When I had ordered this product as a gift for Mother’s Day, two out of three of the accessories were missing (the hook and the beater). When I had told the seller, they very quickly responded to me politely and apologetically, and had sent me both the missing items, and an extra whisk out of good well, only two days later! Their customer service was excellent 🙂 Also the product itself was a great purchase, really worth its value.

This machine is a steal at the price. Good looking, solid build, powerful motor and ten settings. It’s not st all overly noisy. Such excellent value for money. The suction pads are good. No wobble of machine. Metal accessories that are easily changed. I can not fault this machine. You DO NOT need to pay the earth for good quality items that function as well or better than top branded models. If you are looking for a powerful, well built bit of kit on a budget this is your machine. You won’t be disappointed. I promise. Hello. 7 litre stainless steel bowl. Nothing cheap about the build of this bit of jut. Just do it. Buy.
We have found that this item is just as good as a Kenwood for mixing ingredients together, but a fraction of the very expensive cost of the name Kenwood.
Great mixer and has been used to make fabulous cakes, cookies, cinnamon buns and brownies. Only thing is it can be a little loud but you soon get used to it. Has a great speed too!
Maybe its a little too early for a product review considering the fact that I have only used it once since I bought it but why not? I first have to commend delivery because not only was it prompt but my machine arrived in pristine condition. I was worried because a number of reviewers not necessarily about this product complain as to how they receive broken items. I am all the way in Nairobi, Kenya so returns are not an option for me as they can be rather costly. My machine works great! However, a few reviewers were right, this product is huge, and can be noisy. That doesn’t bother me at all though. Overall I am happy with it. Will edit my review once I have used it for longer.
I finally found this one looks nice and has a good deal. This mixer is fantastic because I used it for 3 times a week, and I am getting used to it now. It’s easy to use. I use it to make toast, bread, and cookies with my kids. No doubt, all tasted delicious. It is much more convenient than I used my hand mixer. Love it!

Only just managed to open the mixer to notice no splash guard was packed. Quite disappointed really as this was a reason I brought the mixer due to icing sugar dust getting everywhere
This is a good mixer. Not as sturdy as my previous mixer of a different brand but does the job. Would benefit from being able to open wider! But overall happy with purchase.

My 35yr old mixer finally died. I went for this model hoping it was good but it exceeded my expectations. Easy and fairly lightweight to lift. Great 7Lt metal mixing bowl and easy to use control. For the money what can I say Great buy.

Definitely recommend and absolutely love it especially how I suffer with arthritis in my arms. The only thing is that the bowl appears small but still does the job effectively.

I was looking for a stand mixer for making cakes and pastries. I have used it a couple of times now. work perfectly and it is easy to use. the size is similar to any other machine. as my kitchen is small, I usually put it somewhere else when I am done. easy to clean. so far it’s a good purchase

ot sure how long it will last as the build quality is not up there with the best but at this price under ninety pounds what do you expect, so far it has been working well and I have had it a few weeks now , mostly used for mixing up my gluten free bread dough , it looks pretty good from a distance it is only when you look closer you can see the cheapness of it ,still with a 3 year warranty and at his price if after 3 years it goes bang I would probably get another one .so far happy as a pig in doo doo’s.
Great mixer and easy to use, love the big bowel and cover is so much easier to use than my old branded mixer. I’ve only made buttercream and a sponge mix up to now but really impressed and can’t wait to try it out on other recipes. I got this on a deal brilliant buy for the price would recommend.

I bought for making dough as I make chappati every day so it’s hard to make dough with hands.I had one machine already old one but that one was not modern and noisy as well.
This is quiet space saving in the kitchen looks smart. It come 3 hooks one is whisker ,beater and dough hook.
The good thing it has splash plastic cover so when I was putting water flour isn’t flew out or splashes of water came out. My old machine has this issue as I insert water splashes comes out and make a lot mess for me…
It is easy to clean it has very large bowl so I can make dough for one week in one go and refrigerate.
It has adjustable speeds I am making my dough on speed 1 or 2. So you can imagine how fast it is if I will use speed 10.
Tilted head is convenient for cleaning and taking out bowl very easily. Suction cup is ok not very powerful but it works… noise is ok as well not very quiet or not large. It’s better than my juicer noice or previous dough maker. So overall it’s fine.
It’s good value for price why I spend 150 quid more in pc world to get same machine only brand names are change.
This is the first stand mixed I’ve bought – if previously used a balloon whisk or electric hand mixer. Boy is it wonderful! Set it to knead bread dough or whisk cakes and it copes sdmirably, freeing me up to do other things. It has 10 power levels, but I’ve only used levels 1 and 2 so far as they’re fairly powerful. Mind you I would probably use higher levels of I was whisking egg whites.
The whisk, dough hook and I blade aren’t too difficult to attach and remove and they’re non stick. The aluminium bowl has a large capacity and is light. It’s easy to clean too. The mechanism for lifting the whisk out of the bowl is easy – just flip a lever and it slowly released the top of the mixer.
The only negative points I’ve found are that it is quite noisy (can’t good a conversation in the same room while it’s operating) and it’s quite bulky to store (it fills one of our deep kitchen drawers but has to be laid on its side). However these are much the same issues with other brands I belive.
My son has a different branded machine which cost 4 times as much as kind and it operates no better. So I think this is a bargain machine and would highly recommend it.

