up to 200kg.

If there was a term that we can borrow from computer products, that term would be “plug and play” There is no installation needed, you simply position it in the doorway you want and rotate the grips to adjust the length to the point where it is sturdy. You then lock it in its place with the locking mechanism.

To add to that, the edges are great as they leave no visible marks thanks to its anti-skid PVC material so you don’t have to worry about how tight you adjust it, as long as the material of the doorway isn’t something that can’t handle it (hollowed out wood).

Overall, a great product that has a very alluring price for the value that it offers, I would recommend it easily.

    Sturdy, good quality pull-up bar.

With this it takes time to install correctly to avoid it fallen or anyone getting hurt. The bar itself is padded with a foam texture. The bar also has Spirit levels in each side to ensure the bar is straight. You need to re lock in each head after adjusting the pole.
Feels secure but then again I’m only 8st and tiny build so can’t comment on the strength of the bar on larger builds.
For me it does the job and save me money on a gym subscriptio

This is an excellent product that we got for our son. It’s really easy to fit in a doorway and it stays in securely managing his weight no problem at all. It doesn’t damage the frame at all. What’s nice about it is that it can be removed so we can take it away when we’re on holiday etc. good quality and a handy piece of equipments.

I suppose the most important thing with a pull up bar of this type is, is it safe to use without it slipping. Well, I can confirm that for us, yes, it holds firm. I’m not the lightest person on the planet but it can hold me just fine. Our door frames are wide enough for the rubber grips. Installation was slow but that was because I followed the instructions in the included manual to the letter and got it up correctly.

I like the tough foam on the bar making it easy to grip and non slip. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and it feels well designed and well made.

Pricewise, I find it good value for money.

Holds firm and can hold my 13.5 stone.

Really sturdy and pretty good quality! It is a great option for having a Pull-Up bar without drilling into the doorframe. The bar is rock solid and installation is a breeze. Even comes with built-in levels. Putting it in an often-used doorway I rip a few almost every time I walk by because it is right there. This is a legit pull-up bar and it easily holds my 87 kg of weight. Highly recommend it.

This door pull up bar is very very robust, l was certainly sceptical at first, but my husband and l have tried attaching it to different doors and walls in our apartment and it fits really well and takes our weight.

The bar itself is a good width and comfortable to grip and it’s really easy to assemble, which l was impressed with, as l imagined falling on my arse after trying it out, which l am thankful didn’t happen!

All l need now is to improve my upper body strength, as it’s not as easy to do as l thought, but l will persevere.
A really good piece of equipment though, and would recommend.

    Fits well.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersProduct is heavy and gives a real sturdy feel touch to it.
To setup, simply unscrew the red caps (which is use as locks), put it across your door frame and turn the middle section of the bar. The 2 sides will slowly push out and eventually hold itself in place, then screw the red caps back on. NO SCREWS REQUIRED. To remove the setup, simply turn the middle bar the opposite direction.
The section where the pull up bar and the frame meets has non slip pads, of which some pads have the extra spring designs for the extra push.
The grip section is comfortable with some pads over the metal bar.
Spirit levels have been included to both sides of the bar to ensure a level setup.
With a months usage, the product is still set in place, and not budged a bit, and still standing strong.
Overall the product fits nicely onto the door frame that I have, and I can even close the door on it without any issues. No doubt a 5 star review.

Once we got it up properly it really can take an enormous amount of weight.
We have it on a wide door frame and it’s perfect also doubles up as some where to hang freshly ironed school uniform shirts.

Neither of my teenagers can pass without doing a few pull ups, its getting quite competitive so much so, I’ve seen an improvement in how many they can do. I on the other hand was most dissapointed to find I can no longer do any, so thats something to work on.

Comfortable to hold, strong and sturdy.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersNow I should start by saying that no one could accuse me of being a fitness fanatic. Therefore this isn’t the go-to product for a bit of a slouch like me. However, in a desperate search for a healthier and fitter life I have recently invested in a few instruments of torture to see if I can improve my situation. I’ve got the electric treadmill, I’ve got the excercise cycle, I have now got the RHINOSPORT Pull-Up bar. Hopefully one or all of these will be the fitness solution to at least improve my fitness levels.

