Ok, this dollhouse is adorable. I bought it for my daughters 3rd birthday. Here are the pros and cons
*The details are super cute.
*The colors are nice and bright/realistic
*The furniture is plastic but nicely detailed
*inexpensive for my daughters first dollhouse

*Definitely not solid wood. More like hard-cardboard.
*Not all the holes for the screws lined up; so it became very difficult to put screws in.
*My husband had to shave (carefully) the bottom back wall because it was cut incorrectly and didn’t line up with the groove.
*not at all as big as the picture made it out to be.
Over all: took my husband and I about an hour to put together because of the incorrect hole placement and uneven grooves.but for my daughters first dollhouse it’ll work out just fine and I’m sure she’ll love it. I just hope it doesn’t break too easily.
This is a great little dollhouse! We got this for my daughter for her 5th bday. It’s nice and open and not as big as some of the other dollhouse out there. It fits Calico Critter, LOl dolls, or the fisher price loving family size dolls. The furniture that came with it is pretty cheaply made and a boring white. We swapped some of it out for other doll house furniture. I added puck lights to each room and my daughter loves it! Highly recommend!

Das Haus ist sehr schn und war in 30 min aufgebaut . Ich befrchte allerdings das es bald kaputt geht, es wirkt nicht sehr stabil. Die Mbel sind entzckend jedoch leider aus Plastik. Ich hab mich wohl verlesen weil ich dachte sie wren aus Holz.
I bought this for my two girls. It is a little large but I wanted them to be able to get their hands in and play together. They have critter sets but the houses were too small for them to really play. This went together easily enough and has held up so far after months of playing. The plastic furniture that came with it matches the critter’s toys, so much so that I think some might have been the same mold. Absolutely recommend this toy.

I ordered this for my granddaughter’s 4th birthday & assembled it so she can immediately play with it on her day. I am very impressed with the quality. It took about 3 hours to assemble & is quite sturdy. Every piece was wrapped in protective foam and numbered. All the walls are nicely decorated ….no peel & stick like many toys have these days. I did have to drill small pilot holes on one piece of the balcony for the screws & had a little difficulty getting the second floor aligned to accept its screw, but most parts went together easily. There is a lot of furniture. It’s plastic, but very cute with doors and drawers that open.
Purchased for my 3 year old granddaughter and she is in love with it and so am I.

I agree with a few other reviews in that the house is fairly easy to assemble. I found the instructions to be lacking in that all you get are pictures and you have to look carefully so that you don’t leave anything out, e.g., the dowels. Things line up pretty well and I had no real problems until the last step where walls all come together and that was the only time the holes did not line up.
One suggestion is that you lay all the pieces out in numerical order and make sure you have everything. I thought I was missing one piece and finally found it stuck to another.
The house looks pretty and my 3 year old loved it.
Fairly easy to put together, I added some glue in a few spots. Parts fit well together.
The product came with no screws. Its a rare mistake. The Supplier made things right and the Dollhouse turned out to be very sturdy. Took about 40 min to put together. Grandkids love it.
Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product. Assembly was slow but straightforward – best to use a power drill!

I am so impressed with this doll house! The only problem I have is the screws. They stripped really easily. Once the screw is in place I do not plan on taking it out again, so it wasn’t too terible.