My wife loves to cook so I bought this mixer for my wife’s birthday. She is very much happy with this. I was concerned about the, it didn’t mix to the bottom of the bowl, because of this I wouldn’t normally have bought it. But we are glad we did, we love using it, so much easier than a hand mixer. I find it easy to use a spatula to check that everything is mixed in at the bottom of the bowl. It is so easy to use I normally make two different types of cakes every time I use it, either two cakes using the same cake batter or two completely different batches. I never did that with my hand mixer. We have only got a small kitchen, but it fits well stored on the work surface, under the cupboards. The suction pads hold it very stable on the worktop when it is been used. It’s Low Noise & Anti-Vibration. It comes with 7L Large Bowl. So easy to use and clean.

Bought with for more powerful and colourful. Arrived well packed and pretty soon too. Easy to plug & dough right out of the box. Have a nice & large bowl with a handle for easy hold, clear lid with vent to top up water or ingredients upon need, and protect from spills. I have been wanting to buy this for so long! I’m soo glad I did. This machine is very powerful, exactly what I needed. The 10 speed setting is perfect for all the mixing I need done. The dough is coming out so beautifully, absolute dream. Bought it mainly for mixing dough as it’s very tedious to do it by hand. It is very easy to clean, no problem there. Not to mention the design, it’s so elegant and doesn’t take up as much space as I thought it would.

Great mixer, was expecting it to be made of plastic but when it arrived was surprised to be made of metal. One important thing for me was having one with a planetary mixing head motion, this means it gets to very inch of the bottom and sides of the mixing bowl ensuring a nicely mixed batch. Didn’t make that much considering the amount of power. six strong suction pads on the bottom to stop it from moving when on a worktop. The other important aspect for me was a metal mixing bowl so this got two ticks from me. Accessory wise you get, Beater, dough and wire attachments. on top of that you have a splatter guard and which has a whole in it to add ingredients. The plan was to buy a KC but the price of those have gone through the roof over the last year, wont be buying one now and have no regrets.
This is a great machine for a new Baker. Easy to use. Great mixing and doesnt move even on the highest setting. No way of adding attachments such as a scale of sieve but it’s definitely value for money.

Build quality-wise, it is a very solid and sturdy unit. It has a nice finish to it and looks great in our kitchen on the worktop. The stainless steel bowl that it comes with is very big at 7 litres which means that it can prepare quite large portions of dough. It has a number of speeds for it’s various settings – 3 for the dough hook, which is all that we have been using. It manages to mix all the contents of the bowl so there is no inconsistencies in there at all and has so far resulted in some very good bakes. So far, very happy with this.
I am really in love with this stand mixer and it gets used almost every day now. I am very impressed with the quality and how well it operates. It looks exactly like the big branded mixers and works so well. I could basically operate it straight out of the box very simple to operate. I like the mixing bowl it’s a large capacity and I like the nice finish of this model. I tried lot of recipes using this mixer like made use of all the attachments. I love the ease with which I am able to prepare dough for pizza, naan or rotis. I also tried some cookie dough and blended some cake icing cream. All turned out so well and I am really happy with this mixer overall! Great buy, highly recommend!

Like many others, I have recently started baking regularly due to all the time spent at home during lockdown. This mixer has made baking so much quicker and easier than it was at the beginning, when I was using a hand mixer. So far, I’ve made cakes, biscuits and bread, and the mixer has handled everything with relative ease. The mixer is very simple to use; the tilt head makes it easy to access the bowl, the splash guard and shield attach easily, and the single dial keeps things simple and intuitive.
At 7 litres, the size of the bowl is very big. I was concerned the larger bowl would mean the contents may not be mixed so well at the edges of the bowl, but the mixer uses planetary action, which I later discovered means that rather than spinning around a single, central point, the beater or whisk moves one way while the drive shaft moves the other, ensuring that the attachments reach every corner of the bowl.
The 10 speed settings give a good range of speeds to cater for the different types of ingredients being mixed. The motor had no problem handling a tough dough I made.
I’m delighted with the purchase and I wish I’d bought it sooner – It’s made my baking less of a struggle!
I always wanted one of stand mixer,as my wish came true, I couldn’t wait to try and the result was superb. It’s so easy to use. The suction feet work well to, To the point you have to be careful if you want to move it, And the fact it comes with a stainless steel bowl just makes it feel more professional rather than a plastic one, easy to put together and dismantle for cleaning. All in all I’m pretty impressed so far. There are a lot of stand mixers for sale,and when you spend this much on one piece you want it to be right. This fits the bill.

I have previously been using the basic mixer in the past but I felt it’s time to have a change. Then I came across this brand.
I was initially skeptical about it, I read through people’s reviews, and I eventually make up my mind to have a go, and I am pleased I did.
This “machine” came as a 7-liter capacity which is a good size even for industrial production.
I have used it for the production of chinchin which is excellent compared to doing it with my hand.
The dough was well-formed and the final product was awesome.
The bowl is very easy to clean after use and must say this is an excellent machine.

It looks great in our kitchen and sits nicely on our worktop. Slightly on the bigger side but its not too bad. Should have got this earlier as it saves so much time and energy. I can do other things around the house while the mixer is doing itsthing!

A little disappointed, the mixer itself is great and works well. On unpacking I discovered that the splash guard was broken, I contacted Amazon who informed me that the seller does not provide spare parts so it can not be replaced, apart from that all good