When the RHINOSPORT Door Pull-Up arrived I was surprised at how heavy and very sturdy it felt to handle. I probably shouldn’t have been surprised because anything that is going to allow me to haul myself up on it has got to have some seriously strong qualities.

After a few puzzling minutes on the best way to extend the bar to fit my door well I reluctantly decided to look at the instruction leaflet that came with the RHINOSPORT. Aha! That made sense and within seconds I had the thing fixed in place and feeling like it wasn’t gonna budge at all.

The design is actually very clever. At each end there’s a sort of “tri-pad” method that ensures a good grip on the vertical surfaces. The two outer raised red pads gradually get squeezed to align with the centre pad and it’s all very confidence inspiring. When the bar is pretty-well extended to fit you just twist the bar to finally fully tighten it in position. Thoughtfully the manufacturers have built in a couple of spirit levels so that you can be assured that your ‘chin-ups’ are on the level. There’s nothing worse than a wonky chin-up, that’s what I say.

You do have to ensure that the bar is fully tightened into position but I do think that the design of the RHINOSPORT Door Pull-Up allows you to confidently do that. I also like the rubberised handle section and the whole thing looks and feels top notch.

I would have loved to have included a couple of photos showing me easily lifting myself chin-high on the bar. The biggest shock is that, so far, I clearly haven’t even got the strength to manage that yet. This tells me that I DO REALLY NEED this piece of kit as if my arms aren’t strong enough to lift my weight then there’s considerable room for some ‘fitness improvement’. Anyway, you wouldn’t have wanted to see my face straining over the bar anyway… it wouldn’t be a very pretty sight!

I must give this excellent product 5 Stars as it feels and looks like a professional piece of equipment and yet sells for under 30. That’s gotta be good.

This is a serious piece of kit, well designed and a doddle to fit.

    Note:
    * Reason I can only use on walls, is that my doorframes are a pain in the behind. They’re narrow, with extra bits that stick out, for the door to recess into.
    * So if you plan to use this between doorframes, make sure you can fit the giant grips.
    * For me, if these were 5mm narrower, I would have been able to slot this in.
    * If you plan to take the risk, make sure you have a a hallway, or walls that are door-width as a backup.

As I have a backup set of walls that I can use, I can talk about what I like:
    * I rent – So I’m dubious of doing any damage to walls. Instructions state to insert some paper or something to prevent damage. I did this, it works. Sorted!
    * Once you set it up right, it works like a charm.
    * Very sturdy and comfortable to use. If you prefer to use gloves, then do it – Not everyone has callouses.

    What I don’t like:
    * Not a lot. Once it’s up and you’ve taken the time to set it up to the height you want, then it’s fine. If you need to adjust it, it’s very easy to do. Takes a little time, but so does anything if you want to do it right.

    Absolutely recommend.

This is a rock solid pull up bar. I’m not a big guy but regardless this has no issues holding my weight. Simple to install, just unscrew a couple of red rings, twist the bar then screw the rings again. One great thing about this bar is its footprint on the wall. I’ve used one of these before where the part that touched the wall was only barely thicker than the bar itself. When I finally took it down it had damaged the doorframe from all that pressure on such a small area. This one has a nice large footprint that will do a much better job of spreading the pressure across wherever you put it up.

A good quality pull up bar with a good 200kg maximum load so it’s a solid bar and once you’ve locked it into place on a good sturdy door frame, hallway or aisle as recommended then it feels really solid and sturdy.

It’s a great piece of equipment for pull ups and it will improve your upper body strength with regular use.

We already have a pull up bar that my sons use on a daily basis , this one is on another door frame so we now have 2 , but they are quick and easy to put on and take off when needed so they don’t have to be a permanent fixture.

A great way to improve arm and shoulder strength, develop your lats and improve mood and overall well being with just a few minutes exercise a day along with other exercises and is a good addition as part of a full body workout routine.

My youngest son uses it to improve his grip and hanging strength as he goes to gymnastics classes and is doing really well , it’s not just a pull up bar it can be used for other exercises too.

This is a good pull up bar but the other one we have has a more comfortable foam grip than this one so my boys still prefer the other but this is an excellent addition to our fitness equipment.

    Good value too.

