Super powerful pump that fits inside our slimline water butt. Runs a spray on 25m of hose no problem. I used a short length of hose pipe to an in line fitting that pokes through the vent hole in the lid, separate from the hosepipe I drag round the garden. The pump just sits on the bottom of the butt with the float switch clipped to its adjuster, so it’ll work even if you are getting low. . Remember to unplug your garden hosepipe when you’ve finished or the butt will syphon itself dry if you have any leaks. I’d deduct a quarter of a star if you have an outside waterproof mains socket. The pump is manufactured with a European round connector and fitted with a UK adaptor. It’s properly made and fused, but is way too bulky to fit in a waterproof socket. I chopped it off to fit a normal square pin, that fits inside the socket.
I wanted a pump that I could use to pump the rainwater from a butt into a sprinkler hose in my garden flower bed and this pump does the job really well having such a high output. I’m very pleased and it was easy to set up.

Not as fast as I thought.. but still a good little pump for the money …… I used it to empty my lazy spa.. so I only used it for clean water not dirty……. would recommend for that kind of work…
Took 10 mins to empty 1500l hot tub, which was plenty quick enough for me. You will need to order a reel of 32mm lay flat pipe as well if you don’t already have some and a jubilee clip to fix

Amazing and surprisingly good suction. Emptied almost the whole pool in less than 4 hours. Copes with sludge and fallen leaves. Needs a bit of balancing and weighing down to get the last few inches pumped out. Needed to buy a separate hose (not a garden one!) and a large jubilee clip but well worth the investment overall.
A good quality product very easy to use and if you use your common sense with the hose you will have hours of use from this pump

Bought this to make emptying our hot tub easier and quicker. We should have bought it sooner! Really easy to use, very good price and, sofar, seems very robust.
Used this in my water butt and the paddling pool and it works really well. Plenty of pressure (about 70% what I get out the tap), and enough to run the sprinkler (see photo). Means we can put the paddling pool water to good use around the garden once the kids are done.

First item was missing parts but seller quickly resolved issue , once had all the parts it was the best thing ever bought as meant could water plants easier than having to carry multiple watering cans so definitely recommend
Bought this submersible pump to empty our hot tub on the back of reviews. Wow it didn’t disappoint at all, great little pump, emptied our hot tun in 15mins. Ok it leaves a little water but that’s easy mopped up.
I used a 1-1/2″ lay flat hose (30m long) and a rise of about 2m. I bought a full bore adapter to fit onto the pump to maximise flow rate although you can use the adapter supplied, probably need to cut the smaller sections of to avoid flow restriction.
Can’t say how well it works with smaller hose sizes but given its power I would imagine it would still be good.
Overall great wee pump and good value for money.

Great pump, you will need to get a new hose to fit to this as a standard garden hose is not thick enough.
The auto on off works a treat in larger areas, if you only have a small area to put this then consider the pump more a manual pump
Ok not as easy to use as i thought it would be. I bought this to help empty my 13ft pool. Had a mare trying to get the attachment cut down to size so it would fit my hose pipe on. Then cut it down to much. Then no matter what i couldnt get it started. Had the dangling thing attached to the side, then had it floating, then had it attached to a stick so it was upright. Got there in the end but i still feel its tempermental. Will only use once a year so lets see how it fares next year.
i brought this to pump out my hot tub for a water change, very good and pumps out quick.comes with all the adapters for the hose connection . would recommend it for the price .
Emptied my pool in a couple of hours, no drama, just plug it in attach a hose/pipe. The unit switches off when empty. Nicely made unit, very good quality, decent mains cable attached and plastic pipe fittings are of good quality.
Note – domestic hosepipe doesnt really fit without adaptor, but I just used sky pool pipes which are 32mm I think
I think this is great for emptying my hot tub. Only think is it does not take a normal
Size hose. So had to go out and buy a hose trot to.
Emptied the water out of my lazyspa paris within10 minutes however after a use was faulty. I emailed seller and they responded within 12 hours and sent a replacement immediately. Thank you for your quick response and excellent customer service.
We have a drainage issue in our sloping back garden which has a fix that groundwater arrives by gravity into our fibreglass pond and needs to be pumped out of the pond into the drainage system, if it is not the garden gets flooded. I have purchased at least five different pumps like Jabao over the last few years. Each time I have to purchase a new impeller a few months later, which can be expensive and difficult to find. I am very impresses with this Fluent design and hope it will last longer. First impressions are excellent. ADDED BONUS because of my layout the hose pipe is some 20 foot lower at discharge. I have found that with this pump design, I can switch the pump on for five minutes (prime) turn off the electricity and because of the design the pump continues to allow water to drain! incredible and true!
Disappointed to find that the hose and clamp are missing.