This feels very sturdy when I’m using it and has been a great overall performer. Key for me is that it’s adjustable, as I live in a house that’s old enough to not have standard width doorframes. This bar being adjustable not only means that it’s suitable for use in my home, but that I can also choose to use a sturdier stone wall for my pull ups. The built-in spirit level is a nice bonus.

On top of all the above pluses, this bar also seems to be cheaper than many of its adjustable peers. Excelle

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersOne of these workout accessories was something that I was keen to get.

    The main features:

    Solid steel material
    Good gap compatibility
    Comfortable and good grip

The build of this pull-up bar is super strong. This is achieved by the solid steel material it is made of.

The bar itself can be attached to any door frame that is between 69 and 92 cm and if you have a gap that is just in between these numbers this bar will be perfect for you.

The bar itself is firm but it has some level of softness for a comfortable and good grip to have while working out.

The bar is attached by simply rotating the bar to extend it evenly after the thread lock is twisted off. After it is extended up to the level that it is not going any further, thread locks are to be put back in place. Please keep in mind that you should test it out before you start doing pull-ups. This is to make sure the bar is firmly in place. I had to change multiple locations to find a suitable and reliable surface for the bar to be attached.

The bar itself is great but the major thing is that I am not sure how strong it can hold up without slipping as springs and plastic/rubber legs are only thing that is holding this in place.

This pull up bar comes securely packaged in a branded box and is currently priced at 29.99

It’s easy to install and use and doesn’t have any screws. It extends from 69cm to 92cm so will fit most doorways or halls. It has a triple lock design that prevents the bar from moving about when you’re using it. Each end has small spirit levels on them so thar you line the bars up properly. To fit you just unscrew the two red rings, twist the bar to expand the end pads into the doorframe, once its secure and tight, fit the two red rings back on and you’re ready to go. To remove it just reverse the process

This pull up bar is easy to fit and to remove, is portable enough so that it can be moved about and once attached to the doorframe or walls is sturdy and stays firmly in place. Got this for my son and he’s really pleased with it. Happy to recommend

This fixes to the door frame absolute solid! You can set it up so get the sides roughly the correct length and then fit to the door frame and by twisting the centre bar one way you tighten it up on both sides, it’s surprising how much force is put into the frame as you twist. The cushioned plates on each side didn’t leave much of a mark in my frame either. Before you tighten it you can check the spirit level bubble on both sides and then screw it up tight. It will not move! It’s ideal to couple with some resistance bands too and this increases your workouts you can do. Can put the bar at the bottom of the door for different exercises it’s absolutely great when I can’t get to the gym. Very sturdy solid piece of kit, fully recommend.

We put this up when in use in the garage and it is working really well so far.

It’s been easy to adjust the width and it secures to the doorframe quite simply and most importantly STAYS LOCKED IN PLACE. The number of these bars I have tried before that will once in a while loosen and fall off the door frame! It means I lose all faith in it because I can’t focus on a pull-up as my mind is focusing on whether the bar is going to fall any second and do me some damage.

This holds in place rock solid and hasn’t moved a millimetre whilst up, so I have total confidence in it.

It’s easy to grip and hasn’t given me any blisters so far I am pleased to say.

The rod looks great. It has additional options to make sure it is mounted evenly, which is super neat. Installation was simple, however I wonder how much weight it can really ‘take’ because when +100 kg worth of human was trying to do a pull-up, it slipped down. It can be my fault, but I thought I should flag it.

This RHINOSPORT pull up bar is excellent quality and built to last. Once you have followed the detailed fitting instructions the bar is rock solid. The non-slip pads won’t mark or damage your door frame. I would definitely recommend, it’s that good.

This pull up bar arrived packed in shrink wrap plastic inside its own branded cardboard box which also contains instructions.

It is very easy to fit. You just unscrew the two red rings at either end of the bar and twist the bar itself to expand the two end pads into the frame. Once the bar is tight you screw the two red rings back on to lock it. It’s that simple. There’s even a small spirit level embedded in each side pad to help with installation. There were a couple of creaks from the doorframe as I fully tightened it but that’s only to be expected (I live in an old house).

Once fitted it is rock solid. I’m 92kg (14.5 stone) and it hasn’t moved or slipped at all after a couple of weeks of daily use. The bar is covered in dense foam so it is comfortable to grip.

I did remove it once just to check the door frame and there were no marks left.

I now find myself doing ten pull ups several times a day every time I pass the doorway where it is fitted as it’s so convenient.

This pull up bar is easy to fit, comfortable to use and stays put impressively. I think at 29.99 it is a great addition to any home fitness regime and I wish I’d got one sooner. Recommended and 5 stars!

Door hanging pull up bar for home office and on the go use. This item arrived well packaged with clear instructions for use if required (although self explanatory). It’s nice and compact in the way it is light, small and easy enough to port around with you if needed. It’s universal to fit most doors and feels safe when in use too. Doesn’t leave any marks and allows for that one extra fitness section in the workout room. Lovely item which have a pretty premium feel. Made from a good manufacturer which I’ll be definitely looking into for more equipment in the future going forward.

This door pull up bar is quite substantial. It fits gaps up to 92 cm and grips with 5cm of textured anti skid material. There is an integrated mini spirit level to help you get installation right and the bar itself is soft to touch with tear resistant sponge.

This can be used at the top of your door for pull ups or the bottom of your door for sit ups and because it’s easy to install you could swap between the two as you trained.

Price wise it is more expensive than others I had been looking at but it is bigger and has more features so you can see where your money is going.

I am an avid fan of pull ups and chin ups. I have a permanent pull up bar fixed with M10 bolts into the wall in my garage gym but I also wanted a pull up bar for in the house. I have had those types that loosely hang through and around the door frame before but they are not great, and they damage the architraves on door frame. This product is excellent – it is well made, is sturdy, has comfortable grip and it is easy to move (once understand the lock mechanism at either end). As can see on the photos attached I have fitted it between two walls and not in a door frame. The wall to the right is a stud wall with plasterboard and the wall to the left is a dot and dab wall with plasterboard. So both sides are extended on to plasterboard for support. I wound open both sides until the bar would not turn any further (no need to over crank). I weigh 96kgs and this holds my weight easily and has not slipped at all on the wall. Also due to the large surface area of the ends there is no damage caused to the walls! An excellent buy and very pleased I found this. Exactly what I have been looking for.

Excellent quality of build, sturdy, comfortable grip and easily moveable

The answer is yes – in my install. You should think carefully where you put this pull up bar as explained in the instructions. Mine is installed along two load bearing walls so the compression against the frame is solid.

Construction of the pull-up bar is excellent. There is nothing that feels flimsy about it and for a piece of equipment like this is shouldn’t either. It does not disappoint.

I weigh 69kg and can perfectly do chin up (10 only) but there are no budges or movement in the bar and it feels safe. There is no need for any washers or grommets to be screwed into the frame first, it is purely held up by compression.

I wouldn’t recommend swinging from it but certainly hanging, pull-up, hanging l-sits etc .. they are all fine.

I feel myself getting stronger already.

Is it sturdy enough .. ??

I’m pretty impressed with this little bar. Not usually a fan of these as the don’t stay in place usually but this one I’m impressed with. Place the feet into a suitably sized sturdy door fitting twist the centre bar until the centre of the gripping pads pushes out into the frame and the bar goes tight. When suitably in place then screw in the red caps to lock it secure. I’m 15 stone and this easily takes my weight without any movement at all. A tiny level bubble is on either side of the bar so you can make sure it’s perfectly level as you fit it. The centre of the pole has plenty padding for grip and comfort. Really good bit of kit.

    Strong and sturdy when fitted

Very well made corruption boys very easy to use very adhesive sticks well to the walls and that’s one thing that very much benefit from or we do admire it is very easy to attach and very easy to setup as well the quality of the materials really good is made of stainless steel which is the majority of the metal frame the actual grips on the side are really good and very strong as I’ve obviously mentioned and I’ve received great benefit from it so far can obviously stretch amount however you need to be honest from a width that you’re comfortable with and it holds a lot of weight so it’s worth a garden clear recommended specially for the price you really are getting yourself a bargain.

This was quite easy to put together and to fit in the doorframe. It doesn’t look too unsightly and is really well made and robust compared to the one we had before. Been using it every morning to increase my upper body strength.