Had a bit of an issue with my 1930s house subfloor raised water level, combined with an old (currently inaccessible) junction box hanging at a point that means when the mega rains come, which has been the last 4-5 weeks, our electrics trip.
We’ve been using this to keep the water level down (it only gets to ~3.5cm before stopping) until we get some hot weather, the high water level drops, and the electrician can get through our crawl space to fix the issue.
For this purpose it’s been good. Sometimes takes a minute to get going, but it gets there with a jiggle. I haven’t used the float switch (I just keep the switch elevated until it starts to gurgle) but it pumps out fast enough. I wish I’d gone for a regular hose over a flat one though, as any hint of a corner/turn causes the flat hose issues.
I bought this to pump water from and between water-butt’s and it works quickly.
Pumps with just enough pressure to use with hozelock sprinkler but my tap has similar pressure which isn’t great. You will need an adaptor if you want to use with hozelock or the like products – see picture. A regular hose will NOT fit on to this so see my pictures.
Instructions not great but you literally put it in water and turn on, so not much to it.
Thought the cable could have done with being longer but everything worked perfectly
This pump works well, I bought it to aid in emptying a water tank that has sludge in the bottom.
The pump handles the sludge well. (Algae and ash dust). So far so good. There have been no problems.
The pump arrived very quickly and was well packaged, at a very good price.
I found the pump easy to use and it does what it sets out to do, clears 7000 litres per hour and with the floating switch turns off automatically. It would be better if it was sold with a hose and fittings as one. The reaso I say this it can take a couple of purchases to get what you want to do the job.
Excellent product. 10 out of 10. We needed a pump to empty out a drainage ditch close to our house it is very easy to use and definitely value for money. It was powerful enough to push water through a 4inch diameter 100 metre length discharge hose into another ditch. We used it everyday for a 10 day period often twice daily and it didnt stop or overheat .
Literally throw in hot tube and switch on. saved us 70 trips with a bucket!! Hols the little float up when the water is near the bottom and it will continue to drain down to about 3cm.

Used with Silverline 32 mm lay flat hose just make sure you have the correct size jubilee clip!! The hose flies off otherwise such is the pressure this pump provides.

his is a great little pump – very easy to set up and use. Needed to pump water from a pumping chamber as the normal outlet was blocked and this pump did a really great job while the blockage was sorted. Recommend.

I got this because I needed something with a bit of umph to deliver water to an outdoor pond with a large waterfall
some pumps just dont have sufficient force…..this doesnt have that problem………it can deliver a torrent even if it has to raise the water up ten or twelve feet..(didnt need more than that) but I am sure it would have done the job if more had been necessary…
Excellent value for money the pump is very well-made actually better Made Leanne some sold in High Street retailers from buying this one on Amazon I have saved probably a third of the price and gained on quality.
It has no trouble sucking up the water whatsoever it even takes up small amounts of debris with it as well to be honest I would say there is no improvements needed.

This pump is great for emptying our hot tub. The only thing I dont like is the fact that it leaves a few inches of water in the bottom. I wish it pumped deepe
We had a flooded garden and it needed to be pumped away, my last pump at the same level took three days the Fluent Power Pump did the same job in less than a full working day.
Delighted with the fast service and quality and performance of the pump.
A little bit weak for heavy duty work, but was suitable for my requests .
I brought a flat hose to use with it and it was quick bit then got given some.’solid hose’ usually used in water treatment and WOW the pump was that good I had to turn it off as my drains couldn’t keep up with how fast and much it was pumping out.
Emptied a hot tub within 30minutes and that was stopping once to let the drains clear.

I’ve used this product to pump out a well to top up a pond and fill a bath for watering the garden. I have left the pump submerged so all I do is roll out the hose and switch on. So far it has worked without any problems on several occasions. I would recommend it.
I have attached photos of the instruction book as it would have helped me to see this before buying.
I used duct tape to attach hose and this works well but you do have to keep an eye on it. The pressure is strong enough to attach a sprinkler to the other end and water the garden. Much easier than trying to do it by hand with a bucket. No on switch – just the float. Just put it in the water and plug in. You have to keep/prop the float above so that it keeps pumping. Other people have suggested buying a screw in hose attachment. But I can’t work out what size – so I’m happy to go with the tape. It does the job.
Seems well built, had no problems draining my hot tub, so does the job I wanted it to do.
Has a decent speed on it, and it was way quicker than using the drain plug on the tub. 40 minutes instead of 4 hours.
This will last me forever, as I only drain the tub once every couple of months.
